目前，COPD的治疗多采用西药治疗，主要是针对COPD气流受限和炎症反应而采用支气管扩张药(如：β2受体激动剂、抗胆碱药、茶碱等)，抗炎药(如：糖皮质激素、磷酸二酯酶抑制剂等)，祛痰药以及氧疗等。西药治疗主要是减少症状和并发症，但目前仍没有药物能够有效控制COPD肺功能进行性下降。由于COPD是慢性疾病，需长期用药，可能会增加不良反应的发生率，且临床上常用的西药制剂价格昂贵，使西药治疗受到了限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术的不足，提供一种用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的中药组合物，成分简单，效果显著，成本低并且无毒副作用。
本发明的另一目的还在于提供上述用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的中药组合物的制备方法。
技术方案
一种用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的中药组合物，由如下原料制成：黄芪300g，麸炒白术100g，防风100g，红参片100g，炒紫苏子60g，炒葶苈子60g，炒白芥子60g，麸炒山药300g，炒白芍100g，茯苓100g，化橘红100g，法半夏100g，川贝母100g，燀苦杏仁100g，桔梗60g，灵芝200g，川牛膝150g，盐杜仲150g，续断片150g，煅紫石英150g，紫河车100g，蛤蚧50g，鹿角胶100g，龟甲胶100g，阿胶100g，甘草片100g。
上述用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的中药组合物的制备方法：
(1)取配方量的防风、炒紫苏子、炒葶苈子、炒白芥子、灵芝、川牛膝、煅紫石英加水浸泡30-60min，然后煎煮两次，第一次加8倍量水煎2小时，第二次加6倍量水煎1小时，合并滤液，浓缩至相对密度为1.07-1.08，得到浓缩液；
(2)将配方中的其余原料混合后烘干，粉碎成细粉并搅拌均匀，得到混合粉末，将混合粉末加入到步骤(1)的浓缩液中，混合均匀后，制成湿丸，干燥后，即得。
进一步，步骤(2)中，所述干燥的方法是：先在60℃下干燥4小时，再升高温度至80℃干燥6小时。
本发明的中药组合物中，黄芪、白术、防风加红参为君，三子养清汤(紫苏子、莱菔子、白芥子)为臣，佐以补肺、健脾、益肾等药味而成。方中，黄芪大补肺脾之气，防风走标祛风邪，白术健脾益气，化生气血，这3个成分综合起来有增强机体免疫功能，提高自然杀伤细胞活性，抗细菌感染，抗流感病毒，抗变态反应，抗应激性，增强肾上腺皮质功能及抗衰老，抗疲劳，抗缺氧等作用；方中采用了三子养亲汤(紫苏子、莱菔子、白芥子)，以治喘嗽之疾，此方原为急则治其标而设，然平素加服能达到渐消缓散之目的，故为其臣，三子养亲汤偏降，以痰浊壅盛，肺实喘满，痰多黏腻为宜，其中，紫苏子降气行痰，使气降而痰不逆，莱菔子消食导滞，使气行则痰行，白芥子温肺利气，快膈消痰；三者合用则痰消气顺，喘嗽自平。方中还采用了鹿角胶和龟甲胶，鹿角胶甘咸而温，善于温肾壮阳，益精补血，龟板胶甘咸而寒，长于填精补髓，滋阴养血，二味为血肉有情之品，能峻补阴阳以生气血精髓，同时常需加入川牛膝、杜仲、续断等，以引火下行，以免阳旺太过、致生邪火之虞。而蛤蚧具有补肺益肾、定喘止嗽的功效，紫石英具有镇心定惊、温肺下气的功效，麸炒山药有补肾益精、益气养血之功，三者治疗肺肾两虚之喘咳，不可或缺。现代生活节奏较快、压力较大，常有所欲不遂等情况，导致肝气郁结，故选药时应不忘柔肝，故选用白芍等药。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明提供了一种用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的中药组合物，该药物的各种原料组分有机组合，协同作用，具有补肺健脾益肾，化痰纳气平喘的功效，对慢性阻塞性肺疾病具有很好的疗效，成分简单、成本低并且无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的中药组合物，由如下原料制成：黄芪300g，麸炒白术100g，防风100g，红参片100g，炒紫苏子60g，炒葶苈子60g，炒白芥子60g，麸炒山药300g，炒白芍100g，茯苓100g，化橘红100g，法半夏100g，川贝母100g，燀苦杏仁100g，桔梗60g，灵芝200g，川牛膝150g，盐杜仲150g，续断片150g，煅紫石英150g，紫河车100g，蛤蚧50g，鹿角胶100g，龟甲胶100g，阿胶100g，甘草片100g。
上述用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的中药组合物的制备方法：
(1)取配方量的防风、炒紫苏子、炒葶苈子、炒白芥子、灵芝、川牛膝、煅紫石英加水浸泡30-60min，然后煎煮两次，第一次加8倍量水煎2小时，第二次加6倍量水煎1小时，合并滤液，浓缩至相对密度为1.07-1.08(50℃-60℃热测)，得到浓缩液；
(2)将配方中的其余原料混合后烘干，粉碎成细粉并搅拌均匀，得到混合粉末，将混合粉末加入到步骤(1)的浓缩液中，混合均匀后，制成湿丸，干燥后，即得。按45g/瓶进行包装。
使用方法：口服，每次5g，一日2次。
疗效测试：
实验方法：选取2012年1月—2018年12月在宝应县中医医院肺病科门诊及住院治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者130例，均符合中华医学会呼吸病学会慢性阻塞性肺疾病学组制订的《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南(2007年修订版)》诊断标准。
(1)纳入标准
主要症状：反复发作性的咳嗽咳痰、气急、气吼、气喘，多于感凉或季节交替时发作。
体格检查：两肺听诊正常，或低，或闻及干啰音、哮鸣音。
中医辨证：苔薄白或腻，脉细或滑或濡，证属肺脾肾三脏虚弱、痰浊壅肺。
(2)排除标准
青春期之前的患者、咳喘咯痰之急性发作期、风寒(热)袭表之外感咳嗽者。
(3)治疗方法：给予实施例1的中药组合物，口服，每次5g，一日2次，连服30天。
(4)观察指标：入院后每日观察和记录患者咳嗽、痰量、胸闷、气喘、呼吸困难及紫绀的变化，同时对比治疗前后的血氧饱和度。
(5)疗效评定标准：参照《内科疾病诊断标准》中相关标准。显效：临床症状及体征如咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷气喘、呼吸困难、紫绀等明显消失，FEV1正常或≥80％预计值；有效：临床症状及体征如咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷气喘、呼吸困难、紫绀等减轻，FEV1≤80％预计值；无效：临床症状及体征如咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷气喘、呼吸困难、紫绀等无减轻或加重。
(6)统计学方法：计量资料采用χ±s表示，采用t检验；计数资料采用X2检验，P<O.05为差异有统计学意义。
实验结果：
经过30天的治疗后统计结果分析，所有患者治疗前后呼吸困难评分比较，都较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)；临床疗效比较：显效112例，有效18例，总有效率100％。患者在用药治疗期间，均未出现不良反应。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的中药组合物，其特征在于，由如下原料制成：黄芪300g，麸炒白术100g，防风100g，红参片100g，炒紫苏子60g，炒葶苈子60g，炒白芥子60g，麸炒山药300g，炒白芍100g，茯苓100g，化橘红100g，法半夏100g，川贝母100g，燀苦杏仁100g，桔梗60g，灵芝200g，川牛膝150g，盐杜仲150g，续断片150g，煅紫石英150g，紫河车100g，蛤蚧50g，鹿角胶100g，龟甲胶100g，阿胶100g，甘草片100g。
2.权利要求1所述用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
(1)取配方量的防风、炒紫苏子、炒葶苈子、炒白芥子、灵芝、川牛膝、煅紫石英加水浸泡30-60min，然后煎煮两次，第一次加8倍量水煎2小时，第二次加6倍量水煎1小时，合并滤液，浓缩至相对密度为1.07-1.08，得到浓缩液；
(2)将配方中的其余原料混合后烘干，粉碎成细粉并搅拌均匀，得到混合粉末，将混合粉末加入到步骤(1)的浓缩液中，混合均匀后，制成湿丸，干燥后，即得。
3.如权利要求2所述用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(2)中，所述干燥的方法是：先在60℃下干燥4小时，再升高温度至80℃干燥6小时。
