Description

External traditional Chinese medicine for treating herpes zoster with syndrome of liver channel heat depression and spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medicines, in particular to an external traditional Chinese medicine for treating herpes zoster with the syndrome of liver channel heat depression and spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation.
Background
Herpes Zoster (HZ) is caused by infection of a patient with varicella-zoster virus, and after the infection of the virus, the patient is hidden at the root of a nerve for a long time, when the body functions and the immunity are low, the virus is reactivated, grows and grows, invades the nerve, and affects the skin along the nerve, so that inflammatory reaction is caused, and the herpes zoster occurs. Herpes usually occurs on a single side of the body, with erythema, papules, blisters in a band distribution along the peripheral nerves, and is accompanied by a typical clinical manifestation of neuralgia. The herpes zoster has high incidence rate, and can occur in all ages, so that the herpes zoster is common to middle-aged and elderly people. The sequelae neuralgia is easy to occur, and most of the pains are stinging, burning, tenderness and tearing-like pains, so that the patients cannot tolerate the pains, the life quality of the patients is low, and even depression is generated, so that the best treatment time is needed to be grasped. The Western medicine adopts antiviral medicine and has certain effect on relieving pain, nourishing nerve medicine and other supplementary treatment, but has slow recovery, post-effect, neuralgia and other conditions. In recent years, a great deal of research and exploration (whether basic research or clinical research) has been conducted on the aspect of treating herpes zoster by traditional Chinese medicine, and good results are obtained.
The traditional Chinese medicine refers to herpes zoster as herpes zoster and herpes zoster with lumbar fire wound, and the waist is the most common disease part of the herpes zoster, and is similar to the waistband wound between the waists. The first is recorded in the "Yizongjin Jian-surgical Heart method" by winding the loin Huohuodan: this syndrome is commonly known as snake sores, which are dry and wet, and red and yellow, all of which are like tired beads. For dry, red and red, like Yun pian, go up wind-producing millet, itching and fever, it belongs to liver-heart two-channel wind-fire, so it is indicated for gentian decoction for purging liver fire. For damp-damp type with yellow and white color and different blister size, it is used as rotten running water, and more dry type with pain, it belongs to spleen-lung two-channel damp-heat, so it is indicated for damp-removing Wei Ling Tang). The knowledge about acute herpes zoster in the Ming and Qing period is more classical in the theory of contamination, invasion of toxin into heart, exuberance of fire toxin and three-factor division. How to effectively treat the herpes zoster, shorten the disease period, quickly relieve the pain and prevent the occurrence of pain sequelae is the key for treating the herpes zoster, so the invention is imperative to invent an external traditional Chinese medicine for treating the herpes zoster with obvious curative effect.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the situation, the invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides an external traditional Chinese medicine for treating herpes zoster, which can effectively solve the problem of administration of the herpes zoster.
According to the principle of traditional Chinese medicine, herpes zoster is caused by internal and external combination. Six exogenous pathogenic factors are causative factors, heart-liver fire is exuberant, kidney water is insufficient, spleen-stomach deficiency is intrinsic factor, damp-heat evil is invading human body, stagnates in channels and collaterals, overflows the skin surface, causes damp-heat to accumulate in skin, qi and blood to congeal, and causes blisters and pain due to blockage of channels and collaterals. The traditional Chinese medicine adopts external administration, so that the treatment history is long, and a unique traditional Chinese medicine theory system is formed from ancient times. After the external Chinese herbal medicine preparation is rubbed or applied, the medicine is released from the matrix, diffused into skin, goes deep into skin and muscle striae through skin and orifices, goes deep into viscera and goes deep into collaterals network to act on the whole body or directly act on damaged parts, and is communicated with the internal treatment, based on the pathogenesis recognition of damp-heat fire toxin in early stage of herpes zoster, the external treatment traditional Chinese medicine has the effects of clearing heat, eliminating dampness and detoxifying when the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is used as a large method, and the medicine preparation has the effects of clearing heat, eliminating dampness and detoxifying and has the effects of activating blood, dredging collaterals and relieving pain, and according to the technical scheme, the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is prepared from the following raw medicines by weight: 10-15g of indigo naturalis, 10-15g of rheum officinale, 10-15g of coptis chinensis, 10-15g of scutellaria baicalensis, 3-4.5g of borneol, 10-15g of radix sophorae flavescentis and 10-15g of fructus kochiae, pulverizing the raw materials into fine powder, sieving, and blending with egg white to paste.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition is scientific and reasonable in formula, has the effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, removing dampness and relieving itching, is quite beneficial to promoting skin healing, relieving pain, reducing pain sequelae and the like by adopting a traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method, can be effectively used for treating herpes zoster, and has definite curative effect on treating the herpes zoster by clinical observation, and is an improvement and innovation on medicines for treating the liver channel heat depression syndrome and spleen deficiency dampness accumulation syndrome.
