The upper end of the outer cigarette case 202 is provided with a turnover cover 203 which can be repeatedly opened, and one end of the sealing cover 205, which is adhered to the inner container cigarette case 201, can be adhered to the inner surface of the turnover cover 203 or not adhered to the turnover cover 203; when the sealing cover 205 is not adhered to the flip 203, the hard box moisture-keeping and fragrance-keeping cigarette is a twice-opened cigarette, namely, after the flip 203 is opened, the sealing cover 205 is opened again, so that cigarettes are extracted from the cigarette taking port 204 after the twice-opened cigarette is realized; when the cover 205 is adhered to the lid 203, the hard-box moisture-keeping and aroma-keeping cigarette is a one-time-opening cigarette, that is, after the lid 203 is opened, the lid 203 moves along with the cover 205 in a direction away from the cigarette taking port 204 to expose the cigarette taking port 204, so that cigarettes can be drawn from the cigarette taking port 204 by opening the box once.
As shown in fig. 3, the rigid box moisture-retaining and flavor-retaining cigarette packing machine according to the present application includes a pack 301, a lower flue, a frame paper packing site, a film paper packing site, and a brand paper packing site. The cigarette holder 301 is used for holding cigarettes. The lower flue is communicated with the smoke warehouse 301 and is used for receiving cigarettes output by the smoke warehouse 301 and outputting a smoke group 100, and the smoke group 100 is composed of a plurality of cigarettes which are orderly arranged, as shown in fig. 4; the number of the lower flue is plural, and various arrangements of the smoke groups 100 can be formed, for example: when three lower flues are arranged, after the cigarettes fall from the smoke warehouse 301 through the three lower flues, 7 cigarettes fall from the right side, 6 cigarettes fall from the middle, and 7 cigarettes fall from the left side, so that a 7-6-7 arranged smoke group 100 is formed, and the cigarette group 100 can be changed into the 7-7-6 arranged smoke group 100 or other arranged smoke groups 100 according to actual requirements; when there are two lower flues, then 8-8 arranged cigarette groups 100, 9-9 arranged cigarette groups 100, 10-10 arranged cigarette groups 100, or other arrangements of cigarette groups 100 may be formed. The frame paper packing position comprises a first packing wheel 302, a second packing wheel 303, a third packing wheel 304 and a frame paper warehouse 305 for storing and outputting frame paper 400, wherein the first packing wheel 302, the second packing wheel 303 and the third packing wheel 304 all receive the cigarette group 100 along the radial direction of cigarettes (namely the X direction in figure 2) and rotationally convey the cigarette group 100 along the receiving direction, so the first packing wheel 302, the second packing wheel 303 and the third packing wheel 304 are all transverse packing wheels; the first packing wheel 302 is used for receiving the cigarette group 100 output by the lower flue and conveying the cigarette group 100 to the second packing wheel 303, the second packing wheel 303 is used for receiving the cigarette group 100 output by the first packing wheel 302 and conveying the cigarette group 100 to the third packing wheel 304, and the third packing wheel 304 is used for receiving the cigarette group 100 output by the second packing wheel 303 and the frame paper 400 output by the frame paper warehouse 305 and outputting the frame paper 400 after folding and wrapping the frame paper 400 outside the cigarette group 100, so that a folder is arranged in the third packing wheel 304. The film paper packaging position comprises a No. three a packaging wheel 306 and a film paper warehouse 307 for storing and outputting the film paper 600, the No. three a packaging wheel 306 receives the frame paper packet 500 along the axial direction of the cigarettes (i.e. the Y direction in fig. 2) and rotates to convey the frame paper packet 500 along the receiving direction, so the No. three a packaging wheel 306 is a longitudinal packaging wheel, the No. three a packaging wheel 306 is used for receiving the frame paper packet 500 output by the No. three packaging wheel 304 and the film paper 600 output by the film paper warehouse 307, and folding and wrapping the film paper 600 outside the frame paper packet 500 and then outputting the film paper packet 700, and therefore, a folder is also arranged in the No. three a packaging wheel 306. The trademark paper packaging position comprises a fourth packaging wheel 308, a fifth packaging wheel 309 and a trademark paper warehouse for storing and outputting trademark paper 800, wherein the fourth packaging wheel 308 and the fifth packaging wheel 309 both receive the film paper cigarette packet 700 along the radial direction of cigarettes and rotationally convey the film paper cigarette packet 700 along the receiving direction, so the fourth packaging wheel 308 and the fifth packaging wheel 309 are both transverse packaging wheels; the fourth packing wheel 308 is configured to receive the blister pack 700 output by the third a packing wheel 306 and convey the blister pack 700 to the fifth packing wheel 309, and the fifth packing wheel 309 is configured to receive the blister pack 700 output by the fourth packing wheel 308 and the label paper 800 output by the label paper warehouse, fold and wrap the label paper 800 outside the blister pack 700, and then output the label paper pack 900, so that a folder is also provided in the fifth packing wheel 309.
Further, the invention also provides a method for packaging the hard box moisturizing and fragrance-preserving cigarettes by using the hard box moisturizing and fragrance-preserving cigarette packaging machine, which comprises the following steps of: step a, cigarettes stored in the cigarette warehouse 301 are orderly arranged into a cigarette group 100 after falling through the lower flue, as shown in fig. 4. Step B, the cigarette group 100 is conveyed to a third packing wheel 304 after being conveyed by a first packing wheel 302 and a second packing wheel 303 in sequence, the frame paper 400 stored in the frame paper warehouse 305 is conveyed to the third packing wheel 304 after being glued, the third packing wheel 304 folds and wraps the frame paper 400 on the periphery of the cigarette group 100, and the folding joint of the frame paper 400 is glued and fixed, as shown in fig. 6, so that the package of the frame paper cigarette packet 500 is completed; the third packing wheel 304 outputs the frame cigarette packet 500, and the frame cigarette packet 500 includes the cigarette pack 100 and the supporting cigarette case 501 wrapped outside the cigarette pack 100 and formed of the frame paper 400, as shown in fig. 8. Step C, the frame cigarette packet 500 is conveyed to a third A packing wheel 306, the film paper 600 stored in the film paper warehouse 307 is conveyed to the third A packing wheel 306, and the film paper 600 is provided with a cigarette taking port 204 and a cover 205 which covers the cigarette taking port 204 and is adhered to the film paper 600 in advance; the third a-wrapping wheel 306 folds and wraps the film paper 600 around the outer circumference of the frame cigarette packet 500, and heat seals and fixes the film paper 600, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, thereby completing the wrapping of the film cigarette packet 700; the third packing wheel 306 outputs the blister pack 700, and the blister pack 700 includes a frame pack 500 and a liner cigarette case 201 formed of blister paper 600 and wrapped around the frame pack 500, as shown in fig. 15 and 16. Step D, the film cigarette packet 700 is conveyed to a fifth packaging wheel 309 after being conveyed by a fourth packaging wheel 308, the trademark paper 800 stored in the trademark paper warehouse is conveyed to the fifth packaging wheel 309 after being glued, the fifth packaging wheel 309 folds and wraps the trademark paper 800 on the periphery of the film cigarette packet 700, and the folding joint of the trademark paper 800 is glued and fixed, so that the packaging of the trademark cigarette packet 900 is completed; the fifth wrapping wheel 309 outputs the trademark cigarette packet 900, and the trademark cigarette packet 900 includes the film cigarette packet 700 and the external cigarette packet 202 wrapped outside the film cigarette packet 700 and formed by the trademark cigarette packet 800, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. From the above, it can be seen that: the hard box moisturizing and fragrance-preserving cigarette packaging machine is further provided with a first gluing mechanism which is arranged on the conveying path of the frame paper 400 and used for gluing the frame paper 400, and a second gluing mechanism which is arranged on the conveying path of the trademark paper 800 and used for gluing the trademark paper 800, wherein a preferable gluing mode of the first gluing mechanism and the second gluing mechanism is hot melt glue spraying.
Therefore, in the hard box moisture-preserving and aroma-preserving cigarette packaging machine and the hard box moisture-preserving and aroma-preserving cigarette packaging method using the hard box moisture-preserving and aroma-preserving cigarette packaging machine, the first packaging wheel 302, the second packaging wheel 303, the third packaging wheel 304, the fourth packaging wheel 308 and the fifth packaging wheel 309 are all transverse packaging wheels, but the third packaging wheel 306 is a longitudinal packaging wheel, so that the hard box moisture-preserving and aroma-preserving cigarette packaging machine combines the transverse packaging wheels and the longitudinal packaging wheels, has good packaging flexibility, can complete more packaging actions, and effectively realizes automatic production of the hard box moisture-preserving and aroma-preserving cigarettes, thereby meeting the packaging form of the hard box moisture-preserving and aroma-preserving cigarettes.
Further, the hard box moisture-keeping and aroma-keeping cigarette packaging machine further comprises a box conveying belt for conveying the cigarette groups 100, a first propeller for pushing the cigarette groups 100 output by the cigarette warehouse 301 to the box conveying belt, and a second propeller for pushing the cigarette groups 100 output by the box conveying belt to the first packaging wheel 302, so that the cigarette groups 100 are conveyed from the lower flue to the first packaging wheel 302.
As shown in fig. 5, the frame paper 400 is a pre-cut structure, stacked in the frame paper magazine 305; in the step B, the frame paper 400 with the pre-cut structure is conveyed to the middle of the second wrapping wheel 303 and the third wrapping wheel 304, and enters the third wrapping wheel 304 together with the cigarette group 100 under the action of the push rod of the second wrapping wheel 303 and the connecting rod of the third wrapping wheel 304, and the wrapping of the frame paper cigarette packet 500 is completed in the third wrapping wheel 304.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the hard box moisture-preserving and aroma-preserving cigarette packaging machine further comprises a first conveying channel 315 which is arranged between the third packaging wheel 304 and the third packaging wheel 306 and is used for conveying the frame cigarette packet 500, a detection sensor 316 which is fixed right above the third packaging wheel 304 and is used for aligning the frame cigarette packet 500, a first ejector 317 which is arranged on one side of the first conveying channel 315 along the conveying direction perpendicular to the first conveying channel 315, a first ejection driving source which drives the first ejector 317 to move, and a control system, wherein the detection sensor 316 and the first ejection driving source are connected with the control system. The first conveying channel 315 is a short conveying channel and is used for conveying the frame cigarette packets 500 from the third packing wheel 304 to the third packing wheel 306. The detection sensor 316 is a photoelectric sensor, and when the photoelectric sensor is aligned to the frame cigarette packet 500 and is a qualified frame cigarette packet 500 with good packaging quality and being stuck, the photoelectric sensor outputs a signal; when the photoelectric sensor is aligned to the frame cigarette packet 500 and is a defective frame cigarette packet 500 with poor packaging quality or no adhesion, the photoelectric sensor outputs another signal, so that the control system can judge whether the frame cigarette packet 500 is qualified according to the output signal of the detection sensor 316; when the quality is judged to be unqualified, the control system subsequently controls the first removing driving source to act, and the first remover 317 removes the unqualified frame cigarette packet 500 conveyed in the first conveying channel 315, and the frame cigarette packet 500 with the quality being qualified is longitudinally conveyed into the third-A packaging wheel 306. In the present application, the first ejector 317 is ejector pins.
As shown in fig. 12, the film paper warehouse 307 is a roll, the roll is placed on a roll frame, the roll is wound with film paper tapes, and the film paper tapes are equidistantly adhered with the sealing cover 205 and have the function of being adhered for multiple times; the step C also comprises the following steps: outputting the film paper tape on the roll, and cutting the film paper tape at an intermediate position between the adjacent two covers 205 to obtain a film paper 600, as shown in fig. 10 and 11; then the film paper 600 is conveyed to a third packaging wheel A306; therefore, the hard box moisture-keeping and aroma-keeping cigarette packaging machine also comprises a cutting mechanism which is arranged on the thin film paper tape conveying path and is used for cutting the thin film paper tape. As shown in fig. 12 to 14, the third a-wrapping wheel 306 has 24 stations, but the wrapping of the film cigarette packet 700 uses 13 stations sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the frame cigarette packet 500 in the third a-wrapping wheel 306, wherein the 1 st station completes the U-shaped folding of the film cigarette 600 around the frame cigarette packet 500 and the top corners 701 on the left and right sides of the upper end of the film cigarette packet 700 are folded, the 2 nd station and the 3 rd station complete the bottom edge 702 folding of the lower end of the film cigarette packet 700, the 1 st station, the 2 nd station and the 3 rd station together form a first folding station of the third a-wrapping wheel 306, and the third a-wrapping wheel 306 is provided with a folder at the 1 st station, the 2 nd station and the 3 rd station; the 4 th station, the 5 th station and the 6 th station are used for completing the heat sealing and fixing of the bottom edge 702 of the lower end of the film cigarette packet 700, the 4 th station, the 5 th station and the 6 th station form a first heat sealing station of a third A packaging wheel 306 together, and the third A packaging wheel 306 is provided with electric heating iron at the 4 th station, the 5 th station and the 6 th station; the 7 th station is used for finishing the folding of bottom corners 703 at the left and right sides of the lower end of the film cigarette packet 700 and the folding of side edges 704 at the left and right sides of the film cigarette packet 700, the 7 th station forms a second folding station of a third A packing wheel 306, and the third A packing wheel 306 is provided with a folder at the 7 th station; the 8 th station, the 9 th station, the 10 th station, the 11 th station and the 12 th station are used for completing the heat sealing and fixing of the side edges 704 on the left side and the right side of the film cigarette packet 700, the 8 th station, the 9 th station, the 10 th station, the 11 th station and the 12 th station form a second heat sealing station of a third A packaging wheel 306 together, and the third A packaging wheel 306 is provided with electric heating iron at the 8 th station, the 9 th station, the 10 th station, the 11 th station and the 12 th station; station 13 is the output station of the third a-wrap wheel 306 for outputting the film cigarette packet 700.
As shown in fig. 3 and 18, the hard box moisture-keeping and aroma-keeping cigarette packaging machine further comprises a second conveying channel 318, a second ejector 320 and a photographing device 319, wherein the second conveying channel 318 is arranged between the third packaging wheel 306 and the fourth packaging wheel 308 and is used for conveying the film cigarette packet 700, the second ejector 320 and the photographing device 319 are arranged on one side of the second conveying channel 318 along the conveying direction perpendicular to the second conveying channel 318, and a second ejection driving source for driving the second ejector 320 to move, and the photographing device 319 and the second ejection driving source are connected with a control system. The second conveying channel 318 is a long conveying channel, and can realize conveying of the film cigarette packets 700 from the third packaging wheel 306 to the fourth packaging wheel 308; in the conveying process, the photographing device 319 aims at the film cigarette packet 700, photographs the film cigarette packet 700, and the control system judges whether the quality of the film cigarette packet 700 conveyed by the second conveying channel 318 is qualified or not according to the output signal of the photographing device 319: if the quality of the film cigarette packet 700 is poor, the control system controls the second rejecting driving source to act, and the second rejecting device 320 rejects the unqualified film cigarette packet 700 from the second conveying channel 318, so as to ensure that all the film cigarette packets 700 entering the fourth packing wheel 308 are qualified film cigarette packets 700. In the present application, the second ejector 320 is configured to eject the objects by blowing.
As shown in fig. 19, the label 800 is in a pre-cut structure and is stacked on the label stack 310, and the label 800 on the label stack 310 is fed into and stacked in the label warehouse via a conveyor belt; in the step D, the label paper 800 with the precut structure is conveyed between the fourth packaging wheel 308 and the fifth packaging wheel 309 by a conveyor belt, and in the process of conveying the label paper 800 by the conveyor belt, a part of the label paper 800 for forming the flip cover 203 is glued and then folded for forming, and in the subsequent conveying process, each glue-applying point 801 on the inner surface of the label paper 800 is glued again; after the label paper 800 with the flip cover 203 formed by folding is conveyed between the fourth packaging wheel 308 and the fifth packaging wheel 309, under the action of the push rod of the fourth packaging wheel 308 and the connecting rod of the fifth packaging wheel 309, the label paper 800 with the flip cover 203 formed by folding and the rubberized inner surface enters the fifth packaging wheel 309 together with the film cigarette packet 700, and the packaging of the label cigarette packet 900 is completed in the fifth packaging wheel 309, so that the hard box moisture-preserving and fragrance-preserving cigarettes with two boxes are produced. Preferably, a glue spraying device may be disposed in the fifth packaging wheel 309, and the glue spraying device is configured to spray glue and spray hot melt glue to the glue spraying point 705 of the cover 205 on the film cigarette packet 700, as shown in fig. 17, so that the cover 205 can be fixed to the flip cover 203 on the label paper 800 during the packaging and forming process of the subsequent trademark cigarette packet 900, and further package and produce a hard-box moisture-preserving and aroma-preserving cigarette with one open box.
As shown in fig. 3, the hard box moisture-preserving and aroma-preserving cigarette packaging machine further comprises a control system and a sixth packaging wheel 311 for receiving the trademark cigarette packet 900 output by the fifth packaging wheel 309, the sixth packaging wheel 311 receives the trademark cigarette packet 900 along the radial direction of cigarettes and rotationally conveys the trademark cigarette packet 900 along the receiving direction, so the sixth packaging wheel 311 is a transverse packaging wheel, the sixth packaging wheel 311 comprises a first detector, a third remover and a third removing driving source for driving the third remover to move, the first detector and the third removing driving source are connected with the control system, the first detector is used for detecting whether the trademark cigarette packet 900 is qualified or not, if not, the control system drives the third removing driving source to act, and the third remover removes the unqualified trademark cigarette packet 900 from the sixth packaging wheel 311, so that the detection and removal of the unqualified trademark cigarette packet 900 are realized.
As shown in fig. 3, the hard box moisture-retaining and flavor-retaining cigarette packing machine further comprises a seventh packing wheel 312 for receiving the trademark cigarette packet 900 outputted from the sixth packing wheel 311, an eighth packing wheel 313 for receiving the trademark cigarette packet 900 outputted from the seventh packing wheel 312, a third conveying path provided between the seventh packing wheel 312 and the eighth packing wheel 313 and for conveying the trademark cigarette packet 900, a second detector provided on one side of the third conveying path in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the third conveying path, and an output path 314, wherein the seventh packing wheel 312 and the eighth packing wheel 313 both receive the trademark cigarette packet 900 in a radial direction of a cigarette and both rotationally convey the trademark cigarette packet 900 in the receiving direction, so that the seventh packing wheel 312 and the eighth packing wheel 313 are both lateral packing wheels; the seventh packing wheel 312 has an electric heating plate for heating and drying the bonding points on the trademark cigarette packet 900; the second detector is configured to detect whether the trademark cigarette packet 900 output from the sixth packing wheel 311 is qualified, and if not, the control system drives the fourth reject driving source to act in a process of conveying the trademark cigarette packet 900 by the subsequent eighth packing wheel 313, and the fourth reject device rejects the unqualified trademark cigarette packet 900 from the eighth packing wheel 313, so as to detect and reject the unqualified trademark cigarette packet 900; the output channel 314 is used for receiving qualified trademark cigarette packets 900 output by the eighth packaging wheel 313, electric heating plates are also installed on the upper side and the lower side of the output channel 314 and used for further heating and drying bonding points on the trademark cigarette packets 900, and finally, finished cigarette packets are output, namely, the cigarettes with the moist and the fragrance are output from the hard boxes.
In summary, the working principle of the hard box moisture-keeping and fragrance-keeping cigarette packaging machine with the structure is as follows: as shown in fig. 3, cigarettes fall from a cigarette warehouse 301 through a lower flue to form orderly arranged cigarette groups 100, the cigarette groups 100 are pushed into a box conveyor belt by a first pusher, the box conveyor belt conveys the cigarette groups 100 leftwards, and the cigarette groups 100 are pushed into a first packing wheel 302 from the box conveyor belt by a second pusher. The first packing wheel 302 transversely receives the cigarette group 100 along the radial direction of cigarettes, and then rotates 180 degrees anticlockwise, the formed cigarette group 100 is pushed out by the push rod of the first packing wheel 302, and transversely enters the second packing wheel 303 after being received by the connecting rod of the second packing wheel 303, and the cigarette group 100 is pushed out by the push rod of the second packing wheel 303 and is received by the connecting rod of the third packing wheel 304 after rotating 180 degrees clockwise along with the second packing wheel 303; meanwhile, the frame paper 400 with the pre-cut structure stacked in the frame paper warehouse 305 is conveyed between the second packing wheel 303 and the third packing wheel 304 after air suction conveying and hot melt adhesive spraying, under the action of the push rod of the second packing wheel 303 and the connecting rod of the third packing wheel 304, the frame paper 400 enters the third packing wheel 304 together with the cigarette group 100 output by the second packing wheel 303, and rotates 180 degrees anticlockwise in the third packing wheel 304, so that the package of the frame paper cigarette packet 500 is completed. After the frame cigarette packet 500 is packaged, the frame cigarette packet 500 is pushed out by the push rod of the third packaging wheel 304 and enters the first conveying channel 315, the frame cigarette packet 500 with poor packaging quality or without adhesion is removed from the first conveying channel 315, and the frame cigarette packet 500 with qualified quality is pushed out by the push rod. The third A packaging wheel 306 longitudinally receives the frame cigarette packet 500 along the axial direction of the cigarettes, meanwhile, the film paper tape wound on the winding drum is conveyed into the third A packaging wheel 306 after being conveyed and cut, and the packaging and heat sealing of the film cigarette packet 700 are completed in the third A packaging wheel 306 so as to isolate air; of course, the heat sealing temperature of the third packaging wheel 306 to the film paper 600 can be adjusted according to the material of the film paper 600, and a visual operation system can be introduced into the third packaging wheel 306, so that the heat sealing temperature is convenient to set. After the film cigarette packet 700 is packaged, the film cigarette packet 700 is pushed out by the push rod of the third packaging wheel A306, enters the second conveying channel 318, enters the transverse packaging mode again, and detects and rejects the film cigarette packet 700 with poor packaging quality in the second conveying channel 318, and after the film cigarette packet 700 with qualified quality is conveyed to the left side of the second conveying channel 318, the film cigarette packet 700 is pressed into the fourth packaging wheel 308 and rotates anticlockwise along with the fourth packaging wheel 308 to the lower part of the fifth packaging wheel 309. The label paper 800 at the bottom of the label paper warehouse is sucked and conveyed rightward by a transverse conveying belt extending leftwards and rightwards, and during conveying, a part of the label paper 800 for forming the turnover cover 203 is folded downwards to form the turnover cover 203, or a part of the label paper 800 for forming the turnover cover 203 is glued and then folded downwards to form the turnover cover 203, and after gluing the turnover cover 203, the subsequent turnover cover 203 can be prevented from being sprung; after the label paper 800 with the flip cover 203 folded is conveyed to the right end, the label paper is conveyed to the fifth packaging wheel 309 in a straight direction, and in the straight direction conveying process, glue is applied to each glue applying point 801 on the inner surface of the label paper 800; after the label 800 with the flap 203 folded is conveyed to the middle of the fourth packing wheel 308 and the fifth packing wheel 309, the film cigarette packet 700 in the fourth packing wheel 308 is lifted upward, the label 800 with the flap 203 folded enters the fifth packing wheel 309, and the folding of the label 800 and the packing formation of the label cigarette packet 900 are completed with the counterclockwise rotation of the fifth packing wheel 309. The trademark cigarette pack 900 after being packaged transversely enters a No. six packaging wheel 311, and the No. six packaging wheel 311 inspects and rejects unqualified trademark cigarette packs 900. Qualified trademark cigarette pack 900 transversely enters a No. seven packing wheel 312, and bonding points on the trademark cigarette pack 900 are dried under the action of electric heating plates which are arranged up and down in the No. seven packing wheel 312. The trademark cigarette package 900 output by the seventh packaging wheel 312 transversely enters the eighth packaging wheel 313, the eighth packaging wheel 313 eliminates unqualified trademark cigarette packages 900, the qualified trademark cigarette packages 900 are then conveyed to the output channel 314, electric heating plates arranged up and down in the output channel 314 further dry bonding points on the trademark cigarette packages 900 and output finished cigarette packages, and therefore automatic packaging of the hard box moisture-keeping and aroma-keeping cigarettes is completed.
Therefore, the hard box moisture and flavor preserving cigarette packaging machine can automatically realize the packaging of the frame paper 400, the packaging of the film paper 600 and the packaging of the label paper 800, thereby realizing the automatic production of the hard box moisture and flavor preserving cigarettes, combining the longitudinal packaging wheel and the transverse packaging wheel, realizing flexible packaging, completing more packaging actions, and being applicable to other various packaging forms besides the packaging form of the hard box moisture and flavor preserving cigarettes.
