As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, specifically, the crushing device 4 includes: a crushing and conveying mechanism 401, a crushing mechanism 402, and a lifting mechanism 403; wherein, the crushing conveying mechanism 401 is connected with the output end of the sterilizing conveying mechanism 301, and the crushing conveying mechanism 401 is used for conveying the sterilizing vehicle 13; the crushing mechanism 402 is used for crushing and discharging the medical waste in the destroying and sterilizing trolley 13; the lifting mechanism 403 is adapted to receive the sterilization cart 13 loaded with medical waste input by the crushing conveyor 401 and lift the sterilization cart 13 to dump the medical waste to the inlet of the crushing conveyor 402, and the lifting mechanism 403 is adapted to pull down the empty sterilization cart 13 to the output of the crushing conveyor 401. The sterilization vehicle 13 filled with medical waste is conveyed to the lifting mechanism 403 through the crushing conveying mechanism 401, the lifting mechanism 403 lifts the sterilization vehicle 13 to the position above an inlet of the crushing mechanism 402 and lifts the bottom of the sterilization vehicle 13 to dump the medical waste into the crushing mechanism 402, then the medical waste is crushed through the crushing mechanism 402 and falls into a truck after being destroyed to form tiny massive medical waste, gaps between adjacent medical waste are reduced, the loading capacity of the truck for loading the medical waste is effectively increased, and the carrying rate of the medical waste is improved.
As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, specifically, the box temporary storage and standing mechanism 5 includes a lower conveying rail 501, an upper conveying rail 502, a temporary storage 503, a pushing assembly 504 and a pulling assembly 505; wherein the lower conveying track 501 is provided at a position between the sterilizing mechanism 9 and the cleaning mechanism 10; the upper conveying track 502 is erected right above the lower conveying track 501; a temporary storage 503 is provided at one side of the lower and upper conveying rails 501 and 502, the temporary storage 503 being adapted to temporarily store the box 11; and the temporary storage 503 is suitable for driving the box 11 to rotate circularly, so that the box 11 moves to the side of the lower conveying track 501 and the upper conveying track 502 periodically; the pushing assembly 504 is adapted to push the box 11 on the lower conveying track 501 to the temporary storage 503; the pulling assembly 505 is adapted to pull the tank 11 in the temporary storage 503 to the upper conveyor track 502. Of course, in order to meet the processing requirements of the box 11, the lower conveying track 501, the upper conveying track 502, the temporary storage 503, the pushing assembly 504 and the pulling assembly 505 can be used in a plurality of sets. The box body 11 on the lower conveying track 501 is pushed to the temporary storage 503 by the pushing assembly 504, and the box body 11 is temporarily stored in the temporary storage 503 for a predetermined time and then pulled to the upper conveying track 502 by the pulling assembly 505; the length of the production line is shortened as much as possible under the condition of meeting the enough standing time, and the occupied area of the field is effectively saved; the production line is prevented from being interrupted, and the processing efficiency of the box body 11 is improved.
As shown in fig. 8, in the present embodiment, specifically, the cover temporarily storing and standing mechanism 6 includes a plurality of cover conveying rails 601, a temporarily storing table 602 matched with the corresponding cover conveying rails 601, and a rotating and moving assembly 603; wherein, each cover conveying track 601 is connected in series end to form a conveying production line with adjustable length, and each cover conveying track 601 is suitable for conveying the cover 12 in sequence; each of the temporary storage tables 602 is provided on one side of the corresponding lid conveying rail 601, and each of the temporary storage tables 602 is adapted to temporarily store the lid 12. The number of the cover conveying rails 601 and the number of the temporary storage tables 602 are in one-to-one correspondence, and the specific number is calculated and arranged according to the site and the time required for standing. For example, because the disinfection and standing time of the box covers 12 needs to be longer than 30 minutes, it is preferable to adopt 10 cover conveying rails 601, 10 buffer stations 602 and 10 sets of rotating assemblies 603 according to actual requirements, and through the effective cooperation of the plurality of buffer stations 602, the cover conveying rails 601 and the rotating assemblies 603, the plurality of buffer stations 602 are in work-sharing cooperation, so that each box cover 12 has sufficient buffer and standing time without stopping the operation of the subsequent cleaning mechanism 10. The rotating assembly 603 is rotatably disposed on the corresponding temporary storage table 602, and the rotating assembly 603 is adapted to drive the box lid 12 to reciprocate on the lid conveying track 601 and the temporary storage table 602. The lid transport track 601 and the buffer 602 are provided on the floor of the production site between the sterilizing mechanism 9 and the cleaning mechanism 10 to allow sufficient time for the sterilized lid 12 to be buffered and rested prior to cleaning. The box cover 12 is transferred from the cover conveying track 601 to the temporary storage table 602 for temporary storage through the rotary moving assembly 603, so that standing is realized, and the requirement that the box cover 12 has enough time to be disinfected is met; meanwhile, the length of a box cover 12 processing production line is shortened as much as possible under the condition that the box cover 12 has enough standing time, and the occupied area of a field is effectively saved; the interruption of the production line is avoided, and the processing efficiency of the box cover 12 is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, it is preferable that the medical waste disposal system further includes a turnover box conveying rail 7 and a pallet conveying mechanism 8; wherein, the turnover box conveying track 7 is arranged at the outlet end of the cleaning mechanism 10, and the turnover box conveying track 7 is suitable for outputting the box body 11 and the box cover 12 in a partitioning manner; the stacking conveying mechanism 8 is arranged at the outlet end of the transfer box conveying rail 7, and the stacking conveying mechanism 8 is suitable for partitioning the stacking box body 11 and the box cover 12 and carrying and warehousing. Automatic conveying and stacking are achieved through the turnover box conveying rail 7 and the stacking conveying mechanism 8, manual intervention is not needed, labor intensity is reduced, and body health of operators is prevented from being affected.
As shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, specifically, the pallet conveying mechanism 8 includes a box pallet conveying rail 801, a lid pallet conveying rail 802, a stacking robot 803, a box AGV cart 804, and a lid AGV cart 805; the box AGV trolley 804 is suitable for carrying box stacks formed by stacking the boxes 11 to a warehouse; the lid AGV cart 805 is adapted to transport the stacks of lids 12 to the warehouse; a box stacking conveying track 801 is arranged on one side of the turnover box conveying track 7, and the box stacking conveying track 801 is suitable for bearing each box body 11 and conveying box stacks to a box AGV trolley 804; a lid stacking conveyor track 802 is provided on the other side of the transfer container conveyor track 7, the lid stacking conveyor track 802 being adapted to carry each lid 12 and to convey the lids to a lid AGV cart 805; the stacking mechanical arm 803 is arranged at the position, between the box stacking conveying track 801 and the cover stacking conveying track 802, of the outlet end of the turnover box conveying track 7, and the stacking mechanical arm 803 is suitable for grabbing boxes 11 output on the turnover box conveying track 7 to be stacked on the box stacking conveying track 801 to form a box stack; and alternately, the stacking mechanical arm 803 is suitable for grabbing the box covers 12 output on the turnover box conveying rail 7 to be stacked on the cover stacking conveying rail 802 to form cover stacks. Firstly, grabbing the box bodies 11 output from the turnover box conveying rail 7 to be stacked to a box stacking conveying rail 801 through a stacking mechanical arm 803, wherein the box stacking conveying rail 801 is in a standing state at the moment, so that the box bodies 11 can be stacked conveniently; secondly, the stacking mechanical arm 803 which has captured the box body 11 captures the box cover 12 output from the turnover box conveying rail 7 to the cover stacking conveying rail 802, and at the moment, the cover stacking conveying rail 802 is in a standing state, so that the box cover 12 can be stacked conveniently; the stacking mechanical arm 803 repeats the first step and the second step, and the first step and the second step are sequentially operated in a circulating mode; when the boxes 11 are stacked and piled to a required height (namely, a certain number of boxes 11 are stacked in a pile), a box pile is formed, at the moment, the box pile conveying track 801 rotates to convey the box pile to the box AGV trolley 804, and the box AGV trolley 804 is conveyed to a warehouse for standby; when the lids 12 are stacked to a desired height (i.e., a predetermined number of lids 12 are stacked in a pile) to form a lid pile, the lid pile conveying track 802 rotates to convey the lid pile to the lid AGV 805, and the lid pile is conveyed to the warehouse by the lid AGV 805 for standby. Realize automatic transport, pile up neatly and transport, need not artificial intervention, degree of automation is high, improves production efficiency.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment 2 provides a method for using a medical waste disposal system based on embodiment 1, including:
step 1, automatically disassembling all trays 101 in a transfer trolley 14 in sequence through an automatic unloading device 1;
step 2, automatically dumping the medical wastes in the unstacked turnover box into a sterilization vehicle 13 through an automatic dumping device 2;
step 3, conveying the medical wastes in the sterilization vehicle 13 to a crushing device 4 after steam sterilization treatment by a high-temperature sterilization device 3;
step 4, the crushing device 4 crushes and destroys the medical waste poured out of the sterilization vehicle 13 and then discharges the medical waste;
step 5, conveying the box body 11 and the box cover 12, which are subjected to medical waste dumping in the step 2, to the sterilizing mechanism 9 in a subarea mode through the turnover box conveying mechanism 201;
step 6, the box body 11 which is sterilized by the high pressure of the sterilizing mechanism 9 is temporarily stored and stood by the box body temporary storage and standing mechanism 5 and then is conveyed to the cleaning mechanism 10;
meanwhile, the box cover 12 sterilized by the high pressure of the sterilizing mechanism 9 is temporarily stored and stood by the box cover temporarily storing and standing mechanism 6 and then is conveyed to the cleaning mechanism 10;
step 7, the box body 11 and the box cover 12 are subjected to high-pressure washing by the washing mechanism 10 and then are conveyed by the turnover box conveying rail 7 in a partitioning mode;
and 8, separately stacking the box body 11 and the box cover 12 through the stacking conveying mechanism 8 and respectively carrying and warehousing.
In conclusion, the medical waste disposal system and the use method thereof are the design scheme of the high-temperature steam disinfection process matched with automatic unloading, automatic cover washing and automatic stacking, wherein the daily treatment capacity of the medical waste is 10 tons. The turnover box is automatically disassembled through the automatic unloading device, and medical wastes in the turnover box after unstacking are dumped to the sterilization vehicle through the automatic dumping device; medical wastes in the sterilization vehicle are sterilized by steam of a high-temperature sterilization device and then enter a crushing device to be crushed and destroyed; the turnover box filled with medical wastes is divided into a box cover and a box body, and the box body and the box cover after high-pressure sterilization are respectively subjected to temporary storage and standing by the box body temporary storage and standing mechanism and the box cover temporary storage and standing mechanism and then enter the cleaning mechanism for washing. The whole process is full-automatic, manual intervention is not needed, the medical waste is effectively prevented from harming human health, the operation process is simple, and the production efficiency is improved.
The components (components without specific structures) selected for use in the present application are all common standard components or components known to those skilled in the art, and the structures and principles thereof can be known to those skilled in the art through technical manuals or through routine experimental methods.

the box body temporary storage and standing mechanism is arranged at a position between the disinfection mechanism and the cleaning mechanism, is suitable for receiving the box body output by the disinfection mechanism, temporarily stores and stands the box body and then conveys the box body to the cleaning mechanism;
the box cover temporary storage and standing mechanism is arranged on one side of the box body temporary storage and standing mechanism side by side, is suitable for receiving the box cover output by the disinfection mechanism, and conveys the box cover to the cleaning mechanism after temporary storage and standing.
2. The medical waste disposal system of claim 1,
the automatic unloading device comprises:
a plurality of trays for bearing the turnover box;
the lapping pieces are arranged on the corresponding trays and are used for connecting the two adjacent trays end to end;
the unstacking workbench is suitable for placing a tray to be unstacked;

and 8, carrying out partition stacking on the box body and the box cover through a stacking conveying mechanism, and carrying and warehousing the box body and the box cover respectively.
