Description

Preparation method of special feed additive for breeding fattening meat ducks
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of meat duck feed additives, in particular to a preparation method of a special feed additive for fattening meat duck breeding.
Background
Nowadays, with the continuous improvement of living standard, duck meat is deeply favored by consumers with unique delicious taste. The protein content of the duck meat is much higher than that of the livestock meat, and the fat content is moderate and is uniformly distributed. Duck meat is a good food for tonification, has the effects of nourishing stomach, tonifying kidney, eliminating edema, relieving cough and reducing sputum, and the dietotherapy effect of duck meat is recorded in the book of Chinese medical record 'Ben Cao gang mu' for a long time ago.
Meanwhile, the duck meat is rich in B vitamins and vitamin E, and the fatty acids of the duck meat are mainly unsaturated fatty acids and low-carbon saturated fatty acids, so that the duck meat is easy to digest. In addition, the fat in duck meat is different from other animal oil, the proportion of various fatty acids is close to ideal value, and the chemical composition is similar to olive oil, so that the duck meat has the function of reducing cholesterol. Meanwhile, the duck meat also contains rich nicotinic acid, so that the duck meat has a certain protection effect on heart diseases such as myocardial infarction and the like. Thus, the demand of duck meat and products in the market is steadily increasing.
With the development of the breeding industry, the large-scale and specialized breeding mode of meat ducks develops rapidly, and the meat ducks become the third largest livestock breeding breed second to live pigs and broilers. The marketing amount of commercial meat ducks in China is 46.83 hundred million in 2020, and the commercial meat ducks are increased by 9.7 percent on year-on-year basis. The yield of Chinese duck meat is about 1050 ten thousand tons, and the Chinese duck meat is increased by 11.2 percent on the same scale. Along with the continuous progress of the special degree of the meat duck breeding industry, higher requirements are also put forward on the special feed additive for the meat ducks.
In the existing meat duck breeding, in order to seek maximum benefit, the breeding period of the meat duck is usually shortened to 42-48 days, and the meat duck can be listed and marketed. Therefore, in order to accelerate the growth speed of the meat ducks and compress the breeding period, the meat ducks are fattened and fed on the 15 th day of breeding until the meat ducks are slaughtered in 45-49 days. During the fattening period of the meat ducks, the meat ducks grow vigorously on bones and muscles, subcutaneous fat grows fast, absolute weight gain enters a peak period, and feed intake is greatly increased.
However, in order to ensure the meat quality and the ketone body lean meat percentage of the meat ducks, the normal meat duck breeding period is 8-9 weeks, and the inventor finds that the meat duck feeding mode of compressing the breeding period to 42-48 days and rapidly fattening reduces the lean meat quantity and the meat quality of the meat ducks, particularly, the breast meat quantity is greatly reduced compared with the normal breeding period, the ketone body lean meat percentage and the meat quality flavor of the meat ducks are not ideal, and the meat duck meat level of the meat ducks with the breeding period of 8-9 weeks cannot be achieved. Further, the inventor also finds that in the fattening feeding period, due to the change of the feed raw material proportion and the great increase of the feed feeding amount, the meat ducks possibly have the problems of dyspepsia, diarrhea and the like, the overall resistance of the meat ducks cannot be effectively improved, and high-lethality diseases such as possible avian influenza cannot be resisted.

The technical scheme of the embodiment 2 is adopted, and the difference is that 1) pig bone powder is adopted to replace the composite powder; 2) The carrier treatment step in the preparation of the regulator is omitted, and the zeolite powder, the corn protein powder and the medical stone powder with the same specification are uniformly mixed and used as the carrier in the preparation step.
Test example 1
Animal feeding tests are carried out on the special feed additive for breeding the fattening meat ducks prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-2, and the specific test method is as follows:
500 healthy 14-day-old Tianfu meat ducks were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups of 100 ducks. The special feed additive for fattening meat duck breeding, which is prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-2 and has the mass fraction of 3wt%, is respectively added into the feed of meat ducks sold in the common market during the period from 15 days old to 45 days out of the market. Wherein, the meat duck feed manufacturer is Shandong Octopun Xin feed factory.
In the test process, each group adopts an independent feeding mode, so that the water source is kept clean and sufficient, and the conventional cleaning, epidemic disease immunization, disinfection and the like are well performed during the feeding period.
In the test process, the growth condition, morbidity, diarrhea rate and 45-day survival rate of the meat ducks in each group are recorded, and the specific determination results are as follows:
Figure 40112DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
further, the average weight, ketone body lean meat percentage and breast meat percentage of each group of meat ducks at 45 days are detected, and the specific measurement results are as follows:
Figure 239143DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
further, 5 meat ducks are selected from each group, the same cooking method is adopted, 1g of salt, 3g of chopped green onion, 5g of ginger, 3g of cooking wine and 1000g of water are added into every hundred grams of duck meat, and after the duck meat is boiled with strong fire, the duck meat is slowly stewed with slow fire for 2.5 hours. Please refer to 20 persons for evaluating the meat quality and flavor of each group of duck meat.
Wherein, the meat quality of the duck meat is calculated according to the fineness and the percentage; the flavor of the duck meat is calculated according to a complete preparation method. The specific results are as follows:

all percentages used in the present invention are mass percentages unless otherwise indicated.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments described above, or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
