本发明公开了一种户外地板用陶木材料及其使用方法,由以下质量分数的原料组份制成:无水氯化镁20%~30%、活性氧化镁粉45%~60%,锯末纤维复合料4%~10%,工业大麻纤维0.5%~1.5%,细海砂3%~7%,毛竹片1%~5%,粉煤灰3%~5%,石矿细粉1%~3%,加工助剂0.5%~4%;工业网格布0.3%~2%。本发明的产品密度很高,含水率极低,颗粒堆积紧密;具有超强的抗弯强度、抗压强度和抗冲击能力;吊挂力优异;抗化学腐蚀,可以防止腐蚀和氧化;不惧怕白蚁,耐久性强,具有自愈性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种户外地板用陶木材料及其使用方法。
背景技术
陶木是一种将环保有机材料与无机物填充到木材中复合而成的新型建筑材料。与市场目前普遍存在的其它材料(木塑、铝合金、钢塑、塑料)相比,陶木具有韧性高、载荷力强、密封性强、吸水率极低、抗老化、无毒素等优势。陶木产品环保、可回收、无污染,广泛应用于园林景观和民用建筑等领城。
现有的陶木主要制备方法为:将木材浸没于水玻璃溶液、四乙基硅氧烷(TEOS)、饱和硫酸盐铝或有机铝溶液中一定时间,取出后经约70℃干燥处理,即可获得。如果将这种陶瓷木材再经高温(约900℃)热处理,木质部分将碳化挥发,而无机盐将形成具有木质结构和开口气孔的多孔陶瓷,利用其比表面大,可用作过滤器材料或新型催化剂载体。
专利文献CN103465332A公开了一种表面具有陶瓷特性的木基质装修用料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:A.在木料基材上涂布炭化药液;B.对经步骤A处理的木料基材的表面进行炭化处理;C.在经炭化处理后的表面进行雕刻或刮纹;D.涂布彩陶混合粘土胶液;E.通过砂光机砂出步骤C的雕刻或刮纹所形成的形状;步骤F.按使用用途对木料基材进行分割;步骤G.检验包装。专利文献CN105859247A公开了一种红衣陶木复合材料,主要成分是:13.01%的氧化铁,0.30%的氧化镁,0.01%的氧化钙,0.23%的氧化锑,6.74%的氧化铝和37.2%的氧化硅的陶土,以及加入陶土中的42.51%的木纤维;将原料按比例进行配置、搅拌、成型,然后把样品胚体放在阴凉处晾干;对成型的样品进行打磨和上色;最后在大约800℃的温度下,以无氧气氛烧制而成,具有表面质地均匀,平整光滑,陶木面光泽感强,折射指数高,色彩艳丽等特点。但是上述文献的陶木不适用于户外地板的风吹日晒环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种户外地板用陶木材料及其使用方法,以解决现有技术存在的防火防水、防紫外线、防白蚁、防腐朽、防滑、隔冷隔热及收缩澎胀等方面存在的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下。
本发明的一种户外地板用陶木材料,其特征在于,由以下质量分数的原料组份制成:
无水氯化镁20%~30%、活性氧化镁粉45%~60%,锯末纤维复合料4%~10%,工业大麻纤维0.5%~1.5%,细海砂3%~7%,毛竹片1%~5%,粉煤灰3%~5%,石矿细粉1%~3%,加工助剂0.5%~4%;工业网格布0.3%~2%;
优选地,本发明所述的户外地板用陶木材料,由以下质量分数的原料组份制成:无水氯化镁24%,活性氧化镁粉50%,锯末纤维复合料8%,工业大麻纤维1%,细海砂5%,毛竹片1%,粉煤灰5%,石矿细粉2%,工业网格布1%,加工助剂3%;
所述活性氧化镁粉为活性氧化镁质量含量在90%以上的氧化镁矿粉;
所述锯末纤维复合料为长度为5~50mm的毛竹纤维短纤维料与粒径不大于5mm的稻草细颗粒、落叶松锯末、樟子松锯末以质量比1:(1~2):(1~2):(2~2.7)混配的复合料;
所述工业大麻纤维的长度为100~200mm;所述细海砂的平均粒径为0.1~1.5mm的纯净细海砂;
所述粉煤灰的平均粒径为0.1~0.5mm;所述石矿细粉为平均粒径为0.01~0.2mm的玉石细粉;
所述工业网格布为尼龙、涤纶材质的工业网格布,优选网眼规格为6mm×6mm;
所述加工助剂包括有机颜料、防水剂、增韧剂、防反卤剂、抗冲击剂、耐磨助剂、阻燃剂、防冻剂、抗氧化剂、抗紫外线剂中的至少一种;
优选地,所述防水剂为氟硅酸钠、乳液型菱镁水泥防水剂(例如泽泰防水剂ZT-3A)中的一种或几种;所述增韧剂为水解树脂类石膏增韧剂,例如山东泽泰建筑材料有限公司的q3水解树脂增强剂;所述防反卤剂为硫酸盐类抗返卤剂(例如硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝)、乳液类抗返卤剂中的一种或几种;所述抗冲击剂为聚丙烯纤维、VAE可再分散乳胶粉中的一种或几种;所述耐磨助剂为混凝土用耐磨硬化剂;所述阻燃剂为粉末状氮磷系阻燃剂、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、聚磷酸铵、磷酸酯类阻燃剂的一种或几种;所述防冻剂为水泥用防冻剂,例如:亚硝酸钠、碳酸盐、氯化钙、亚硝酸钙、尿素、乙二醇等;所述抗氧化剂为抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168中的一种或几种;所述紫外线吸收剂为二苯甲酮类紫外线吸收剂(例如UV-531)、苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂(例如UV-327)中的至少一种。
本发明的户外地板用陶木材料,用于制备户外用陶木地板;所述户外用陶木地板的制备过程,包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述氯化镁溶入水中得到卤水;
S2、将所述卤水送入搅拌机中,再加入所述活性氧化镁粉、锯末纤维复合料、工业大麻纤维、细海砂、粉煤灰、石矿细粉和加工助剂,搅拌均匀得到浇注料;
S3、将所述浇注料注入户外地板的模具中,每浇筑厚度1~2cm,铺设一层所述工业用网格布,再均匀铺设一层所述毛竹片,覆盖面积为8%~15%;重复浇筑;直至模具填满,最后一层为浇注料,厚度至少3mm;抹平后在10~40℃下静置至少6小时,使浇注料充分反应;出模,在温度20~30℃、湿度50~70%RH下养护至少20天,即得到所述户外用陶木地板。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用氯化镁卤水、石粉、细骨料和竹格栅,基于颗粒紧密堆积理论、水化理论以及分子相交理论,选取最优配方,使地板内部达到极高的密实度,极细微的孔径,以及相互交错竹格网。本发明的产品密度很高,含水率极低,颗粒堆积紧密,内部达到极高的密实度;很强的表面自洁能力和高效的防水性能;具有超强的抗弯强度、抗压强度和抗冲击能力;吊挂力优异;抗化学腐蚀,可以防止腐蚀和氧化;不惧怕白蚁,耐久性强,具有自愈性,能使得微裂缝重新愈合,养护时利用空气中的湿度进一步水化反应。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。
本发明中,若非特指,所采用的原料和设备等均可从市场购得或是本领域常用的。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1~5
实施例1~5的户外地板用陶木材料,由以下质量分数的原料组份制成:无水氯化镁20%~30%、活性氧化镁粉45%~60%,锯末纤维复合料4%~10%,工业大麻纤维0.5%~1.5%,细海砂3%~7%,毛竹片1%~5%,粉煤灰3%~5%,石矿细粉1%~3%,加工助剂0.5%~4%;工业网格布0.3%~2%;具体配比列于表1中。这些原料用于制备户外用陶木地板,所述户外用陶木地板的制备过程,包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述氯化镁溶入水中得到卤水;
S2、将所述卤水送入搅拌机中,再加入所述活性氧化镁粉、锯末纤维复合料、工业大麻纤维、细海砂、粉煤灰、石矿细粉和加工助剂,搅拌均匀得到浇注料;
S3、将所述浇注料注入户外地板的模具中,每浇筑厚度1.0~1.5cm,铺设一层所述工业用网格布,再均匀铺设一层所述毛竹片,覆盖面积为8%~12%;重复浇筑;直至模具填满,最后一层为浇注料,厚度至少3mm;抹平后在30℃下静置至少6小时,使浇注料充分反应;出模,在温度23℃、湿度60%RH下养护20天,即得到所述户外用陶木地板。

从表2的数据可知,本发明的产品密度很高,含水率极低,颗粒堆积紧密,内部达到极高的密实度;具有超强的抗弯强度、抗压强度和抗冲击能力;吊挂力优异;不惧怕白蚁,耐久性强,具有自愈性,能使得微裂缝重新愈合,养护时利用空气中的湿度进一步水化反应。
尽管已用具体实施例来说明和描述了本发明,然而应意识到,在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以作出许多其它的更改和修改。因此,这意味着在所附权利要求中包括属于本发明范围内的所有这些变化和修改。
Claims (9)
1.一种户外地板用陶木材料,其特征在于,由以下质量分数的原料组份制成:
无水氯化镁20%~30%、活性氧化镁粉45%~60%,锯末纤维复合料4%~10%,工业大麻纤维0.5%~1.5%,细海砂3%~7%,毛竹片1%~5%,粉煤灰3%~5%,石矿细粉1%~3%,加工助剂0.5%~4%;工业网格布0.3%~2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的户外地板用陶木材料,其特征在于,由以下质量分数的原料组份制成:无水氯化镁24%,活性氧化镁粉50%,锯末纤维复合料8%,工业大麻纤维1%,细海砂5%,毛竹片1%,粉煤灰5%,石矿细粉2%,工业网格布1%,加工助剂3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的户外地板用陶木材料,其特征在于,所述活性氧化镁粉为活性氧化镁质量含量在90%以上的氧化镁矿粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的户外地板用陶木材料,其特征在于,所述锯末纤维复合料为长度为5~50mm的毛竹纤维短纤维料与粒径不大于5mm的稻草细颗粒、落叶松锯末、樟子松锯末以质量比1:(1~2):(1~2):(2~2.7)混配的复合料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的户外地板用陶木材料,其特征在于,所述工业大麻纤维的长度为100~200mm;所述细海砂的平均粒径为0.1~1.5mm的纯净细海砂;所述粉煤灰的平均粒径为0.1~0.5mm;所述石矿细粉为平均粒径为0.01~0.2mm的玉石细粉;所述工业网格布为尼龙、涤纶材质的工业网格布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的户外地板用陶木材料,其特征在于,所述加工助剂包括有机颜料、防水剂、增韧剂、防反卤剂、抗冲击剂、耐磨助剂、阻燃剂、防冻剂、抗氧化剂、抗紫外线剂中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的户外地板用陶木材料,其特征在于,所述防水剂为氟硅酸钠、乳液型菱镁水泥防水剂中的一种或几种;所述增韧剂为水解树脂类石膏增韧剂;所述防反卤剂为硫酸盐类抗返卤剂、乳液类抗返卤剂中的一种或几种;所述抗冲击剂为聚丙烯纤维、VAE可再分散乳胶粉中的一种或几种;所述耐磨助剂为混凝土用耐磨硬化剂;所述阻燃剂为粉末状氮磷系阻燃剂、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、聚磷酸铵、磷酸酯类阻燃剂的一种或几种;所述防冻剂为水泥用防冻剂;所述抗氧化剂为抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168中的一种或几种;所述紫外线吸收剂为二苯甲酮类紫外线吸收剂、苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1~7任意一项所述的户外地板用陶木材料,用于制备户外用陶木地板。
9.根据权利要求8所述的户外地板用陶木材料,其特征在于,所述户外用陶木地板的制备过程,包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述氯化镁溶入水中得到卤水;
S2、将所述卤水送入搅拌机中,再加入所述活性氧化镁粉、锯末纤维复合料、工业大麻纤维、细海砂、粉煤灰、石矿细粉和加工助剂,搅拌均匀得到浇注料;
S3、将所述浇注料注入户外地板的模具中,每浇筑厚度1~2cm,铺设一层所述工业用网格布,再均匀铺设一层所述毛竹片,覆盖面积为8%~15%;重复浇筑;直至模具填满,最后一层为浇注料,厚度至少3mm;抹平后在10~40℃下静置至少6小时,使浇注料充分反应;出模,在温度20~30℃、湿度50~70%RH下养护至少20天,即得到所述户外用陶木地板。
