Preferably, the stabilizer is one or more of calcium silicate, calcium hydroxide and titanium dioxide, and the stabilizer mainly plays a role in maintaining the initial color of the ink before sterilization to be free from the influence of external factors (such as temperature and humidity).
Preferably, the leveling agent adopts polyether modified silicone oil, and can improve the leveling property and uniformity of all components of the ink, so that the ink forms a flat, smooth and uniform ink layer in printing, and the conditions of bottom leakage and edge feathering are avoided; the solvent is one or more of ethanol, isopropanol and n-propanol.
On the other hand, the invention also provides a preparation method of the chemical indicating ink for pressure steam sterilization, which comprises the steps of mixing the organic dye and the connecting material, adding the catalyst, the stabilizer, the catalyst carrier, the flatting agent and the solvent, uniformly stirring, and grinding to obtain the chemical indicating ink for pressure steam sterilization.
After the indication ink is subjected to a pressure steam sterilization process at 121-135 ℃, the indication ink achieves corresponding color, and the color change mechanism of the indication ink is that organic dye has nitrogen-nitrogen double bonds (-N = N-) and can be broken under the dual action of high-temperature steam and a catalyst, so that the organic dye is subjected to color change.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the color of the indicating ink can be changed after the indicating ink is sterilized, and the indicating ink is used for indicating whether a product is sterilized or not, the chemical indicating ink is different from the conventional indicating ink, an alcohol solvent is adopted, and the VOCs emission amount of the solvent is very low, so that the prepared chemical indicating ink for pressure steam sterilization has the advantages of low VOCs emission, simple and feasible preparation process, no heavy metal and the like, is environment-friendly, and can be widely applied to printing of products such as an indicating card, an indicating label, chemical PCD (Poly Crystal Diamond), a B-D (B-D) test object and the like; the risk of heavy metal exposure of hospital personnel is also reduced, and a good working environment is provided for medical personnel. The ink can be widely applied to printing modes such as silk screens, intaglio printing, flexible printing and the like. The indicating ink can meet the requirements of different sterilization temperature requirements, meets the standard of sterilization application in hospitals, adopts the principle of color change as sudden change instead of gradual change, has more visual and accurate result judgment and clearer result judgment, and reduces the artificial subjective factors of medical staff.
