the fifth step: putting the weighed mannitol, sodium alginate, sodium hyaluronate, pullulanase and water into a stirring container II and uniformly stirring;
and a sixth step: and taking a packaging bag with two independent openings, filling the freeze-dried powder into the left side of the packaging bag, filling the solution in the stirring container II into the right side of the packaging bag, and then sealing the packaging bag.
The method comprises the following steps of weighing materials in the first step, placing the materials in a water-free and oil-free drying container, sealing and storing, wherein the volume of water injected into the container in the second step is twice of that of the materials in the third step, pouring hydrolyzed collagen, soluble proteoglycan and soluble collagen into a mixing container in sequence, stirring for three minutes, placing dew sugar alcohol, sodium alginate, sodium hyaluronate, pullulanase polysaccharide and water into a stirring container in sequence, stirring for five minutes, and keeping the temperature of an internal solution at 10-20 ℃ when the mixing container is used in the third step and the fifth step, and keeping the inside of the mixing container in a sealed state in the stirring process.
Wherein, in the fourth step, the solution in the first mixing container needs to be prefrozen before the first mixing container is placed in the vacuum drying machine, the solution in the first mixing container is then subjected to quick freezing, and finally the solution in the first mixing container is subjected to vacuum drying, and in the sixth step, the two independent openings of the packaging bag are not connected with each other, but the separation part in the packaging bag can be squeezed open after a certain pressure is applied to the packaging bag, so that the powder and the solution on the left side and the right side are mixed.
The results of the performance tests of a lyophilized eye patch of inventive examples 1-3 are as follows:
the activity of the freeze-dried eye mask small-molecule polypeptide in example 1 is 98.2%:
the activity of the freeze-dried eye mask small-molecule polypeptide in example 2 is 98.5%;
the activity of the freeze-dried eye mask small-molecule polypeptide in example 3 is 98.8%.

Claims (6)
1. A freeze-dried eye mask is characterized in that: 2 to 5 percent of mannitol, 0.2 to 1 percent of sodium alginate, 0.7 to 1.2 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 0.3 to 1.5 percent of hydrolyzed collagen, 0.8 to 1.5 percent of pullulanase polysaccharide, 1.5 to 2 percent of soluble proteoglycan, 0.5 to 1 percent of soluble collagen and 80 to 95 percent of water.
2. The lyophilized eye patch according to claim 1, wherein: 3 to 4 percent of mannitol, 0.4 to 0.8 percent of sodium alginate, 0.8 to 1.1 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 to 1.2 percent of hydrolyzed collagen, 0.9 to 1.2 percent of pullulanase polysaccharide, 1.7 to 1.9 percent of soluble proteoglycan, 0.6 to 1.9 percent of soluble collagen and 85 to 92 percent of water.

The freeze-dried eye mask and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the freeze-dried eye mask comprises the following components: mannitol 4%, sodium alginate 0.8%, sodium hyaluronate 0.9%, hydrolyzed collagen 1.2%, pullulanase polysaccharide 1.3%, soluble proteoglycan 1.8%, soluble collagen 0.8%, and water 89.2%.
4. The method for preparing a lyophilized eye patch according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
the first step is as follows: weighing 4% of mannitol, 0.8% of sodium alginate, 0.9% of sodium hyaluronate, 1.2% of hydrolyzed collagen, 1.3% of pullulanase polysaccharide, 1.8% of soluble proteoglycan, 0.8% of soluble collagen and 89.2% of water;
the second step is that: taking the mixing container, and injecting a certain amount of water into the first mixing container;
the third step: pouring the weighed hydrolyzed collagen, soluble proteoglycan and soluble collagen into a mixing container in sequence, and then starting the container to stir;
the fourth step: putting the solution uniformly stirred in the first mixing container and the first mixing container into a vacuum freeze dryer for freeze drying treatment;
the fifth step: putting the weighed mannitol, sodium alginate, sodium hyaluronate, pullulanase and water into a stirring container II and uniformly stirring;
and a sixth step: and taking a packaging bag with two independent openings, filling the freeze-dried powder into the left side of the packaging bag, filling the solution in the stirring container II into the right side of the packaging bag, and then sealing the packaging bag.

The freeze-dried eye mask and the preparation method thereof according to claim 3, wherein the freeze-dried eye mask comprises the following components: the material weighed in the first step is placed in a water-free and oil-free drying container for sealed storage, the volume of water injected into the container in the second step is twice that of the material in the third step, hydrolyzed collagen, soluble proteoglycan and soluble collagen are poured into a mixing container in sequence and stirred for three minutes, the mannitol, sodium alginate, sodium hyaluronate, pullulanase and water are placed into a stirring container in sequence and stirred for five minutes, and when the mixing container in the third step and the fifth step is used, the temperature of the internal solution is required to be kept at 10-20 ℃, and the inside of the mixing container is in a sealed state in the stirring process.

The freeze-dried eye mask and the preparation method thereof according to claim 3, wherein the freeze-dried eye mask comprises the following components: in the fourth step, the solution in the first mixing container needs to be pre-frozen before the first mixing container is placed inside the vacuum drying machine, then the solution in the first mixing container is quickly frozen, finally the solution in the first mixing container is vacuum dried, and in the sixth step, the two independent openings of the packaging bag are not connected, but the separation part inside the packaging bag can be squeezed open after certain pressure is applied to the packaging bag, so that the powder and the solution on the left side and the right side are mixed.
