s1, adding 4 parts of labdane extract, 0.7 part of cinnamyl alcohol, 1.5 parts of tobacco extract, 1.3 parts of benzoin paste, 2.5 parts of lactic acid, 0.8 part of benzyl benzoate, 0.8 part of benzyl alcohol, 0.8 part of ethyl laurate, 0.4 part of 2-acetylpyrazine, 4 parts of red date Maillard reactant, 18 parts of alcohol and 80 parts of propylene glycol into a stirring tank, stirring for 25min under the condition that the rotation speed is 450r/min, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture, and standing for later use;
and S2, filtering the mixture obtained in the step S1 by using a 100-mesh screen, and filling to obtain the essence.
The preparation method of the red date Maillard reactant comprises the following steps: adding the red date extract, vanillin, alanine and water into a reaction tank in sequence, stirring, heating to 51 ℃ until the red date extract is dissolved, adding catalyst ascorbic acid and ammonia water, heating to 96 ℃, reacting for 5 hours, cooling to 38 ℃ after the reaction is finished, and finally filtering and filling by using a 100-mesh screen to obtain the red date Maillard reactant.

The preparation method of the red date Maillard reactant comprises the following steps: adding the red date extract, vanillin, alanine and water into a reaction tank in sequence, stirring, heating to 52 ℃ until the red date extract is dissolved, adding catalyst ascorbic acid and ammonia water, heating to 97 ℃, reacting for 5 hours, cooling to 40 ℃ after the reaction is finished, and finally filtering and filling by using a 100-mesh screen to obtain the red date Maillard reactant.
Wherein the mass ratio of the red date extract to the vanillin to the alanine to the water to the ascorbic acid to the ammonia water is 10:3:3:60:5:20.

and S2, filtering the mixture obtained in the step S1 by using an 80-mesh screen, and filling to obtain the essence.
The essences prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 were grouped and added to the corresponding tobacco leaves, respectively, and the smoking experience of the tobacco leaves was evaluated. The specific process is as follows:
taking 20 complete Indonesia cigar leaves, weighing essence products in a small beaker according to one thousandth of the weight of the leaves, adding a proper amount of purified water, uniformly spraying the purified water on the leaves, balancing for 48 hours in a natural environment, rolling into cigars, and smoking evaluation and recording.
Test example 1
The essences prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 were added to tobacco leaves and subjected to smoking evaluation, and the results of the note characteristics in the smoke are shown in table 1 below.

From the results in table 1, it can be seen that the tobacco leaf smoking quality can be improved to various degrees and the fragrance amount of the tobacco leaf can be enriched by adding the essences prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 into the indonesia cigar tobacco leaf. Wherein the tobacco leaves of the Indonesia cigar added with the essence prepared in the comparative example 1 have less smoke lifting amount and less newly added smoke taste. This is probably due to the fact that no red date maillard reactant was added during the preparation of the flavour in comparative example 1. In the synthesis process of the red date Maillard reactant, because the Maillard reaction base solution contains more than ten free amino acids and monosaccharides, the amino acids and the sugars in the base solution undergo complex Maillard reaction, and a large amount of flavor substances are generated. Sufficient exogenous amino acid can be provided after the red date extract is added, the concentration of free amino acid in the reaction base liquid is increased at the moment, the Maillard reaction is promoted, the generation of flavor substances is further promoted, and the Maillard reaction liquid with the characteristic style of red date amino acid is generated by the self degradation and the competition of the additional amino acid with other types of amino acid. Therefore, the red date Maillard reactant is added into the essence, so that the smoking quality of the tobacco leaves is improved, and the aroma quantity of the tobacco leaves is enriched.
Test example 2
The essences prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 were added to tobacco leaves and evaluated by smoking, and the sensory quality results of smoking are shown in table 2 below.

From the results in table 2, it can be seen that the addition of the essences prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 to indonesia cigar leaves can improve the elegance and richness of the aroma of the tobacco leaves, soften and smooth the smoke, improve the aftertaste, and reduce the bitterness. Wherein the essence prepared in comparative example 1 is added into Indonesia cigar leaves, and has poor smoke characteristics and light sweet and moist feeling. This is probably due to the fact that no red date maillard reactant was added during the preparation of the flavour in comparative example 1.
The amino acid in the red dates can synthesize protein and nicotine. The essence for improving the quality of Indonesia cigar tobacco is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.6-6.5 parts of natural plant spice, 0.2-2 parts of tobacco extract, 0.2-3 parts of preservative, 0.3-3 parts of fixative, 0.2-1.5 parts of flavor compensator, 1-5 parts of red date Maillard reactant, 10-20 parts of diluent and 59-87.5 parts of solvent;
the natural plant spice comprises 0.5-5 parts of labdanum extract and 0.1-1.5 parts of benzoin cream by weight;
the fixative comprises 0.1-1 part of benzyl benzoate, 0.1-1 part of benzyl alcohol and 0.1-1 part of cinnamyl alcohol in parts by weight;
the fragrance compensating agent comprises 0.1-1 part by weight of ethyl laurate and 0.1-0.5 part by weight of 2-acetylpyrazine;
the solvent is propylene glycol, the diluent is alcohol with the mass concentration of 95%, and the preservative is lactic acid;
the preparation method of the red date Maillard reactant comprises the following steps: adding red date extract, vanillin, alanine and water into a reaction tank in sequence, stirring, heating to 48-52 ℃ until the red date extract is dissolved, then adding catalyst ascorbic acid and ammonia water, heating to 93-97 ℃, reacting for 5 hours, cooling to 30-40 ℃ after the reaction is finished, and finally filtering and filling by using a 80-100 mesh screen to obtain a red date Maillard reactant;
the mass ratio of the red date extract to the vanillin to the alanine to the water to the ascorbic acid to the ammonia water is (5-10): (1-3): (2-3): (50-60): (1-5): (10-20).

s1, adding 0.5-5 parts of labdanum extract, 0.1-1 part of cinnamyl alcohol, 0.2-2 parts of tobacco extract, 0.1-1.5 parts of benzoin paste, 0.2-3 parts of lactic acid, 0.1-1 part of benzyl benzoate, 0.1-1 part of benzyl alcohol, 0.1-1 part of ethyl laurate, 0.1-0.5 part of 2-acetylpyrazine, 1-5 parts of red date Maillard reactant, 10-20 parts of 95% alcohol and 59-87.5 parts of solvent into a stirring tank, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixture, and standing for later use;
and S2, filtering the mixture obtained in the step S1 by using a 80-100-mesh screen, and filling to obtain the essence.
4. The preparation method of the essence for improving the quality of Indonesia cigar tobacco leaves as claimed in claim 3, wherein the stirring tank in S1 is stirred for 20-30min at a rotation speed of 300-500 r/min.
