Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tobacco essence, in particular to essence for improving the quality of Indonesia cigar tobacco and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Cigar leaves are distinguished from other types of tobacco leaves by their unique cigar-type aroma, and can be divided into 3 types of cores, coats and covers according to their uses. The eggplant sleeve and the eggplant coat, namely the inner wrapper cigarette and the outer wrapper cigarette, are all air-cured cigarettes; the cigar core can be high-quality sun-cured tobacco or air-cured tobacco, and is required to have typical cigar fragrance, good taste with certain strength, good combustibility and good smoldering fire-holding power. The eggplant coat requires bright and uniform luster of leaves, sufficient combustion, moderate to fast combustion speed, no special requirements on aroma and taste, and is suitable for not influencing or contributing to the aroma style of the cigars. The eggplant sheath is required to be similar to the outer wrapping leaves in appearance, is not heavy in color, and has better tobacco leaf elasticity, toughness and combustibility as main quality requirements. From the aspect of supply of cigar raw materials, at present, the cigar raw materials mainly come from Caribbean regions, indonesia and China, are influenced by trade environment, the supply of the cigar raw materials is limited abroad, and the development of the cigar raw materials made in China just starts, so that large-scale supply is not formed yet. From the quality of cigar raw materials, the maturity of cigar tobacco leaves in the Caribbean region is high, the cigar style characteristics are obvious, the industrial availability is high, but the supply cannot be guaranteed at present, the Indonesia cigar raw material aroma is mainly characterized by green grass aroma and bitter taste, while the Chinese cigar raw material aroma level and aftertaste comfort level are poor, which is mainly reflected in the defects of characteristic aroma, insufficient aroma concentration, large strength, obvious miscellaneous gas, heavy bitter taste and astringent taste and the like.
The tobacco essence is a tobacco flavor mixture prepared from two or more flavors and certain auxiliary materials (a carrier, a solvent, a pigment, an antioxidant, a preservative, a humectant, a flavoring agent and the like) according to a certain proportion and a blending process. At present, the production of tobacco essence and spice in the world is mainly artificially synthesized and extracted from natural animals and plants. The artificial synthetic essence and spice for cigarette has limited application because people have debate on the safety problem. Along with the trend of returning to nature of human beings, people increasingly demand safe tobacco essence and spice, the plant extracted spice is pure natural essence and has the original fragrance of plants, but the plant extracted spice is used for tobacco tar and has poor solubility, and effective active ingredients in the plant extracted spice are easy to oxidize, volatilize, decompose and the like in the storage and transportation process, so that the effect is removed, and the plant extracted spice has a plurality of defects when being directly added into tobacco leaves.
For example, the application number is (CN 202110695675.2) the strawberry-flavored electronic cigarette tobacco tar with lasting fragrance and the preparation method thereof. The strawberry-flavor electronic cigarette tobacco tar with lasting fragrance is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of 1, 2-propylene glycol, 5-45 parts of glycerol, 5-35 parts of tobacco leaf extract, 2-4 parts of 2-acetylpyridine tobacco essence, 1-5 parts of strawberry flavor substances and 4-8 parts of a fixative; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 1, 2-propylene glycol, glycerol, tobacco leaf extract and 2-acetylpyridine tobacco essence, uniformly stirring to obtain base tobacco tar, adding strawberry flavor substance and fixative into the base tobacco tar, mixing, and uniformly stirring to obtain the electronic cigarette tobacco tar.
The electronic cigarette tobacco tar has the advantages of lasting fragrance and enhancement of satisfaction of smokers through the synergistic effect of the raw materials. However, the electronic cigarette oil can only be used in electronic cigarettes, and the diffusion of flavor components in the cigarette oil is completed by heating, so that the electronic cigarette oil is not suitable for long-term storage in tobacco leaves.

The essences prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 were grouped and added to the corresponding tobacco leaves, respectively, and the smoking experience of the tobacco leaves was evaluated. The specific process is as follows:
taking 20 complete Indonesia cigar leaves, weighing essence products in a small beaker according to one thousandth of the weight of the leaves, adding a proper amount of purified water, uniformly spraying the purified water on the leaves, balancing for 48 hours in a natural environment, rolling into cigars, and smoking evaluation and recording.
Test example 1
The essences prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 were added to tobacco leaves and subjected to smoking evaluation, and the results of the note characteristics in the smoke are shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1 results of charm characteristics
From the results in table 1, it can be seen that the tobacco leaf smoking quality can be improved to various degrees and the fragrance amount of the tobacco leaf can be enriched by adding the essences prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 into the indonesia cigar tobacco leaf. Wherein the tobacco leaves of the Indonesia cigar added with the essence prepared in the comparative example 1 have less smoke lifting amount and less newly added smoke taste. This is probably due to the fact that no red date maillard reactant was added during the preparation of the flavour in comparative example 1. In the synthesis process of the red date Maillard reactant, because the Maillard reaction base solution contains more than ten free amino acids and monosaccharides, the amino acids and the sugars in the base solution undergo complex Maillard reaction, and a large amount of flavor substances are generated. Sufficient exogenous amino acid can be provided after the red date extract is added, the concentration of free amino acid in the reaction base liquid is increased at the moment, the Maillard reaction is promoted, the generation of flavor substances is further promoted, and the Maillard reaction liquid with the characteristic style of red date amino acid is generated by the self degradation and the competition of the additional amino acid with other types of amino acid. Therefore, the red date Maillard reactant is added into the essence, so that the smoking quality of the tobacco leaves is improved, and the aroma quantity of the tobacco leaves is enriched.
Test example 2
The essences prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 were added to tobacco leaves and evaluated by smoking, and the sensory quality results of smoking are shown in table 2 below.
TABLE 2 sensory quality results of puffs
From the results in table 2, it can be seen that the addition of the essences prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 to indonesia cigar leaves can improve the elegance and richness of the aroma of the tobacco leaves, soften and smooth the smoke, improve the aftertaste, and reduce the bitterness. Wherein the essence prepared in comparative example 1 is added into Indonesia cigar leaves, and has poor smoke characteristics and light sweet and moist feeling. This is probably due to the fact that no red date maillard reactant was added during the preparation of the flavour in comparative example 1.
The amino acid in the red dates can synthesize protein and nicotine. And has a dual role in imparting flavor to flue-cured tobacco, on the one hand, amino acid combustion can produce nitrogen-containing compounds such as NH that affect smoke quality 3 (ii) a On the other hand, during the preparation, alcoholization and fermentation of tobacco leaves, the free amino acids and reducing sugars undergo slow non-enzymatic browning to generate various aldehydes and ketones and pyran, pyrrole, pyrazine, pyridine and other heterocyclic compounds with baking flavor, wherein some amino acids such as phenylalanine are precursors of benzyl alcohol and phenethyl alcohol, and the heterocyclic compounds are subjected to proper treatmentCan itself decompose into aroma compounds under the conditions of (1).
In the invention, the red date Maillard reactant is added into the essence, so that the sweet smoking feeling of the tobacco leaves can be effectively improved, and the smoke characteristics of the tobacco leaves are improved.
The above-described aspects may be implemented individually or in various combinations, and such variations are within the scope of the present invention.
