the ultraviolet shielding agent comprises zinc oxide and silicon dioxide, wherein the addition amount of the zinc oxide is 5-15% of the mass of the polyester stock solution, and the addition amount of the silicon dioxide is 5-15% of the mass of the polyester stock solution;
the particle size of the zinc oxide is 20-100nm, and the particle size of the silicon dioxide is 20-100nm;
the inclination angle of the front and back coils of the strong sun-proof knitted double-sided cloth is 10-30 degrees, and the ultraviolet protection coefficient UPFAV is more than 1000;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparation of sun-proof yarn
(1.1) adding an ultraviolet screening agent subjected to grinding and high-temperature treatment into polyester stock solution to obtain polyester spinning stock solution;
(1.2) conveying the terylene spinning solution to a spinning machine, extruding by using a double screw machine, melting, extruding by using a spinneret orifice, and then stretching, texturing, cooling and solidifying to prepare the sun-proof yarn with the specification of 40-80D;
(2) Weaving of weft knitted double-sided fabric grey cloth
Weaving the sun-proof yarn prepared in the step (1) on a weft knitting machine with the specification of 32-40G to obtain weft knitting double-sided fabric grey cloth, wherein the time of the upper needle participating in weaving is 0.1-0.5ms later than the time of the lower needle during weaving;
(3) Dyeing and finishing
a. Dyeing: dyeing the knitted weft knitted double-sided fabric grey cloth obtained in the step (2), wherein a full-automatic dye vat is adopted as a dye vat, high-fastness disperse dye is adopted as a dye, the dyeing temperature is 90-140 ℃, the dyeing time is 30-50min, the heat preservation time is 30-50min, and the pH value of dye liquor is adjusted to 4-6 before the fabric is taken out of the vat after dyeing is completed;
b. dehydrating: putting the dyed fabric into a dehydrator to dehydrate for 10-30min at a rotating speed of 1500-1900rpm, wherein the water content of the dehydrated fabric is 20% -40%;
c. shaping and drying: the shaping temperature of the finished product is 130-170 ℃ and the speed is 20-30/min, and the strong sun-proof knitted double-sided cloth is obtained.
2. The method for preparing a strong sun-proof knitted double-sided cloth according to claim 1, wherein the leveling agent SX-2033 is added in the amount of 0.5-2g/L during the dyeing in the step (3).
3. The method for preparing a strong sun-proof knitted double-sided cloth according to claim 1, wherein the gram weight of the strong sun-proof knitted double-sided cloth is 120-160g/m 2 。
4. A strong sun-proof knitted double-sided fabric, characterized in that it is prepared by the preparation method of the strong sun-proof knitted double-sided fabric according to any one of claims 1-3.
