The driving motor 33 is installed at one side of the inside of the installation cavity 311, so that the gravity center of the base 31 is offset, and meanwhile, the main gear is meshed with one side of the gear structure 323, and certain lateral force is generated on the gear structure 323 and the transmission shaft 322, so that the installation and rotation accuracy of the gear structure 323 and the transmission shaft 322 are affected.
Therefore, the supporting shaft 34 is installed at the other side of the inside of the installation cavity 311, the supporting shaft 34 is connected with the auxiliary wheel 341 in a key way, and the auxiliary wheel 341 is connected with the other side of the gear structure 323 in a meshed way, so that the lateral force of the driving wheel 331 to the gear structure 323 is counteracted.

The bottom plate 61, the top plate 62 and the connecting shaft 63 constitute a main body portion of the elevating rotation mechanism 6, and the bottom plate 61 is rotatably connected to the support plate 16, thereby realizing a rotation operation of the entire elevating rotation mechanism 6.
The screws 64 are arranged at one side of the connecting shaft 63 at intervals in parallel, the upper end and the lower end are respectively connected with the top plate 62 and the bottom plate 61 in a rotating way, a first motor 65 is arranged on the top plate 62, the first motor 65 drives the screws 64 to rotate in a gear transmission mode and the like, and further the gripping device 7 arranged on the screws 64 moves up and down along the length direction of the screws 64, so that lifting operation and rotating operation of the gripping device 7 are realized.
The clamping device 7 can be used for taking down the file bags with various heights on the storage rack 3 by means of lifting operation, and the clamping device 7 and the file bags are rotated to the upper side of the conveyor 8 by means of rotation operation, so that the file bags are placed on the conveyor 8.
The outer side surface of the bottom plate 61 is provided with a tooth-shaped surface, and the second motor is connected with the tooth-shaped surface through a gear transmission mechanism so as to control the bottom plate 61 to rotate on the supporting plate 16.
The bearing 35 is installed on the support plate 16, and a connection part fixedly connected to an inner ring of the bearing 35 is installed at a lower end of the bottom plate 61 to smoothly rotate the bottom plate 61.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, as a specific embodiment of the human resource data management system provided by the present invention, a mounting block 66 is provided on a screw 64, an electric push rod 67 is provided on the mounting block 66, and a gripper 7 is a clamping jaw cylinder and is fixed on a free end of the electric push rod 67.
The mounting block 66 is provided with a threaded hole connected with the screw 64, so that the mounting block 66 corresponds to a nut, and the first motor 65, the screw 64 and the mounting block 66 form a screw transmission mechanism.
A limit rod is arranged on one side of the screw 64, a limit hole is formed in the mounting block 66, and the limit rod penetrates through the limit hole to prevent the mounting block 66 from rotating, but accurately moves linearly.
And the electric push rod 67 is fixedly connected to the mounting block 66, and the clamping device 7 is fixed to the free end of the electric push rod 67, so that the clamping device 7 can be controlled to move horizontally towards the storage rack 3, and the file bags can be clamped rapidly and accurately.
The gripper 7 is a gripper cylinder, and clamps the file bag firmly by means of two grippers of the gripper cylinder.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, as a specific embodiment of the human resource data management system provided by the present invention, an electromagnetic chuck 41 is disposed at a free end of the push-pull mechanism 4, for adsorbing the storage rack 3 and for pushing or pulling back the storage rack 3; the outer side surface of the storage rack 3 is provided with a metal plate.
Under the action of the jacking mechanism 5, the storage rack 3 passes through the through hole 14 from the lower chamber 13 and enters the upper chamber 12, then the push-pull mechanism 4 is started, the free end of the push-pull mechanism drives the electromagnetic chuck 41 to move towards the storage rack 3, the electromagnetic chuck 41 is connected with the storage rack 3 through magnetic force, and the storage rack 3 is stably pushed to enter the support plate 16 through the opening 15.
After the file bags on the storage rack 3 are taken away, the push-pull mechanism 4 is started to pull the storage rack 3 back to the upper chamber 12, and the operation is simple and convenient.
When the storage rack 3 is required to be rotated, the electromagnetic chuck 41 is temporarily closed, and the acting force of the electromagnetic chuck 41 on the storage rack 3 is eliminated.
The metal plate is arranged on the base 31 of the storage rack 3, and the height of the electromagnetic chuck 41 corresponds to that of the base 31, so that the electromagnetic chuck 41 can be accurately and magnetically connected with the metal plate on the base 31.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 7, as a specific embodiment of the human resource data management system provided by the present invention, a shielding cover 17 for shielding the lifting and rotating mechanism 6 is further provided on the outer wall of the storage bin 1, a through hole 171 corresponding to the opening 15 is provided on the shielding cover 17, and the conveyor 8 passes through the through hole 171.
The shielding cover 17 is fixed on the outer wall of the storage bin 1 to enclose the lifting rotating mechanism 6, so that the influence of the external environment on the lifting rotating mechanism 6 is reduced, and the reliable and stable work of the lifting rotating mechanism is ensured.
The side of the shielding cover 17 is fixed on the outer wall of the storage bin 1, the lower end surface is fixedly connected with the supporting plate 16, and the opening 15 is also surrounded while shielding the lifting rotating mechanism 6, so that external impurities are prevented from entering the storage bin 1.
After the storage rack 3 has been moved out of the storage compartment 1 through the opening 15, it enters the shielding cover 17, so that the shielding cover 17 also serves to enclose the storage rack 3.
The shielding cover 17 is provided with a through hole 171, the through hole 171 corresponds to the opening 15, and the conveyor 8 passes through the through hole 171, and the file pocket taken down from the storage rack 3 by the gripper 7 is placed on the conveyor 8 and is conveyed out.
