The label paper stacked in the label paper warehouse is in a pre-cut structure, the label paper is shown in fig. 17, and a plurality of rubberizing points 2071 are arranged on the inner surface of the label paper; the label paper is conveyed between the fourth packaging wheel 900 and the fifth packaging wheel 120 by the label paper conveying device 130, and in the process, the gluing device glues the gluing point 2071 on the inner surface of the label paper; after the label paper is conveyed to the preset position, the frame cigarette packet 210 output in the fourth packing wheel 900 enters the fifth packing wheel 120 together with the label paper. As shown in fig. 12e, the trademark paper pack 220 includes a pack 204, an aluminum foil paper box 205 wrapped outside the pack 204 and made of aluminum foil paper, a drawer tape 203 attached to the back surface of the aluminum foil paper box 205, a frame paper box 206 wrapped on the side and front surface of the aluminum foil paper box 205 and made of frame paper, and a trademark paper box 207 wrapped outside the frame paper box 206 and made of trademark paper.
As shown in fig. 6, the cut-and-dry station includes a No. six packing wheel 140, a No. seven packing wheel 150, and a cutoff device 160 provided on a conveying path of brand cigarette packets 220 from the No. six packing wheel 140 to the No. seven packing wheel 150. The sixth packing wheel 140 is a transition packing wheel for the trademark cigarette packet 220, and the sixth packing wheel 140 is configured to receive the trademark cigarette packet 220 output by the fifth packing wheel 120 and convey the trademark cigarette packet 220 to the seventh packing wheel 150; during the process of conveying the trademark packets 220 from the sixth packing wheel 140 to the seventh packing wheel 150, as shown in fig. 12f, the trademark packets 220 pass through the cutting device 160; the cutting device 160 cuts the label paper box 207 of the outermost layer of the label paper packet 220, cuts the label paper box 207 into the divided box body 201 and the flip cover 202, as shown in fig. 12 g. The seventh packing wheel 150 is for receiving the cut trademark paper packet 220 and heating and drying the glue joint of the trademark paper packet 220, thereby producing the drawing packet 200. As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the pull-out tobacco pouch 200 includes a tobacco group 204, an aluminum foil paper box 205 wrapped outside the tobacco group 204 and made of aluminum foil paper, a pull-out tab 203 attached to the back surface of the aluminum foil paper box 205, a frame paper box 206 wrapped on the side and front surface of the aluminum foil paper box 205 and made of frame paper, and a trademark paper box 207 wrapped outside the frame paper box 206 and made of trademark paper, the trademark paper box 207 including a flip cover 202 and a box body 201 of a split structure, the pull-out tab 203 being located between the back surface of the aluminum foil paper box 205 and the trademark paper box 207, the upper ends of the flip cover 202 and the drawing bar 203 are adhered and fixed through glue at the glue applying point 2071 on the inner surface of the label paper, the box body 201 and the aluminum foil paper, and the box body 201 and the frame paper are adhered and fixed through glue at the glue applying point 2071 on the inner surface of the label paper, the drawing bar 203 can be driven to move up and down by pulling up and down the flip cover 202 by taking the frame paper box 206 as a guide rail, and in the upward moving process, the drawing is limited through the second limiting parts 2061 on the left and right upper edge sides of the frame paper box 206. As shown in fig. 13 and 14, six outer surfaces of the drawing packet 200 are left and right side surfaces, an upper top surface, a lower bottom surface, and front and rear surfaces, respectively. When the cigarettes are drawn, the flip 202 is pulled up first, and then the flip 202 is opened, so that the cigarettes can be drawn.
Further, the application further provides a packaging method of the pull-out tobacco package 200, and the packaging method of the pull-out tobacco package 200 sequentially comprises the following steps of:
s1, cigarettes stored in a cigarette warehouse 100 are orderly arranged into cigarette groups 204 after falling through a lower flue, as shown in FIG. 12 a;
s2, the cigarette group 204 is conveyed to a second packing wheel 400 through a first packing wheel 300, aluminum foil paper stored in an aluminum foil paper warehouse is conveyed to the second packing wheel 400 through an aluminum foil paper conveying device 500, the second packing wheel 400 folds and wraps the aluminum foil paper on the periphery of the cigarette group 204 to form an aluminum foil paper cigarette packet 208, forming of the aluminum foil paper is completed as shown in FIG. 12b, and the second packing wheel 400 outputs the aluminum foil paper cigarette packet 208;
s3, conveying the aluminum foil cigarette packet 208 to a third packing wheel 600, conveying the drawing strips 203 stored in the drawing strip paper warehouse 700 to the third packing wheel 600 through a drawing strip conveying device 800, pressing the drawing strips 203 on the outer surface of the aluminum foil cigarette packet 208 by the third packing wheel 600 to form a drawing strip cigarette packet 209, and outputting the drawing strip cigarette packet 209 by the third packing wheel 600 as shown in FIG. 12 c;
s4, conveying the drawing strip cigarette packet 209 to a fourth packing wheel 900, conveying the frame paper stored in the frame paper warehouse to the fourth packing wheel 900 through a frame paper conveying device 110, folding and wrapping the frame paper on the periphery of the drawing strip cigarette packet 209 by the fourth packing wheel 900 to form a frame cigarette packet 210, completing the forming of the frame paper, and outputting the frame cigarette packet 210 by the fourth packing wheel 900;
s5, the frame cigarette packet 210 is conveyed to a fifth packing wheel 120, the trademark paper stored in the trademark paper warehouse is conveyed to the fifth packing wheel 120 through a trademark paper conveying device 130, a gluing device glues glue on gluing points 2071 on the inner surface of the trademark paper conveyed by the trademark paper conveying device 130, the fifth packing wheel 120 folds and wraps the trademark paper on the periphery of the frame cigarette packet 210 to form a trademark cigarette packet 220, forming of the trademark paper is completed, and the fifth packing wheel 120 outputs the trademark cigarette packet 220 as shown in FIG. 12 e;
s7, the trademark cigarette packet 220 is conveyed to the seventh packing wheel 150 through the sixth packing wheel 140, in the process, as shown in fig. 12f, the trademark cigarette packet 220 passes through the cutting device 160, and the trademark paper packet 207 on the outermost layer of the trademark cigarette packet 220 is cut into a split type box body 201 and a flip cover 202 by the cutting device 160, as shown in fig. 12 g;
s8, the trademark cigarette packet 220 is conveyed to the seventh packing wheel 150, and the seventh packing wheel 150 heats and dries the glue bonding point of the trademark cigarette packet 220 to form a drawing cigarette packet 200, as shown in fig. 13 and 14.
Therefore, compared with the traditional packaging machine, the packaging system and the packaging method of the pull-out cigarette packet 200 have the advantages that the functions of conveying the pull-out strips 203, pressing the pull-out strips 203 and cutting the trademark paper boxes 207 are added, packaging of aluminum foil paper, packaging of the pull-out strips 203, packaging of frame paper, packaging of trademark paper, cutting of the trademark paper into two parts and drying of glue on the inner surface of the trademark paper are automatically achieved, more packaging actions can be completed, accordingly, the pull-out cigarette packet 200 meeting requirements is produced, and the requirements of a cigarette factory on special cigarette packages are met.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the drawing strips 203 in the drawing strip paper stock 700 are stacked up and down for storage, the lower end of the drawing strip paper stock 700 is provided with a bearing plate group for bearing the drawing strips 203 in the drawing strip paper stock 700, the bearing plate group comprises a left separating plate 701 and a right separating plate 702 which are arranged side by side left and right, and a separating knife 703 which is arranged side by side front and back of the left separating plate 701 and the right separating plate 702, the drawing strip conveying device 800 comprises a rotatable drawing strip suction nozzle 801, a drawing strip conveying unit 802 and a rotatable drawing strip suction foot 803, the drawing strip suction nozzle 801 is arranged between the bearing plate group and the drawing strip conveying unit 802, and the drawing strip suction foot 803 is arranged between the drawing strip conveying unit 802 and the third packaging wheel 600. Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the third packing wheel 600 has a pressing device for pressing the drawing bar 203 and the aluminum foil cigarette packet 208, the pressing device includes a pressing driving source 601, a speed reducer 602, a pressing transmission assembly 603, a pressing link 604 capable of moving up and down, and a pressing plate 605 fixed at the lower end of the pressing link 604, the pressing driving source 601 is connected with the pressing link 604 through the speed reducer 602 and the pressing transmission assembly 603 in sequence, and drives the pressing link 604 to reciprocate up and down, and the pressing transmission assembly 603 is a cam mechanism. The downward-pressing driving source 601 is a motor, when the motor rotates, the downward-pressing connecting rod 604 is driven to move downwards through the speed reducer 602 and the downward-pressing transmission assembly 603, the downward-pressing plate 605 is driven to move downwards, and then the drawing bar 203 and the aluminum foil cigarette packet 208 below the downward-pressing plate 605 are pressed into the die box cavity of the third packaging wheel 600 together by combining the cigarette receiving rod of the third packaging wheel 600, so that the aluminum foil cigarette packet 208 is connected.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the cutting device 160 includes a mounting bracket, a cutting driving source 161 fixed to the mounting bracket, a cutting transmission assembly, and a cutting blade 162 rotatably mounted to the mounting bracket, the cutting driving source 161 is a motor, the cutting driving source 161 is connected to the cutting blade 162 through the cutting transmission assembly, and drives the cutting blade 162 to rotate, as shown in fig. 17, the cutting blade 162 cuts the label paper box 207 at a cutting edge 2072 of the label paper, and thus the label paper box 207 is divided into two parts, and is cut into a split flip 202 and a box 201.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 10, the seventh packing wheel 150 is a horizontal packing wheel, and can rotate around a central axis extending up and down, and the seventh packing wheel 150 includes a plurality of first trademark cigarette packet cavities 151 for accommodating trademark cigarette packets 220, an upper heating plate 152 fixed on an upper side of the first trademark cigarette packet cavities 151 and used for facing a left side of the trademark cigarette packets 220, a lower heating plate 153 fixed on a lower side of the first trademark cigarette packet cavities 151 and used for facing a right side of the trademark cigarette packets 220, and a front heating plate 154 fixed on a cavity wall side of each first trademark cigarette packet cavity 151 and used for facing a front of the trademark cigarette packets 220. The glue bonding points between the label paper and the frame paper and between the label paper and the aluminum foil paper are heated and dried through the upper heating plate 152, the lower heating plate 153 and the front heating plate 154, so that the label paper and the aluminum foil paper, the label paper and the drawing strip 203 and the label paper and the frame paper are firmly fixedly connected.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 11, the cutting and drying station further includes a No. eight packing wheel 170, the No. eight packing wheel 170 being a vertical packing wheel capable of rotating around a central axis extending horizontally, the No. eight packing wheel 170 including a plurality of second trademark packet cavities 171 for accommodating trademark packets 220, and a back heating plate 172 for facing the back of the trademark packets 220. The drawing cigarette packet 200 enters the No. eight packing wheel 170 after rotating 270 degrees in the No. seven packing wheel 150, and the back heating plate 172 continues to heat and dry the glue bonding point, so that reliable and firm connection between the drawing strip 203 and the label paper can be ensured.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the manner in which the label paper conveying apparatus 130 conveys the label paper is: the label paper on the bottom layer of the label paper warehouse is sucked, the label paper conveying device 130 firstly transversely conveys the label paper to the right, and during conveying, the part of the label paper, which is used for forming the flip cover 202, is folded downwards; subsequently, the label is conveyed to the right end by the label conveying means 130 and then conveyed straight to the fifth packing wheel 120 while being glued to each glue applying point 2071 on the inner surface of the label.
Further, the packaging system of the drawing cigarette packet 200 according to the present application is further configured with a control system, a detector, a remover, a mold box conveyor belt 180, and an output channel 190, wherein the detector and the remover are both connected to the control system, each unqualified cigarette packet in the production process is detected by the detector, and then the unqualified cigarette packet is removed by the remover; the module conveyor 180 is disposed between the lower flue and the first packing wheel 300, the cigarette group 204 is pushed into the module conveyor 180 by a pusher, the module conveyor 180 conveys the cigarette group 204 to the left, and the other pusher pushes the cigarette group 204 from the module conveyor 180 into the first packing wheel 300. The output channel 190 is arranged at the output port of the No. eight packing wheel 170, and after the qualified finished product drawing cigarette packet 200 rotates 180 degrees anticlockwise in the No. eight packing wheel 170, the qualified finished product drawing cigarette packet is pushed into the output channel 190 by the cigarette pushing rod of the No. eight packing wheel 170.
Preferably, the detectors and ejectors are preferably arranged in the packaging system of the pull packet 200 in a manner such that: a first detector is arranged in the second packaging wheel 400 and is used for detecting whether the cigarette group 204 is qualified or not; a first ejector is disposed in the third packing wheel 600 for ejecting the aluminum foil packets 208 containing the unqualified packets 204 detected by the first detector, so that the third packing wheel 600 is a packing wheel for packing the drawing bars 203 and ejecting the unqualified packets 204. When the first detector detects the unqualified cigarette group 204 at the second packing wheel 400, the third packing wheel 600 rotates 45 degrees after the cigarette group 204 enters the third packing wheel 600, and the aluminum foil cigarette packet 208 containing the unqualified cigarette group 204 is removed by the first remover. A second detector is arranged in the fourth packaging wheel 900 and is used for detecting whether the frame cigarette packet 210 is qualified or not; a third detector is configured in the fifth packaging wheel 120 and is used for detecting whether the trademark paper cigarette packet 220 is qualified or not; a second ejector is disposed in the sixth packing wheel 140, and is configured to eject the trademark packets 220 containing the defective frame packets 210 detected by the second detector in the fourth packing wheel 900, and to eject the defective trademark packets 220 detected by the third detector in the fifth packing wheel 120, so that the sixth packing wheel 140 is a transitional ejection packing wheel. When the second detector detects a defective frame cigarette packet 210 in the No. four packing wheel 900 and the third detector detects a defective trademark cigarette packet 220 in the No. five packing wheel 120, it is rejected by the second reject in the No. six packing wheel 140 after rotating 45 ° in the No. six packing wheel 140. The third ejector is configured in the eighth packing wheel 170, when the packing system is stopped due to reasons, the trademark paper cigarette packet 220 stays in the seventh packing wheel 150 for too long, and the trademark paper cigarette packet 220 is excessively heated and dried by the seventh packing wheel 150, so that the unqualified drawing cigarette packet 200 is caused; at this time, the third ejector in the eighth packing wheel 170 ejects all trademark cigarette packets 220 with too long residence time in the seventh packing wheel 150, so as to ensure that the drawing cigarette packets 200 output by the eighth packing wheel 170 are all qualified finished cigarette packets.

The packaging system of claim 1, wherein: the third packaging wheel (600) is provided with a pressing device for pressing the drawing bar (203) and the aluminum foil cigarette packet (208), the pressing device comprises a pressing driving source (601), a pressing transmission assembly (603), a pressing connecting rod (604) capable of moving up and down, and a pressing plate (605) fixed at the lower end of the pressing connecting rod (604), and the pressing driving source (601) is connected with the pressing connecting rod (604) through the pressing transmission assembly (603) and drives the pressing connecting rod (604) to move up and down in a reciprocating mode.

The packaging system of claim 1, wherein: the cutting device (160) comprises a mounting bracket, a cutting driving source (161) fixed on the mounting bracket, a cutting transmission assembly and a cutting knife (162) rotatably mounted on the mounting bracket, wherein the cutting driving source (161) is connected with the cutting knife (162) through the cutting transmission assembly and drives the cutting knife (162) to rotate.
4. A method for packaging a pull-out tobacco packet, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: use of a packaging system according to any one of claims 1-3, said packaging method comprising in order the steps of:
s1, cigarettes stored in a cigarette warehouse (100) are orderly arranged into cigarette groups (204) after falling through a lower flue;
s2, conveying the cigarette group (204) to a second packing wheel (400) through a first packing wheel (300), conveying aluminum foil paper stored in an aluminum foil paper warehouse to the second packing wheel (400) through an aluminum foil paper conveying device (500), folding and wrapping the aluminum foil paper on the periphery of the cigarette group (204) through the second packing wheel (400) to form an aluminum foil paper packet (208), and completing forming of the aluminum foil paper, wherein the second packing wheel (400) outputs the aluminum foil paper packet (208);
s3, conveying the aluminum foil cigarette packets (208) to a third packaging wheel (600), conveying the drawing strips (203) stored in a drawing strip paper warehouse (700) to the third packaging wheel (600) through a drawing strip conveying device (800), pressing the drawing strips (203) on the outer surface of the aluminum foil cigarette packets (208) by the third packaging wheel (600) to form drawing strip cigarette packets (209), and outputting the drawing strip cigarette packets (209) by the third packaging wheel (600);
