Description

用于在成形时表面发粘材料的表面压花的压印工具
本发明涉及用于改变极为特异的材料表面的工具,特别是涉及改变在成形时具有妨碍成形过程进行的粘性的材料表面的工具,以及制造该工具的方法。
在成形时发粘的粘稠材料所使用的成形工具上加一个层,例如硅橡胶层的方法是已知的。然而,其缺点是,这类工具上的硅橡胶使用寿命很短,因而该工具的成本就比较高。
而且,制造钢质工具并给它施加隔离剂的做法也是已知的。但是,使用了隔离剂,所制造的工件的质量会受到损害。
本发明的目的在于避免这些缺点并提供一种工具,这种工具可以用于发粘的粘稠性塑性材料成形或对其进行压印,或者使其带上纹理表面。
这一目的是借助具有按照权利要求1或2的特征部分的上述工具达到的。
本发明进一步优选的实施方案以及它们的制造方法将在从属权利要求中说明。
具体地说,这种工具可以做成注塑或吹塑过程中使用的模具和阴模。而且,旋转铸塑和铸塑模具也可以衬一层按照权利要求1和2的材料。
本发明尤其适合分别用于连续过程和压印机生产中的圆筒形模具或压印辊的涂层。
被加工的材料可以是热塑性材料,也可以是活性塑性材料,其形式为薄膜、多层塑性材料、不带衬底的发泡材料、毡材、纺织品表面、纸张等,在其表面上压印出或加上纹理表面。
带有聚四氟乙烯或聚氟乙烯的这种新颖工具的表面为成形的材料提供前所未闻的优质表面。
由于采用了激光束加工,发生在所有机械雕刻方法中的压印区消除了,花纹清晰,压印出的表面绝对平整,不带重印。
由于采用激光束表面雕刻,诸如皮革一类的构造可以加工成带有要求的微细浓淡过渡的表面,这对于提供良好的皮革外观是必不可少的。当金属辊,例如压印辊,上加了一层粘合剂,然后包覆一层聚氟乙烯薄膜时,压印出的图象特别好。
完全粘合在金属表面上的这层薄膜的厚度为1~6毫米。当聚氟乙烯的厚度为2~4毫米时,效果尤其好。
作为替代的办法,可以烧结上一层聚四氟乙烯,形成一个闭合的表面。
聚氟乙烯层能耐350℃的高温,而且可采用激光束精确地雕刻而不带熔融斑。
这种工具,例如压印辊,具备象金属一样的特征,即在操作过程中该表面层不变形,而且既能完成热压印,也能完成冷压印操作。
带有聚四氟乙烯层的压印工具的压印永久载荷极高,其数值超过100,000米,与纯金属辊的永久载荷不相上下。
操作期间,该压印层保持不变,而且不需特别的维护。

Claims (13)

1.用于容易粘附在工具表面上或具有发粘倾向的材料的成形和/或压印的工具,其特征在于该工具包括激光雕刻的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)表面层。
2.用于容易粘附在工具表面上或具有发粘倾向的材料的成形和/或压印的工具,其特征在于该工具包括激光雕刻的聚氟乙烯表面层。
3.按照权利要求1或2中之一的工具,其特征在于,该层的厚度为1~6毫米。
4.按照权利要求3的工具,其特征在于,该层的厚度为2~4毫米。
5.按照上述权利要求中任何一项的工具,其特征在于,该工具是一种压印辊。
6.按照权利要求1~4中任何一项的工具,其特征在于,该工具是一种平板压印机。
7.按照权利要求1~4中任何一项的工具,其特征在于,该工具是一种注塑模具或吹塑模具。
8.按照权利要求1~4中任何一项的工具,其特征在于,该工具是一种旋转铸塑模具。
9.按照权利要求1~4中任何一项的工具,其特征在于,该工具是一种铸塑模具。
10.制造按照权利要求1的工具的方法,其特征在于,在成形表面和/或压印表面上加了一层聚四氟乙烯层,该层随后用激光束雕刻。
11.制造按照权利要求2的工具的方法,其特征在于,在成形表面和/或压印表面上加了一层聚氟乙烯层,该层随后用激光束雕刻。
12.按照权利要求10或11的方法,其特征在于,该层是粘上去的。
13.按照权利要求10或11的方法,其特征在于,该层是烧结上去的。
