Abstract
本发明公开了一种分散橙染料混合物,包括以下质量份数的组分:6.3‑18.7%的C.I.分散紫33、37.6‑60.8%的C.I.分散橙56、5‑20.4%的C.I.分散黄54,余量为分散剂。本发明分散橙染料具有与分散橙30相似的综合色牢度及匀染性能,并能提升2倍染色强度、节约40%的染色成本,可以用于替代分散橙30染料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及分散染料技术领域,特别是涉及一种分散橙染料混合物。
背景技术
C.I.分散橙30是一种外观为棕褐色的粉末,是最早用于三原色拼色的染料之一,其与分散红玉2GFL、分散藏青S-2GL(或分散蓝BGL)互相拼色,具有耐晒、耐汗、耐磨擦等优点。在常规的C.I.分散橙30生产过程中,为了使重氮组分尽可能的溶解,并且保证生成的亚硝酰硫酸和重氮盐的稳定,常需要使用几倍甚至几十倍的浓硫酸,最终大量的硫酸进入废水中,酸浓度一般在10-25%,回收利用价值不大,处理废水需要大量碱进行中和,处理成本较高,因此C.I.分散橙30染料价格一直较高,导致印染厂生产成本居高不下;另采用C.I.分散橙30染料染色的纺织品,检测五氯苯酚和致敏性染料严重超标,同时它的耐碱性较差,在pH值7以上介质里染色时色光变红,造成纺织品色光不稳定,因此开发一种能够替代C.I.分散橙30的染料具有重要的现实意义。当前通常采用一种或多种分散橙染料与其他染料进行拼色来制备可替代C.I.分散橙30的染料,但市售的橙色分散染料大多为单一组分,用于拼色时会影响上染率、均匀度,且综合色牢度差,因此当前并没有一种能够完全替代C.I.分散橙30的分散橙染料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种分散橙染料混合物,具有与分散橙30相似的综合色牢度及匀染性能,并能提升2倍染色强度、节约40%的染色成本,可以用于替代分散橙30染料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种分散橙染料混合物,包括以下质量份数的组分:6.3-18.7%如式(Ⅰ)所示的C.I.分散紫33、37.6-60.8%如式(Ⅱ)所示的C.I.分散橙56、5-20.4%如式(Ⅲ)所示的C.I.分散黄54,余量为分散剂;
包括以下质量份数的组分:7.5-14.5%如式(Ⅰ)所示的C.I.分散紫33、40.3-60.8%如式(Ⅱ)所示的C.I.分散橙56、10-20.4%如式(Ⅲ)所示的C.I.分散黄54,余量为分散剂。
所述分散剂为分散剂MF、分散剂NNO、木质素磺酸钠中的一种或多种。
本发明的有益效果是:通过分散染料各组分的优化配比,制得一种染色强度可达200%的分散橙染料混合物,染色后织物综合色牢度及匀染性能与分散橙30相似,并克服了分散橙30不环保、不耐碱的缺陷,而且能够至少节约染色成本40%,完全可以替代现有的分散橙30染料。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
一种分散橙染料混合物,包括以下质量份数的组分:6.3-18.7%的C.I.分散紫33、37.6-60.8%的C.I.分散橙56、5-20.4%的C.I.分散黄54,余量为分散剂;分散剂选自分散剂MF、分散剂NNO、木质素磺酸钠中的一种或多种。
实施例1-8
将表1所示配比的分散橙染料混合物与水混合,采用砂磨机进行砂磨分散,最后进行喷雾干燥得到分散橙染料。

采用市售染色强度为100%分散橙30替代实施例1中的分散紫33、分散橙56、分散黄54,以相同分散剂、水及制备方法制得分散橙染料。
对比例2
按照实施例1的配比及方法制备分散橙染料,区别在于添加分散紫33含量为6%。
对比例3
按照实施例1的配比及方法制备分散橙染料,区别在于分散紫33含量为9%。
对比例4
按照实施例1的配比及方法制备分散橙染料,区别在于添加分散橙56含量为42%。
对比例5
按照实施例1的配比及方法制备分散橙染料,区别在于分散橙56含量为60%。
对比例6
按照实施例1的配比及方法制备分散橙染料,区别在于不添加分散紫33。
将由实施例1-8和对比例1-6制得的分散橙染料,用水分别配制成质量百分比浓度为1%的分散染料悬浮液,吸取20mL分散染料悬浮液与80mL水混合,用醋酸调节染浴PH从4.5-5.5,然后升温到60℃,同时分别放入2g聚酯纤维进行高温高压染色,在35分钟内升温到130℃,保温45分钟,冷却到80℃,取样,观察布样色光并采用GB/T6688-2008测其染料强度,采用GB/T5718测定其升华牢度,采用AATCC61-2007、GB/T5713测定其耐水洗和耐水色牢度、采用GB/T3920测其摩擦牢度、采用GB/T8427测其耐光色牢度,测定结果见表2。由表2可知,本发明实施例制得的分散橙染料可用于替代分散橙30。另经测试发现,在达到相同染色效果时,采用本发明实施例染料染色,染料使用成本可减少40-45.7%。

2.如权利要求1所述一种分散橙染料混合物,其特征在于:包括以下质量份数的组分:7.5-14.5%如式(Ⅰ)所示的C.I.分散紫33、40.3-60.8%如式(Ⅱ)所示的C.I.分散橙56、10-20.4%如式(Ⅲ)所示的C.I.分散黄54,余量为分散剂。
3.如权利要求1或2所述一种分散橙染料混合物,其特征在于:所述分散剂为分散剂MF、分散剂NNO、木质素磺酸钠中的一种或多种。
