Abstract
The invention discloses a feed additive for improving digestive absorption capacity of equine animals and application thereof, and belongs to the field of feeds. Wherein the feed additive for improving the digestive and absorptive capacity of the equine comprises zeolite and high molecular polymer. The feed additive for improving the digestive and absorptive capacity of the equine animals has a positive effect on the metabolism of the equine animals, and improves the digestion and metabolism of nutrient substances; discharge harmful substances, selectively remove pathogens from the intestinal tracts of animals without reducing the abundance of microorganisms, and have good effects in improving the health of animals and preventing and treating various diseases.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of feed, in particular to a feed additive for improving digestive absorption capacity of equine animals and application thereof.
Background
The equine is a non-ruminant herbivore, the digestive system is between monogastric animals and ruminants, and comprises organs such as esophagus, small intestine, cecum and large intestine, and the digestive system of the equine has the characteristics that the esophagus works in a single direction, the stomach capacity is small, food can only enter and exit the cecum from the top, and the digestive absorption mainly occurs in the small intestine, and the like.
At present, the feed for the equine animals is mainly coarse feed, the coarse feed enters the stomach of the equine animals for primary digestion, then enters the small intestine for further absorption and digestion, and the residual content is decomposed and absorbed by microorganisms in the caecum and the large intestine.
However, the coarse fodder has the characteristics of looseness, large volume, light weight, hard texture, low digestibility and the like, and due to the characteristics of the digestive system of the equine, the digestive absorption effect of the equine on the coarse fodder is limited, and the utilization rate of the fodder is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the digestion and absorption effect of the equine on the feed and further improve the utilization rate of the feed, the application provides a feed additive with digestion and absorption capacity for the equine and application thereof.
In a first aspect, the feed additive for improving the digestive absorption capacity of the equine animal provided by the application adopts the following technical scheme:
a feed additive for improving digestive and absorptive ability of Equidae animals comprises zeolite and cellulose ether compounds.
Preferably, the cellulose ether compound is selected from carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose and ethyl methyl cellulose.
Preferably, the methylcellulose-based compound is carboxymethyl cellulose.
By adopting the technical scheme, the zeolite is an aluminosilicate ore, is connected with a rack structure through a cavity to form an infinite three-dimensional structure, and has the characteristics of uniform pore diameter, strong acidity, selectivity, stability and the like, so that the zeolite has the functions of catalysis, adsorption, ion exchange and the like, and the components of the zeolite contain up to 40 major and trace elements;
cellulose ether compounds such as carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose, ethyl methyl cellulose and the like can be used as modifiers of the zeolite, and the crystal structure of the zeolite is changed by adding the methyl cellulose compounds into the zeolite, so that the effects of improving the adsorption and ion exchange performances of the zeolite are realized;
wherein, the carboxymethyl cellulose is white or yellowish flocculent fiber powder, is odorless, tasteless and nontoxic, the aqueous solution of the carboxymethyl cellulose has the functions of thickening, film forming, adhesion, colloid protection, suspension and the like, and the carboxymethyl cellulose can be used as a modifier of zeolite, is adhered to the zeolite, optimizes the crystal structure of the zeolite, and improves the performances of adsorption, ion exchange and the like of the zeolite;
the feed additive containing the zeolite and the cellulose ether compound is added into the feed for the equine, and after the equine is eaten by the equine, the zeolite modified by the cellulose ether compound has the effect of promoting the metabolism of the equine, so that the conversion rate of the equine to the feed and the utilization rate of nutrient substances are improved.
Preferably, the zeolite is a synthetic zeolite.
Preferably, the synthetic zeolite is a 4A zeolite.

As can be seen from Table 1, the total protein concentration in the blood of the mares of the control groups 1-2 was relatively close to that of the mares of the blank control group, while the total protein concentration in the blood of the mares of the experimental group 1 was increased compared with that of the blank control group and the control group; wherein, the level of total protein in the mare blood of the experimental group 1 is 2.33 percent higher than that of the blank control group, and the level of total protein in the mare blood of the experimental group 2 is 4.33 percent higher than that of the blank control group; increase in total protein concentration in mare blood for experiments 1-2; in addition, the content of red blood cells in the mare blood of the experimental group 1-2 is higher than that of the blank control group and the control group 1-2; the addition of the feed additives provided in examples 1 and 6 to the feed of horses can increase the metabolic levels in the mares.
Test example 2 influence of feed additives on the digestive utilization of mare ration nutrition
Selecting 24 healthy mares with the same age, weight and physiological condition, wherein the average weight of the mares is 450 kg, the mares are averagely divided into 7 groups to be fed for one month, carrying out experiments on the digestibility of nutrient substances, the balance of nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus, and calculating the nutrient digestibility coefficient of daily ration according to the measured physiological data.
Each group is a blank control group, a control group 1-5 and an experimental group 1-2. The mares of the placebo group were fed basal diet. The 4A zeolite is added into the basal feed in the control group 1; control group 2 was supplemented with hydroxymethyl cellulose in basal diet; no. 58 paraffin is added into the basal feed of the control group 3; control group 4 was supplemented with a feed additive consisting of 4A zeolite and polyacrylamide in a weight ratio of 100:5 in the basal feed. In the control group 4, the digestion amount of the daily ration nutrient substances of the mare is lower than that of the blank control group, and the feed additive prepared by compounding the polyacrylamide serving as the modifier of the 4A zeolite is not beneficial to the digestion and absorption effects of the mare on the feed. Compared with a blank control group, the digestion coefficients of protein, fat and crude fiber of mares in the experimental group 1 are respectively improved by 8.66 percent, 5.42 percent and 4.84 percent; compared with the blank control group 1, the digestion coefficients of the protein and the fat of the mare in the control group 1 are respectively improved by 1.92 percent and 1.76 percent, the digestion coefficient of crude fiber is closer to that of the blank control group, and compared with the control group 1, the digestion and absorption effects of the mare on the feed can be improved by using carboxymethyl cellulose as a modifier of 4A zeolite in the feed additive, especially the digestion and absorption capacity of the mare on the protein in the feed is improved. In addition, the calcium utilization rate of the mare in the experimental group 1 on the feed is improved compared with that of the blank control group and that of the control group 1, which shows that the effect of promoting the absorption of calcium element by the 4A zeolite can be improved by compounding the carboxymethyl cellulose and the 4A zeolite.
Compared with a blank control group, the digestion and absorption coefficient of mares in the experimental group 2 on crude fibers is improved by 13.11%, the nitrogen utilization rate and the calcium utilization rate are respectively improved by 5.41% and 10.58%, and compared with the experimental group 1, the mares in the experimental group 2 are greatly improved, and the paraffin, the 4A zeolite and the carboxymethyl cellulose play a role in synergy, so that the digestion and absorption capacity of the mares on feed, especially the digestion and absorption capacity on the crude fibers in the feed, can be further improved.
