2) putting the tobacco base, the sweetening agent, the ethyl maltol and the vanillin into a mixing tank, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain tobacco base liquid;
3) sequentially adding D, L-menthol, peppermint oil and cooling agent into the tobacco fragrance base liquid, and stirring until the D, L-menthol, the peppermint oil and the cooling agent are completely dissolved to obtain a mint tobacco liquid precursor;
4) and adding propylene glycol and glycerol into the mint tobacco liquid precursor, and uniformly stirring to obtain the mint tobacco electronic atomized liquid without nicotine.
