a box unloading six-axis robot 1501 of a box unloading and assembling machine 15 drives a box unloading combination clamp 1502 to unload an empty sterilization tray 2 at the top of a full tray unloading position 13 and place the sterilization tray 2 at an empty tray unloading position 14, a box unloading label reader on the box unloading combination clamp 1502 reads a label 204 on the sterilization tray 2 in the tray unloading process, so as to judge whether the unloaded sterilization tray 2 has an accompanied and extinguished article and the position of the accompanied and extinguished article, and if the accompanied and extinguished article exists, the box unloading combination clamp 1502 places the accompanied and extinguished article above a box unloading accompanied and extinguished article placing position 24;
along with the full sterilization box 1 is unloaded and unloaded gradually, the sterilization assembly 3 filled with the empty sterilization box 1 is transferred to the boxing empty tray placing position 23 by the transfer trolley 20, the accompanied and killed articles are transferred to the boxing accompanied and killed article placing position 22 from the unloading box accompanied and killed article placing position 24 by the transfer trolley 20, the sterilization tray 2, the sterilization box 1 and the accompanied and killed articles are recycled, the whole production process does not need manual intervention, and the automation degree is high.

The formulation sterilization logistics system of claim 3 wherein the sterilization assembly conveyor in the cartoning system comprises a cartoning cart conveying track machine (8) and an automatic reversing table (9), wherein an included angle is formed between the conveying direction of the automatic sterilizer (10) and the conveying direction of the cartoning cart conveying track machine (8), and the cartoning cart conveying track machine (8) is butted against the automatic sterilizer (10) through the automatic reversing table (9).
8. The formulation sterilization logistics system of claim 3 wherein the sterilization assembly transfer means in the box unloading system comprises a buffer rack (12) and a freely movable transfer cart (20).
9. The formulation sterilization logistics system of claim 8 wherein the box unloading system further comprises an open conveyor track (11) interfacing an outlet of the automated sterilizer (10).
10. The formulation sterilization logistics system of claim 8 wherein the transport vehicle (20) is an AGV.
