本发明提供了一种用于涂刷布料的定点涂刷装置,涉及布料涂刷技术领域,包括:支撑底座、安装载框、装配内框和装配接轴;所述支撑底座顶部中端固定设置有定位座;所述承重柱固定安装于支撑底座顶部一端;所述液压支柱固定安装于安装套块内侧;所述安装载框固定安装于支撑框顶部;所述装配内框固定安装于安装载框内侧;所述装配接轴转动安装于装配内框内侧一端,装配接轴侧面设置有承载板;通过升降齿轴与传动齿轮进行转动,对承载套框进行升降推动,调节加热灯板与涂布的间距,进而对涂刷的涂布进行加热烘干;解决目前多数涂刷装置无法根据需要对涂刷布料的局部进行定点涂刷,且在涂刷后不能够对布料进行同步机械风干的问题。

本发明涉及布料涂刷技术领域,特别涉及一种用于涂刷布料的定点涂刷装置。
背景技术
涂刷布料又称涂层布,涂层布主要是指在布料的基础上采用特殊工艺涂布一层具有特殊功能的材料,使布料增加了特殊的功能,所以也称为功能性涂层面料。
然而,目前多数涂刷布料涂刷装置只能够进行大面积的整体涂刷,从而无法根据需要对涂刷布料的局部进行定点涂刷,同时在涂刷前需要人工对涂布表面进行清理,且在涂刷后不能够对布料进行同步的机械风干,从而未彻底风干的布料在后续收卷时,容易出现皱褶等质量问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种用于涂刷布料的定点涂刷装置,其具有清理收集结构、定点涂布结构,从而解决目前多数涂刷装置无法根据需要对涂刷布料的局部进行定点涂刷,同时在涂刷前需要人工对涂布表面进行清理,且在涂刷后不能够对布料进行同步机械风干的问题。
本发明提供了一种用于涂刷布料的定点涂刷装置,具体包括有:支撑底座、承重柱、液压支柱、安装载框、装配内框和装配接轴;
所述支撑底座顶部中端固定设置有定位座,定位座侧面两端固定安装有安装套块,同时支撑底座一端固定设置有承重侧座,且承重侧座与支撑底座侧面设置有收卷承载结构,收卷承载结构包括有输送隔板,输送隔板固定安装于支撑底座一端顶部;所述承重柱固定安装于支撑底座顶部一端,承重柱顶部开设有安装槽,同时安装槽内侧设置有装配支框,且装配支框顶部设置有清理收集结构,清理收集结构包括有输送支框,输送支框安装于装配支框顶部,输送支框两侧固定设置有承载侧块,且装配支框与输送支框内侧安装有收集框;所述液压支柱固定安装于安装套块内侧,液压支柱伸缩柱顶端固定安装有联动支板,联动支板顶部固定安装有支撑框,同时支撑框侧面固定安装有对接支框;所述安装载框固定安装于支撑框顶部,同时安装载框两侧固定安装有安装轴筒,且安装轴筒内侧转动安装有驱动接轴;所述装配内框固定安装于安装载框内侧,装配内框内侧一端设置有承重支块,同时装配内框内侧一端设置有支撑滑框;所述装配接轴转动安装于装配内框内侧一端,同时装配接轴与驱动接轴传动连接,装配接轴侧面设置有承载板,且承载板侧面设置有定点涂布结构,定点涂布结构包括有载料箱,载料箱固定安装于承载板顶部。
可选地,支撑底座上还设置有:支撑柱、支撑轴和遮挡框;

此外,通过定位轴配合收卷柱,能够对涂布进行定位收卷,同时支撑柱、支撑轴配合张开轴、静电支轴,能够对涂布进行稳定的支撑输送,且静电支轴能够对涂布表面进行吸附清理,同时清理刮块能够对静电支轴表面的杂物进行刮离,且输送框配合吸取风机,能够代替人工将杂物清理收集到承载箱内部,同时支撑框配合支撑载轴,能够对输送的涂布进行局部平整支撑,且液压支柱能够带动支撑框与支撑载轴进行升降调节,从而提高对涂布支撑的松紧度,且液压载柱能够带动上撑板对局部涂布进行上撑,从而便于后续进行压紧涂刷。
此外,通过装配滑槽配合锁定支块,能够对滑动支框进行锁紧定位,同时安装板配合移动支轮,能够便于滑动支框进行滑动调位,同时驱动电机能够带动驱动接轴转动,从而带动装配接轴进行转动调节,从而带动承载板进行转动调节,进而使移动支轮、涂抹转轴与涂布进行压紧贴合,同时载料箱内侧的输送泵与输送接管配合,能够对涂料定位输送到输送接槽内侧,进而使涂料渗透到涂抹转轴表面,从而使涂抹转轴对涂布进行定点涂刷,且装配接轴转动时能够带动驱动齿轮转动,进而带动升降齿轴与传动齿轮进行转动,从而对承载套框进行升降推动,从而调节加热灯板与涂布的间距,进而对涂刷的涂布进行加热烘干,同时风干风机能够对初步烘干的涂布进行二次风干,进一步提高涂布的干燥效果,以便于后续进行稳定的收卷收集。

如图2至图6所示,支撑底座1上还设置有:支撑柱103、支撑轴104和遮挡框107;支撑柱103固定安装于支撑底座1顶部一端;支撑轴104转动安装于支撑柱103侧面;遮挡框107固定安装于输送隔板105侧面;收卷承载结构还包括有:预设开槽1051、支撑夹轴1052、装配侧板1053、定位轴1054和收卷柱1055;预设开槽1051贯穿开设于输送隔板105侧面;支撑夹轴1052转动安装于预设开槽1051内侧;装配侧板1053固定安装于输送隔板105侧面两端;定位轴1054转动安装于装配侧板1053底端;收卷柱1055转动安装于装配侧板1053顶端;承重柱2上还设置有:装配轴块201、张开轴202、静电支轴203、清理槽206和清理刮块207;装配轴块201固定安装于承重柱2两侧;张开轴202转动安装于装配轴块201侧面;静电支轴203转动安装于承重柱2侧面;清理槽206贯穿开设于装配支框205底端一侧;清理刮块207固定设置于装配支框205底端另一侧,同时清理刮块207底端与静电支轴203相贴合;清理收集结构还包括有:输送框2083、吸取风机2084和承载箱2085;输送框2083固定安装于收集框2082顶部,同时输送框2083与收集框2082相连通;吸取风机2084固定安装于承载侧块2081顶部,同时吸取风机2084与输送框2083相连接;承载箱2085固定安装于承载侧块2081侧面,同时承载箱2085与吸取风机2084相连接;支撑框302上还设置有:转动槽303、支撑载轴304、定位支轴305、承载座307、液压载柱308和上撑板309;转动槽303开设于支撑框302顶部;支撑载轴304转动安装于转动槽303内侧两端;定位支轴305转动安装于支撑载轴304侧面;承载座307安装于支撑框302顶部;液压载柱308安装于承载座307内侧;上撑板309固定安装于液压载柱308伸缩柱顶端;通过定位轴1054配合收卷柱1055,能够对涂布进行定位收卷,同时支撑柱103、支撑轴104配合张开轴202、静电支轴203,能够对涂布进行稳定的支撑输送,且静电支轴203能够对涂布表面进行吸附清理,同时清理刮块207能够对静电支轴203表面的杂物进行刮离,且输送框2083配合吸取风机2084,能够代替人工将杂物清理收集到承载箱2085内部,同时支撑框302配合支撑载轴304,能够对输送的涂布进行局部平整支撑,且液压支柱3能够带动支撑框302与支撑载轴304进行升降调节,从而提高对涂布支撑的松紧度,且液压载柱308能够带动上撑板309对局部涂布进行上撑,从而便于后续进行压紧涂刷。
本实施例的具体使用方式与作用:本发明中,通过定位轴1054配合收卷柱1055,对涂布进行定位收卷,同时支撑柱103、支撑轴104配合张开轴202、静电支轴203,对涂布进行稳定的支撑输送,且静电支轴203对涂布表面进行吸附清理,同时清理刮块207对静电支轴203表面的杂物进行刮离,且输送框2083配合吸取风机2084,代替人工将杂物清理收集到承载箱2085内部,同时支撑框302配合支撑载轴304,对输送的涂布进行局部平整支撑,且液压支柱3带动支撑框302与支撑载轴304进行升降调节,提高对涂布支撑的松紧度,且液压载柱308带动上撑板309对局部涂布进行上撑,装配滑槽606配合锁定支块6073,对滑动支框6072进行锁紧定位,同时安装板6074配合移动支轮6075,便于滑动支框6072进行滑动调位,同时驱动电机405带动驱动接轴404转动,从而带动装配接轴6进行转动调节,从而带动承载板602进行转动调节,进而使移动支轮6075、涂抹转轴6076与涂布进行压紧贴合,同时载料箱607内侧的输送泵与输送接管6071配合,对涂料定位输送到输送接槽6077内侧,进而使涂料渗透到涂抹转轴6076表面,从而使涂抹转轴6076对涂布进行定点涂刷,且装配接轴6转动时带动驱动齿轮601转动,进而带动升降齿轴508与传动齿轮509进行转动,从而对承载套框504进行升降推动,从而调节加热灯板507与涂布的间距,进而对涂刷的涂布进行加热烘干,同时风干风机502对初步烘干的涂布进行二次风干。

1.一种用于涂刷布料的定点涂刷装置,其特征在于,包括:支撑底座(1)、承重柱(2)、液压支柱(3)、安装载框(4)、装配内框(5)和装配接轴(6);
所述支撑底座(1)顶部中端固定设置有定位座(101),定位座(101)侧面两端固定安装有安装套块(102),同时支撑底座(1)一端固定设置有承重侧座(106),且承重侧座(106)与支撑底座(1)侧面设置有收卷承载结构,收卷承载结构包括有输送隔板(105),输送隔板(105)固定安装于支撑底座(1)一端顶部;所述承重柱(2)固定安装于支撑底座(1)顶部一端,承重柱(2)顶部开设有安装槽(204),同时安装槽(204)内侧设置有装配支框(205),且装配支框(205)顶部设置有清理收集结构,清理收集结构包括有输送支框(208),输送支框(208)安装于装配支框(205)顶部,输送支框(208)两侧固定设置有承载侧块(2081),且装配支框(205)与输送支框(208)内侧安装有收集框(2082);所述液压支柱(3)固定安装于安装套块(102)内侧,液压支柱(3)伸缩柱顶端固定安装有联动支板(301),联动支板(301)顶部固定安装有支撑框(302),同时支撑框(302)侧面固定安装有对接支框(306);所述安装载框(4)固定安装于支撑框(302)顶部,同时安装载框(4)两侧固定安装有安装轴筒(403),且安装轴筒(403)内侧转动安装有驱动接轴(404);所述装配内框(5)固定安装于安装载框(4)内侧,装配内框(5)内侧一端设置有承重支块(501),同时装配内框(5)内侧一端设置有支撑滑框(503);所述装配接轴(6)转动安装于装配内框(5)内侧一端,同时装配接轴(6)与驱动接轴(404)传动连接,装配接轴(6)侧面设置有承载板(602),且承载板(602)侧面设置有定点涂布结构,定点涂布结构包括有载料箱(607),载料箱(607)固定安装于承载板(602)顶部;
所述清理收集结构还包括有:输送框(2083)、吸取风机(2084)和承载箱(2085);
输送框(2083)固定安装于收集框(2082)顶部,同时输送框(2083)与收集框(2082)相连通;吸取风机(2084)固定安装于承载侧块(2081)顶部,同时吸取风机(2084)与输送框(2083)相连接;承载箱(2085)固定安装于承载侧块(2081)侧面,同时承载箱(2085)与吸取风机(2084)相连接;
所述装配接轴(6)上还设置有:驱动齿轮(601)、安装轴块(603)、限位支轴(604)、承载开槽(605)和装配滑槽(606);
驱动齿轮(601)套设于装配接轴(6)两端,同时驱动齿轮(601)与传动齿轮(509)相啮合;安装轴块(603)固定安装于承载板(602)一端;限位支轴(604)转动安装于安装轴块(603)侧面;承载开槽(605)贯穿开设于承载板(602)侧面;装配滑槽(606)贯穿开设于承载板(602)侧面;
所述定点涂布结构还包括有:输送接管(6071)、滑动支框(6072)、锁定支块(6073)、安装板(6074)、移动支轮(6075)、涂抹转轴(6076)和输送接槽(6077);
输送接管(6071)固定安装于载料箱(607)底部,同时输送接管(6071)设置于承载开槽(605)内侧;滑动支框(6072)套设于装配滑槽(606)内侧;锁定支块(6073)固定安装于滑动支框(6072)内侧两端;安装板(6074)安装于滑动支框(6072)顶部;移动支轮(6075)固定安装于安装板(6074)侧面;涂抹转轴(6076)转动安装于滑动支框(6072)底端侧面;输送接槽(6077)贯穿开设于滑动支框(6072)底端内侧,同时输送接槽(6077)与输送接管(6071)末端连通对接,且输送接槽(6077)开口与涂抹转轴(6076)相贴合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于涂刷布料的定点涂刷装置,其特征在于:所述支撑底座(1)上还设置有:支撑柱(103)、支撑轴(104)和遮挡框(107);
支撑柱(103)固定安装于支撑底座(1)顶部一端;支撑轴(104)转动安装于支撑柱(103)侧面;遮挡框(107)固定安装于输送隔板(105)侧面。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于涂刷布料的定点涂刷装置,其特征在于:所述收卷承载结构还包括有:预设开槽(1051)、支撑夹轴(1052)、装配侧板(1053)、定位轴(1054)和收卷柱(1055);
预设开槽(1051)贯穿开设于输送隔板(105)侧面;支撑夹轴(1052)转动安装于预设开槽(1051)内侧;装配侧板(1053)固定安装于输送隔板(105)侧面两端;定位轴(1054)转动安装于装配侧板(1053)底端;收卷柱(1055)转动安装于装配侧板(1053)顶端。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用于涂刷布料的定点涂刷装置,其特征在于:所述承重柱(2)上还设置有:装配轴块(201)、张开轴(202)、静电支轴(203)、清理槽(206)和清理刮块(207);
装配轴块(201)固定安装于承重柱(2)两侧;张开轴(202)转动安装于装配轴块(201)侧面;静电支轴(203)转动安装于承重柱(2)侧面;清理槽(206)贯穿开设于装配支框(205)底端一侧;清理刮块(207)固定设置于装配支框(205)底端另一侧,同时清理刮块(207)底端与静电支轴(203)相贴合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种用于涂刷布料的定点涂刷装置,其特征在于:所述支撑框(302)上还设置有:转动槽(303)、支撑载轴(304)、定位支轴(305)、承载座(307)、液压载柱(308)和上撑板(309);
转动槽(303)开设于支撑框(302)顶部;支撑载轴(304)转动安装于转动槽(303)内侧两端;定位支轴(305)转动安装于支撑载轴(304)侧面;承载座(307)安装于支撑框(302)顶部;液压载柱(308)安装于承载座(307)内侧;上撑板(309)固定安装于液压载柱(308)伸缩柱顶端。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种用于涂刷布料的定点涂刷装置,其特征在于:所述安装载框(4)上还设置有:装配槽(401)、进出槽(402)和驱动电机(405);
装配槽(401)开设于安装载框(4)底端两侧;进出槽(402)贯穿开设于安装载框(4)两侧;驱动电机(405)固定安装于安装载框(4)两侧,同时驱动电机(405)通过锥齿轮与驱动接轴(404)传动连接。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种用于涂刷布料的定点涂刷装置,其特征在于:所述装配内框(5)上还设置有:风干风机(502)、承载套框(504)、升降齿槽(505)、装配侧块(506)、加热灯板(507)、升降齿轴(508)和传动齿轮(509);
