Further, the first shielding plate 1 and the second shielding plate 2 in this embodiment are both made of a light material, such as an aramid fiber material, a rigid foam, a non-metal honeycomb, a foam adhesive film, and the like. All positions of the first shielding plate 1 and the second shielding plate 2 can pass the interlaminar withstand voltage and leakage current test of 20kV according to the standard.

As shown in fig. 19 and 20, two fixing hooks 91 are fitted with elastic pull rings 92. Two fixed hooks 91 are the couple structure of L shape, and the elbow orientation is opposite, and in two fixed hooks 91, the interior tip of one of them fixed hook 91 is provided with location projection 911, and location projection 911 root diameter is greater than the tip diameter, and the interior tip of another fixed hook 91 is provided with the location shrinkage pool 912 with location projection 911 complex, and when two shielding plates splice, location projection 911 can insert and realize the location in the location shrinkage pool 912. Furthermore, a limiting column 913 is arranged at the bottom of an elbow of one of the fixing hooks 91, a distance between the lower end of the limiting column 913 and the mounting substrate 93 is smaller than a cross-sectional diameter of the elastic pull ring 92, so that the elastic pull ring 92 can slide into the lower portion of the elbow of the fixing hook 91 from the lower end of the limiting column 913 under the action of an external force and cannot fall off in a natural state, an annular pull handle 921 is arranged on one side of the elastic pull ring 92, the elastic pull ring 92 is pulled while an operator inserts the pull handle 921 through a finger during actual use, the elastic pull ring 92 is pulled to deform and is sleeved below the elbow of the other fixing hook 91 to realize connection, and the elastic pull ring 92 is made of an elastic material, such as elastic rubber and the like.
The suspender 3 and the handheld rod 6 are light insulating rods, the suspender 3 is an epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastic laminated tube, and can pass the 400mm withstand voltage and leakage current test of 45kV according to the standard. The starting installation position of the shielding plate and the installation position during operation are distinguished on the suspension rod 3 through marks with different colors.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the suspension lever 3 is provided at a lower end thereof with a pair of hinge lugs 32, the hinge shaft 31 is positioned between the hinge lugs 32, and a lug receiving hole 33 extending into the suspension lever 3 is provided between the hinge lugs 32.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the top end of the handheld rod 6 is provided with a lug 61, the lug 61 is matched with the lug accommodating hole 33 in shape, when the lug 61 is inserted into the lug accommodating hole 33, the lug 61 and the lug accommodating hole 33 are in interference fit or over fit, and the lug 61 cannot slide out of the lug accommodating hole 33 in a natural state and can be pulled out only by an operator.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, a long hole 62 is provided in each of the lugs 61, the longitudinal directions of the lugs 61 and the long hole 62 are parallel to the longitudinal direction of the hand lever 6, the hinge shaft 31 is located in the long hole 62, the lugs 61 can be inserted into the lug accommodating holes 33 or pulled out of the lug accommodating holes 33, that is, in the state shown in fig. 9 to 12, and the lugs 61 can be rotated about the hinge shafts 31 to a position where the hand lever 6 is perpendicular to the suspension lever 3 when pulled out of the lug accommodating holes 33, that is, in the state shown in fig. 13 and 14.
Furthermore, the two hinged lugs 32 can clamp the lug 61, so that the handheld rod 6 can not naturally fall down when being perpendicular to the suspension rod 3 and can only swing under the action of external force of an operator, or a damping part can be arranged between the hinged lugs 32 and the lug 61, so that the handheld rod 6 can not naturally fall down when being perpendicular to the suspension rod 3 and can only swing under the action of external force of the operator.
Further, when the hand-held lever 6 is rotated to be perpendicular to the suspension rod 3, it can move in the direction of the suspension rod 3 and be caught at the lower end of the suspension rod 3. In this way, the upper side of the end of the lug 61 can abut against the lower end of the boom 3, thereby preventing the hand lever 6 from accidentally swinging downward, i.e., the state shown in fig. 8, 15, and 16.
As shown in fig. 17, the cross arm lock 4 includes a hook 41, the hook 41 includes an upper plate 411 and a lower plate 412, the ends of the upper plate 411 and the lower plate 412 are connected by a vertical plate 413, the length of the upper plate 411 is greater than that of the lower plate 412, and the end of the upper plate 411 is bent downward to ensure that the hook cannot slide off horizontally when hanging on the cross arm. The bottom of the hook 41 is provided with a vertical threaded hole, specifically, the threaded hole is formed in the lower plate 412, and the top end of the hanger rod 3 is installed in the threaded hole through threads.
As shown in fig. 17, the top end of the suspension rod 3 is provided with a top block 42, the top block 42 is located inside the hook 41, and the top block 42 is rotatably connected with the top end of the suspension rod 3. As shown in fig. 6, the shade support member 5 includes a support sleeve 51 fitted around the lower end of the boom 3, and the support sleeve 51 is fixed to the boom 3 by a support sleeve fixing bolt 52. In this embodiment, the diameter of the suspension rod 3 and the diameter of the handheld rod 6 are equal, and when the suspension rod 3 and the handheld rod 6 are coaxial, the supporting sleeve 51 can be moved to the junction of the suspension rod 3 and the handheld rod 6, so as to fix the suspension rod 3 and the handheld rod 6 at the same time, ensure stable connection between the two, and facilitate installation of the shielding plate.
Further, as shown in fig. 21 and 22, the end of the handle 53 is coaxially provided with a circular hole 531 and a regular hexagonal hole 532 matched with the end of the support sleeve fixing bolt 52, the circular hole 531 is smaller than the regular hexagonal hole 532 and larger than the thread section diameter of the support sleeve fixing bolt 52, the regular hexagonal hole 532 can be matched with the regular hexagonal head of the support sleeve fixing bolt 52 to realize a screwing operation, in practical use, when the handle 53 moves inwards along the support sleeve fixing bolt 52, the regular hexagonal hole 532 is separated from the regular hexagonal head, the handle 53 can freely rotate, that is, in the state shown in fig. 21, after rotating to a proper position, the handle 53 moves outwards, the regular hexagonal hole 532 is sleeved on the regular hexagonal head, that is, in the state shown in fig. 22, and then the support sleeve fixing bolt 52 is fastened or loosened, so that the handle does not interfere with the shielding plate above.
The working principle is as follows:

If the folding structure is adopted, the horizontal handle holds the rod 6 to the state shown in fig. 13, then swings down to the vertical state shown in fig. 11, and then pushes up the handle rod 6 to the state shown in fig. 9. If the screw-type structure is adopted, the hand-held lever 6 is removed and then screwed to the lower end of the boom 3.
Two groups of shielding plate supporting pieces 5 are respectively loosened and slide downwards to the corresponding handheld rods 6 to be fastened, and the shielding plate supporting pieces 5 can also be moved to the junction of the handheld rods 6 and the hanging rods 3 and fastened according to actual conditions.
