Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a medicament for preventing and treating rust disease of radix puerariae.
Background
The arrowroot is a leguminous plant, and the root tuber of the arrowroot can be eaten fresh and processed into arrowroot, so that the arrowroot has good nutritional and health-care values. The diseases occurring on the radix Puerariae mainly include rust disease, root rot, anthracnose, wilt, brown spot and empty heart disease. Among them, rust disease of arrowroot occurs mostly in warm and rainy climates, and the damage to the leaves is greatest. The pathogenic bacteria of the pachyrhizus rust disease are pachyrhizus rust bacteria (Phakopsora pachyrhizi Syd.) of basidiomycotina, and at the initial stage of plant disease, tiny faint yellow or light brown disease spots appear on leaves, after a period of time, the disease spots naturally crack, and a small amount of orange yellow powder is visible, and the yellow powder is summer sporum of bacteria. The leaves with serious disease are seen to have a large number of disease spots on the leaf surfaces, yellow to rust powder is mixed in the leaf surfaces, the leaves are twisted and curled, photosynthesis cannot be normally carried out, the water content is reduced due to a large number of transpirations, and finally the leaves are slowly withered, so that the expansion of underground tuberous roots is influenced, and the yield is reduced.
At present, the domestic prevention and treatment of the rust disease of the radix puerariae are mainly carried out by medicaments such as thiophanate methyl, carbendazim, triadimefon and the like, but the medicament is continuously used for many years, so that the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria is generated, and the prevention and treatment effect on the rust disease of the radix puerariae is continuously reduced. Therefore, there is an urgent need for novel agents capable of effectively controlling Pueraria rust.
The carvacrol is a pure plant source bactericide which is prepared by extracting and processing yellow flower buds, has a strong antibacterial effect, and can effectively inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria spores and hyphae. CN201510084511.0 discloses a bactericidal composition containing penflufen and carvacrol and application thereof, and particularly discloses a bactericidal composition which has good prevention and treatment effects on powdery mildew or rust diseases of wheat, fruit trees, flowers, vegetables and the like after the penflufen and the carvacrol are compounded.
The flusilazole triazole bactericide mainly damages the biosynthesis of ergosterol which is an important component of cell membranes of tissue pathogenic bacteria, so that the cell membranes cannot be formed, and the bacteria die. Flusilazole is effective against pathogens of basidiomycetes and fungi imperfecti.
The tebuconazole is broad-spectrum triazole bactericide, is a sterol demethylation inhibitor, has strong systemic property, and can prevent and treat various diseases in various crops, such as brown spot, powdery mildew, rust and fusarium wilt.
At present, no report on the compounding of carvacrol and flusilazole or tebuconazole is yet known.
