本发明公开了一种集成落水自救功能的汽车座椅侧气囊,包括供气组件,通过固定环与座椅骨架的滑槽连接;所述供气组件被配置为能够产生氧气;高压气袋,通过密封环与所述供气组件相通使得所述氧气能够充满所述高压气袋;和缓冲气袋;所述缓冲气袋与所述高压气袋的泄气孔连通,所述高压气袋中的氧气通过所述泄气孔充填到所述缓冲气袋中;所述缓冲气袋中开设有供氧孔;氧气通过所述供氧孔向外部提供氧气。通过将本方案提供的侧气囊安装在座椅上,在正常侧碰时,气囊弹出为提供乘员胸臀部保护;在落水时,乘客可拆卸气袋,作为救生装置使乘员漂浮;尤其是当落在深水区时,在气囊中可提供一定量氧气,支撑乘员上浮。

一种集成落水自救功能的汽车座椅侧气囊
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车座椅领域,具体为一种集成落水自救功能的汽车座椅侧气囊。
背景技术
汽车上的气囊涉及驾驶员人身和财产安全,所以汽车在安全配置上加大了投入,在保证了驾驶者人身安全的基础上,还考虑了如何快速安全地打破汽车进行逃离。
经过大量试验的分析,汽车在涉水区域行驶时意外落水,乘员将面临两种自救情况,第一种是浅水自救,第二种是深水自救。目前现有方案仅设计充气救生圈放置于车内,保证不会游泳的乘员浮于水面。但若是处于深水区,落水后由于汽车下沉的速度快,当乘客逃离汽车时往往已经下沉到一定的深度,乘客的呼吸和体力也会急剧消耗,所以发生这种状况时往往会因为氧气不足或体力不足而导致乘客无法游回水面;因此如何提供充足的氧气和浮力使得乘客成为目前研发的重点。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明对传统的气囊结构作出适应性的改进,使得改进后的气囊不仅能够在乘客驾驶时对其进行保护,还能够在乘客落水后进行充分使用,为乘客提供足够的氧气和浮力以保证乘客的安全。
本发明提出的具体方案如下:
一种集成落水自救功能的汽车座椅侧气囊,包括
供气组件,通过固定环与座椅骨架的滑槽连接;所述供气组件被配置为能够产生氧气;
高压气袋,通过密封环与所述供气组件相通使得所述氧气能够充满所述高压气袋;和
缓冲气袋;所述缓冲气袋与所述高压气袋的泄气孔连通,所述高压气袋中的氧气通过所述泄气孔充填到所述缓冲气袋中;所述缓冲气袋中开设有供氧孔;氧气通过所述供氧孔向外部提供氧气。
进一步的,所述供气组件与点火具连接;所述供气组件包括
第一腔体;所述第一腔体中充满压缩氢气;
第二腔体;所述第二腔体中充满压缩氧气及压缩氮气;和
第三腔体;所述第三腔体中充满过碳酸钠药片;
所述点火具产生的火花和气体冲破第一腔体和第二腔体隔离层并引燃,使得氢气和氧气反应产生水蒸气;水蒸气+氧气+氮气的混合物冲破第二腔体和第三腔体隔离层;水蒸气中的水和过碳酸钠药片反应,生成碳酸钠及氧气,产生的氧气和氮气将填充至所述高压气袋中。
进一步的,所述点火具的启动受ACU控制器控制;
所述座椅的侧边处设置了撞击传感器和手动开关,所述手动开关和所述撞击传感器均能够使得所述ACU控制器向所述点火具发出点火指令。
进一步的,所述固定环相对于所述滑槽可拆卸的设置,使得整个所述汽车座椅侧气囊能够从座椅上拆卸下来。
进一步的,所述高压气袋上还具有辅助拉带;所述辅助拉带在所述高压气袋上斜向设置以方便使用者的穿戴。
采用本技术方案所达到的有益效果为:
通过将本方案提供的侧气囊安装在座椅上,在正常侧碰时,气囊弹出为提供乘员胸臀部保护;在落水时,乘客可拆卸气袋,作为救生装置使乘员漂浮;尤其是当落在深水区时,在气囊中可提供一定量氧气,支撑乘员上浮。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
本实施例中提供了一种集成落水自救功能的汽车座椅侧气囊,将该气囊进行折叠后装在座椅靠背侧翼发泡内,参见图1,和传统的侧气囊位置一致;即本方案中仅仅通过对传统侧气囊的结构进行改进,在安装位置和使用的方式上没有太大的变化。
本方案中,参见图2-图3,提供侧气囊包括供气组件10、高压气袋20和缓冲气袋30;其中供气组件通过固定环11与座椅骨架的滑槽连接,具体为相对于滑槽滑入固定,容易拆卸。这里的供气组件10被配置为能够产生氧气。高压气袋20通过密封环21与供气组件10相通使得氧气能够充满高压气袋20;可以理解为,因为高压气袋20与供气组件10直接相通,在供气组件10中产生的气体将直接进入到高压气袋20中。缓冲气袋30与高压气袋20的泄气孔连通,高压气袋20中的氧气通过泄气孔充填到缓冲气袋30中;这里提供缓冲气袋30主要目的在于便于氧气能够被使用者吸收;因为在高压气袋20中,其气压较高,使用者直接使用并不合适,因此这里通过设置缓冲气袋30的方式进行降压,使得在缓冲气袋30中的氧气浓度能够刚好适合使用者。当然,在缓冲气袋30中开设有供氧孔;使用者在需要吸收氧气时,将嘴接住供氧孔持续补充气体,维持自己的呼吸。
本方案中,供气组件10为了重要的供氧装置,这里对其的组成结构做详细地介绍。供气组件10与点火具12连接;供气组件10包括三个依次排列的腔体,在腔体中填充对应的物质,以方便后期氧气的产生。具体的,在第一腔体101中充满压缩氢气;第二腔体102中充满压缩氧气及压缩氮气;第三腔体103中充满过碳酸钠药片;这样在点火具12的点火下,产生的火花和气体冲破第一腔体101和第二腔体102隔离层并引燃,使得氢气和氧气反应产生水蒸气;水蒸气+氧气+氮气的混合物冲破第二腔体102和第三腔体103隔离层;水蒸气中的水和过碳酸钠药片反应,生成碳酸钠及氧气,产生的氧气和氮气将填充至高压气袋20中。
本方案中,点火具12的启动受ACU控制器控制;具体的,参见图4,在座椅的侧边处设置了撞击传感器和手动开关,手动开关和撞击传感器均能够使得ACU控制器向点火具发出点火指令。
为了便于穿戴,本方案中在高压气袋20上还具有辅助拉带201。
为了便于理解,下面对本侧气囊的封装方式和具体的使用方式进行说明。
在将侧气囊安装到座椅地靠背侧翼发泡内时,首先将高压气袋20沿虚线AB向内折叠,然后再沿虚线C卷折。折叠后的侧气囊能够装在座椅靠背侧翼发泡内,和传统侧气囊位置一致;并且通过座椅骨架的滑槽,滑入固定,易于拆卸。
当汽车落水时,若侧面受到撞击,撞击传感器产生专利信号并发送到ACU,由ACU发送点火指令到点火具12,在点火具12点火后本侧气囊就启用,达到吸能降低伤害作用;当然处于无碰撞入水时,使用者也可以手动启用ACU,使得ACU发送点火指令到点火具12。
当汽车落入到深水区时,使用者可以将移动固定环,从座椅上拆卸本侧气囊,乘员将头和一侧肩部穿过辅助拉带201,使得整个侧气囊可以束缚在使用者的身上;调整侧气囊位置使其置于胸前,嘴部接住供氧孔,本侧气囊在提供一定浮力的基础上,可通过供氧孔持续为使用者补充氧气;当落水深度较大时,可通过吸取气袋内氧气,维持呼吸,上浮后补充气体,最终逃离水域。
本技术方案通过提供的侧气囊安装在座椅上,在正常侧碰时,气囊弹出为提供乘员胸臀部保护;在落水时,乘客可拆卸气袋,作为救生装置使乘员漂浮;尤其是当落在深水区时,在气囊中可提供一定量氧气,达到支撑乘员上浮的目的。

1.一种集成落水自救功能的汽车座椅侧气囊,其特征在于,包括
供气组件(10),通过固定环(11)与座椅骨架的滑槽连接;所述供气组件(10)被配置为能够产生氧气;
高压气袋(20),通过密封环(21)与所述供气组件(10)相通使得所述氧气能够充满所述高压气袋(20);和
缓冲气袋(30);所述缓冲气袋(30)与所述高压气袋(20)的泄气孔连通,所述高压气袋(20)中的氧气通过所述泄气孔充填到所述缓冲气袋(30)中;所述缓冲气袋(30)中开设有供氧孔;氧气通过所述供氧孔向外部提供氧气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成落水自救功能的汽车座椅侧气囊,其特征在于,所述供气组件(10)与点火具(12)连接;所述供气组件(10)包括
第一腔体(101);所述第一腔体(101)中充满压缩氢气;
第二腔体(102);所述第二腔体(102)中充满压缩氧气及压缩氮气;和
第三腔体(103);所述第三腔体(103)中充满过碳酸钠药片;
所述点火具(12)产生的火花和气体冲破第一腔体(101)和第二腔体(102)隔离层并引燃,使得氢气和氧气反应产生水蒸气;水蒸气+氧气+氮气的混合物冲破第二腔体(102)和第三腔体(103)隔离层;水蒸气中的水和过碳酸钠药片反应,生成碳酸钠及氧气;产生的氧气和氮气将填充至所述高压气袋(20)中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种集成落水自救功能的汽车座椅侧气囊,其特征在于,所述点火具(12)的启动受ACU控制器控制;
所述座椅的侧边处设置了撞击传感器和手动开关,所述手动开关和所述撞击传感器均能够使得所述ACU控制器向所述点火具(12)发出点火指令。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成落水自救功能的汽车座椅侧气囊,其特征在于,所述固定环相对于所述滑槽可拆卸的设置,使得整个所述汽车座椅侧气囊能够从座椅上拆卸下来。
