本发明属于果汁加工技术领域,具体涉及一种浓缩果汁的制备设备及其制备工艺。
背景技术
目前,随着生活水平的提高,我们对生活质量的要求也随之提高,尤其在对待卫生健康问题上,吃的、喝的等都要讲宄卫生与营养;而对于果汁加工厂来说,榨出营养丰富、味道上佳的果汁是提高企业市场竞争力的重要因素。
现有的车间榨汁和浓缩工艺均分布在不同的设备中,整个生产线的占地面积大,设备成本高,影响工厂的生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种浓缩果汁的制备设备,克服了现有技术的不足,将榨汁和浓缩整合至同一设备中,减少设备的占地面积,降低工厂的设备投入,提高工厂的生产效率和经济效益。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种浓缩果汁的制备设备,包括榨汁箱和浓缩箱,且榨汁箱位于浓缩箱的上方,所述榨汁箱的底端通过输送管与浓缩箱的顶部连接;
所述榨汁箱的顶部一侧开设有进料口,且榨汁箱的一侧固设有具有果胶酶的第一进料箱,所述榨汁箱内安装有一横向的过滤网,且其内部设置有榨汁组件;
所述浓缩箱的底部外侧套设有加热套,且其一侧固设有具有调节剂的第二进料箱,所述浓缩箱内安装有搅拌组件,且搅拌组件与榨汁组件通过传动箱传动连接,所述浓缩箱的顶部一侧设置有泄压组件,所述浓缩箱的底端连接有出料管,所述输送管和出料管上均设置有电磁阀。
进一步,所述榨汁组件包括驱动电机、连接在驱动电机输出端的转动杆和固设在转动杆外侧的多组活动刀具,所述驱动电机安装在榨汁箱的顶部上端面,且转动杆延伸至榨汁箱内部。
进一步,所述榨汁箱的内侧壁上安装有多组固定刀具,且固定刀具与活动刀具之间交叉设置。
进一步,所述搅拌组件包括搅拌杆和固设在搅拌杆外侧的多个搅拌桨。
进一步,所述传动箱固定在榨汁箱和浓缩箱之间,所述转动杆的底端延伸至传动箱内,且搅拌杆的顶端延伸至传动箱内,所述转动杆的外侧固设有主动齿轮,所述转动杆的外侧设置有一凸台状的连接部,所述连接部的外侧活动套设有从动齿轮,且从动齿轮的外侧与主动齿轮啮合,所述搅拌杆的外侧套设有压紧弹簧,所述压紧弹簧的一端固设在传动箱的内侧,另一端抵接在从动齿轮的外侧,所述转动杆的外侧设置有控制其转动的定位组件。

进一步,所述泄压组件包括连接在浓缩箱顶端的泄压管、设置在泄压管内的密封管以及固设在密封管上端面的堵块,所述密封管的内部中空且底端开口,且密封管的外侧穿设有多个泄压孔,所述泄压管的外侧固设有支撑板,且支撑板上固设有多个复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧与堵块下端面固定连接。
本发明还保护了一种浓缩果汁的制备设备的制备工艺,包括以下具体步骤:
步骤一、挑选新鲜的果子,清洗干净、去皮、切块后通过进料装置输送至进料口;
步骤二、关闭输送管上的电磁阀,加入适量的水,并通过第一进料箱进入适量的果胶酶,浸泡酶解10-15min后启动驱动电机,利用榨汁组件将果子切碎、榨汁;
步骤三、榨汁完成后打开输送管的电磁阀,果汁通过过滤网的过滤流入浓缩箱,果渣都留在了过滤网上;
步骤四、启动加热套,在搅拌的条件下持续加热,同时加入适量第二进料箱内的调味剂,加热浓缩后,打开出料管输出果汁,得到浓缩果汁。

如图1-图3所示,本发明所述一种浓缩果汁的制备设备,包括榨汁箱1和浓缩箱11,且榨汁箱1位于浓缩箱11的上方,榨汁箱1的底端通过输送管10与浓缩箱11的顶部连接;
榨汁箱1的顶部一侧开设有进料口3,且榨汁箱1的一侧固设有具有果胶酶的第一进料箱7,榨汁箱1内安装有一横向的过滤网9,且其内部设置有榨汁组件;
浓缩箱11的底部外侧套设有加热套16,且其一侧固设有具有调节剂的第二进料箱15,浓缩箱11内安装有搅拌组件,且搅拌组件与榨汁组件通过传动箱18传动连接,浓缩箱11的顶部一侧设置有泄压组件12,浓缩箱11的底端连接有出料管17,输送管10和出料管17上均设置有电磁阀。
榨汁组件包括驱动电机2、连接在驱动电机2输出端的转动杆4和固设在转动杆4外侧的多组活动刀具5,驱动电机2安装在榨汁箱1的顶部上端面,且转动杆4延伸至榨汁箱1内部。
为了提高榨汁效率,榨汁箱1的内侧壁上安装有多组固定刀具6,且固定刀具6与活动刀具5之间交叉设置。
为了方便搅拌,搅拌组件包括搅拌杆13和固设在搅拌杆13外侧的多个搅拌桨14,转动杆4通过传动箱18带动搅拌杆13转动,从而搅拌果汁,达到均匀加热的效果。
为了控制传动,传动箱18固定在榨汁箱1和浓缩箱11之间,转动杆4的底端延伸至传动箱18内,且搅拌杆13的顶端延伸至传动箱18内,转动杆4的外侧固设有主动齿轮19,转动杆4的外侧设置有一凸台状的连接部,连接部的外侧活动套设有从动齿轮20,且从动齿轮20的外侧与主动齿轮19啮合,搅拌杆13的外侧套设有压紧弹簧21,压紧弹簧21的一端固设在传动箱18的内侧,另一端抵接在从动齿轮20的外侧,转动杆4的外侧设置有控制其转动的定位组件。
定位组件包括固设在传动箱18内的固定块25,且固定块25的一侧固设有定位块22,定位块22内穿设有电动伸缩的挡块23,搅拌杆13的外侧固设有转动块24,当挡块23伸长时,转动块24与挡块23抵接。
在进行榨汁时,挡块23在电动控制下伸长,挡块23与转动块24抵接,当从动齿轮20在压紧弹簧21作用下与连接件之间的摩擦力小于挡块23和转动块24之间的阻力时,从动齿轮20在主动齿轮19的带动下转动,而搅拌杆13不动;在榨汁完成后,挡块23缩回,由于从动齿轮20与连接块之间的摩擦力带动搅拌杆13转动,从而进行搅拌。
第一进料箱7和第二进料箱15的顶部安装有定量输送泵,榨汁箱1的一侧开设有清洁口8,且清洁口8位于过滤网9的上方。
为了方便泄压,泄压组件12包括连接在浓缩箱11顶端的泄压管121、设置在泄压管121内的密封管123以及固设在密封管123上端面的堵块122,密封管123的内部中空且底端开口,且密封管123的外侧穿设有多个泄压孔124,泄压管121的外侧固设有支撑板125,且支撑板125上固设有多个复位弹簧126,复位弹簧126与堵块122下端面固定连接;在内部气压过高时,气压顶起堵块122从而泄压孔124移动至泄压管121的上方,从而进行泄压,泄压完成后复位弹簧126带动起回复初始状态。
本发明设备的制备工艺,包括以下具体步骤:
步骤一、挑选新鲜的果子,清洗干净、去皮、切块后通过进料装置输送至进料口3;
步骤二、关闭输送管10上的电磁阀,加入适量的水,并通过第一进料箱7进入适量的果胶酶,浸泡酶解10-15min后启动驱动电机2,利用榨汁组件将果子切碎、榨汁;
步骤三、榨汁完成后打开输送管10的电磁阀,果汁通过过滤网9的过滤流入浓缩箱11,果渣都留在了过滤网9上;
步骤四、启动加热套16,在搅拌的条件下持续加热,同时加入适量第二进料箱15内的调味剂,加热浓缩后,打开出料管17输出果汁,得到浓缩果汁。

所述榨汁箱(1)的顶部一侧开设有进料口(3),且榨汁箱(1)的一侧固设有具有果胶酶的第一进料箱(7),所述榨汁箱(1)内安装有一横向的过滤网(9),且其内部设置有榨汁组件;
所述浓缩箱(11)的底部外侧套设有加热套(16),且其一侧固设有具有调节剂的第二进料箱(15),所述浓缩箱(11)内安装有搅拌组件,且搅拌组件与榨汁组件通过传动箱(18)传动连接,所述浓缩箱(11)的顶部一侧设置有泄压组件(12),所述浓缩箱(11)的底端连接有出料管(17),所述输送管(10)和出料管(17)上均设置有电磁阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种浓缩果汁的制备设备,其特征在于:所述榨汁组件包括驱动电机(2)、连接在驱动电机(2)输出端的转动杆(4)和固设在转动杆(4)外侧的多组活动刀具(5),所述驱动电机(2)安装在榨汁箱(1)的顶部上端面,且转动杆(4)延伸至榨汁箱(1)内部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种浓缩果汁的制备设备,其特征在于:所述榨汁箱(1)的内侧壁上安装有多组固定刀具(6),且固定刀具(6)与活动刀具(5)之间交叉设置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种浓缩果汁的制备设备,其特征在于:所述搅拌组件包括搅拌杆(13)和固设在搅拌杆(13)外侧的多个搅拌桨(14)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种浓缩果汁的制备设备,其特征在于:所述传动箱(18)固定在榨汁箱(1)和浓缩箱(11)之间,所述转动杆(4)的底端延伸至传动箱(18)内,且搅拌杆(13)的顶端延伸至传动箱(18)内,所述转动杆(4)的外侧固设有主动齿轮(19),所述转动杆(4)的外侧设置有一凸台状的连接部,所述连接部的外侧活动套设有从动齿轮(20),且从动齿轮(20)的外侧与主动齿轮(19)啮合,所述搅拌杆(13)的外侧套设有压紧弹簧(21),所述压紧弹簧(21)的一端固设在传动箱(18)的内侧,另一端抵接在从动齿轮(20)的外侧,所述转动杆(4)的外侧设置有控制其转动的定位组件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种浓缩果汁的制备设备,其特征在于:所述定位组件包括固设在传动箱(18)内的固定块(25),且固定块(25)的一侧固设有定位块(22),所述定位块(22)内穿设有电动伸缩的挡块(23),所述搅拌杆(13)的外侧固设有转动块(24),当挡块(23)伸长时,转动块(24)与挡块(23)抵接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种浓缩果汁的制备设备,其特征在于:所述第一进料箱(7)和第二进料箱(15)的顶部安装有定量输送泵,所述榨汁箱(1)的一侧开设有清洁口(8),且清洁口(8)位于过滤网(9)的上方。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种浓缩果汁的制备设备,其特征在于:所述泄压组件(12)包括连接在浓缩箱(11)顶端的泄压管(121)、设置在泄压管(121)内的密封管(123)以及固设在密封管(123)上端面的堵块(122),所述密封管(123)的内部中空且底端开口,且密封管(123)的外侧穿设有多个泄压孔(124),所述泄压管(121)的外侧固设有支撑板(125),且支撑板(125)上固设有多个复位弹簧(126),所述复位弹簧(126)与堵块(122)下端面固定连接。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项一种浓缩果汁的制备设备的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下具体步骤:
步骤一、挑选新鲜的果子,清洗干净、去皮、切块后通过进料装置输送至进料口(3);
步骤二、关闭输送管(10)上的电磁阀,加入适量的水,并通过第一进料箱(7)进入适量的果胶酶,浸泡酶解10-15min后启动驱动电机(2),利用榨汁组件将果子切碎、榨汁;
步骤三、榨汁完成后打开输送管(10)的电磁阀,果汁通过过滤网(9)的过滤流入浓缩箱(11),果渣都留在了过滤网(9)上;
步骤四、启动加热套(16),在搅拌的条件下持续加热,同时加入适量第二进料箱(15)内的调味剂,加热浓缩后,打开出料管(17)输出果汁,得到浓缩果汁。
