then the slide block 4-1-1 of the upper leg baffle 4-1-4 is pushed in the slide groove 4-1-3, meanwhile, the leg baffle 4-1 is rotated, the legs are put down, then the front upper base 3-6 and the rear upper base 3-7, the front lower base 3-2 and the rear lower base 3-5 are integrally pushed out to the bedstead 1 along the inner slide rail 3-4 and the outer slide rail 3-1, and because the outer slide rail 3-4 is fixed on the wheelchair bracket 4-4, when the front upper base 3-6 and the rear upper base 3-7 are pushed out, the wheelchair bracket 4-4 is pushed out together, so that the wheelchair 4 is separated from the bedstead 1, and finally, the transfer of the bedridden patient between the turnover bed 1 and the wheelchair 4 is completed.

1. the upper body bed board (1-1) is connected with the middle bed board (1-3) through a hinge a (1-2); the upper body bed board (1-1) comprises two symmetrical bed boards which are connected through a hinge d (1-15), a turnover motor bracket (1-17) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the bed board (1-1) corresponding to the upper body bed board (1), the turnover motor bracket (1-17) is connected with a pair of turnover motors (2-1), one ends of turnover cranks (1-7) are respectively connected with the pair of turnover motors (2-1) in a pin joint mode, and the other ends of the turnover cranks (1-7) are respectively abutted to the upper body bed board (1-1);

the surface of the middle bed plate (1-3) is vertically provided with a groove, a separating mechanism (3) is arranged in the groove, the opening of the groove is opposite to the opening of the U-shaped groove (1-14), the separating mechanism (3) comprises a front lower base (3-2) and a rear lower base (3-5) which are positioned on the upper surface of the middle bed plate (1-3), the front lower base (3-2) and the rear lower base (3-5) are connected through a hinge e (3-2-1), the surfaces of the front lower base (3-2) and the rear lower base (3-5) are provided with guide grooves (3-3), the guide grooves (3-3) are round, and the guide grooves (3-3) on the surfaces of the front lower base (3-2) and the rear lower base (3-5) are semicircular respectively;
the front lower base (3-2) and the rear lower base (3-5) are fixedly connected with guide plates (3-2-3) respectively on opposite side walls, the guide plates (3-2-2) are respectively close to the upper body bed plate (1-1) and the leg bed plate (1-4), a plurality of threaded holes (3-2-2) are vertically formed in the surface of the guide plates (3-2-3), the guide plates (3-2-3) are connected with inner side sliding rails (3-4) through bolts, the bolts penetrate through a plurality of the threaded holes (3-2-2), and the inner side sliding rails (3-4) are connected with outer side sliding rails (3-1) in a sliding mode.
