一种分散翠蓝染料的制备方法及其应用
技术领域
本发明属于分散染料技术领域,具体是一种分散翠蓝染料的制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
在纺织品色牢度质量检验中,耐洗涤色牢度是其中重要的检验项目,其测试结果直接关系到织物的整体色牢度。一些染色牢度差的染料也可对人体造成不同程度的伤害,并且会对环境造成污染,因此不同组织、国家都制定有相应标准,严格限制服装和家用纺织品的色牢度等级。
从纺织品面料现状来看,有多种纤维组合而成的面料所占的比例逐年增加,如国内的一些中低档面料,包括聚酯混纺面料等。目前市场上供应的分散翠蓝单体染料,价格昂贵,还不能很好的满足中低档面料印染所需,市场急需要一种价廉物美的替代品。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供一种分散翠蓝染料的制备方法及其应用,采用该种方法制得的染料具有上染率高、水洗牢度好、坚牢度优良、耐热迁移性小、强度高和价格相对便宜的优点,减少对人体健康的危害,也使得环境污染减小,在制备时可以根据可根据色光要求,调节染料单体组份的质量分数从而对蓝色的深度进行调节。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种分散翠蓝染料的制备方法,按以下步骤制备:1、将染料单体或成品染料与助剂混拼,混拼后的混合染料包括质量分数为:0.1~75%的如式(I)所示的染料单体A,质量分数为:0.1~75%的如式(II)所示的染料单体B,余量为助剂;

2、加入适量水研磨至分散均匀;3、喷雾干燥即得。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述的助剂为下列之一或两种以上任意比例的混合物:萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐和苄基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物为甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述木质素磺酸盐为木质素磺酸钠。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述染料单体A的质量分数为15~25%,所述染料单体B的质量分数为2~6%,所述染料单体C的质量分数为0.1~0.6%,所述染料单体D的质量分数为0.5~1.5%,所述染料单体E的质量分数为1~1.5%。
将上述分散翠蓝染料的制备方法在纺织品染色时进行应用。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:采用该种方法制得的具有上染率高、水洗牢度好、坚牢度优良、耐热迁移性小、强度高和价格相对便宜的优点,减少对人体健康的危害,也使得环境污染减小,在制备时可以根据可根据色光要求,调节染料单体组份的质量分数从而对蓝色的深度进行调节。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:一种分散翠蓝染料的制备方法,按以下步骤制备:1、将染料单体或成品染料与助剂混拼,混拼后的混合染料包括质量分数为:0.1~75%的如式(I)所示的染料单体A,质量分数为:0.1~75%的如式(II)所示的染料单体B,余量为助剂;

助剂为下列之一或两种以上任意比例的混合物:萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐和苄基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物;其中烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物为甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物;所述木质素磺酸盐为木质素磺酸钠,所述的萘磺酸甲醛缩合物扩散剂NNO;烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物如分散剂MF和扩散剂CNF;木质素磺酸盐如木质素磺酸钠(如市场上销售的分散剂Reax83A、Reax85A)等;2、加入适量水研磨至分散均匀;3、喷雾干燥即得。
按上述方法将16组实施例分别进行制备,16组实施例的计量数据按照表1及表2所示。
表1为实施例1-8采用染色单体进行制备的计量数据表。

表2为实施例9-16采用市售商品染料进行制备的计量数据表,名称及所含成分分别为C.I.分散彩蓝B(商品染料,单体A含量为20%,其余为助剂)和C.I.分散翠蓝60(商品染料,单体B含量为50%,其余为助剂)。
各取0.5克实施例1-16制得的一种分散翠蓝染料,分散在500毫升的水中,吸取20毫升后与60毫升水混合。用醋酸调染浴PH=5,升温至70℃同时放入2克涤/棉布进行染色,于30分钟内温度由70℃升至130℃,保温30分钟,冷却到90℃时开始取样。采用国标GB/T3921-1997、GB/T3920-1997、GB/T8427-1998、GB/T5718-1997分别测试其耐水洗、耐摩擦、耐光色牢度及升华色牢度。

上述实施例制得的分散翠蓝染料用于在纺织品染色时用作染料,非常适用于染聚酯材料、染纱和印花,拼配后的高温热熔染色性能极佳,坚牢度性能优良,如耐水洗、耐摩擦、耐光色牢度及升华色牢度都好,可以与市售的C.I.分散翠蓝60成品染料相媲美,但是价格相比较低,同时减少对人体健康的危害,也使得环境污染减小,在制备时可以根据可根据色光要求,调节染料单体组份的质量分数从而对蓝色的深度进行调节。
由于染料行业的特殊性,很难也没有必要制成纯品,通常一般会带有一些制作过程中的少量杂质,在本发明实施时,允许有少量的杂质。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种分散翠蓝染料的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤制备:(1)将染料单体或成品染料与助剂混拼,混拼后的混合染料包括质量分数为:0.1~75%的如式(I)所示的染料单体A,质量分数为:0.1~75%的如式(II)所示的染料单体B,余量为助剂;
(2)加入适量水研磨至分散均匀;(3)喷雾干燥即得;所述的助剂为下列之一或两种以上任意比例的混合物:萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐和苄基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种分散翠蓝染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烷基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物为甲基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种分散翠蓝染料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述木质素磺酸盐为木质素磺酸钠。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种分散翠蓝染料的制备方法,其特征在于,混拼后的混合染料包括所述染料单体A的质量分数为55~66%,所述染料单体B的质量分数为25~36%。
5.如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种分散翠蓝染料的制备方法制得的分散翠蓝染料在纺织品染色的应用。
