Description

Back slip handrail case and car
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile production and manufacturing, in particular to a rear sliding armrest box and an automobile.
Background
In order to meet the requirements of modeling and man-machine comfort, the sliding function of the handrail is often increased. In recent years, personalized design has been more emphasized in the design of the interior trim of the vehicle, and the position of no cup holder arrangement on the upper surface of the sub-dash panel is sometimes caused for the purpose of modeling. However, in order to ensure the use function requirements of the user on the cup stand, a detachable cup stand is arranged in the armrest box for making up. However, a problem can occur after the cup holders are arranged in the armrest box: after the cup stand is put into a high cup, the handrail can not be closed. Therefore, the auxiliary instrument panel handrail has the requirement of backward sliding: when the cup stand needs to be placed into a high cup, the handrail slides backwards, and the space right above the cup stand is emptied, so that the high cup can be placed.
The handrail is a motion assembly with a complex structure, and in order to meet the requirement of dimensional tolerance of parts, the handrail and a handrail box of a matched part right below the handrail are in clearance fit with each other by about 3 mm. In order to prevent the Z-direction shake of the handrail on a bumpy road surface and abnormal sound generated by the Z-direction shake, a buffer cushion is designed and installed at the front end of the lower surface of the handrail. The buffer cushion can elastically deform, and is in point contact with the armrest box under the conventional condition; when the handrail is on a bumpy road surface, the cushion pad is compressed when the handrail swings up and down, so that the supporting effect is achieved, and abnormal sound caused by the vertical and large-amplitude movement of the handrail is avoided.
The cushion pad is disposed farthest from the rotation axis of the armrest, that is, the foremost end of the armrest, in consideration of the stability of the armrest. The position of the buffer pad is generally arranged at the position where the slidable handrail does not move relative to the handrail box, and is generally arranged on the fixed part of the slidable handrail, namely the lower cover plate of the handrail or the handrail box matched with the fixed part of the handrail, so that the movement friction of the buffer pad is avoided.
The slidable handrail can slide up and down in order to meet the requirement of use comfort, the upper half part (handrail upper cover plate and handrail sliding rail upper cover plate) is a moving part, and the lower half part (handrail sliding rail lower cover plate and handrail lower cover plate) is a fixing part. In the fixed part, the cup holders are arranged in the armrest box, and the armrest has a backward sliding function, so that the buffer pads of the armrest cannot be arranged on the fixed part of the armrest lower cover plate. Because the handrail needs to slide backwards and a space for the movement of the upper half part of the handrail needs to be reserved, the X-direction size of the handrail lower cover plate is smaller, and the front edge of the handrail lower cover plate corresponds to a handrail inner cavity. If the buffer pad is arranged at the front edge of the lower cover plate and has no corresponding support structure, the buffer effect cannot be achieved.
If the Y-direction size of the handrail lower cover plate is widened to be the same as the width of the handrail upper cover plate, the buffer pads are arranged at the foremost ends of the two side edges of the handrail lower cover plate, and the buffer pads and the two side planes of the handrail box are mutually supported, so that the overall appearance of the handrail is poorer, and the side edges of the handrail lower cover plate can be seen from the side surfaces of the handrail besides the handrail upper cover plate covered with the soft material. Very few vehicles adopt this solution because of the appearance of the side of the handrail. If the scheme is adopted, the handrail can be specially designed, namely peripheral parts of the handrail are lifted in the Z direction, the side face of the handrail is shielded, and the problem that the shape of the whole auxiliary instrument panel is too high due to the fact that the side face of the handrail is visible in a conventional state (only the side face of the handrail which is not attractive can be seen when the handrail is in a rotating and opening state) is avoided.
So for a conventional back-slide armrest. The cushioning pad can only be arranged on parts that have relative movement. However, when the cushion pad is disposed on a portion where the armrest can slide, the armrest slides back and forth, which results in a large sliding force of the armrest, and long-term friction causes abrasion of the hand piece, resulting in appearance problems such as difference in surface gloss.

Unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are intended to be inclusive and mean, for example, that they may be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art as appropriate.
Further, in the present application, relational terms such as "first" and "second", and the like, may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in the process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of a front sliding armrest box in the prior art, in fig. 1, an armrest upper cover plate a and an armrest slide rail upper cover plate B are moving members, an armrest slide rail lower cover plate C and an armrest lower cover plate E are fixed members, and a cushion D is fixed to the armrest lower cover plate E as the fixed member.
Although there is no problem with this arrangement of the front slide armrest box, the armrest is a rear slide function, so in this case, the cushion cannot be disposed at the foremost end of the armrest. Because under the arrangement, the buffer cushion is matched with the armrest box when the armrest is in the conventional position, and the function of supporting and preventing abnormal sound is achieved; when the armrest slides backwards, the armrest cushion has no opponent supporting structure. The cushioning can only be arranged on the parts with relative movement and the cushioning can only be arranged at the foremost end of the two side edges of the handrail. The parts on both sides of the lower surface of the handrail are moving parts (see fig. 1) (in order to ensure good product appearance, the parts on both sides of the lower surface of the handrail are fixed with the upper handrail cover plate which must slide and can slide along with the upper handrail cover plate), and the buffer pads can be arranged on the sliding parts of the handrail only. The buffer pad is arranged on a piece with relative motion, when the handrail slides forwards and backwards, the sliding force of the handrail is large, and long-term friction can cause abrasion to the piece, so that the appearance problems of different surface gloss and the like are caused.
Due to other modeling reasons, the size of the handrail is smaller than the size of the handrail box in the X direction (generally speaking, the X direction refers to the direction along the length of a vehicle, the Y direction refers to the direction along the width of the vehicle, and the Z direction refers to the direction along the height of the vehicle), the front end of the handrail is suspended without a box body support, only two sides of the handrail are matched with the Z direction of the box body, so that the cushion can not be arranged at the front end of the handrail, and only can be arranged on relatively moving pieces.
Also, because the lower cover plate of the armrest does not extend to the front end of the armrest due to cost saving, the cushion pad can be disposed only on the sliding portion of the armrest or the armrest box, which has relative movement. Because if the soft rubber cushion needs to be fixed on the fixed part of the handrail without consideration, the fixed part of the handrail does not need to extend to the foremost end of the handrail, the size of parts is small, and the cost is saved.
In order to solve the above problems, referring to fig. 2 to 6, the present invention discloses a rear sliding armrest box, which comprises a box body 1, an armrest slide rail upper cover plate 2, at least two sets of bosses 3 arranged at intervals, and a cushion pad 4.
The upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail is arranged on the box body 1 and can slide relative to the box body 1. At least two groups of bosses 3 which are arranged at intervals are arranged on one of the box body 1 and the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail slide rail. The buffer pads 4 are arranged on the other one of the box body 1 and the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail, when the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail slides relative to the box body 1, the buffer pads 4 can slide in a suspending manner between the two sets of bosses 3, the buffer pads 4 comprise a first state and a second state, when the buffer pads are in the first state, the buffer pads 4 are matched with the bosses 3 of one set, the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail is closed, when the buffer pads 4 are matched with the bosses 3 of the other set, and the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail is opened.
It can be understood that, the boss 3 and the cushion 4 that utilize two sets of intervals to set up in this embodiment cooperate, can realize all having the support under the condition that the handrail was opened and was closed, handrail glide force increase and the apparent wear defect problem when can also solving the handrail simultaneously.
Specifically, the two sets of bosses 3 are arranged in tandem, and when the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding track is closed, the cushion pad 4 is matched with the boss 3 of the previous set, that is, the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding track is closed and supported by the boss 3 of the previous set. When the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail slides backwards, before the buffer pad 4 is not contacted with the rear group of bosses 3, the buffer pad 4 is always in a suspended state, namely, a gap is always reserved between the non-fixed end and the opposite end of the buffer pad 4, so that the friction generated when the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail is opened and closed is reduced to a great extent, and after the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail slides backwards in place, the buffer pad 4 is abutted against the rear group of bosses 3, namely, the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail is supported by the rear group of bosses 3 when being opened, which means that the upper cover plate of the handrail sliding rail can be effectively supported when being opened and closed, and the requirement of abnormal sound prevention is well ensured.
It should be noted that the relative positions of the boss 3 and the cushion pad 4 in the present embodiment can be set in two forms as required:
one of the two groups of bosses 3 is arranged on the box body 1 at intervals, each group of bosses 3 comprises two bosses 3 arranged on two sides of the box body 1 at intervals, and two sides of the handrail slide rail upper cover plate 2 are provided with cushion pads 4 matched with the bosses 3.
The other type is that two sets of the bosses 3 are arranged on the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail at intervals, each set of the bosses 3 comprises two bosses 3 arranged on two sides of the box body 1 at intervals, and cushion pads 4 matched with the bosses 3 are arranged on two sides of the box body 1.
Because the buffer pads 4 generally need to be additionally installed and fixed, and the bosses 3 can be integrally formed according to a mold, in view of installation easiness and consistency of the overall appearance, the better mode is to arrange the bosses 3 on the box body 1 at intervals and arrange the buffer pads 4 at the bottom of the front end of the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail slide rail.
In addition, referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the boss 3 includes an upper top surface 31 and inclined surfaces 32 distributed along both sides of the upper top surface 31. The reason for setting up inclined plane 32 is for the convenience of blotter 4 slowly with boss 3 contact, the cushioning effect when playing a contact, has avoided handrail slide rail upper cover plate 2 to have obvious pause and frustrate in sliding and feels, can promote the experience that the user used. Further, because the boss 3 can be arranged on the box body 1 or the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail slide rail, the included angle between the inclined plane 32 and the box body 1 or the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail slide rail is 10-20 degrees, preferably the included angle can be set to 15 degrees, so that the smoothness of force is ensured, and the phenomenon that the X-direction size of the boss 3 is too large and the appearance is too obvious due to too small angle of the inclined plane 32 is also avoided.
The dimension of the upper top surface 31 of the boss 3 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body is 10mm to 12 mm. The X-direction displacement change caused by the tolerance of the handrail is met, meanwhile, the force of the handrail in the area of the upper top surface 31 can be increased, and the function of reminding the stop point is achieved. If the upper top surface 31X is too large, the user may feel a large slip force, which may affect the user's experience.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the distance between the two sets of bosses 3 needs to be considered comprehensively, and for the rear sliding armrest box, the armrest sliding distance needs to fully consider the arrangement of the environmental elements of the rear sliding armrest, which is more difficult than the arrangement of the front sliding armrest.
In particular, the spacing between the two sets of bosses 3 is mainly determined by the following factors:
(1) in the front limit state of the armrest, the armrest meets the requirement of human-computer comfort, and the X-direction size of the front end of the armrest is more than or equal to the X-direction size +80mm of the H point of a human body of a driver, wherein the H point refers to H-point. The "crotch point" position measured by the real vehicle is called the H-point. At this distance, the armrest box is ergonomic and does not need to be excessively tilted forward to cause discomfort when used.
(2) After the handrail slides backwards, the cup stand is placed in the high cup stand and cannot interfere with the handrail, and meanwhile, sufficient hand operation space with the X direction larger than or equal to 25mm is reserved so as to open the handrail;
(3) and in the backward sliding state of the armrest, the rearmost end of the armrest protrudes out of the rearmost end of the auxiliary instrument panel in the X direction, and the size of the armrest is less than or equal to 12+20mm of the rearmost end of the auxiliary instrument panel, otherwise, the riding space of the rear row of people is influenced, and the comfort of the rear row of people is influenced.
(4) When the handrail is in a rear sliding state, the rearmost end 11 of the handrail cannot shield the upper limit air blowing line 6 of the air outlet; usually, the air outlet of the air in the vehicle is arranged at the rear side of the armrest box, and if the armrest slides backwards and does not turn over, the air outlet 5 is blocked, so that the ventilation of the air outlet is affected, and the ventilation in the vehicle is not facilitated.
(5) When the handrail is turned over and opened in a rear limit state, the air outlet can be shielded, and the distance between the X direction of the handrail and the air outlet is more than or equal to 10 mm; avoiding the generation of air flow noise. After the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail slides backwards to the extreme position, the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail needs to be turned over when the handrail sliding rail is completely opened, the air outlet 5 is blocked and is difficult to avoid, but in order to reduce the influence caused by the air outlet as much as possible, the concrete between the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail and the air outlet needs to be controlled at the moment, so that the noise generated when the air flow impacts the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail can be well reduced, and the distance between the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail and the air outlet is not smaller than 10mm in the comprehensive consideration mode in the embodiment.
In summary, the back-sliding armrest box of the present invention has two sets of bosses 3, one set of bosses 3 is behind the other, and when the armrest slide rail upper cover plate 2 is closed, the cushion pad 4 and the boss 3 are matched with each other, that is, the boss 3 is used for supporting when the armrest slide rail upper cover plate 2 is closed. When the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail slides backwards, before the buffer pad 4 is not contacted with the rear group of bosses 3, the buffer pad 4 is always in a suspended state, namely, a gap is always reserved between the non-fixed end and the opposite end of the buffer pad 4, so that the friction generated when the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail is opened and closed is reduced to a great extent, and after the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail slides backwards in place, the buffer pad 4 can be abutted against the rear group of bosses 3, namely, the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail sliding rail is supported by the rear group of bosses 3 when being opened, which means that the upper cover plate of the handrail sliding rail can be effectively supported when being opened and closed, and the requirement of abnormal sound prevention is well ensured. In addition, the design of each influence factor fully considering the distance between the two groups of bosses 3 accords with human engineering, the influence of the rear sliding handrails on the air circulation in the automobile and the noise influence caused by airflow are not influenced, and the interference with the placed objects in the cup stand is avoided.
Meanwhile, the embodiment of the invention also discloses an automobile, which comprises a rear sliding armrest box, wherein the rear sliding armrest box comprises:
a box body 1;
the handrail sliding rail upper cover plate 2 is arranged on the box body 1 and can slide relative to the box body 1;
at least two groups of bosses 3 which are arranged at intervals are arranged on one of the box body 1 and the upper cover plate 2 of the handrail slide rail;
