The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a preparation method of a compound lucid ganoderma composition, wherein a compound lucid ganoderma solid beverage capable of being drunk as a brewing beverage and a compound lucid ganoderma oral liquid capable of being drunk directly are prepared by a fermentation process, and the two types of solid beverage and the compound lucid ganoderma oral liquid can be taken in a matching manner to improve the immunity of a human body and the sleep, and the preparation method is simple and efficient and has good market value.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a preparation method of a compound ganoderma lucidum composition, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials, namely taking 16 parts of lucid ganoderma, 16 parts of medlar, 16 parts of raisin, 8 parts of cordyceps flower, 1 part of liquorice and 40 parts of white granulated sugar according to parts by weight;
(2) putting the lucid ganoderma and the liquorice into a hot air circulation oven, and drying;
(3) respectively crushing the dried ganoderma lucidum and the dried liquorice to 10 meshes;
(4) placing the crushed ganoderma lucidum into a sealed container, and steaming and boiling the ganoderma lucidum over water for 30 to 36 hours;
(5) frying the steamed ganoderma lucidum at 320 ℃ for 10-15 minutes;
(6) putting the processed ganoderma lucidum, liquorice, raisin, medlar and cordyceps flower into a fermentation tank, adding water to 2.9 times of the volume of the raw materials, stirring for 1 hour, adding sugar water, wherein the sugar water is obtained by boiling the white granulated sugar and the water for 30 minutes according to the mass ratio of 1:1, then continuously stirring for 1 hour, sealing, soaking, uncovering the cover and stirring for 30 minutes to 1 hour every day, and continuously fermenting for 36 days;
(7) collecting solid precipitated at the bottom of fermentation tank, oven drying at 70 deg.C, pulverizing to 80-120 mesh, and directly tabletting to obtain compound Ganoderma chewable tablet;
(8) adding 13 parts of liquorice into water of which the weight is 5-6 times that of the liquorice, boiling for 2 hours, adding equivalent ethanol, stirring for 1 hour, standing for 24 hours, and filtering to obtain liquorice supernatant for later use;
adding water of 3-4 times of the weight of the wheat 44 parts into the wheat, boiling the mixture, soaking the mixture for 2 hours at the temperature of 70-80 ℃, adding ethanol of the same amount into the mixture, stirring the mixture for 1 hour, standing the mixture for 24 hours, and filtering the mixture to obtain a wheat supernatant for later use;
and (3) mixing the liquorice supernatant and the wheat supernatant, concentrating under reduced pressure to recover ethanol until the relative density is 1.08, then adding the residual liquid phase in the step (8), finally adding sucralose to obtain a mixed solution, wherein the mass fraction of the sucralose in the mixed solution is 0.25%, mixing and boiling for 1 hour, cooling to 60 ℃, fixing the volume, filtering by a 200-mesh sieve, and encapsulating to prepare the compound lucid ganoderma oral liquid.
For the sake of simplicity, the compound ganoderma lucidum composition and the preparation method thereof are simply referred to as the method below.
The method comprises the following steps: wheat is sweet in taste and slightly cold in nature, and as early as in Ling Shu & Wu Wei, it is recorded that "wheat is suitable for heart disease patients to eat", which indicates that it is the main drug for treating heart disease, and later thought that it has the functions of nourishing heart, relieving restlessness and tranquilizing mind. The liquorice is sweet in taste and neutral in nature, mainly enters spleen, lung and heart channels, can tonify heart and spleen, tonify qi and nourish blood, relieve urgency and calm nerves, can assist in treating symptoms of heart qi and heart blood deficiency and heart-mind malnutrition, has the effects of tonifying middle-jiao and qi, moistening dryness and relieving urgency, nourishing blood and calm nerves and relieving drug properties, and can supplement qi and engender blood, nourish blood and calm nerves with wheat and liquorice.
The method has the advantages that: the method adopts a special fermentation process, extracts the effective components of the ganoderma lucidum efficiently, can better exert the effect of the product, prepares the compound ganoderma lucidum chewable tablet which can be directly eaten, and has good curative effect on patients with low immunity, early recovery from a large disease and weak health. The two products prepared by the method have the advantages of good taste, convenient carrying and taking, no side effect, safety, effectiveness and good market value. In addition, the preparation method is simple and efficient, all components can be utilized, no waste is discharged, and the method is green and pollution-free.
Detailed Description
A preparation method of a compound ganoderma composition comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials, namely taking 16 parts of lucid ganoderma, 16 parts of medlar, 16 parts of raisin, 8 parts of cordyceps flower, 1 part of liquorice and 40 parts of white granulated sugar according to parts by weight;
(2) putting the lucid ganoderma and the liquorice into a hot air circulation oven, and drying;
(3) respectively pulverizing the baked Ganoderma and Glycyrrhrizae radix to 10 mesh;
(4) placing the crushed lucid ganoderma in a sealed container, and steaming and boiling the lucid ganoderma for 30 to 36 hours in a water-proof way;
(5) frying the steamed ganoderma lucidum at 320 ℃ for 10-15 minutes;
(6) putting the processed ganoderma lucidum, liquorice, raisin, medlar and cordyceps flower into a fermentation tank, adding water to 2.9 times of the volume of the raw materials, stirring for 1 hour, adding sugar water, wherein the sugar water is obtained by boiling the white granulated sugar and the water for 30 minutes according to the mass ratio of 1:1, then continuously stirring for 1 hour, sealing, soaking, uncovering the cover and stirring for 30 minutes to 1 hour every day, and continuously fermenting for 36 days;
(7) collecting solid precipitated at the bottom of fermentation tank, oven drying at 70 deg.C, pulverizing to 80-120 mesh, and directly tabletting to obtain compound Ganoderma chewable tablet;
(8) adding water of 5-6 times of the weight of 13 parts of liquorice into the liquorice, boiling the mixture for 2 hours, adding equivalent ethanol into the mixture, stirring the mixture for 1 hour, standing the mixture for 24 hours, and filtering the mixture to obtain liquorice supernatant for later use;
adding water of 3-4 times of the weight of the wheat 44 parts into the wheat, boiling the mixture, soaking the mixture for 2 hours at the temperature of 70-80 ℃, adding ethanol of the same amount into the mixture, stirring the mixture for 1 hour, standing the mixture for 24 hours, and filtering the mixture to obtain a wheat supernatant for later use;
and (3) mixing the liquorice supernatant and the wheat supernatant, concentrating under reduced pressure to recover ethanol until the relative density is 1.08, then adding the residual liquid phase in the step (8), finally adding sucralose to obtain a mixed solution, wherein the mass fraction of the sucralose in the mixed solution is 0.25%, mixing and boiling for 1 hour, cooling to 60 ℃, fixing the volume, filtering by a 200-mesh sieve, and encapsulating to prepare the compound lucid ganoderma oral liquid.
Claims (1)
1. A preparation method of a compound ganoderma lucidum composition is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials, namely taking 16 parts of lucid ganoderma, 16 parts of medlar, 16 parts of raisin, 8 parts of cordyceps flower, 1 part of liquorice and 40 parts of white granulated sugar according to parts by weight;
(2) putting the lucid ganoderma and the liquorice into a hot air circulation oven, and drying;
(3) respectively crushing the dried ganoderma lucidum and the dried liquorice to 10 meshes;
(4) placing the crushed ganoderma lucidum into a sealed container, and steaming and boiling the ganoderma lucidum over water for 30 to 36 hours;
(5) frying the steamed ganoderma lucidum at 320 ℃ for 10-15 minutes;
(6) putting the processed ganoderma lucidum, liquorice, raisin, medlar and cordyceps flower into a fermentation tank, adding water to 2.9 times of the volume of the raw materials, stirring for 1 hour, adding sugar water, wherein the sugar water is obtained by boiling the white granulated sugar and the water for 30 minutes according to the mass ratio of 1:1, then continuously stirring for 1 hour, sealing, soaking, uncovering the cover and stirring for 30 minutes to 1 hour every day, and continuously fermenting for 36 days;
(7) collecting solid precipitated at the bottom of fermentation tank, oven drying at 70 deg.C, pulverizing to 80-120 mesh, and directly tabletting to obtain compound Ganoderma chewable tablet;
(8) adding 13 parts of liquorice into water of which the weight is 5-6 times that of the liquorice, boiling for 2 hours, adding equivalent ethanol, stirring for 1 hour, standing for 24 hours, and filtering to obtain liquorice supernatant for later use;
adding water in an amount which is 3-4 times the weight of the wheat 44 parts, boiling, soaking at 70-80 ℃ for 2 hours, adding ethanol in the same amount, stirring for 1 hour, standing for 24 hours, and filtering to obtain a wheat supernatant for later use;
and (3) mixing the liquorice supernatant and the wheat supernatant, concentrating under reduced pressure to recover ethanol until the relative density is 1.08, then adding the residual liquid phase in the step (8), finally adding sucralose to obtain a mixed solution, wherein the mass fraction of the sucralose in the mixed solution is 0.25%, mixing and boiling for 1 hour, cooling to 60 ℃, fixing the volume, filtering by a 200-mesh sieve, and encapsulating to prepare the compound lucid ganoderma oral liquid.
