Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the invention thereto.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a battery pack 2 fixing system, which includes a locking mechanism 1, wherein the locking mechanism 1 is disposed on a contact surface between a battery pack 2 and a bracket 3, specifically, the locking mechanism 1 includes a rotary insert 11 and a limiting member 12, the rotary insert 11 is disposed on the bracket 3, and the limiting member 12 is disposed on the battery pack 2, and when the battery pack 2 is mounted on the bracket 3, the rotary insert 11 is driven to rotate, so that the rotary insert 11 is limited or released by the limiting member 12 according to a difference in a rotation direction. The battery pack 2 securing system achieves the purpose of unlocking or locking the battery pack 2 to the tray 3 by the action of rotating the rotary insert 11 of the locking mechanism 1 in different directions. Compared with the traditional locking mechanism, the fixing system of the battery pack 2 has the advantages of more firm fixation, high reliability and the like. Meanwhile, the structure is simple, and the daily maintenance and management are convenient.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the rotary insert 11 is disposed on the bracket 3, and the stopper 12 is disposed on the battery pack 2. However, in other embodiments, the rotary plug 11 may be disposed on the battery pack 2, and the stopper 12 may be correspondingly disposed on the bracket 3, so that the rotary plug 11 disposed on the battery pack 2 may be rotated to lock and unlock the position between the battery pack 2 and the bracket 3.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, an electrical connector 4 is provided on a contact surface where the battery pack 2 and the bracket 3 are in contact with each other, and the electrical connector 4 specifically includes a battery-end electrical connector 41 provided on the contact surface of the battery pack 2 and a vehicle-end electrical connector 42 provided on the contact surface of the bracket 3. For the locking mechanism 1, the rotating plug-in 11 and the limiting member 12 are respectively disposed on the contact surface of the battery pack 2 and the contact surface of the bracket 3, that is, the locking mechanism 1 and the electrical connector 4 are disposed on the same contact surface, so that when the positions of the battery pack 2 and the bracket 3 are locked by the locking mechanism 1, the plugging state of the electrical connector 4 adjacent to the locking mechanism 1 is improved, and further, the electrical connection reliability of the battery pack 2 is improved.
As shown in fig. 7, when the battery-end electrical connector 41 is inserted relative to the vehicle-end electrical connector 42, the rotating insert 11 rotates and is limited by the limiting member 12, so that the locking mechanism 1 locks the position between the battery pack 2 and the bracket 3 during the process of inserting the electrical connectors 4 into each other, thereby preventing the position between the battery pack 2 and the bracket 3 from being locked, which may result in the situation that the electrical connector 4 is not inserted in place. Further, when the battery-end electrical connector 41 is inserted relative to the vehicle-end electrical connector 42, the locking mechanism 1 can apply a pulling force to the limiting member 12 along the insertion direction of the electrical connector 4, so as to further tightly attach the battery pack 2 to the bracket 3 by the pulling force, thereby ensuring that the electrical connector 4 is inserted in place.
As shown in fig. 9, when the battery-end electrical connector 41 is pulled out from the vehicle-end electrical connector 42, the rotary insert 11 rotates and releases the position restriction with respect to the stopper 12, so that the battery pack 2 can be detached from the bracket 3. Further, when the battery-end electrical connector 41 is pulled out with respect to the vehicle-end electrical connector 42, the locking mechanism 1 can apply a pushing force to the limiting member 12 in the direction of pulling out the electrical connector 4, so as to assist the relative position separation between the battery pack 2 and the bracket 3 by the pushing force.
It should be specifically noted that, in the electrical connector 4 for the vehicle-mounted battery, the connection between the battery-end electrical connector 41 and the vehicle-end electrical connector 42 is usually tight, so when the battery pack 2 is mounted or dismounted, the battery pack 2 needs to be inserted into or pulled out of the bracket 3 by using an external power exchanging device, and during the process, the main resistance to be overcome is the insertion and extraction force on the electrical connector 4. The locking mechanism 1 can physically lock or unlock the battery pack 2 relative to the bracket 3 by rotation, and can apply corresponding pushing force or pulling force to the battery pack 2 by rotation to overcome the plugging force of the electric connector 4, thereby achieving the purpose of quickly disassembling and assembling the battery pack 2.
Meanwhile, the locking mechanism 1 is arranged on the contact surface of the battery pack 2 and the bracket 3, so that the acting force applied to the battery pack 2 by the locking mechanism 1 can be directly transmitted to the electric connector 4 on the contact surface, and the situation that the shell of the battery pack 2 is deformed due to overlarge or uneven stress when the battery pack 2 is plugged and pulled out of the traditional external battery replacement equipment is avoided.
The rotary insert 11 includes an insert head 111 and a driving part 112, the driving part 112 is connected to the insert head 111, and the driving part 112 is used for driving the insert head 111 to rotate.
The position-limiting member 12 has a receiving cavity 121a, and the plug-in head 111 of the rotary plug-in 11 enters or leaves the receiving cavity 121a in a rotary manner under the driving of the driving portion 112. When locking is required, the plug-in head 111 rotates clockwise to enter the accommodating cavity 121a, and then the plug-in head 111 abuts against the inner wall of the accommodating cavity 121a to realize physical limitation of the accommodating cavity 121a relative to the rotating plug-in 11.
Specifically, the plug-in unit head 111 includes two parts, i.e., a lock 111a and a lock rotating shaft 111b, the lock rotating shaft 111b is disposed on the bracket 3, the lock 111a is connected to the lock rotating shaft 111b, the lock 111a is a part of the plug-in unit head 111 directly entering the accommodating cavity 121a, the driving unit 112 is connected to the lock rotating shaft 111b, and the lock 111a is driven to turn up and down along the axis of the lock rotating shaft 111b, so as to achieve the purpose of linkage rotation.
As shown in fig. 3, the locking shaft 111b is coupled to a middle portion of the locking head 111a, and the locking head 111a includes a first insertion portion at an upper portion and a second insertion portion at a lower portion. As shown in fig. 7, the first insertion portion rotates in the battery pack direction to pass through the opening 121b and the receiving cavity 121a in the stopper 12. And then rotated again to rotate the first insertion portion in a direction away from the battery pack, so that the first insertion portion is limited by the limiting member 12, and similarly, the limiting member 12 includes a first insertion portion located at an end of the opening 121a and having a locking function for locking the locking head 111 a.
Meanwhile, the stopper 12 includes a stopper portion 121, and the stopper portion 121 has an opening 121b and the receiving cavity 121a, the opening 121b is disposed at a lower position of the receiving cavity 121a along a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the electrical connector 4, and the opening 121b is used for the insertion head 111 to enter and exit the receiving cavity 121a in an inverted manner. Further, when the insert head 111 is turned inside the housing cavity 121a, the insert head 111 can apply a pushing or pulling force to the wall surface of the housing cavity 121a to achieve a pushing or pulling action of the battery pack 2 within a specified forming range by the turning motion while locking and unlocking.
The present invention also provides a method of mounting the battery pack 2 on the bracket 3. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, which are schematic flow charts of the present embodiment, the locking mechanism 1 is driven to rotate, so that the rotating plug-in 11 moves relative to the limiting member 12 to lock the battery pack 2 on the bracket 3. Specifically, the locking process of the locking mechanism 1 includes two steps S11 and S12: first, in step S1, the battery pack 2 needs to be placed at a preset position of the bracket 3 by an external power exchanging device, which is actually a position 10cm away from the contact surfaces of the battery pack 2 and the bracket 3 in the present embodiment, that is, a position where the battery-end electrical connector 41 and the vehicle-end electrical connector 42 are close to but plugged. Meanwhile, the locking head 111a of the rotating plug-in 11 is driven to rotate in the counterclockwise direction (i.e., the first direction C) to avoid the locking head 111a from interfering with the limiting part 121 of the limiting member 12, and at the same time, the locking head 111a is rotated to the position of the opening 121b of the limiting part 121.
Thereafter, in step S12, the tapered end 111a of the rotary insert 11 is driven to rotate in the clockwise direction (i.e., the second direction D), so that the tapered end 111a enters the accommodating chamber 121a from the opening 121b and finally abuts against the inner wall surface of the accommodating chamber 121 a. On the basis, by further rotating the locking head 111a, the locking head 111a applies a pushing force to the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 121a, so that the locking mechanism 1 applies a pulling force to the locking area of the battery pack 2 through the transmission of the force, the battery pack 2 is driven to move towards the direction close to the bracket 3, the contact surfaces of the battery pack 2 and the bracket are in contact, and the battery-end electrical connector 41 and the vehicle-end electrical connector 42 are connected. Or, in the process that the locking head 111a rotates in the clockwise direction (i.e., the second direction D), the battery pack can be pushed towards the bracket by an external force, so that the locking head 111a does not apply a force to the accommodating cavity 121a in the rotating process.
In addition, the method for installing the battery pack 2 on the bracket 3 may further include step S10, where in step S10, before the external battery replacement device pushes the battery pack 2 horizontally to the predetermined position of the bracket 3, the battery pack 2 is placed on the lifting bracket 3, and the lifting bracket 3 is controlled to lift the battery pack 2 to the height of the installation position.
In the present embodiment, the locking mechanism 1 acts on the locking area of the battery pack 2 to make the moving stroke match with the plugging stroke of the electrical connector 4, where the stroke match specifically refers to: when the locking mechanism 1 locks the battery pack 2 in place, the electrical connector 4 is plugged, so that before this, the battery pack 2 must be pushed horizontally by an external battery replacement device to a predetermined position of the bracket 3, so that the locking mechanism 1 can function
In order to enable the battery replacing device to accurately place the battery pack 2 at the preset position, a sensor is further arranged at the preset position of the bracket 3, and when the battery reaches the preset position, the sensor sends an in-place signal to stop the battery replacing device and enable the locking mechanism 1 to start working.
Preferably, a position sensor (not shown) is further provided on the bracket 3, and the position sensor is used for detecting and controlling the rotation angle of the locking mechanism 1 so as to stop the rotation when the lock head 111a of the locking mechanism 1 rotates to a specific position, thereby realizing the function of position locking. In addition, in order to avoid the failure of the in-place sensor or the excessive rotation angle of the lock 111a of the locking mechanism 1, a limiting mechanism for limiting rotation should be arranged on the bracket 3, and the mechanism can be a stopper to achieve the purpose of physical limiting, so that the rotation angle of the lock 111a of the rotation limiting mechanism is not too large, and the damage of the locking area of the battery pack 2 and the deformation of the casing of the battery pack 2 are avoided.
In addition, the invention also provides a method for disassembling the battery pack 2 relative to the bracket 3. The method is used for detaching the battery pack 2 mounted on the bracket 3 from the bracket 3. Fig. 8 and 9 are schematic diagrams illustrating a process of driving the locking mechanism 1 to rotate to move the rotating plug 11 relative to the limiting member 12 to unlock the battery pack 2 relative to the bracket 3 according to the present embodiment. Similar to the method for mounting the battery pack 2 on the bracket 3, in the unlocking method, the locking mechanism 1 applies a pushing force to the locking area of the battery pack 2 during unlocking, so as to synchronously achieve the purpose of separation between the battery-end electrical connector 41 and the vehicle-end electrical connector 42.
Specifically, the unlocking process of the locking mechanism 1 includes two steps S21 and S22: first, in step S21, the lock cylinder 111a of the lock mechanism 1 needs to be driven to rotate in the counterclockwise direction (the first direction C) to move the lock cylinder 111a toward the opening 121b, in which process the lock cylinder 111a abuts against the inner wall surface of the accommodation chamber 121 a. On the basis, by further rotating the locking head 111a, the locking head 111a applies a pushing force to the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 121a, so that the locking mechanism 1 applies a pushing force to the locking area of the battery pack 2 through the transmission of the force, the battery pack 2 is driven to move in a direction away from the bracket 3, and further, the contact surfaces of the battery pack 2 and the bracket are separated, and the battery end electrical connector 41 and the vehicle end electrical connector 42 are separated. Meanwhile, in the process that the locking head 111a pushes the battery pack 2 to move through rotation, after the battery pack 2 is displaced, the locking head 111a can leave the accommodating cavity 121a from the opening 121b, after the locking mechanism 1 leaves the accommodating cavity 121a, the pushing force applied to the locking area is stopped, and the locking mechanism 1 also enables the battery pack 2 to be unlocked relative to the bracket 3. Specifically, when the locking mechanism 1 stops pushing the battery pack 2 to stop the movement of the battery pack 2, the position of the battery pack 2 on the bracket 3 should be at a predetermined position. Or the battery pack 2 is pulled away from the bracket 3 by an external force during the counterclockwise rotation of the locking head 111a, i.e. the locking mechanism 1 does not apply a force to the battery pack 2 during the rotation.
Thereafter, in step S22, the lock mechanism 1 is driven to rotate clockwise (second direction D) so that the lock head 111a of the lock mechanism 1 is disengaged from the lock area of the battery pack 2 located at the preset position of the tray 3. Meanwhile, the external battery replacement device should take out the battery pack 2 from the predetermined position of the bracket 3. The purpose of disassembling the battery pack 2 is achieved.
Similarly to the above-mentioned method for mounting the battery pack 2, the method for dismounting the battery pack 2 may further include step S23, where the step S23 is to place the battery pack 2 on the lifting bracket 3 after the external power exchanging device takes out the battery pack 2 from the predetermined position of the bracket 3, and control the lifting bracket 3 to lower the height of the battery pack 2 from the mounting position, so as to achieve the purpose of recycling the battery pack 2.
In addition, the in-position sensor and the rotation limiting mechanism which function in the method of mounting the battery pack 2 can also function in the same manner in the method of dismounting the battery pack 2, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
In this embodiment, the locking mechanism 1 can pull the battery pack 2 to displace and perform the locking process after the battery pack 2 is placed at the predetermined position of the bracket 3 by an external battery replacement device. The battery replacement equipment is an existing product, and therefore specific structures and principles of the battery replacement equipment are not described in detail.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the single rotating plug 11 includes two locking heads 111a, the two locking heads 111a are respectively disposed at both ends of the locking head rotating shaft 111b, and correspondingly, the number of the limiting members 12 is the same as that of the locking heads 111a, and are disposed in one-to-one correspondence to improve the fixing firmness of the locking mechanism 1 by means of respective locking. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 3, two sets of relatively independent locking mechanisms 1 are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the bracket 3 to jointly fix the battery pack 2 and apply a force to the electrical connector 4 located between the two sets of locking mechanisms 1.
As shown in fig. 10, the driving portion 112 includes a link mechanism 112a, and the link mechanism 112a drives the lock rotation shaft 111b to rotate through a lever motion, so as to turn over the lock 111a, wherein, as for the specific principle of the link mechanism 112a, it belongs to the category of the prior art, and therefore, it is not described herein again. Here, since the rotary insert 11 in the present embodiment is provided on the bracket 3, the link mechanism 112a is provided at the lower surface position of the bracket 3, and the rotation fulcrum 112b of the link mechanism 112a is positioned at the battery support beam 31 in the lower half of the bracket 3 and below the battery pack 2.
A limiting device 32 is arranged on the surface of the battery support beam 31, and the limiting device 32 is used for limiting the lever movement of the link mechanism 112a so as to play a role when the lever movement of the link mechanism 112a needs to be stopped to realize the locking of the battery pack 2 by the locking mechanism 1. In this embodiment, the limiting device 32 is configured to limit by using a pin positioning manner, and when the link mechanism 112a drives the lock head 111a to move to a position where the battery pack 2 is locked on the bracket 3, the lever of the link mechanism 112a is locked at a specific position of the battery support beam 31 by using the positioning pin, so that the lever movement of the link mechanism 112a is locked in a relatively simple manner.
The fixing system of the battery pack 2 further comprises a positioning pin plugging mechanism (not shown in the figure), which is used for plugging the positioning pin out of the connecting rod mechanism 112a and the battery support beam 31 to achieve the purpose of contact locking.
In addition, the present embodiment provides a simpler implementation manner as to how the link mechanism 112a of the locking mechanism 1 generates the lever motion to turn the locking head 111 a.
In this embodiment, the driving portion 112 further includes a lifting machine 6, the lifting machine 6 is disposed below the bracket 3, and during the process of upward pushing of the lifting machine 6, the lifting plane 61 pushes the lower surface of the link mechanism 112a along the vertical direction, so that the link mechanism 112a is turned over relative to the rotation fulcrum 112b thereof, and under the effect of the turning motion, the link mechanism 112a further drives the lock head 111a to rotate along the first direction C or the second direction D, thereby achieving the purposes of unlocking and locking.
In order to rotate the lock head 111a in the first direction C or the second direction D, if the link mechanism 112a is pushed to rotate by abutting against the lower surface of the link mechanism 112a, the lift 6 and the link mechanism 112a must be located on two sides of the rotation pivot 112b, respectively, in this case, the movable lifting pad 7 may be disposed on the lifting plane 61 of the lift 6, and the acting point of the lift 6 on the lower surface of the link mechanism 112a is changed by moving the lifting pad 7, so as to rotate the lock head 111a in the first direction C or the second direction D.
Of course, in other embodiments, the lifting machine 6 can also be kept at the same position connected to the link mechanism 112a, so as to achieve the purpose of driving the lock head 111a to rotate along the first direction C or the second direction D by applying a pushing force upwards or a pulling force downwards respectively. In addition, preferably, the positioning pin inserting and extracting mechanism may also be disposed on the lifting plane 61 of the lifter 6 to drive the positioning pin inserting and extracting mechanism to be close to the link mechanism 112a and the positioning pin while the lifter 6 is operating.
While specific embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that this is by way of example only, and that the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims. Various changes or modifications to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle and spirit of this invention, and these changes and modifications are within the scope of this invention.
