The label paper stacked in the label paper library is of a pre-cutting structure, as shown in fig. 17, the inner surface of the label paper is provided with a plurality of gluing points 2071; the label paper is conveyed between the fourth packaging wheel 900 and the fifth packaging wheel 120 through the label paper conveying device 130, and the gluing device glues the glue on the gluing point 2071 on the inner surface of the label paper in the process; after the label paper is conveyed to the preset position, the frame cigarette packet 210 output from the fourth packing wheel 900 enters the fifth packing wheel 120 together with the label paper. The frame paper cigarette packet 210 and the trademark paper rotate anticlockwise along with the five-number packing wheel 120, the trademark paper is folded and wrapped outside the frame paper cigarette packet 210 in the process, folding and packing forming of the trademark paper are achieved, the trademark paper cigarette packet 220 is formed, and therefore the five-number packing wheel 120 completes packing of the trademark paper cigarette packet 220. As shown in fig. 12e, the trademark paper cigarette packet 220 includes a cigarette group 204, an aluminum foil paper box 205 wrapped outside the cigarette group 204 and made of aluminum foil paper, a drawing strip 203 attached to the back surface of the aluminum foil paper box 205, a frame paper box 206 wrapped on the side and front surfaces of the aluminum foil paper box 205 and made of frame paper, and a trademark paper box 207 wrapped outside the frame paper box 206 and made of trademark paper.
As shown in fig. 6, the cutting and drying station includes a number six packing wheel 140, a number seven packing wheel 150, and a cutting device 160 disposed on a conveying path along which the trademark paper packet 220 is conveyed from the number six packing wheel 140 to the number seven packing wheel 150. The sixth packing wheel 140 is a transitional packing wheel for the trademark paper cigarette packet 220, and the sixth packing wheel 140 is used for receiving the trademark paper cigarette packet 220 output by the fifth packing wheel 120 and conveying the trademark paper cigarette packet 220 to the seventh packing wheel 150; during the process of transporting the cigarette packets 220 of trademark paper to the packing wheel 150 of number six 140, as shown in fig. 12f, the cigarette packets 220 of trademark paper pass through the cutting device 160; the cutting device 160 cuts the trademark paper box 207 at the outermost layer of the trademark paper cigarette packet 220, cuts the trademark paper box 207 into the divided body 201 and the flip cover 202, as shown in fig. 12 g. The seventh packing wheel 150 is used for receiving the cut trademark paper cigarette packet 220 and heating and drying glue bonding points of the trademark paper cigarette packet 220, thereby producing the drawing cigarette packet 200. As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the drawing cigarette packet 200 includes a cigarette group 204, an aluminum foil paper box 205 wrapped outside the cigarette group 204 and made of aluminum foil paper, a drawing strip 203 attached to the back of the aluminum foil paper box 205, a frame paper box 206 wrapped on the side and front of the aluminum foil paper box 205 and made of frame paper, and a trademark paper box 207 wrapped outside the frame paper box 206 and made of trademark paper, wherein the trademark paper box 207 includes a flip cover 202 and a box body 201 in a split structure, the drawing strip 203 is located between the back of the aluminum foil paper box 205 and the trademark paper box 207, the upper ends of the flip cover 202 and the drawing strip 203 are adhered and fixed by glue at glue spots 2071 on the inner surface of the trademark paper, the box body 201 and the aluminum foil paper, the box body 201 and the frame paper are adhered and fixed by glue at glue spots 2071 on the inner surface of the trademark paper, the pull strip 203 can be driven by pulling the turnover cover 202 up and down to move up and down by taking the frame paper box 206 as a guide rail, and is pulled up and limited by the second limit portions 2061 at the left and right upper edge sides of the frame paper box 206 in the upward movement process. As shown in fig. 13 and 14, six outer surfaces of the drawn cigarette packet 200 are a left side surface, a right side surface, an upper side surface, a lower side surface, and a front surface and a back surface. When the cigarette is extracted, the flip 202 is pulled upwards, and then the flip 202 is opened, so that the cigarette can be extracted.
Further, the application also provides a method for packaging the drawn cigarette packet 200, and by using the packaging system, the method for packaging the drawn cigarette packet 200 sequentially comprises the following steps:
s1, the cigarettes stored in the cigarette warehouse 100 are orderly arranged into cigarette groups 204 after falling through the lower smoke channel, as shown in figure 12 a;
s2, the cigarette group 204 is conveyed to the second packing wheel 400 by the first packing wheel 300, the aluminum foil stored in the aluminum foil storage is conveyed to the second packing wheel 400 by the aluminum foil conveying device 500, the second packing wheel 400 folds and wraps the aluminum foil on the periphery of the cigarette group 204 to form an aluminum foil cigarette packet 208, as shown in fig. 12b, the forming of the aluminum foil is completed, and the second packing wheel 400 outputs the aluminum foil cigarette packet 208;
s3, the aluminum foil paper packet 208 is conveyed to the third packing wheel 600, the drawing bar 203 stored in the drawing bar paper storage 700 is conveyed to the third packing wheel 600 through the drawing bar conveying device 800, the third packing wheel 600 presses the drawing bar 203 on the outer surface of the aluminum foil paper packet 208 to form a drawing bar cigarette packet 209, and as shown in fig. 12c, the third packing wheel 600 outputs the drawing bar cigarette packet 209;
s4, the drawing strip cigarette packet 209 is conveyed to the fourth packing wheel 900, the frame paper stored in the frame paper storage is conveyed to the fourth packing wheel 900 through the frame paper conveying device 110, the fourth packing wheel 900 folds and wraps the frame paper on the periphery of the drawing strip cigarette packet 209 to form the frame paper cigarette packet 210, as shown in fig. 12d, the frame paper is formed, and the fourth packing wheel 900 outputs the frame paper cigarette packet 210;
s5, the frame paper cigarette packet 210 is conveyed to the fifth packing wheel 120, the trademark paper stored in the trademark paper storage is conveyed to the fifth packing wheel 120 through the trademark paper conveying device 130, the gluing device glues glue to a gluing point 2071 on the inner surface of the trademark paper conveyed by the trademark paper conveying device 130, the fifth packing wheel 120 folds and wraps the trademark paper on the periphery of the frame paper cigarette packet 210 to form a trademark paper cigarette packet 220, as shown in fig. 12e, the forming of the trademark paper is completed, and the fifth packing wheel 120 outputs the trademark paper cigarette packet 220;
s7, the trademark paper cigarette packet 220 is conveyed to the seventh packing wheel 150 through the sixth packing wheel 140, in the process, as shown in fig. 12f, the trademark paper cigarette packet 220 passes through the cutting device 160, and the trademark paper box 207 at the outermost layer of the trademark paper cigarette packet 220 is cut into the split type box body 201 and the flip cover 202 by the cutting device 160, as shown in fig. 12 g;
s8, the cigarette packet 220 is conveyed to the seventh packing wheel 150, and the seventh packing wheel 150 heats and dries the glue bonding points of the cigarette packet 220 to form the drawn cigarette packet 200, as shown in fig. 13 and 14.
Therefore, compared with the traditional packaging machine, the packaging system and the packaging method of the pull-out cigarette packet 200 increase the functions of conveying the pull-out strip 203, pressing and pasting the pull-out strip 203 and cutting the trademark paper box 207, automatically realize the packaging of aluminum foil paper, the packaging of the pull-out strip 203, the packaging of frame paper, the packaging of trademark paper, the cutting of the trademark paper into two parts and the drying of glue on the inner surface of the trademark paper, can complete more packaging actions, thereby producing the pull-out cigarette packet 200 meeting the requirements and meeting the requirements of a cigarette factory on special cigarette packaging.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the drawing strips 203 in the drawing strip storage 700 are stacked and stored up and down, a supporting plate group for supporting the drawing strips 203 in the drawing strip storage 700 is disposed at the lower end of the drawing strip storage 700, the supporting plate group includes a left separating plate 701 and a right separating plate 702 disposed side by side from left to right, and a separating knife 703 disposed side by side from the left separating plate 701 and the right separating plate 702 forward and backward, the drawing strip conveying device 800 includes a rotatable drawing strip suction nozzle 801, a drawing strip conveying unit 802, and a rotatable drawing strip suction foot 803, the drawing strip suction nozzle 801 is disposed between the supporting plate group and the drawing strip conveying unit 802, and the drawing strip suction foot 803 is disposed between the drawing strip conveying unit 802 and the third packing wheel 600. Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the third packing wheel 600 has a pressing device for pressing down the draw bar 203 and the aluminum foil paper packet 208, the pressing device includes a pressing drive source 601, a speed reducer 602, a pressing drive assembly 603, a pressing link 604 capable of moving up and down, and a pressing plate 605 fixed at the lower end of the pressing link 604, the pressing drive source 601 is connected to the pressing link 604 through the speed reducer 602 and the pressing drive assembly 603 in sequence to drive the pressing link 604 to reciprocate up and down, and the pressing drive assembly 603 is a cam mechanism. The downward pressing driving source 601 is a motor, when the motor rotates, the downward pressing connecting rod 604 is driven to move downwards through the speed reducer 602 and the downward pressing transmission assembly 603, so that the downward pressing plate 605 is driven to move downwards, and the pulling strip 203 and the aluminum foil paper packet 208 which are positioned below the downward pressing plate 605 are pressed into the die box cavity of the third packaging wheel 600 together by combining the cigarette receiving rod of the third packaging wheel 600, so that the access of the aluminum foil paper packet 208 is completed.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the cutting device 160 includes a mounting bracket, a cutting driving source 161 fixed to the mounting bracket, a cutting transmission assembly, and a cutting knife 162 rotatably mounted to the mounting bracket, the cutting driving source 161 is a motor, the cutting driving source 161 is connected to the cutting knife 162 through the cutting transmission assembly to drive the cutting knife 162 to rotate, as shown in fig. 17, the cutting knife 162 cuts the trademark paper box 207 at the cutting edge 2072 of the trademark paper, so as to divide the trademark paper box 207 into two parts, cut the flip cover 202 into two parts, and cut the box body 201.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 10, the seventh packing wheel 150 is a horizontal packing wheel and can rotate around a central axis extending up and down, and the seventh packing wheel 150 includes a plurality of first trademark paper cigarette packet mold cavities 151 for accommodating trademark paper cigarette packets 220, an upper heating plate 152 fixed on the upper side of the first trademark paper cigarette packet mold cavities 151 and used for facing the left side of the trademark paper cigarette packets 220, a lower heating plate 153 fixed on the lower side of the first trademark paper cigarette packet mold cavities 151 and used for facing the right side of the trademark paper cigarette packets 220, and a front heating plate 154 fixed on the cavity wall side of each first trademark paper cigarette packet mold cavity 151 and used for facing the front of the trademark paper cigarette packets 220. Glue bonding points between label paper and frame paper and between label paper and aluminum foil paper are heated and dried through the upper heating plate 152, the lower heating plate 153 and the front heating plate 154, so that firm connection between the label paper and the aluminum foil paper, between the label paper and the drawing strip 203 and between the label paper and the frame paper is realized.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 11, the cutting and drying station further includes an eighth packing wheel 170, the eighth packing wheel 170 is a vertical packing wheel and can rotate around a horizontally extending central axis, and the eighth packing wheel 170 includes a plurality of second trademark paper cigarette packet mold box cavities 171 for accommodating trademark paper cigarette packets 220 and a back heating plate 172 for facing the back of the trademark paper cigarette packets 220. The drawing cigarette packet 200 rotates 270 degrees in the seventh packing wheel 150 and then enters the eighth packing wheel 170, and the back heating plate 172 continuously heats and dries the glue bonding point, so that the drawing strip 203 and the trademark paper can be reliably and firmly fixed.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the manner of conveying the label paper by the label paper conveying device 130 is as follows: label paper at the bottom layer of the label paper warehouse is sucked, the label paper is transversely conveyed rightwards by the label paper conveying device 130, and the part of the label paper for forming the turnover cover 202 is folded downwards in the conveying process; subsequently, the label paper is transported to the right end by the label paper transporting device 130, and then transported straight to the fifth packing wheel 120 while applying glue to the glue applying points 2071 on the inner surface of the label paper.
Further, the packaging system of the drawn cigarette packet 200 related to the application is also provided with a control system, a detector, a remover, a mould box conveyer belt 180 and an output channel 190, wherein the detector and the remover are connected with the control system, each unqualified cigarette packet in the production process is detected through the detector, and then the unqualified cigarette packet is removed through the remover; the mold box conveyer belt 180 is arranged between the lower flue and the first packing wheel 300, the cigarette group 204 is pushed into the mold box conveyer belt 180 by the pusher, the mold box conveyer belt 180 conveys the cigarette group 204 leftwards, and the cigarette group 204 is pushed into the first packing wheel 300 from the mold box conveyer belt 180 by another pusher. The output channel 190 is arranged at the output port of the eight-size packing wheel 170, and after the qualified finished product drawing cigarette packet 200 rotates 180 degrees anticlockwise in the eight-size packing wheel 170, the qualified finished product drawing cigarette packet is pushed into the output channel 190 by the cigarette pushing rod of the eight-size packing wheel 170.
Preferably, the detector and the ejector are preferably arranged in the packaging system for drawing the cigarette packets 200 in the following manner: a first detector is arranged in the second packaging wheel 400 and is used for detecting whether the cigarette group 204 is qualified or not; the third packing wheel 600 is provided with a first rejector for rejecting the aluminum foil cigarette packets 208 containing the unqualified cigarette packets 204 detected by the first detector, so that the third packing wheel 600 is a packing wheel for packing the pull strips 203 and rejecting the unqualified cigarette packets 204. When the first detector detects the unqualified cigarette group 204 at the second packing wheel 400, after the cigarette group 204 enters the third packing wheel 600, the third packing wheel 600 rotates 45 degrees, and the first remover removes the aluminum foil cigarette packet 208 containing the unqualified cigarette group 204. A second detector is arranged in the fourth packing wheel 900 and used for detecting whether the frame cigarette packet 210 is qualified or not; a third detector is arranged in the fifth packing wheel 120 and is used for detecting whether the trademark paper cigarette packet 220 is qualified or not; a second rejector is arranged in the sixth packing wheel 140 and is used for rejecting the trademark paper cigarette packet 220 containing the unqualified frame paper cigarette packet 210 detected by the second detector in the fourth packing wheel 900 and rejecting the unqualified trademark paper cigarette packet 220 detected by the third detector in the fifth packing wheel 120, so that the sixth packing wheel 140 is a transition rejection packing wheel. When the second detector detects the unqualified frame cigarette packet 210 in the fourth packing wheel 900 and the third detector detects the unqualified trademark cigarette packet 220 in the fifth packing wheel 120, the second remover in the sixth packing wheel 140 removes the unqualified frame cigarette packet after the inner wheel of the sixth packing wheel 140 rotates by 45 degrees. A third remover is arranged in the eighth packing wheel 170, when the packing system is shut down due to a fault, the retention time of the trademark paper cigarette packet 220 in the seventh packing wheel 150 is too long, the trademark paper cigarette packet 220 is heated and dried excessively by the seventh packing wheel 150, and the unqualified drawn cigarette packet 200 is caused; at this time, the third remover in the eight packing wheel 170 removes all trademark paper packets 220 which stay in the seven packing wheel 150 for too long, so as to ensure that the drawn cigarette packets 200 output by the eight packing wheel 170 are all qualified finished cigarette packets.
In conclusion, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

label paper forming station: the five-number packing wheel (120) is used for receiving a frame paper packet (210) output by the four-number packing wheel (900) and label paper conveyed by the label paper conveying device (130), wrapping the label paper outside the frame paper packet (210) and outputting the label paper packet (220);
cutting and drying stations: the cutting device comprises a sixth packing wheel (140), a seventh packing wheel (150) and a cutting device (160) arranged on a conveying path of label paper cigarette packets (220) conveyed to the seventh packing wheel (150) from the sixth packing wheel (140), wherein the sixth packing wheel (140) is used for receiving the label paper cigarette packets (220) output by the fifth packing wheel (120) and conveying the label paper cigarette packets (220) to the seventh packing wheel (150), the cutting device (160) is used for cutting the outermost label paper boxes (207) of the label paper cigarette packets (220), cutting the label paper boxes (207) into split type box bodies (201) and a turnover cover (202), and the seventh packing wheel (150) is used for receiving the cut label paper cigarette packets (220) and heating and drying glue bonding points of the label paper cigarette packets (220).

s1, the cigarettes stored in the cigarette warehouse (100) are orderly arranged into cigarette groups (204) after falling through a lower flue;
s2, conveying the cigarette group (204) to a second packaging wheel (400) through a first packaging wheel (300), conveying the aluminum foil paper stored in an aluminum foil paper storage to the second packaging wheel (400) through an aluminum foil paper conveying device (500), folding and wrapping the aluminum foil paper on the periphery of the cigarette group (204) by the second packaging wheel (400) to form an aluminum foil paper cigarette packet (208), completing the forming of the aluminum foil paper, and outputting the aluminum foil paper cigarette packet (208) by the second packaging wheel (400);
s3, the aluminum foil paper cigarette packet (208) is conveyed to a third packaging wheel (600), the drawing strips (203) stored in the drawing strip paper warehouse (700) are conveyed to the third packaging wheel (600) through a drawing strip conveying device (800), the third packaging wheel (600) presses the drawing strips (203) on the outer surface of the aluminum foil paper cigarette packet (208) to form a drawing strip cigarette packet (209), and the third packaging wheel (600) outputs the drawing strip cigarette packet (209);
