Description

Pressure steam sterilization water-based organic ink and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printing ink, in particular to pressure steam sterilization water-based organic printing ink and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In the daily work of hospitals, various instruments and tools are often required to be disinfected and sterilized. With the continuous improvement of the awareness of people on health, the demand of various medical supplies is increasing, the products need to be strictly sterilized before use, and the sterilization process also relates to the fields of medical treatment, medicines, foods, sanitary supplies and the like. Therefore, higher demands are made on routine examination and rapid identification of the sterilization effect.
The pressure steam sterilization is a preferred sterilization mode for high-temperature and high-humidity resistant instruments used in hospitals. According to the national sterilization standard of medical instruments, hospital medical care personnel are required to place a corresponding chemical indicator card for sterilization at the same time when the instruments are sterilized every time, observe the color change of the indicator card, and conveniently judge whether set sterilization parameters are reached by the medical care personnel, and package or pack the instruments by using corresponding labels, adhesive tapes, paper-plastic bags and other products; the indication card is used for a corresponding sterilization mode, so that medical personnel can conveniently judge whether sterilization parameters are met; the indicating label (adhesive tape) is used for corresponding sterilization modes, only judges whether the sterilization is carried out or not and belongs to sterilization process indicators; the paper plastic bag is used for wrapping sterilized articles and is provided with indication printing ink, so that a user can conveniently judge whether the sterilized articles are sterilized.
The currently used ink is organic ink, contains a large amount of organic solvent, can cause the discharge of VOCs with very high concentration, and is harmful to the health of production personnel. VOCs have complex components, special smell, permeability, volatilization, fat solubility and other characteristics, and can cause a plurality of uncomfortable symptoms of a human body; it also has toxic, irritant and teratogenic effects, especially benzene, toluene, xylene, formaldehyde are the most harmful to human health, and long-term exposure can cause anemia and leukemia; in addition, VOCs gas can also cause lesions in the respiratory, renal, pulmonary, hepatic, nervous, digestive and hematopoietic systems; with the increase of the concentration of VOCs, the human body can have symptoms of nausea, headache, convulsion, coma and the like.
With the increasing importance of the country on environmental protection, the development of solvent type printing ink is more and more limited, and the discharge and treatment of VOCs are limited; there is therefore a trend to develop corresponding aqueous inks.
