The present invention proposes an entertainment armrest assembly for a vehicle, the vehicle comprising a vehicle body floor, referring to fig. 1 to 4, 13 and 14, wherein the entertainment armrest assembly 30 and the rear skeleton 211b are both in a vertical position in a natural state in fig. 2, the entertainment armrest assembly 30 and the rear skeleton 211b are both swung to the left side of the vehicle in fig. 3, and the entertainment armrest assembly 30 and the rear skeleton 211b are both swung to the right side of the vehicle in fig. 4; in one embodiment of the present invention, the entertainment armrest assembly 30 includes:
a base 310 for connection with a vehicle; and
the entertainment armrest 320 comprises an armrest bracket assembly 322 rotatably connected to the base 310 and a handle 321 mounted on the armrest bracket assembly 322, wherein the handle 321 is provided with at least one handle for holding, and the handle 321 can swing relative to the floor of the vehicle body through the rotation of the armrest bracket assembly 322 so as to simulate the inclination angle of the driving device relative to the ground in the entertainment game.
In the technical scheme of the invention, when a passenger (including a driver and a passenger) wants to play an entertainment game in a vehicle, the handle 321 of the entertainment armrest assembly 30 can be held by the passenger, and the armrest support assembly 322 is rotated by applying an acting force to the armrest support assembly 322, and the handle 321 swings relative to the floor of the vehicle body, so that the inclination angle of a driving device relative to the ground in the entertainment game is simulated, so that an entertainment experimenter experiences higher entertainment immersion feeling and entertainment operation feeling, the entertainment function of the vehicle is enriched, and the market competitiveness of the vehicle is improved. Particularly, in the running process of the vehicle, other passengers can play time through an entertainment game except that the driver needs to drive the vehicle in a full-concentration mode, and emotion among different passengers can be improved through online interaction, so that humanized and intelligent design of the vehicle is realized, and market competitiveness of the vehicle is improved. It is worth mentioning that during the running of the vehicle, passengers other than the driver can be distracted by getting rid of the entertainment armrest 320 even if they do not play the entertainment game, thereby reducing the risk of motion sickness.
It should be noted that the steering means includes, but is not limited to, land tools such as motorcycles, bicycles, roller coasters, aircraft such as fighters, water tools such as motorboats, and the like. For example, when the steering device is a motorcycle, the handle 321 is provided with two handles to simulate the motorcycle, and is used for an entertainment experimenter to hold by hands and apply acting force to drive the armrest support assembly 322 to swing so as to simulate the left-right tilting of the motorcycle head when turning, the front-back tilting when ascending and descending slopes, and the like. For another example, when the steering device is a fighter plane, at least one of the handles 321 is provided, wherein one of the handles 321 simulates a flying stick of the fighter plane and is operated by a single hand to effect the forward and backward and left and right swinging of the armrest support assembly 322, thereby simulating the dive, pitch, left turn, right turn, etc. of the fighter plane.
It should be further noted that the entertainment armrest assembly 30 may be used only for holding and swinging by the user, and then used in combination with other entertainment devices of the user, such as a head-mounted display device, including but not limited to AR (Augmented Reality) glasses, VR (Virtual Reality) glasses, MR (Mixed Reality) glasses, and the like, to detect the swinging inclination of the head of the user by using an inclination sensor configured on the head-mounted display device, and use the detected swinging inclination as an input signal to control the driving situation of the driving device in the entertainment game, such as a left turn, a right turn, and the like, or use a voice command set as an input signal to control the driving device; at this time, the user is immersed in the virtual scene presented by the head-mounted display device, and the handle 321 of the entertainment armrest assembly 30 is held by the hand, so that the swing of the body, the operation of the hand and the visual scene images are tightly combined together, thereby experiencing better virtual reality entertainment experience, generating stronger game immersion, and improving the entertainment game experience of the user. Of course, the entertainment armrest assembly 30 may also be configured with an angle gauge such as an acceleration sensor, a tilt sensor, or a potentiometer, through which the swing angle of the armrest support assembly 322 is obtained and used as an input signal to control the driving posture of the driving device in the entertainment game. It will be readily appreciated that the angle measurer of the entertainment armrest assembly 30 may be communicatively coupled to either a head mounted display device to control a game displayed on the head mounted display device or a vehicle display screen (e.g., the center control display screen 12 located on the dashboard apparatus 11) to control a game displayed on the vehicle display screen. Specifically, the angle measurer may be in communication connection with the head-mounted display device or the vehicle display screen through a wired connection manner, or may be in communication connection through a wireless transmission manner, for example, a Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity ) communication technology or a bluetooth communication technology. Of course, the display device of the game visual image is not limited to the head-mounted display device or the vehicle display screen, and the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the user can perceive the visual image, and for example, a projection device for projecting image information to the front windshield 13 of the vehicle may be used.
Specifically, the projection device may be provided at a position of the instrument panel device 11, the center control Display 12, the inside rear view mirror, the body roof, the sun visor, or the like, as long as projection toward the windshield 13 is possible, and for example, an image may be projected at a central region of the windshield 13 by using a Head Up Display (HUD) function. Further, a projection curtain can be configured on the inner side of the front windshield 13, and at least part of the front windshield 13 can be movably covered by the projection curtain, so that image information projected by the projection device can fall on the projection curtain, the definition of the image information is improved, game images are clearer, colors are richer and saturated, and the game entertainment experience of a user is further improved. Specifically, the projection curtain may be detachably mounted on the front windshield 13 or a peripheral area thereof, for example, adsorbed on the front windshield 13 by suction cups at four corner positions of the projection curtain; or the projection curtain is movably rolled up on the instrument panel device 11 or the vehicle body top cover and the like, and at least partially covers the front windshield 13 after being unfolded.
In particular, the armrest assembly 30 may be used in a number of areas within a vehicle, so long as the occupant is able to reach the handle 321 of the armrest assembly 30 in a more comfortable position. For further explanation by taking a passenger vehicle as an example, the passenger vehicle generally includes an instrument panel device 11, a sub-instrument panel device 20, a main drive seat, a sub-drive seat, a rear seat, a vehicle body floor, and a vehicle body roof, and the entertainment armrest assembly 30 may be applied to any of the above components. For example, the entertainment armrest assembly 30 is provided in the middle of the instrument panel device 11 for use when a passenger rides on the sub-instrument panel device 20, wherein the sub-instrument panel device 20 may simulate the body and seat cushion of a motorcycle; or on the passenger side of the instrument panel device 11 for use by the passenger in the passenger seat. For another example, the entertainment armrest assembly 30 is provided on the rear side of the primary and/or secondary driver seat for use by an occupant on the rear seat (second row seat); or on a vehicle having three rows of seats, such as an MPV (multi-Purpose vehicle) model, an entertainment armrest assembly 30 is provided on the rear side of the rear row of seats (second row of seats) for use by an occupant on the third row of seats. Of course, the entertainment armrest assembly 30 may also be provided on a roof or floor, such as an upper roof area of the secondary drive seat, or a lower floor of the secondary drive seat, for use by occupants in the second row of seats. Further, the entertainment armrest assembly 30 may be configured to be in a stowable configuration, such as the base 310 being slidably and telescopically mounted on the secondary driver seat, such that the armrest support assembly 322 may be moved toward or away from the rear side of the secondary driver seat, and may be withdrawn when the entertainment armrest assembly 30 is required to be used, and pushed back until being abutted against the secondary driver seat when not required to be used, so that the entertainment armrest assembly 30 may not affect the normal boarding and disembarking of the occupant, i.e., may not affect the daily use of the vehicle, but may also be conveniently used to the entertainment armrest assembly 30 when the occupant has entertainment requirements. Still further, the entertainment armrest assembly 30 may be provided in a plurality so that occupants in different locations within the vehicle may enjoy the entertainment function at the same time. It should be noted that, the vehicle body floor generally includes a floor body and a covering element disposed thereon, wherein the floor body is generally a sheet metal part, and the covering element may be a carpet, a plastic plate, a rubber pad, or the like, so as to avoid exposing the floor body outside, and of course, the covering element may not be disposed; the automobile body top cover generally comprises a top cover body and a ceiling arranged on the top cover body, wherein the top cover body is generally a sheet metal part, and the ceiling can be made of knitted fabric, non-woven fabric, leather or rubber.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7 together, in an embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary instrument panel device 20 includes an auxiliary instrument panel 210, and functional components disposed on the auxiliary instrument panel 210, including but not limited to a gear shifter, a hand brake, a USB (Universal Serial Bus ) interface, and the like, the auxiliary instrument panel 210 includes an auxiliary instrument panel skeleton 211 and a rear armrest 212, and the rear armrest 212 is located between a main driving seat and an auxiliary driving seat and is used for supporting arms of a passenger. The base 310 of the entertainment armrest assembly 30 is disposed on the vehicle body floor and within the sub-fascia 210, and at least the handle 321 is capable of being exposed to the exterior on the sub-fascia 210. Thus, by providing the entertainment armrest assembly 30 on the sub-instrument panel 210, the body and cushion structure of a motorcycle or bicycle can be simulated by the sub-instrument panel 210, for example, the body can be directly seated on the rear armrest 212 and then tilted forward so that the hands can get the handles 321 on the front side of the sub-instrument panel 210, thereby truly simulating the body posture of riding the motorcycle to obtain better game immersion and experience.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the handle 321 is rotatably connected to the armrest support assembly 322, and the entertainment armrest assembly 30 further comprises a second angle measurer for obtaining a rotation angle of the handle 321 relative to the armrest support assembly 322. Specifically, the second angle measurer may be an acceleration sensor, an inclination sensor, or a potentiometer, and those skilled in the art will readily understand that the second angle measurer is not particularly limited as long as it can be used to obtain the rotation angle of the handle 321. In this way, the rotation angle of the handgrip 321 is measured and used as an input signal to control the acceleration of the driving device in the game, for example, to control the acceleration and deceleration of the motorcycle, thereby enriching the entertainment function and enhancing the user experience. Specifically, according to the experience of the real life, the handle 321 may be set to rotate backward as an acceleration signal, and then the handle 321 may be set to rotate forward as a deceleration signal. Of course, in other embodiments, a button may be provided on the handle to control the driving device in the game as an input signal, for example, at least two buttons are provided, one button is used for inputting an acceleration signal, and the other button is used for inputting a deceleration signal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, further, the auxiliary instrument panel frame 211 is provided with a receiving cavity 210a, and the receiving cavity 210a is used for movably receiving the entertainment armrest 320. Specifically, the armrest support assembly 322 includes a swing 323 and a first support 326, the handle 321 being mounted to the first support 326; the swinging member 323 is rotatably connected to the base 310 to enable the armrest support assembly 322 to swing relative to the floor of the vehicle body; the first bracket 326 is movably connected to the swing member 323 and has a storage state in which the first bracket 326 and the handle 321 are stored in the storage cavity 210a, and a use state in which the first bracket 326 extends out of the storage cavity 210a at least partially and the handle 321 is exposed above the storage cavity 210 a. Thus, when the entertainment armrest 320 is not stored at ordinary times, the normal driving operation of the driver, such as gear shifting operation, can be avoided, and the appearance of the auxiliary instrument board 210 can be kept neat, so that the user experience is improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the entertainment armrest may be removably mounted to the base by a bolt lock attachment, snap fit, or the like, and the entertainment armrest may be easily removed and stored in a storage space such as a glove box on an instrument panel assembly when the entertainment armrest assembly is not required.
In order to further keep the appearance of the sub-instrument panel 210 clean and prevent the housing cavity 210a from containing dirt, in an embodiment of the present invention, the sub-instrument panel 210 further includes a cover 245 for movably covering the housing cavity 210 a. Specifically, the cover 245 may be detachably mounted on the sub-instrument panel frame 211, for example, the cover 245 is integrally fastened at the cavity mouth of the accommodating cavity 210a, or the cover 245 is rotatably connected to the sub-instrument panel frame 211, or the cover 245 is slidably connected to the sub-instrument panel frame 211, etc.
In an embodiment of the present invention, optionally, an end of the first bracket 326 remote from the handle 321 is rotatably connected to the swing member 323. Specifically, the swing piece 323 is provided at the front end of the sub-instrument panel 210, and the rotation axis of the first bracket 326 is extended in the vehicle left-right direction, so that the handle 321 is positioned at the rear end of the housing chamber 210a after the first bracket 326 is rotated and laid flat. In this way, the advantage of the length dimension of the sub-instrument panel 210 in the vehicle longitudinal direction can be fully utilized, and the first bracket 326 can be stored. It will be appreciated that the interior space of the sub-instrument panel 210 is limited, and the form of the rotational accommodation is simple in structure, and occupies only the upper side space of the sub-instrument panel skeleton 211 without excessively encroaching the interior space of the sub-instrument panel 210. Of course, in other embodiments, the first bracket may also be accommodated in a manner of sliding and telescoping on the auxiliary instrument panel along the up-down direction, and further, the first bracket may also be configured as a telescopic structure, for example, a structural form of a telescopic pull rod of the luggage case may be referred.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the armrest support assembly 322 further includes a second support 327 rotatably coupled to the first support 326, and the handle 321 is disposed on the second support 327 and is capable of moving toward and away from the first support 326 by rotation of the second support 327. In this way, the overall size of the entertainment armrest 320 after storage can be further reduced, and the degree of occupation of the size of the auxiliary instrument panel 210 in the left-right direction can be reduced, that is, the size of the storage chamber 210a in the left-right direction can be made smaller. Of course, in other embodiments, the handle may be configured as a telescoping structure, retracting the handle to the shortest length dimension when not in use, and stretching the handle to the longest length dimension when in use is required.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the swing member 323 may optionally include a hinge member 324 and a mounting member 325, which are separately provided, the hinge member 324 is hinged to the base 310, the mounting member 325 is mounted to the hinge member 324, and the first bracket 326 is provided to the mounting member 325. Specifically, the hinge 324 is hinge-mounted with the base 310 in place under the production line of the assembly shop in advance, and then the component is distributed to the production line and mounted on the floor of the vehicle body, and then the worker only needs to operate the mounting between the mounting member 325 and the hinge 324, thereby facilitating the assembly of the workers in the production line, shortening the tact time, and improving the production efficiency of the vehicle. Of course, in other embodiments, the swinging member may be further provided with a pin hole, the base is provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the pin hole, and the plug pin can penetrate through the mounting hole and be mounted on the pin hole.
To further facilitate the assembly of the mount 325 by a worker, in one embodiment of the invention, the mount 325 is optionally attached to the hinge 324 by a bolt lock. In this way, the connection strength and the installation reliability between the installation member 325 and the hinge member 324 can be improved, and when the installation member 325 and the first bracket 326, the second bracket 327 and the handle 321 thereon are damaged or stained, it can be easily detached for maintenance, replacement or cleaning by a user or after-sales personnel. Of course, in other embodiments, the mounting member may be mounted on the hinge member by rivets or snap-fit.
In an embodiment of the present invention, further, the mounting member 325 includes a mounting portion 325a and two cantilever portions 325b disposed on opposite sides of the mounting portion 325a, the mounting portion 325a is hinged to the base 310, the handle 321, the second bracket 327 and the first bracket 326 are respectively provided with two and one-to-one corresponding arrangements, one of the first brackets 326 is rotatably connected to one cantilever portion 325b, and the other of the first brackets 326 is rotatably connected to the other cantilever portion 325b. Specifically, when the user needs to use the entertainment armrest 320, the cover plate 245 disposed on the accommodating cavity 210a is opened, then the two first brackets 326 are rotated upwards until reaching the limit position, and then the two second brackets 327 are rotated and unfolded, so that the two handles 321 are distributed on the left and right sides for the user to hold by the left and right hands, thereby simulating the double handles of the motorcycle or motorboat.
In an embodiment of the present invention, further, the base 310 is provided with a yielding groove 311 corresponding to the hinge 324, the yielding groove 311 has a first groove wall 311a and a second groove wall 311b opposite to each other, and the hinge 324 is rotatably connected to the yielding groove 311 and rotates between the first groove wall 311a and the second groove wall 311 b. Specifically, the hinge 324 may abut the first slot wall 311a and the second slot wall 311b during rotation, thereby limiting the swing angle limit of the entertainment armrest 320. Of course, optionally, a cushion pad, such as a rubber pad, a foam pad, etc., may be disposed on the first slot wall 311a and the second slot wall 311b, so as to reduce the impact force of the hinge 324 on the first slot wall 311a and the second slot wall 311b, and avoid generating impact noise, thereby improving the user experience. Therefore, the limit position of the left-right swing of the entertainment armrest 320 is limited by the abdication groove 311, and the entertainment armrest has the advantages of simple structure and reliable operation. Of course, in other embodiments, the hinge may be provided with a sliding groove extending around the axis of rotation of the hinge, and the base may be provided with a slider corresponding to the sliding groove, the slider sliding between opposite end walls of the sliding groove.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 7 to 9, the present invention further provides a secondary dashboard apparatus 20, which includes a secondary dashboard 210 and the above-mentioned entertainment armrest assembly 30, wherein the specific structure of the entertainment armrest assembly 30 refers to the above-mentioned embodiments, and since the secondary dashboard apparatus 20 adopts all the technical solutions of all the above-mentioned embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above-mentioned embodiments are not described herein again. Wherein the base 310 of the entertainment armrest assembly 30 is disposed within the fascia console 210, at least the handle 321 of the entertainment armrest assembly 30 is capable of being exposed on the fascia console 210.
In order to further enhance the entertainment experience of the sub-instrument panel device 20, in one embodiment of the sub-instrument panel device 20 of the present invention, further, the handle 321 of the entertainment armrest assembly 30 is provided with two, the sub-instrument panel device 20 further comprises a base assembly, the base assembly comprises a lifting mechanism 221, the sub-instrument panel 210 comprises a sub-instrument panel skeleton 211, the sub-instrument panel skeleton 211 comprises a front skeleton 211a and a rear skeleton 211b, the rear skeleton 211b is connected to the lifting mechanism 221 and can be lifted upwards, so that at least the rear skeleton 211b forms a space with the vehicle body floor, and the space is used for the rear skeleton 211b to swing relative to the vehicle body floor; the lifting mechanism 221 may be capable of rotating relative to the vehicle body floor, and/or the rear frame 211b may be capable of rotating relative to the lifting mechanism 221, so as to implement swinging of the rear frame 211 b.
In the present invention, the lower end of the sub-instrument panel frame 211 of the vehicle in the factory state is usually directly abutted against the vehicle body floor or is very close to the vehicle body floor without losing generality, so that the swing range that the rear frame 211b can realize in this state is abnormally limited. The rear frame 211b is lifted upwards so that a larger distance can be formed between the rear frame 211b and the vehicle body floor, so that the space required by the swing of the rear frame 211b is met, that is, the problem that the swing is blocked or unsmooth due to collision or scratch to the vehicle body floor in the swing process of the rear frame 211b is avoided. In this manner, the user rides on the rear frame 211b and simulates the tilting angle of the steering device relative to the ground in the entertainment game, that is, the posture swing of the steering device, such as tilting left during a left turn, tilting right during a right turn, or pitching forward and backward, etc., by the tilting left and right and/or tilting back and forth of the rear frame 211 b. Specifically, the user rides on the rear frame 211b, and then the body leans forward and holds the two handles 321 of the entertainment armrest assembly 30 with both hands, so that the body posture of the real riding motorcycle can be simulated to obtain better game immersion and experience. So that the user experiences higher entertainment immersion feeling and entertainment operation feeling, further enriches the entertainment function of the vehicle and improves the market competitiveness of the vehicle. In addition, it will be appreciated that the height of the fascia 210 in its natural state is not typically set high from an ergonomic standpoint, so that the driver may use the fascia 210 (e.g., rest the elbow on the fascia 210) and its functions (e.g., gear shifter, hand brake) during travel, while the skeleton 211b is available to a smaller user, such as a child, with a smaller height in this natural state, but is more difficult to ride on if it is a larger adult. Therefore, this technical problem can also be solved by lifting the rear frame 211b upward, that is, improving the applicability of the rear frame 211b so that it can be ridden by users of different sizes.
The rear frame 211b may be configured to only play a role in riding and swinging by the user, or may be configured with an angle measuring device, and the swing angle of the rear frame 211b may be obtained by the angle measuring device and used as an input signal to control the driving posture of the driving device in the entertainment game. In this embodiment, further, the auxiliary instrument panel device 20 further includes a second angle measurer, and the first angle measurer is configured to obtain an inclination angle of the mounting base 225 with respect to the floor. In this way, the first angle measurer is used to obtain the left-right swing and/or front-back swing angle of the rear frame 211b, and is used as an input signal to control the driving posture of the driving device in the game, that is, the left-right tilt and the forward-depression backward tilt. Specifically, the first angle measurer may be an acceleration sensor, an inclination sensor, a potentiometer, or the like, and those skilled in the art will readily understand that the first angle measurer is not particularly limited as long as it can be used to obtain the swing angle of the mount 225. For example, the first angle measurer is configured as an inclination sensor, and two first angle measurers are provided, one is provided on the mounting base 225 to detect a rotation angle of the mounting base 225 relative to the supporting member 224, and the other is provided on the lifting mechanism 221 to detect a rotation angle of the lifting mechanism 221 relative to the moving bracket 223. Of course, in other embodiments, only the angle measurer may be provided on the entertainment armrest assembly, or the angle measurer may be provided on both the entertainment armrest assembly and the rear skeleton, and the swing angle of the armrest support assembly and the swing angle of the rear skeleton may be obtained as input signals to control the driving posture of the driving device.
Of course, in some embodiments of the present invention, the auxiliary instrument panel device 20 may further be provided with a driving element, such as a motor 231, a hydraulic cylinder or an air cylinder, and the driving element is used to actively control the swing of the rear frame 211b, and is connected with a game controller, such as a control chip provided on the head-mounted display device, in a communication manner, and then performs corresponding swing according to the driving condition of the driving device in the game. For example, in a roller coaster game, a user rides on the rear frame 211b to simulate riding on a roller coaster, and then the user simultaneously senses the posture change of the roller coaster in a virtual scene and the autonomous swing of the under-body rear frame 211b to obtain good game immersion and experience. That is, the user can play an entertainment game using only the swing of the rear frame 211b without resorting to the entertainment armrest assembly 30.
It should be noted that in the technical solution of the present invention, only the rear frame 211b may be lifted and swung, or the entire sub-dashboard frame 211 (including the front frame 211a and the rear frame 211 b) may be lifted and swung, for example, in an MPV (multi-Purpose Vehicles) model, there is no connection relationship between the sub-dashboard device 20 and the dashboard device 11 of some Vehicles, and the gear shifter is provided on the dashboard device 11, so that only some simple electronic appliances, such as USB (Universal Serial Bus ) interfaces, etc., are disposed on the sub-dashboard frame 211, so that the condition of the entire lifting of the sub-dashboard frame 211 can be satisfied; the front frame 211a and the rear frame 211b may be integrally formed, or may be separately formed and fixed together. Of course, the technical solution of lifting and swinging the entire sub-instrument panel frame 211 is not limited to being applied to the MPV vehicle type, and any vehicle type may be used as long as the lifting and swinging of the sub-instrument panel frame 211 does not affect the running safety and other functions of the vehicle.
Of course, in addition to the above technical effects achieved by the lifting and swinging of the rear frame 211b in the above embodiment, in another embodiment of the auxiliary instrument panel device 20 of the present invention, the position of the auxiliary instrument panel frame 211 is unchanged, and the rear armrest 212 may be lifted and swung for riding by a user. Specifically, in another embodiment of the present invention, the sub instrument panel device 20 includes:
a base assembly comprising a lifting mechanism 221;
a sub-instrument panel 210 including a sub-instrument panel frame 211 and a rear armrest 212, the rear armrest 212 being positioned between a main seat and a sub-seat and being adapted to be abutted by an arm of an occupant, the rear armrest 212 being connected to the lifting mechanism 221 so as to be capable of being lifted upward, such that the rear armrest 212 and the sub-instrument panel frame 211 form a space for enabling the rear armrest 212 to swing relative to the sub-instrument panel frame 211; wherein the lifting mechanism 221 can rotate relative to the vehicle body floor, and/or the rear armrest 212 can rotate relative to the lifting mechanism 221 to effect swinging of the rear armrest 212.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the rear armrest 212 in a natural state can be used for supporting the arms of the passenger, especially the driver, so as to improve the comfort of the driver during driving. When an occupant wants to use the swing function of the rear armrest 212, the occupant only needs to raise the rear armrest 212 and generate a large distance from the sub-instrument panel frame 211. Without loss of generality, the rear armrest 212 is typically configured as a wrap, such as with leather, foam, and an injection molded armature, to form the rear armrest 212 such that the rear armrest 212 is flat and soft, which can enhance the comfort of a user while using the entertainment functions of the auxiliary instrument panel device 20. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the rear armrest 212 is not mounted on the auxiliary instrument panel frame 211, but is directly mounted on the lifting structure, and when the rear armrest 212 is in a natural state, the lower end of the rear armrest 212 may abut against the auxiliary instrument panel frame 211 so as to obtain a sufficient supporting force, so that the passenger will not contract downward when leaning against; of course, the lower end of the rear armrest 212 in the natural state may not abut against the sub-instrument panel skeleton 211, but may be suspended by the lift mechanism 221 by a stopper structure.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, that is, in an embodiment in which the rear frame 211b is lifted and swung, the sub-instrument panel 210 further includes a rear armrest 212, and the rear armrest 212 is disposed above the rear frame 211b and is lifted and swung along with the rear frame 211b, so that the flat and soft rear armrest 212 can serve as a seat cushion for a user to ride, thereby improving the user experience.
In an embodiment of the present invention, further, the front frame 211a and the rear frame 211b are separately disposed, and a relief gap is formed between the rear end of the front frame 211a and the rear frame 211b, and the sub-instrument panel 210 further includes a shielding member 213, where the shielding member 213 is disposed in the relief gap. In this way, the rear frame 211b can be supported to be lifted and swung independently, so that some vehicle types which do not support the whole lifting and swinging of the sub-instrument panel frame 211 can be satisfied, for example, the front end of some vehicle type sub-instrument panel frames 211 is connected with the instrument panel device 11, and some vehicle type front frames 211a are not connected with the instrument panel device 11, but are limited in that functional parts such as a manual shifter, a mechanical hand brake and the like are mounted on the front frames 211a, so that the front frames 211a are not allowed to be lifted and swung. Secondly, the clearance is shielded by the shielding member 213 to shield and protect the components in the sub-instrument panel 210, and the sub-instrument panel 210 is kept clean in appearance.
In an embodiment of the invention, the shutter 213 may optionally have a flexible arrangement. The flexibility of the shade 213 means that it is capable of flexible deformation, in particular, the shade 213 may be configured as at least one of a textile and leather, i.e. either made of a single textile or a single leather or a textile mixed with leather. In this way, the front and rear movement of the rear frame 211b can be facilitated, and after the rear frame 211b is restored to the natural state, the user can conveniently arrange the shielding member 213, so that the sub-instrument panel device 20 is tidier and more attractive. Of course, in other embodiments, the shielding member may be configured as a bellows or other structure that is not flexible in its own right, but is deformable.
In order to facilitate the user's sorting of the blinders 213, or to achieve a sort-free effect, in an embodiment of the invention, optionally, the blinders 213 have at least two consecutive pleat arrangements. Specifically, the shielding member 213 having continuous wrinkles can be obtained after the textile or leather is highly stable, so that the shielding member 213 can naturally and smoothly stretch and retract along the distribution direction of the wrinkles, and when the rear frame 211b is restored to a natural state, the shielding member 213 smoothly returns to an initial state, thereby realizing a finishing-free effect and improving user experience.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary instrument panel device 20 further includes at least two mounting frames, at least two of which are respectively disposed on the front and rear sides of the shielding member 213, one of the mounting frames is connected to the front frame 211a, and the other mounting frame is connected to the rear frame 211b. In this way, the connection strength between the shielding member 213 and the front and rear frames 211a and 211b can be improved, and the assembly of workers on the assembly shop production line can be facilitated, so that the production efficiency is improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the blinders could be mounted directly to the front and rear frames.
In order to further improve the convenience of mounting the mounting frame with the front frame 211a and the rear frame 211b, in an embodiment of the present invention, optionally, one of the mounting frames is mounted on the front frame 211a through a fastening structure, and the other mounting frame is mounted on the rear frame 211b through a fastening structure. And, when the shutter 213 is dirty or damaged, it is also convenient for a user or a maintenance worker to detach it for cleaning, maintenance or replacement. Of course, in other embodiments, the mounting frame may be mounted to the front and rear frames by screws or rivets or bonding.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the base assembly further includes a base 222 for connecting with the vehicle body floor, and a moving bracket 223 slidably connected to the base 222, wherein the lifting mechanism 221 is provided on the moving bracket 223, and the moving bracket 223 can slide along the front-rear direction of the vehicle. Thus, the back skeleton 211b is provided with the capability of moving back and forth through the sliding support, namely, the back skeleton 211b can be adjusted back and forth, so that a user can conveniently adjust the back skeleton 211b and the back handrails 212 on the back skeleton 211b to a position more suitable for riding, and the use comfort of the entertainment function is improved. It should be noted that, on the premise that no passenger is present on the main driving seat and the auxiliary driving seat, the main driving seat and the auxiliary driving seat can be adjusted to the forefront positions, so that more space can be made for the rear frame 211b in the entertainment state, and the user can ride on the rear frame 211b more conveniently.
In order to further enhance the entertainment comfort of the sub dashboard apparatus 20, in an embodiment of the present invention, further, the main driving seat can be moved in the left-right direction of the vehicle, and/or the sub driving seat can be moved in the left-right direction of the vehicle. Thus, when the entertainment function of the auxiliary instrument board 210 is used, the main driving seat is moved to the left side and the auxiliary driving seat is moved to the right side, so that the distance between the main driving seat and the rear frame 211b and the distance between the auxiliary driving seat and the rear frame 211b are increased, more operation space and swing space are provided for a user riding on the rear frame 211b, and entertainment comfort and entertainment experience are improved.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, since the back frame 211b can realize front-back position adjustment through the sliding support, the distance between the back frame 211b and the entertainment armrest assembly 30 is adjustable, that is, the distance between the handle and the seat cushion is adjustable, so that the auxiliary instrument board device 20 can be suitable for users with different height and body types, for example, when children use the entertainment function, the back frame 211b can not be adjusted backwards, and when adults with different heights use the entertainment function, the back frame 211b can be adjusted backwards to a proper position, thereby improving the user experience.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in order to enhance the convenience of use of the riding function of the auxiliary instrument panel 210, in an embodiment of the present invention, further, the auxiliary instrument panel device 20 further includes a driving assembly 230, wherein the driving assembly 230 is drivingly connected to the moving bracket 223, so as to drive the moving bracket 223 to slide along the front-rear direction of the vehicle; the driving assembly 230 is further drivingly connected to the lifting mechanism 221 to drive the rear frame 211b to lift. Of course, in some embodiments, different driving components may be used to independently drive the lifting and back-and-forth movement of the rear skeleton; in other embodiments, the lifting mechanism and the movable support may also be adjusted by manual operation. For example, the lifting mechanism comprises a gear-rack structure, a hand crank arranged on the gear and a ratchet wheel structure used for suspending the rack, a user drives the gear to rotate by rotating the hand crank so as to lift the rack, and the ratchet wheel structure is utilized to suspend the rear framework at a desired height, so that the limitation of the ratchet wheel structure is only released when the rear framework is required to be retracted; or the lifting mechanism comprises at least two sections of telescopic brackets which are connected in a sliding way, a plurality of limiting holes are distributed on at least one telescopic bracket at intervals in the up-down direction, an elastic bolt is arranged on the other telescopic bracket corresponding to the limiting holes, and the elastic bolt can be alternatively inserted into the limiting holes. It can be understood that the gear rack structure can be adopted between the movable support and the base, so that the back-and-forth movement of the skeleton after manual operation can be realized, and the telescopic support structure can also be adopted.
In an embodiment of the present invention, further, the driving assembly 230 includes a motor 231, and a hydraulic pump drivingly connected to the motor 231, the lifting mechanism 221 is configured as a first hydraulic cylinder, the auxiliary instrument panel device 20 further includes a second hydraulic cylinder 233, the hydraulic pump is provided with a first valve and a second valve, the first hydraulic cylinder is in communication with the first valve and is drivingly connected to the rear frame 211b, and the second hydraulic cylinder 233 is in communication with the second valve and is drivingly connected to the movable bracket 223. In this way, the two actuators (the first hydraulic cylinder and the second hydraulic cylinder 233) are driven by the one motor 231 and the hydraulic pump as driving elements, which saves both parts and layout space, and reduces the manufacturing cost of the sub-instrument panel device 20. Secondly, by controlling the opening sequence of the first valve and the second valve, the lifting sequence and the forward and backward movement sequence of the rear frame 211b can be controlled, for example, in this embodiment, the rear frame 211b starts from a natural state, the hydraulic pump drives the first hydraulic cylinder to work first and drives the second hydraulic cylinder 233 to work first, so that the rear frame 211b lifts first to separate from the vehicle body floor by a certain height and then moves backward, and the rear frame 211b can be guaranteed to collide with the vehicle body floor in the displacement process, thereby improving the displacement smoothness and reliability of the rear frame 211 b. Of course, in other embodiments, the driving assembly may be configured as two motors, the lifting mechanism is configured to drive a ball screw connected to one motor, and the auxiliary instrument panel device further includes another ball screw connected between the other motor and the moving bracket; namely, the lifting and the forward and backward movement of the rear skeleton are independently driven by two motors.
Referring to fig. 10 to 12, in an embodiment of the invention, further, the base 222 is provided with a chute 222a, the moving support 223 is provided with a roller assembly 226 corresponding to the chute 222a, and the roller assembly 226 is connected in the chute 222a in a rolling manner. In this way, smoothness and stability of the back frame 211b when it moves forward and backward can be improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the roller assembly may not be provided, and the moving bracket is directly slidably abutted in the chute.
In order to further improve smoothness of the back frame 211b during the back-and-forth movement, in an embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the roller assembly 226 includes a first roller 226a and a second roller, the rotation axis of the first roller 226a and the rotation axis of the second roller are disposed to intersect, the first roller 226a is connected to the bottom wall of the chute 222a in a rolling manner, and the second roller is connected to the side wall of the chute 222a in a rolling manner. Of course, in other embodiments, only the first roller may be provided, or only the second roller may be provided.
Referring to fig. 8 to 11, in which the rear frame 211b of fig. 10 is in a vertical position, the rear frame 211b of fig. 11 swings to the right of the vehicle. In an embodiment of the present invention, the base assembly further includes a supporting member 224 provided on the lifting mechanism 221, and a mounting base 225 rotatably connected to the supporting member 224, the rear frame 211b is mounted on the mounting base 225, and a rotation axis of the mounting base 225 is extended along a front-rear direction of the vehicle. In this way, the relative rotation between the mounting seat 225 and the supporting member 224 realizes the swinging function of the rear frame 211b in the left-right direction, which is not only simple in structure, thereby facilitating the control of the manufacturing cost of the auxiliary instrument panel device 20, but also reliable in installation, thereby reducing the failure rate and improving the service life. In addition, as can be seen from fig. 1, since the rotation axis of the mounting base 225 is located above the lifting mechanism 221 and the supporting member 224, the distance between the lower edge of the rear frame 211b and the rotation axis is farther, that is, the rotation radius of the lower edge of the rear frame 211b is larger, and the rotation axis position is higher, which makes the Z-direction space requirement required during the swinging of the lower edge of the rear frame 211b smaller; correspondingly, when the Z-direction interval between the lower edge of the rear framework 211b and the floor of the vehicle body is constant, the swinging angle of the lower edge of the rear framework 211b is larger, so that the swinging amplitude of the rear framework 211b is increased, the user can experience the left-right swinging of the rear framework 211b matched with the more remarkable body-posture left-right swinging, and further, the user experience is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary instrument board device 20 further includes at least two first dampers 243, wherein the at least two first dampers 243 are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the supporting member 224, one end of the first dampers 243 is rotatably connected to the mounting base 225, and the other end is connected to the moving bracket 223. In this way, the left-right swing of the rear frame 211b can be smoother and more stable, and feedback acting force is provided for the user, so that the user can conveniently adjust the body gravity center, and further user experience is improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the first damper may not be provided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, further, the lifting mechanism 221 is rotatably connected to the moving bracket 223, and the rotation axis is extended in the left-right direction of the vehicle. In this way, the lifting mechanism 221 swings back and forth relative to the movable support 223, so that the back frame 211b swings back and forth relative to the floor of the vehicle body, and the back frame 211b has the functions of swinging left and right and swinging back and forth at the same time, so as to simulate the left-tilting, right-tilting, forward-pitching and backward-pitching posture of the driving device, and adapt to the body posture change of the user riding on the back frame 211 b. Of course, in other embodiments, the supporting member may be rotatably connected to the lifting mechanism, and the rotation axis may extend in the left-right direction.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary instrument panel device 20 further includes at least one second damper 244, wherein the at least one second damper 244 is disposed at a rear side or a front side of the supporting member 224, one end of the second damper 244 is rotatably connected to the supporting member 224, and the other end is rotatably connected to the moving bracket 223. Thus, the back-and-forth swing of the back frame 211b can be smoother and more stable, and feedback acting force is provided for the user, so that the user can conveniently adjust the body gravity center, and further user experience is improved. Specifically, the first vibration damper 243 and the second vibration damper 244 may be configured as mechanical hydraulic vibration dampers, pneumatic vibration dampers, hydraulic variable vibration dampers, pneumatic hydraulic vibration dampers, inductive vibration dampers, damping adjustable vibration dampers, or the like, wherein the first vibration damper 243 and the second vibration damper 244 may be identical in structural form or different in structural form. Of course, in other embodiments, the second damper may not be provided.
