As shown in fig. 19 and 20, the two fixing hooks 91 are sleeved with elastic pull rings 92. The two fixed hooks 91 are of L-shaped hook structures, the directions of the elbows are opposite, in the two fixed hooks 91, the inner end part of one fixed hook 91 is provided with a positioning convex column 911, the root diameter of the positioning convex column 911 is larger than the end diameter, the inner end part of the other fixed hook 91 is provided with a positioning concave hole 912 matched with the positioning convex column 911, and when the two shielding plates are spliced, the positioning convex column 911 can be inserted into the positioning concave hole 912 to realize positioning. Further, the elbow bottom of one of the fixed hooks 91 is provided with a spacing post 913, and the distance between the lower end of the spacing post 913 and the mounting substrate 93 is smaller than the cross-sectional diameter of the elastic pull ring 92, so that the elastic pull ring 92 can slide into the lower part of the elbow of the fixed hook 91 from the lower end of the spacing post 913 under the action of external force and is in a natural state without falling down, one side of the elastic pull ring 92 is provided with an annular handle 921, and when in actual use, an operator inserts the elastic pull ring 92 into the handle 921 through a finger, pulls the elastic pull ring 92 to deform and is sleeved under the elbow of the other fixed hook 91 to realize connection, and the elastic pull ring 92 is made of elastic materials such as elastic rubber.
The suspender 3 and the handheld rod 6 are light insulating rods, and the suspender 3 is an epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastic laminated pipe and can pass through a 400mm withstand voltage and leakage current test of 45kV according to the standard. The starting installation position of the shielding plate and the installation position during operation are distinguished on the hanging rod 3 through different color marks.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the lower end of the boom 3 is provided with a pair of hinge lugs 32, the hinge shaft 31 is located between the hinge lugs 32, and a lug accommodating hole 33 extending toward the inside of the boom 3 is provided between the hinge lugs 32.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the top end of the hand-held rod 6 is provided with a lug 61, the lug 61 is matched with the lug accommodating hole 33 in shape, when the lug 61 is inserted into the lug accommodating hole 33, the lug 61 is in interference fit or excessive fit, and the lug 61 cannot slide out of the lug accommodating hole 33 in a natural state and can be pulled out only by an operator when the lug is pulled.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the lug 61 is provided with a long hole 62, the length directions of the lug 61 and the long hole 62 are parallel to the length direction of the hand-held rod 6, the hinge shaft 31 is located in the long hole 62, the lug 61 can be inserted into the lug accommodating hole 33 or pulled out from the lug accommodating hole 33, that is, in the state shown in fig. 9-12, and the lug 61 can rotate around the hinge shaft 31 to a position perpendicular to the boom 3 of the hand-held rod 6 when pulled out from the lug accommodating hole 33, that is, in the state shown in fig. 13 and 14.
Further, the two hinge lugs 32 can clamp the lugs 61, so that the hand-held rod 6 does not naturally fall down when being perpendicular to the boom 3, and can swing only under the action of external force of an operator, or a damping piece can be arranged between the hinge lugs 32 and the lugs 61, so that the hand-held rod 6 can not naturally fall down when being perpendicular to the boom 3, and can swing only under the action of external force of the operator.
Further, when the hand-held rod 6 rotates to be perpendicular to the boom 3, the hand-held rod can move towards the boom 3 and be clamped at the lower end of the boom 3. In this way, the upper side of the end of the lug 61 can abut against the lower end of the boom 3, thereby preventing the hand lever 6 from accidentally swinging down, i.e. the condition shown in fig. 8, 15, 16.
As shown in fig. 17, the cross arm lock 4 includes a hook 41, the hook 41 includes an upper plate 411 and a lower plate 412, the ends of the upper plate 411 and the lower plate 412 are connected by a vertical plate 413, the length of the upper plate 411 is greater than that of the lower plate 412, and the ends of the upper plate 411 are bent downwards to ensure that the end of the upper plate 411 does not slide horizontally when being hung on the cross arm. The bottom of the hook 41 is provided with a vertical threaded hole, in particular, the threaded hole is formed in the lower plate 412, and the top end of the boom 3 is mounted in the threaded hole through threads.
As shown in fig. 17, a top end of the boom 3 is provided with a top block 42, the top block 42 is located inside the hook 41, and the top block 42 is rotatably connected with the top end of the boom 3. If a screw-type structure is adopted, the hand-held rod 6 is taken down and then screwed on the lower end of the boom 3.
The two groups of shielding plate supporting pieces 5 are loosened respectively and are slid down to the corresponding handheld rods 6 for fastening, and the shielding plate supporting pieces 5 can be moved to the junction of the handheld rods 6 and the suspenders 3 for fastening according to actual conditions.
The first shielding plate 1 and the second shielding plate 2 are then moved downwards, the bottoms of the first shielding plate 1 and the second shielding plate 2 are respectively shielded from sliding towards the end parts of the handheld rods 6 by the two groups of shielding plate supporting pieces 5, the first shielding plate 1 and the second shielding plate 2 are disassembled, then the first group of handheld rods 6 are held for reverse screwing, the cross arm lock heads 4 are detached from the cross arms, the first group of hanging rods 3 are moved to the ground, the second group of cross arm lock heads 4 are detached from the cross arms according to the same steps, and the second group of hanging rods 3 are moved to the ground.
