As shown in fig. 11, in the second state, the lock shaft 103 is not pushed into the lock groove 156, and the lock release mechanism 121 is in the unlocked state. The connecting member 131 is lifted up to lift the left end of the locking piece 123. The locking member 123 rotates clockwise about the first pivot point 128, so that the protrusion 127 moves from the right side to the left side above the lock groove 156, the passage opening 157 on the right side above the lock groove 156 is opened, and the first recess 125 clears the passage opening 157, so that the lock shaft 103 is not interfered by the locking member 123 during entering the lock groove 156. At this time, the lock shaft 103 may enter the passage opening 157 along the inclined guide surface 155 located at the right of the lock groove 156 in fig. 11, and enter the lock groove 156 through the passage opening 157.
As shown in fig. 12, in the third state, the lock shaft 103 is pushed in but has not yet entered the lock groove 156, and the lock release mechanism 121 is in the unlocked state. The lock shaft 103 enters the passage opening 157, the lock shaft 103 cannot enter the left space above the lock groove 156 due to the blocking of the protrusion 127, and the first recess 125 moves above the lock groove 156, further opening the passage opening 157 on the right above the lock groove 156. As the battery pack 101 is pushed into the battery pack holder 111, the lock shaft 103 abuts against the first recess 125. When the lock shaft 103 reaches above the lock groove 156, the rear wall 1011 of the battery pack 101 for mounting the lock shaft 103 abuts against the outer wall 1541 of the lock holder 154, and the outer wall 1541 of the lock holder 154 faces the battery pack 101.
In the fourth state, as shown in fig. 13, the lock shaft 103 enters the lock groove 156, and the lock release mechanism 121 is in the locked state. At this time, the battery pack 101 moves downward by gravity with respect to the battery pack 101 of fig. 12, so that the lock shaft 103 moves from above to below and falls into the lock groove 156. Then, as the link member 131 moves downward, the locker 123 moves counterclockwise about the first pivot point 128, so that the protrusion 127 moves rightward, moving to the right above the lock groove 156, to block the passage opening 157, and the lock shaft 103 is locked in the space between the second groove portion of the locker 123 and the lock groove 156.
Fig. 10-13 illustrate four states of the battery pack 101 locked to the battery pack holder 111. The sequence in which the battery pack 101 is unlocked relative to the battery pack cradle 111 is the reverse sequence shown in fig. 10-13.
As shown in fig. 13, when the lock shaft 103 of the battery pack 101 is located at the lock position in the lock groove 156, the axial center of the rotation shaft 158 is horizontally distanced L from the center of the battery pack 1011Is greater than the horizontal distance L from the center of the lock shaft 103 to the center of the battery pack 1012. Thus, when the lock shaft 103 moves upward due to vibration or unexpected movement of the battery pack 101 in the locked state, the lock shaft 103 causes the locking member 123 to move counterclockwise since the horizontal distance from the axis of the rotating shaft 158 to the center of the battery pack 101 is greater than the horizontal distance from the center of the lock shaft 103 to the center of the battery pack 101, that is, the center of the lock shaft 103 is located rightward from the axis of the rotating shaft 158, but the stopper portion at the left end of the locking member 123 is located at the position corresponding to the position of the lock shaft 103, and the lock shaft 103 causes the locking member 123 to move counterclockwise130 abut against the inner wall of the through hole 153 so that the locking member 123 cannot move counterclockwise, and thus the lock shaft 103 is not released from the lock groove 156 but is stably locked in the lock groove 156.
This release mechanism 121 drives the hasp piece 123 pivot through connecting piece 131 and can realize the unblock and the locking of battery package 101, and its simple structure, convenient operation can install battery package 101 in the bracket simply conveniently through this release mechanism 121.
The present embodiment also provides a locking method of the battery pack 101. The locking method of the battery pack 101 uses the unlocking mechanism 121 as described above, and includes the steps of:
controlling the battery pack 101 to enter the battery pack holder 111 in the left-right direction (Y direction);
the drive catch member 123 pivots in a counterclockwise direction about the pivot point.
The embodiment also provides an unlocking method of the battery pack 101, the unlocking method uses the above unlocking mechanism 121, and the unlocking method includes the following steps:
the control link 131 moves to drive the locking member 123 to pivot in the clockwise direction around the pivot point;
the battery pack 101 is pulled out of the battery pack holder 111.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the "battery pack 101" in the present application does not refer to a pack-shaped battery, and may be a box-shaped or box-shaped battery pack, and the "battery pack 101" may not only be a collection of battery cells, but also be equipped with other necessary components such as the above-mentioned lock column or cooling unit, buffer unit, and the like.

Claims (14)

1. An unlocking mechanism for a battery pack, comprising: a locking fastener and a connecting piece;
the locking member is pivotally connected at its pivot point to the battery pack bracket, the first end of the connecting member is pivotally connected to one end of the locking member, the second end of the connecting member extends toward the bottom surface of the battery pack bracket,
the connecting piece drives the locking piece to rotate around the pivot point along a first direction under the action of external force so as to unlock the battery pack, and the connecting piece drives the locking piece to rotate around the pivot point along a second direction opposite to the first direction under the action of no external force so as to lock the battery pack.
2. The battery pack unlocking mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the locking member is attached to a mounting portion of the battery pack bracket, the mounting portion having a first surface facing the battery pack, the first surface being provided with an electrical connector.
3. The battery pack unlocking mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the locking member rotates in a plane perpendicular to the first surface.

The battery pack unlocking mechanism according to claim 3, wherein a through hole is provided in the mounting portion, the locking member is inserted into the through hole, the pivot point is provided in the through hole, and the pivot point is provided with a rotating shaft fixed in the through hole.

The battery pack unlocking mechanism according to claim 4, wherein the mounting portion is provided with a lock holder, the lock holder is provided with a lock groove for locking the battery pack lock shaft, the lock catch member is provided above the lock groove, and when the battery pack lock shaft is located at the lock position in the lock groove, the horizontal distance from the axis of the rotating shaft to the center of the battery pack is greater than the horizontal distance from the center of the lock shaft to the center of the battery pack.
6. The battery pack unlocking mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the connecting member includes a first link and a second link;
one end of the first connecting rod is pivotally connected to the driving end of the lock catch piece;
the other end of the first connecting rod is connected to the second connecting rod, and the second connecting rod is used for driving the first connecting rod to move under the action of external force.
7. The battery pack unlocking mechanism according to claim 6, wherein the first link is rotatably connected to the locking member.
8. The battery pack unlocking mechanism according to claim 6, wherein the second link has a bent portion toward the bottom of the bracket.

The battery pack unlocking mechanism according to claim 8, wherein the second link includes first and second horizontal portions extending horizontally, and a connecting portion, the first horizontal portion being connected to an upper end of the connecting portion and the first link, respectively, and the second horizontal portion being connected to a lower end of the connecting portion.
10. The battery pack unlocking mechanism according to claim 6, wherein the second link extends toward a middle portion of the battery pack bracket.
11. The battery pack unlocking mechanism according to claim 6, wherein the second link extends toward both sides of the battery pack bracket.
12. A locking mechanism for a battery pack, the locking mechanism being provided on a battery pack holder, wherein the locking mechanism cooperates with an unlocking mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 11 to lock or unlock the battery pack;
the locking mechanism comprises a locking groove for allowing a battery pack locking shaft to enter and lock along a Y direction, the locking piece is arranged above the locking groove, and the locking piece rotates around a pivot point along an X direction to open or close an opening of the locking groove so as to unlock or lock the battery pack;
wherein the X direction and the Y direction are perpendicular to each other.
13. A locking method of a battery pack using the unlocking mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 11, comprising the steps of:
controlling the battery pack to enter the battery pack bracket along the Y direction;
the drive latch pivots about the pivot point in a second direction.
