The manipulator 21 can move in multiple axes, the manipulator 21 is used for driving the pick-and-place mechanism 22 to move, and the pick-and-place mechanism 22 is used for picking and placing products; the picking and placing mechanism 22 comprises a picking and placing seat 221, a clamping jaw cylinder 222, a vacuum generator 223 and a plurality of picking and placing suckers 224, the picking and placing seat 221 is fixedly connected to an action end of the manipulator 21, the clamping jaw cylinder 222 and the vacuum generator 223 are both fixed on the picking and placing seat 221, two driving ends of the clamping jaw cylinder 222 are both provided with special-shaped connecting plates 225, the picking and placing suckers 224 are both vertically arranged on the two special-shaped connecting plates 225, and the picking and placing suckers 224 are connected with the vacuum generator 223 to obtain a sucking capacity so as to pick and place products. The taking and placing seat 221 is further provided with two limiting vertical plates 226, and the two limiting vertical plates 226 are located on the outer sides of the two special-shaped mounting plates 225 and limit the moving stroke of the special-shaped mounting plates 225.

As shown in fig. 19, the NG jacking mechanism 46 includes an NG jacking seat 461, an NG jacking cylinder 462 and an NG jacking plate 463, the NG jacking seat 461 is disposed at the lower end of the butt joint belt conveying line 42, the NG jacking cylinder 462 is vertically fixed on the NG jacking seat 461, and the NG jacking plate 463 is fixedly connected on the NG jacking cylinder 462.

The working process of the invention is as follows:

the horizontal unlocking cylinder 1317, the double-side unlocking air claw 1318, the unlocking lifting cylinder 1313, the side pushing cylinder 1332 and the jig jacking cylinder 1322 are reset in sequence and conveyed to the butt joint belt conveying line 42, and the butt joint belt conveying line 42 adjusts the height according to a conveying line or a device of a subsequent process and conveys a jig; finishing primary blanking;
