Abstract
The invention discloses a high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion, belonging to the technical field of chemical coatings. The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 36-40 parts of water, 15-20 parts of styrene, 1-2 parts of molecular regulator, 1-3 parts of emulsifier, 35-40 parts of butyl acrylate, 2-4 parts of chelating agent, 0.2-0.3 part of initiator, 0.1-0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.2-0.4 part of thickener, 1-2 parts of colloid protective agent, 0.5-0.7 part of multifunctional assistant and 0.1-0.3 part of mildew preventive. The water-based high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion provided by the invention has excellent low-temperature extension efficiency, tensile strength, excellent compatibility with asphalt, strong adhesive force, crack resistance, freeze resistance, seepage resistance and good water resistance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical coatings, and particularly relates to a high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion.
Background
Asphalt is used for paving, roofing, waterproofing, and coating materials, but pure asphalt has some disadvantages in terms of physical properties. Therefore, improvement thereof is required. The emulsified asphalt is road building material with very low viscosity and good flowability at normal temperature formed by dispersing high temperature road asphalt into water by a mechanical stirring and chemical stabilizing method. The emulsified asphalt has the characteristics of energy conservation, wide application, convenient use and the like, and is mainly used for road paving and upgrading and maintaining roads. Compared with the traditional hot asphalt, the emulsified asphalt is safer, energy-saving and environment-friendly, avoids harmful emission, reduces environmental pollution, and reduces the risk of burning workers and the risk of open fire heating explosion. However, after general emulsified asphalt construction, the inherent defects of low-temperature brittleness and high-temperature flowing exist, and the popularization of the application is restricted. Some asphalt emulsions appear in the market at present, namely the asphalt emulsions have poor emulsifying effect on asphalt and are not easy to emulsify. In addition, the solid content of these bitumen emulsions is not high, which affects the production efficiency.

A high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 36-40 parts of water, 15-20 parts of styrene, 1-2 parts of molecular regulator, 1-3 parts of emulsifier, 35-40 parts of butyl acrylate, 2-4 parts of chelating agent, 0.2-0.3 part of initiator, 0.1-0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.2-0.4 part of thickener, 1-2 parts of colloid protective agent, 0.5-0.7 part of multifunctional assistant and 0.1-0.3 part of mildew preventive.
The molecular regulator is one or a mixture of two of 2, 4-diphenyl-4-methyl-1-pentene, a methyl styrene linear dimer or a methyl styrene dimer.
The emulsifier is one or a mixture of two of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, alkylolamide and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate.
The chelating agent is one or a mixture of two of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, hydroxy ethylidene diphosphonic acid and hexamethylene diamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid.
The initiator is sodium persulfate or ammonium persulfate.
The defoaming agent is polydimethylsiloxane.
The thickening agent is sodium methyl cellulose.
The colloid protective agent is one or two of polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate and sodium polyacrylate.
The multifunctional auxiliary agent is one or more of calcium chloride, magnesium chloride and calcium nitrate.
The mildew preventive is one or two of p-chlorophenol, 2-hydroxymethyl aminoethanol and 2-methyl-2-hydroxymethyl aminopropanol.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion provided by the invention is designed for modified asphalt, can have good compatibility with anion and cation asphalt, greatly overcomes the defects that the asphalt flows and cracks when meeting heat, and has excellent low-temperature extension efficiency, tensile strength, quick drying property, film forming property, weather resistance, strong adhesive force, crack resistance, frost resistance, seepage resistance and water resistance.

Example 1
A high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 38 parts of water, 18 parts of styrene, 1.5 parts of 2, 4-diphenyl-4-methyl-1-pentene, 2 parts of alkylolamide, 38 parts of butyl acrylate, 3 parts of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 0.25 part of sodium persulfate, 0.15 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.3 part of sodium methylcellulose, 1.5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.6 part of calcium chloride and 0.2 part of 2-hydroxymethyl aminoethanol.
Example 2
A high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 36 parts of water, 15 parts of styrene, 1 part of 2, 4-diphenyl-4-methyl-1-pentene, 1 part of alkylolamide, 35 parts of butyl acrylate, 2 parts of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 0.2 part of sodium persulfate, 0.1 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.2 part of sodium methylcellulose, 1 part of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5 part of magnesium chloride and 0.1 part of 2-hydroxymethyl aminoethanol.
Example 3
A high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of water, 20 parts of styrene, 2 parts of 2, 4-diphenyl-4-methyl-1-pentene, 3 parts of alkylolamide, 40 parts of butyl acrylate, 4 parts of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 0.3 part of sodium persulfate, 0.2 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.4 part of sodium methylcellulose, 2 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.7 part of calcium chloride and 0.3 part of 2-hydroxymethyl aminoethanol.
Example 4
A high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 38 parts of water, 18 parts of styrene, 1.5 parts of 2, 4-diphenyl-4-methyl-1-pentene, 2 parts of alkylolamide, 38 parts of butyl acrylate, 3 parts of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 0.25 part of sodium persulfate, 0.15 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.3 part of sodium methylcellulose, 1.5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.6 part of calcium chloride, 0.2 part of 2-hydroxymethyl aminoethanol and 1 part of vinylestrol diphosphate.
Example 5
A high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 38 parts of water, 18 parts of styrene, 1.5 parts of 2, 4-diphenyl-4-methyl-1-pentene, 2 parts of alkylolamide, 38 parts of butyl acrylate, 3 parts of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 0.25 part of sodium persulfate, 0.15 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.3 part of sodium methylcellulose, 1.5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.6 part of calcium chloride, 0.2 part of 2-hydroxymethyl aminoethanol and 1 part of aluminum lactate.
Example 6
A high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 38 parts of water, 18 parts of styrene, 1.5 parts of 2, 4-diphenyl-4-methyl-1-pentene, 2 parts of alkylolamide, 38 parts of butyl acrylate, 3 parts of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 0.25 part of sodium persulfate, 0.15 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.3 part of sodium methylcellulose, 1.5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.6 part of calcium chloride, 0.2 part of 2-hydroxymethyl aminoethanol and 1 part of 1-chloroanthracene.
Comparative example 1
A high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 38 parts of water, 18 parts of styrene, 2 parts of alkylolamide, 38 parts of butyl acrylate, 3 parts of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 0.25 part of sodium persulfate, 0.15 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.3 part of sodium methylcellulose, 1.5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.6 part of calcium chloride and 0.2 part of 2-hydroxymethyl aminoethanol.
Comparative example 2
A high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 38 parts of water, 18 parts of styrene, 1.5 parts of 2, 4-diphenyl-4-methyl-1-pentene, 2 parts of alkylolamide, 38 parts of butyl acrylate, 3 parts of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 0.25 part of sodium persulfate, 0.15 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.3 part of sodium methylcellulose, 0.6 part of calcium chloride and 0.2 part of 2-hydroxymethyl aminoethanol.
Experimental example 1:
the products of examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-2 were subjected to a low temperature elongation test, the test results of which are shown in Table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, the low temperature elongation of the high elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion products of examples 1-3 of the present invention is higher than 630%, which is higher than that of the commercially available products, the low temperature elongation of the products of examples 4-6 is higher than that of example 1, and the low temperature elongation of the products of comparative examples 1-2 is lower than that of example 1.
Experimental example 2:
the products of examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-2 were tested for soaking experiments for 96 hours and 200 hours, respectively, and the results are shown in table 2:

As can be seen from Table 2, the highly elastic waterproof asphalt emulsion products of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention were not abnormal when immersed in water for 96 hours, and were microdispersed when immersed for 200 hours, the products of examples 4 to 6 were not abnormal when immersed for 200 hours, and the products of comparative examples 1 to 2 were dispersed when immersed for 96 hours.
Claims (6)
1. The high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 36-40 parts of water, 15-20 parts of styrene, 1-2 parts of molecular regulator, 1-3 parts of emulsifier, 35-40 parts of butyl acrylate, 2-4 parts of chelating agent, 0.2-0.3 part of initiator, 0.1-0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.2-0.4 part of thickener, 1-2 parts of colloid protective agent, 0.5-0.7 part of multifunctional auxiliary agent and 0.1-0.3 part of mildew preventive;
the molecular regulator is one or a mixture of two of 2, 4-diphenyl-4-methyl-1-pentene, a methyl styrene linear dimer or a methyl styrene dimer;
the chelating agent is one or a mixture of two of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid and hexamethylene diamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid;
the colloid protective agent is one or two of polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate and sodium polyacrylate;
the multifunctional auxiliary agent is one or more of calcium chloride, magnesium chloride and calcium nitrate.
2. The high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is one or a mixture of two of alkylphenol ethoxylates, alkylolamides and sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfates.
3. The high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion according to claim 1, wherein the initiator is sodium persulfate or ammonium persulfate.
4. The highly elastic waterproof asphalt emulsion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is polydimethylsiloxane.
5. The high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickener is sodium methyl cellulose.
6. The high-elasticity waterproof asphalt emulsion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mildew inhibitor is one or two of p-chlorophenol, 2-hydroxymethylaminoethanol and 2-methyl-2-hydroxymethylaminopropanol.
