本发明提供一种治疗糖尿病的基于三七花提取皂苷复合物的制备方法,涉及中药制备领域。其原材料包括三七花,鬼箭羽,姜黄,余甘子,黄连,天花粉,黄芪,将三七花研磨成粉状,混合的提取液升温进行加热煮沸,随后静置冷却至室温后进行高压提取随后进行解析干燥得到三七总皂苷,将其与药物进行混合、减压浓缩离心沉淀后,与姜黄、余甘子和黄芪进行打粉混合,搅拌加热后浓缩干燥粉碎即得;通过该方法制出的试药具有良好的降低血糖作用,且制药过程简单严谨,药材中多为有益中药,对人体无任何副作用,对血糖的抑制具有更好的持续性,更好的满足糖尿病患者的使用需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药制备领域,具体为一种治疗糖尿病的基于三七花提取皂苷复合物的制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病被世界卫生组织列为“世界难题之一”。糖尿病的原因,早在公元二世纪的圣医张仲景就早有定论。在古代这个病症完全属于疑难杂症,糖尿病本身虽然不会命,可对人体的危害却是非常大的,它可以引起一连串的并发症,造成人体诸多脏器损害,比如危害肝脏、肾脏、胃等主要人体器。
现有的治疗方法主要采用胰岛素来控制血糖,或者服用拜糖平或二甲双弧等药物来控制血糖,可长期使用胰岛素不但会产生依赖性,还会出现水肿、肝脏功能减弱等等副作用,并且只能在刚使用的一段时间控制血糖,没有什么长期的疗效,拜糖平或二甲双弧药物则属于西药,长期服用可能会对人体产生一些副作用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种治疗糖尿病的基于三七花提取皂苷复合物的制备方法,解决了的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种治疗糖尿病的基于三七花提取皂苷复合物的制备方法,按质量百分比计,包括以下组成成分:三七花5%-8%,鬼箭羽15%-25%,姜黄12%-18%,余甘子15%-20%,黄连8%-10%,天花粉20%-30%,黄芪18%-25%。
优选的,包括以下制备步骤:
S1:将三七花研磨成粉状,并加入以H20:CH3OH:C2H60体积比为8:2:5 为比例混合的提取液,边混合边搅拌得到溶液A。
S2:将溶液A放入加热室中升温进行加热煮沸,随后静置冷却至室温得到溶液B。
S3:将溶液B进行高压提取,过滤脱出活性炭后减压浓缩,随后进行解析干燥得到三七总皂苷备用。
S4:将鬼箭羽、黄连和三七总皂苷置入研磨机中研磨成粉状,并混合天花粉加入纯度为50%-60%的乙醇提取两次后合并提取液,随后减压浓缩,在浓缩液中加入无水乙醇,放入离心机中立离心后去掉上清液,得到沉淀物后干燥得到浸膏物。
S5:将姜黄、余甘子和黄芪进行打粉混合,以混合物:水的质量体积比为1:8比例进行混合后并进行煎煮,煎煮3h-4h后去除药渣后取汤剂,随后将步骤S4中得到的浸膏物置入汤剂中,在水中进行搅拌打磨,继续加热,完成后加入无水乙醇提取,再次减压浓缩后,最后粉碎即得。
优选的,所述步骤S2中的加热温度为60℃-80℃,加热时间为40min-1h。
优选的,所述步骤S3中的压力设定值为400MPa-500MPa,加压时间为 5min-10min,所述减压后压力设置为20MPa-50MPa,解析干燥时间为5h-10h。
优选的,所述步骤S4中的减压压力控制在15Pa-25Pa之间,所述离心时间为15min-25min。
优选的,所述步骤S5中煎煮温度为80℃-90℃,所述加热温度控制为60 ℃-80℃,所述加热时间为8h-10h,所述冷却温度为30℃-40℃,所述静置时间需超过72h。
优选的,所述三七花还可以替换为三七叶或三七杆。
本发明提供了一种治疗糖尿病的基于三七花提取皂苷复合物的制备方法。具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明采用纯中药制备而成,治疗效果优异的情况下无副作用,对血糖的抑制具有更好的持续性,更好的满足糖尿病患者的使用需求。
2、本发明的制备过程简单严谨,经过多次提纯、浓缩研磨程序,保证中药的药效更好的发挥出来,材料均选用常见的中药材,省去一些人参、灵芝等昂贵药材,节约成品。

实施例:
本发明实施例提供一种治疗糖尿病的基于三七花提取皂苷复合物的制备方法,按质量百分比计,包括以下组成成分:三七花5%-8%,鬼箭羽15%-25%,姜黄12%-18%,余甘子15%-20%,黄连8%-10%,天花粉20%-30%,黄芪18%-25%。
本实施例中,各原料的优选百分比为三七花8%,鬼箭羽15%,姜黄14%,余甘子15%,黄连10%,天花粉20%,黄芪18%。
进一步的,包括以下制备步骤:
S1:将三七花研磨成粉状,并加入以H20:CH3OHC2H60的体积为8:2:5为比例混合的提取液,边混合边搅拌得到溶液A。
S2:将溶液A放入加热室中升温进行加热煮沸,随后静置冷却至室温得到溶液B。
S3:将溶液B进行高压提取,过滤脱出活性炭后减压浓缩,随后进行解析干燥得到三七总皂苷备用。
S4:将鬼箭羽、黄连和三七总皂苷置入研磨机中研磨成粉状,并混合天花粉加入纯度为50%-60%的乙醇提取两次后合并提取液,随后减压浓缩,在浓缩液中加入无水乙醇,放入离心机中立离心后去掉上清液,得到沉淀物后干燥得到浸膏物。
S5:将姜黄、余甘子和黄芪进行打粉混合,以混合物:水的质量体积比为1:8比例进行混合后并进行煎煮,煎煮3h-4h后去除药渣后取汤剂,随后将步骤S4中得到的浸膏物置入汤剂中,在水中进行搅拌打磨,继续加热,完成后加入无水乙醇提取,再次减压浓缩后,最后粉碎即得。
进一步的,步骤S2中的加热温度为60℃-80℃,加热时间为40min-1h。

进一步的,三七花还可以替换为三七叶或三七杆。
具体的,配料中的黄芪主治脾气虚证,肺气虚证,气虚自汗证,气血亏虚,疮疡难溃难腐,或溃久难敛等状况,天花粉可治燥伤肺胃和咽干口渴症状,黄连有清热燥湿,泻火解毒之功效,余甘子可生津止渴,润肺化痰,治咳嗽和喉痛等症状,姜黄主治胸腹胀痛,肩臂痹痛,心痛难忍,步骤S3中得到的三七总皂苷主治活血祛瘀,通脉活络。具有抑制血小板聚集和增加脑血流量的作用。
实验例:
1.建模和分组
选取一定数量雄性大鼠,分为空白组和实验组,空白组喂养标准颗粒饲料,实验组喂养高糖饲料,正常饮水,室内温度及通风正常,保持光线交替,喂养四周后实验组大鼠空腹12h后注射链脲佐菌素,一周后使用血糖仪测定大鼠尾尖血,检测实验组大鼠血糖值大于15mmol/L,并出现多饮、多食、多尿、体重减轻的症状,模型及建造完成,随后对实验组进行分组,每组3-4 只,分别为:对照组、二甲双弧组、拜糖平组和试药组。
2.给药
空白组和对照组依旧喂养标准颗粒饲料,二甲双弧组灌胃二甲双弧 200mg/kg/d,拜糖平组灌胃拜糖平药剂150mg/kg/d,试药组灌胃实施例中制备的药物0.8g/kg/d,连续给药10周,期间分笼饲养,所有大鼠均正常进食饮水,保持笼内清洁,每两周使用血糖仪测定大鼠尾尖血,检测血糖值,记录数据并绘制血糖变化曲线。
3.实验结果(单位:mmol/L)

实验结果中试药组体重明显增加,精神状况良好,毛皮有光泽,反应灵敏,对照组体重明显减轻、消瘦,精神逐渐萎靡,毛发无光泽枯黄,反应迟钝木讷,并出现多饮、多食、多尿的症状。各给药组:精神状况较好,体重增加,反应灵敏度较正常对照组稍差。
由以上实验结果可知,使用本发明产品的药物对于糖尿病有着非常高的防治和治疗效果,药效显著并且由于本发明产品采用纯中药制备,对人体无任何副作用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种治疗糖尿病的基于三七花提取皂苷复合物的制备方法,其特征在于:按质量百分比计,其原材料包括以下组成成分:三七花提取皂苷5%-8%,鬼箭羽15%-25%,姜黄12%-18%,余甘子15%-20%,黄连8%-10%,天花粉20%-30%,黄芪18%-25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗糖尿病的基于三七花提取皂苷复合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
S1:将三七花研磨成粉状,并加入以H20:CH3OH:C2H60体积比为8:2:5为比例混合的提取液,边混合边搅拌得到溶液A;
S2:将溶液A加热煮沸,随后静置冷却至室温得到溶液B;
S3:将溶液B进行提取,过滤脱出活性炭后减压浓缩,随后进行解析干燥得到三七总皂苷备用;
S4:将鬼箭羽、黄连和三七总皂苷置入研磨机中研磨成粉状,并混合天花粉加入纯度为50%-60%的乙醇提取两次后合并提取液,随后减压浓缩,在浓缩液中加入无水乙醇,放入离心机中立离心后去掉上清液,得到沉淀物后干燥得到浸膏物;
S5:将姜黄、余甘子和黄芪进行打粉混合,以混合物:水的质量体积比为1:8比例进行混合后并进行煎煮,煎煮3h-4h后去除药渣后取汤剂,随后将步骤S4中得到的浸膏物置入汤剂中,在水中进行搅拌打磨,继续加热,完成后加入无水乙醇提取,再次减压浓缩后,冷却静置干燥后,最后粉碎即得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗糖尿病的基于三七花提取皂苷复合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中的加热温度为60℃-80℃,加热时间为40min-1h。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗糖尿病的基于三七花提取皂苷复合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中的压力设定值为400MPa-500MPa,加压时间为5min-10min,所述减压后压力设置为20MPa-50MPa,解析干燥时间为5h-10h。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗糖尿病的基于三七花提取皂苷复合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中的减压压力控制在15Pa-25Pa之间,所述离心时间为15min-25min。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗糖尿病的基于三七花提取皂苷复合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S5中煎煮温度为80℃-90℃,所述加热温度控制为60℃-80℃,所述加热时间为8h-10h,所述冷却温度为30℃-40℃,所述静置时间需超过72h。
