On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the determining module 401 is specifically configured to, when the cooking manner of the food is a first cooking manner, if the current resistance level is a first level, set a first air volume as the target air volume of the smoking machine, if the current resistance level is a second level, set a second air volume as the target air volume of the smoking machine, and if the current resistance level is a third level, set a third air volume as the target air volume of the smoking machine; when the cooking mode of the food is a second cooking mode, if the current resistance level is a first level, setting a fourth air volume as a target air volume of the smoking machine, if the current resistance level is a second level, setting a fifth air volume as the target air volume of the smoking machine, and if the current resistance level is a third level, setting a sixth air volume as the target air volume of the smoking machine;
wherein, under the condition that the first level is lower than the second level and the second level is lower than the third level, the first air volume is smaller than the second air volume, the second air volume is smaller than the third air volume, the fourth air volume is smaller than the fifth air volume, the fifth air volume is smaller than the sixth air volume, the fourth air volume is smaller than the first air volume, the fifth air volume is smaller than the second air volume, and the sixth air volume is smaller than the third air volume.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the apparatus further includes: and a processing module.
Specifically, when the obtaining module 401 is specifically configured to obtain an image acquired by a camera for the food, and identify the image to determine a cooking manner of the food, the processing module is configured to determine a current color of the food according to pixel values of pixel points in the image; when the current color of the food is not in the preset color range, outputting alarm information, and disconnecting the power supply or the gas for cooking the food; wherein, predetermine the colour scope and be the normal colour scope of food, alarm information is used for reporting to the police to current culinary art process.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, when the obtaining module 401 is specifically configured to receive the smoke concentration reported by the smoke concentration sensor and determine the cooking manner of the food based on the smoke concentration, the processing module is further configured to output alarm information and disconnect a power supply or gas for cooking the food when the smoke concentration exceeds a preset smoke concentration; wherein, the alarm information is used for alarming the current cooking process.
On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, the processing module is specifically configured to send the alarm information to preset account information through a wireless router wirelessly connected to the smoking machine.
In one embodiment, there is provided a smoking machine control apparatus, the internal structure of which may be as shown in figure 5. The smoking machine control device comprises a processor, a memory and a network interface (not shown in the figure) connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the smoking machine control device is arranged to provide computing and control capabilities. The network interface of the smoking machine control equipment is used for being connected and communicated with an external terminal through a network. The memory of the smoking machine control device is used for storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, carries out the steps of a smoking machine control method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the arrangement shown in figure 5 is a block diagram of only a portion of the arrangement relevant to the present application and does not constitute a limitation on the smoking machine control device to which the present application is applied, and that a particular smoking machine control device may include more or fewer components than shown in the figures, or some components may be combined, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment there is provided a smoking machine control apparatus comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor which when executed implements the steps of:
acquiring a cooking mode of food currently being cooked and a current resistance level of a common flue;
determining the target air quantity of the smoking machine according to the cooking mode and the current resistance level;
and controlling the smoking machine to work according to the target air volume.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring a cooking mode of food currently being cooked and a current resistance level of a common flue;
determining the target air quantity of the smoking machine according to the cooking mode and the current resistance level;
and controlling the smoking machine to work according to the target air volume.
The smoking machine control device, the equipment and the storage medium provided in the above embodiments can execute the smoking machine control method provided in any embodiment of the present application, and have corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects for executing the method. Technical details which are not described in detail in the above embodiments may be referred to a smoking machine control method provided in any of the embodiments of the present application.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, and these are all within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A smoking machine control method, comprising:
acquiring a cooking mode of food currently being cooked and a current resistance level of a common flue;
determining the target air quantity of the smoking machine according to the cooking mode and the current resistance level;
and controlling the smoking machine to work according to the target air volume.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the cooking profile of the food currently being cooked comprises at least one of:
the method comprises the following steps: acquiring an image acquired by a camera for the food, and identifying the image to determine a cooking mode of the food;
step two: receiving a cooking mode of the food reported by a pot for cooking the food;
step three: and receiving the smoke concentration reported by the smoke concentration sensor, and determining the cooking mode of the food based on the smoke concentration.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the current resistance level of the common tunnel comprises at least one of:
acquiring the motor rotating speed of a smoking machine, and determining the current resistance level of a public flue according to the motor rotating speed;
receiving a flue resistance value of a public flue reported by a pressure sensor, and determining the current resistance level of the public flue according to the flue resistance value;
a current resistance level of the common tunnel is determined based on the current cooking time.
4. The method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein determining a target air volume for a smoking machine based on the cooking regime and the current resistance level comprises:
when the cooking mode of the food is a first cooking mode, if the current resistance level is a first level, setting a first air volume as a target air volume of the smoking machine, if the current resistance level is a second level, setting a second air volume as the target air volume of the smoking machine, and if the current resistance level is a third level, setting a third air volume as the target air volume of the smoking machine;
when the cooking mode of the food is a second cooking mode, if the current resistance level is a first level, setting a fourth air volume as a target air volume of the smoking machine, if the current resistance level is a second level, setting a fifth air volume as the target air volume of the smoking machine, and if the current resistance level is a third level, setting a sixth air volume as the target air volume of the smoking machine;
wherein, under the condition that the first level is lower than the second level and the second level is lower than the third level, the first air volume is smaller than the second air volume, the second air volume is smaller than the third air volume, the fourth air volume is smaller than the fifth air volume, the fifth air volume is smaller than the sixth air volume, the fourth air volume is smaller than the first air volume, the fifth air volume is smaller than the second air volume, and the sixth air volume is smaller than the third air volume.
5. The method according to claim 2, wherein when the cooking manner of the food currently being cooked is acquired through the step one, the method further comprises:
determining the current color of the food according to the pixel values of the pixel points in the image;
when the current color of the food is not in the preset color range, outputting alarm information, and disconnecting the power supply or the gas for cooking the food; the preset color range is the normal color range of the food, and the alarm information is used for giving an alarm to the current cooking process.
6. The method according to claim 2, wherein when the cooking manner of the food currently being cooked is acquired through the third step, the method further comprises:
when the smoke concentration exceeds the preset smoke concentration, outputting alarm information, and disconnecting a power supply or fuel gas for cooking the food; wherein, the alarm information is used for alarming the current cooking process.
7. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the outputting alarm information includes:
and sending the alarm information to preset account information through a wireless router in wireless connection with the smoking machine.
8. A smoking machine control apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the cooking mode of food currently being cooked and the current resistance level of the common flue;
the determining module is used for determining the target air volume of the smoking machine according to the cooking mode and the current resistance level;
and the control module is used for controlling the smoking machine to work according to the target air volume.
9. A smoking machine control apparatus comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterised in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
