The locking mechanism 100 for the battery pack quick-change device 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in fig. 1, the battery pack quick-change device 1000 may include a frame body 200 and a locking mechanism 100, and the locking mechanism 100 may be disposed on an inner side surface of the frame body 200.
The following first describes the lock mechanism 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention in detail.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a locking mechanism 100 according to some embodiments of the present invention may include: a plurality of locking blocks 10, a plurality of locking pins 20, and a linkage structure 30.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the locking block 10 is provided with a locking groove 11, and a battery pack mounting post (not shown) provided on the battery pack can be fitted in the locking groove 11. The plurality of lock pins 20 correspond to the plurality of lock blocks 10, that is, the number of the lock pins 20 and the number of the lock blocks 10 are the same, for example, referring to the example of fig. 2, 3 lock pins 20 and 3 lock blocks 10 are provided, but not limited thereto.
At least a portion of the lock pin 20 is located in the lock groove 11 of the corresponding lock block 10, and in the example of fig. 2 and 3, the lock pin 20 is partially located in the lock groove 11 and partially extends from the lock groove 11. The linkage structure 30 is connected to the plurality of lock pins 20, and the linkage structure 30 is configured to drive the plurality of lock pins 20 to synchronously operate so that each lock pin 20 can open or close the corresponding lock slot 11, in other words, the linkage structure 30 drives the plurality of lock pins 20 to synchronously open or close the corresponding lock slot 11, so that switching of states of the plurality of lock slots 11 can be realized by operating one linkage structure 30, that is, according to the lock mechanism 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of lock pins 20 are operated by one linkage structure 30, so that the structure and the occupied volume of the lock mechanism 100 can be greatly simplified, and the operation is convenient.
The battery pack quick-change device 1000 may be applied to a vehicle (e.g., an electric vehicle), the battery pack quick-change device 1000 may be used to quickly change the battery pack 400, and the locking mechanism 100 may lock the battery pack 400 to mount the battery pack 400 on the battery pack quick-change device 1000 so that the battery pack 400 may serve as a power source of the vehicle. As mentioned above, the battery pack 400 is provided with the battery pack mounting post (not shown), and the locking mechanism 100 achieves the limiting by locking the battery pack mounting post, that is, limiting the battery pack mounting post in the locking groove 20 through the locking pin 20, so that the battery pack 400 can be mounted on the quick battery pack replacement device 1000.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the linkage structure 30 may be configured to pivot the plurality of locking pins 20 about the respective pivot axis of each locking pin 20. That is, when the linkage structure 30 carries the plurality of lock pins 20 to perform the pivotal movement about the respective pivot axes, the lock pins 20 may open or close the corresponding lock grooves 11.
When the linkage structure 30 drives the lock pin 20 to open the lock slot 11, the battery pack mounting post can enter the lock slot 11 or be separated from the lock slot 11. As shown in fig. 4, when the interlocking structure 30 drives the locking pin 20 to close the locking groove 11, the locking pin 20 may limit the battery pack mounting post in the locking groove 11, so that the battery pack 400 is mounted on the battery pack quick-change device 1000. When the battery pack mounting post enters the locking groove 11, the locking pin 20 can start to close the locking groove 11, so that the locking process of the locking mechanism 100 can be rapid.
It should be noted that the portion of the lock pin 20 that opens or closes the lock slot 11 may be a portion that extends into the lock slot 11, and specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the lock pin 20 has a lock tongue portion 23, and the lock tongue portion 23 pivots about a pivot axis along with the lock pin 20 to open or close the corresponding lock slot 11. The locking tongue portion 23 is provided at the locking groove 11, and after the battery pack mounting post is inserted into the locking groove 11, the locking tongue portion 23 closes the locking groove 11 to mount the battery pack 400 on the battery pack quick-change device 1000.
As described above, the linkage structure 30 is connected to the plurality of locking pins 20, so that the linkage structure 30 drives the plurality of locking pins 20 to close or open the corresponding locking slots 11 at the same time, that is, the locking mechanism 100 can lock a plurality of battery pack mounting posts at the same time, which can make the battery pack 400 mounted on the battery pack quick-change device 1000 reliably.
Similarly, when the battery pack 400 is replaced by the battery pack quick-change device 1000 (i.e., the locking mechanism 100 unlocks the battery pack 400), the linkage structure 30 drives the locking pin 20 to open the locking groove 11, and the battery pack mounting post can be disengaged from the locking groove 11, so that the battery pack 400 can be detached from the battery pack quick-change device 1000. Thus, the battery pack 400 is simply disassembled.
According to the locking mechanism 100 for the battery pack quick-change device 1000, the linkage structure 30 is arranged, so that the locking grooves 11 corresponding to the locking pins 20 can be closed or opened at the same time, the locking mechanism 100 can lock a plurality of battery pack mounting columns at the same time, and the battery pack 400 can be reliably mounted on the battery pack quick-change device 1000. Moreover, the locking mechanism 100 is simple in structure and the locking process is rapid.
In some examples of the invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the locking mechanism 100 may further include: and the lock pin pivoting structures 21 are arranged on each locking block 10, and the lock pin 20 is rotatably sleeved on the corresponding lock pin pivoting structure 21, wherein the central axis of the lock pin pivoting structure 21 forms the pivot axis. In other words, when the lock pin 20 opens or closes the lock groove 11, the lock pin 20 performs a pivotal movement about a central axis (i.e., a pivot axis) of the lock pin pivot structure 21. Alternatively, the pin pivot structure 21 may be a rivet that mounts one end of the pin 20 to the lock block 10, and the pin 20 may perform a pivotal motion about the center axis of the rivet. Thus, the locking mechanism 100 is simple in structure, and the lock pin 20 and the lock block 10 are reliably connected.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the locking mechanism 100 may further include: the locking mechanism comprises a plurality of locking pin connecting structures 22, a plurality of locking pin connecting structures 22 correspond to the plurality of locking pins 20 respectively, and each locking pin 20 is connected to a linkage structure 30 through the corresponding locking pin connecting structure 22, so that the linkage structure 30 drives the locking pin 20 to pivot around a pivot axis through the locking pin connecting structures 22. Alternatively, the pin connection 22 may be a rivet that attaches the other end of the pin 20 to the linkage 30, wherein the pin 20 is rotationally movable relative to the linkage 30. Thus, the locking mechanism 100 is simple in structure, and the lock pin 20 and the linkage structure 30 are reliably connected.
Further, the locking piece 10 may be provided with a locking pin receiving groove (not shown) in which a portion of the locking pin 20 is disposed and another portion of the locking pin 20 extends upwardly therefrom, and the upwardly extending portion of the locking pin 20 may be connected to the linkage structure 30 via the locking pin connection structure 22. It will be appreciated that the locking pin 20 may be coupled to the linkage 30 through a locking pin receiving slot. By providing a locking pin receiving slot, rotation of the locking pin 20 about its pivot axis may be facilitated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the locking block 10 may further include an entrance section 12, the entrance section 12 communicates with the locking groove 11, the locking pin 20 has a locking tongue portion 23, the locking tongue portion 23 is disposed at an interface between the locking groove 11 and the entrance section 12, and the locking tongue portion 23 is used for opening or closing the locking groove 11. In other words, the locking tongue portion 23 of the locking pin 20 can communicate the locking groove 11 with the entry section 12 and disconnect the entry section 12 from the locking groove 11. When the locking tongue portion 23 opens the locking groove 11, the battery pack mounting post can enter the locking groove 11 through the entrance section 12, and when the locking tongue portion 23 closes the locking groove 11, the battery pack mounting post is limited in the locking groove 11.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the locking groove 11 and the inducer 12 are configured in an inverted "L" shaped groove structure, and the inducer 12 is connected below one side of the locking groove 11 and is open downward. It can be understood that the inlet section 12 opened downward can facilitate the battery pack mounting post to enter the inlet section 12 from below and enter the locking groove 11, and can facilitate the battery pack mounting post to disengage from the locking groove 11 and the inlet section 12, that is, the inlet section 12 opened downward can facilitate the installation and disassembly of the battery pack 400, can improve the efficiency of the installation and disassembly of the battery pack 400 of the battery pack quick-change device 1000, improve the performance of the vehicle, and improve the user experience.
It should be noted that the locking groove 11 and the inlet section 12 may be defined by the structure of the locking block 10, and alternatively, the locking block 10 may be an integral member. Thus, the locking block 10 is simple and reliable in structure and low in manufacturing cost. And the locking block 10 may be fixedly coupled to the bezel body 200 by a rivet. The number of rivets can be set according to actual production and installation needs.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the width at the lower end opening of inducer 12 may be greater than the width of the remainder of inducer 12. Therefore, the width of the lower end opening of the inlet section 12 can be larger than the width of the upper end opening of the inlet section 12, when the battery pack 400 is installed on the battery pack quick-change device 1000, the inlet section 12 with the larger width of the lower end opening can play a role in guiding the battery pack mounting column, so that the battery pack mounting column can conveniently enter the inlet section 12, the time for the battery pack mounting column to enter the locking groove 11 can be shortened, and the installation efficiency of the battery pack quick-change device 1000 is improved. In particular, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the two side walls of the locking block 10 constituting the inducer 12 may be distributed substantially in a "splay" shape.
In some specific examples of the present invention, the buffer structure 40 may be provided on at least a portion of the groove wall of the locking groove 11. Here, the buffer structure 40 may be optionally disposed on a groove wall of the latching groove 11 corresponding to the latching tongue portion 23, but is not limited thereto, and the buffer structure 40 may also be disposed on a groove wall of the latching groove 11 adjacent to the latching tongue portion 23. It should be noted that, during the running of the vehicle, the battery pack mounting post moves in the locking groove 11 due to the operation (such as acceleration or deceleration) of the driver or the road surface, and the battery pack mounting post collides with and rubs against the side wall of the locking groove 11. Through setting up buffer structure 40, can alleviate collision and the friction between the cell wall of battery package erection column and locking groove 11 in the vehicle motion process, reduce the impaired degree of battery package erection column and locking piece 10 to can prolong the life of locking piece 10 and the life of battery package erection column. Preferably, the buffering structure 40 may be a rubber pad, but is not limited thereto.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the locking mechanism 100 may further include: a contact block 50, the contact block 50 being disposed on the linkage structure 30, wherein a quick-change device (not shown) is adapted to drive the linkage structure 30 via the contact block 50 to move the plurality of locking pins 20 synchronously. The quick-change device can transport the battery pack 400 to be installed to the battery pack quick-change device 1000, wherein a telescopic structure for driving the contact block 50 can be arranged on the quick-change device.
When the battery pack 400 is installed, the quick-change device drives the battery pack 400 to move from bottom to top and gradually approach the quick-change device 1000 for the battery pack, when the mounting post for the battery pack enters the inlet section 12 or approaches the locking tongue portion 23 of the locking pin 20, the telescopic structure on the quick-change device can drive the linkage structure 30 to move upwards, so that the linkage structure 30 can drive the locking pins 20 to pivot in the positive direction around respective pivot axes (the pivot direction of the locking pin 20 is set to be the positive direction when the locking pin 20 opens the locking groove 11), the locking pin 20 opens the corresponding locking groove 11, the mounting post for the battery pack enters the corresponding locking groove 11, and the mounting post for the battery pack can move from back to front in the locking groove 11. When the battery pack mounting post enters the locking groove 11 and contacts the buffer structure 40, the telescopic structure of the quick-change device can be retracted downwards, that is, the telescopic structure no longer abuts against the contact block 50, so that the contact block 50 and the linkage structure 30 can drive the plurality of lock pins 20 to pivot in opposite directions around the respective pivot axes (the pivot direction of the lock pins 20 is set to be opposite when the lock pins 20 close the locking groove 11), and the latch parts 23 of the lock pins 20 close the locking groove 11 to limit the battery pack mounting post in the locking groove 11, so that the process of mounting the battery pack 400 on the battery pack quick-change device 1000 can be completed.
Optionally, the contact block 50 and the linkage structure 30 may be separate structures, and the contact block 50 may be integrally disposed below the linkage structure 30 and may be located between the two locking blocks 10, so that the space occupied by the locking mechanism 100 in the battery pack 400 may be reduced, and the space utilization rate of the battery pack quick-change device 1000 may be improved. Wherein, optionally, the height of the contact block 50 may be less than or equal to the height of the locking block 10, so that the arrangement of the contact block 50 may be facilitated, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Therefore, by arranging the contact block 50, the process that the battery pack mounting post pushes the unlocking pin 20 to enter the locking groove 11 can be omitted, namely, the battery pack mounting post can enter the locking groove 11 without contacting with the locking tongue part 23 of the locking pin 20, so that the mounting difficulty of the battery pack 400 can be reduced, the efficiency of the battery pack 400 mounted by the battery pack quick-change device 1000 can be improved, and the service lives of the battery pack mounting post and the locking pin 20 can be prolonged.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the linkage structure 30 may be configured as an elongated linkage bar. Thereby. The plurality of locking pins 20 and the plurality of locking blocks 10 may be spaced apart in the length direction of the elongated linkage. Alternatively, the linkage bar may be located above a plurality of the locking blocks 10. When the lock pin 20 closes the lock groove 11, the lock pin 20 can quickly close the lock groove 11 under the gravity of the lock pin 20 and the linkage rod, so that the locking process of the locking mechanism 100 can be quickly performed. And after the lockpin 20 closes the locking groove 11, the gangbar is stopped and is supported on the upper surfaces of the plurality of locking blocks 10, so that the lockpin 20 can be prevented from being jacked open by the battery pack mounting column to open the locking groove 11 to at least a certain extent, and the locking reliability of the locking mechanism 100 can be improved.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 2, the latch block 10 may have a thickness H1 of 10mm to 15 mm. Preferably, the thickness H1 of the locking block 10 may be 15 mm. Therefore, when the locking mechanism 100 is mounted on the inner surface of the bezel body 200, the occupied space is small, so that the requirement of maximizing the design of the battery pack 400 can be ensured, and the driving range of the vehicle can be maximally extended.
Optionally, the locking mechanism 100 is configured to be mounted on the frame body 200 of the quick-change device, and the gap between the linkage structure 30 and the frame body 200 is 2mm to 3 mm. Therefore, the linkage structure 30 can be effectively prevented from contacting the frame body 200, so that the linkage structure 30 can move freely, and the locking mechanism 100 is locked reliably. Preferably, the gap between the linkage structure 30 and the bezel body 200 may be 2.4 mm.
The quick-change device 1000 for battery pack according to the embodiment of the invention comprises: a bezel body 200 and the locking mechanism 100 of the above embodiment. The locking mechanism 100 is mounted on the bezel body 200. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the bezel body 200 may be a rectangular bezel, two sets of locking mechanisms 100 may be provided, and the two sets of locking mechanisms 100 are respectively disposed on opposite inner sides of two long sides of the rectangular bezel (i.e., sides of the bezel body 200 shown in fig. 1 in the front-rear direction). By providing two locking mechanisms 100, the installation reliability of the battery pack 400 on the battery pack quick-change device 1000 can be ensured.
Wherein, optionally, two locking mechanisms 100 may be symmetrically disposed on two long sides of the bezel body 200. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the two locking mechanisms 100 may be disposed on the two long sides of the bezel body 200 in a staggered manner, that is, the two locking mechanisms 100 may be disposed at a distance from each other in the front-rear direction shown in fig. 1.
According to the battery pack quick-change device 1000 of the embodiment of the invention, the locking mechanism 100 for the battery pack quick-change device 1000 of the embodiment is included, the battery pack quick-change device 1000 has high efficiency in mounting and dismounting the battery pack 400, and the reliability of mounting the battery pack 400 is high. In addition, the battery pack quick-change device 1000 is simple in structure.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, a supporting block 300 may be further disposed on the inner side of the rectangular frame, and the configuration of the supporting block 300 may be the same as that of the locking block 10. The battery pack 400 may be provided with battery pack mounting posts corresponding to the support blocks one by one, and when the battery pack 400 is mounted, the plurality of battery pack mounting posts respectively enter the locking grooves 11 of the corresponding locking blocks 10 or the grooves of the corresponding support blocks 300. Therefore, the supporting block 300 can play a role in assisting installation, so that the installation efficiency of the battery pack 400 on the battery pack quick-change device 1000 is improved, and the installation reliability of the battery pack 400 on the battery pack quick-change device 1000 is improved.
The vehicle according to the embodiment of the invention comprises the battery pack quick-change device 1000 of the embodiment. The battery pack 400 of the vehicle with the battery pack quick-change device 1000 of the embodiment is reliably installed, and is high in installation and disassembly efficiency, so that the service performance of the vehicle can be improved, and the use experience of a user can be improved.
