Description

阀布置和阀组

这种阀布置用于控制液压流体从压力源到液压致动器的流动、以及从液压致动器到储罐或另一低压区域的回流。为此,工作端口布置连接至液压致动器,并且供给通道布置连接至压力源和储罐。
使用两个柱形阀不仅允许控制液压流体从压力源到致动器的流动,还允许控制从致动器到储罐的回流。这为致动器带来更好的行为控制。
本发明的目的是提供将阀布置适配于不同控制行为的简单可能性。
此目的得以解决在于:工作端口布置是布置在凸缘中的,该凸缘连接至该壳体布置。
以此方式,不同凸缘可以用于在每个柱形阀的阀柱与工作端口之间建立不同连接。如果期望另一控制行为,则可以简单地交换凸缘。
在本发明的实施例中,壳体布置包括第一柱形阀的第一壳体、以及第二柱形阀的第二壳体,其中,凸缘连接至第一壳体和第二壳体。柱形阀可以是堆叠在一起的片的形式。一对这种片形成阀布置,该阀布置具有共用的凸缘,以将相应的阀柱连接到工作端口布置。
在本发明的实施例中,凸缘是两种凸缘类型之一,其中,第一类凸缘将第一阀柱连接至一个工作端口和供给端口布置,并且将第二阀柱连接至另一个工作端口和供给端口布置,其中,第二类凸缘将第一阀柱连接至工作端口和泵通道二者,并且将第二阀柱连接至工作端口和储罐通道二者。因此,通过用第二类凸缘替换该第一类凸缘或反之亦然,可以使得阀布置的控制行为适配不同的目的。
在本发明的实施例中,阀柱具有移动方向,并且凸缘安装到壳体布置的平行于该移动方向面。在这种情况下,可以安装和卸除凸缘,而不影响阀柱移动的可能性。
本发明也涉及一种阀布置,该阀布置具有如之前所述的阀,其中阀布置中的一个阀布置包括第一类凸缘,并且阀布置中的另一个阀布置包括第二类凸缘。
因此,可以在一个阀组里混合不同控制行为。
在本发明的实施例中,壳体布置在接触面处彼此接触,并且凸缘布置在垂直于接触面的安装面处。在这种情况下,即使当该壳体布置堆叠在一起时,仍可以改变该凸缘。

在图1a所示的阀布置的第一种类型中,第一柱形阀1a的第一阀柱3a控制液压流体在供给通道布置5、6与第一工作端口8之间的流动,并且第二柱形阀2a的第二阀柱4a控制液压流体在供给通道布置5、6与第二工作端口9之间的流动。
当例如第一阀柱3a控制供给通道5与工作端口8之间的连接、并且第二阀柱4a控制第二工作端口9与储罐通道6之间的连接时,可以控制液压致动器7的行为,例如活塞10在致动器7内的移动,这在例如将致动器7用于升高和降低负荷时是有利的。
然而,使用此布置内的柱形阀1a、2a允许可以向工作端口8、9二者供应来自供给通道5的压力。为此,两个阀柱3a、4a必须在供给通道5与工作端口8、9中的每一个工作端口之间建立连接。以此方式,可以液压地将活塞10夹持在致动器7内。
以类似的方式,可以藉由两个阀柱3a、4a将工作端口8、9都连接到储罐通道6,以便允许活塞10在致动器7中浮动。
图1b示出不同但使用相同柱形阀1b、2b的布置。使用与图1a中相同的附图标记(然而是附标“b”而不是附标“a”)表示相应的元件。
在图1b所示的布置中,第一阀柱3b控制流体从供给通道5向工作端口8、9之一的流动,然而,第二阀柱4b控制工作端口8、9之一向储罐通道6的流动。
为区分两个布置,图1a布置中的阀柱3a、4a被称为“A-阀柱”和“B-阀柱”,然而图1b布置中的阀柱3b、4b分别被称为“P-阀柱”和“T-阀柱”。

Claims (6)

1.一种阀布置,该阀布置包括:
壳体布置(13,14;19,20);
第一柱形阀(1a,1b),该第一柱形阀具有第一阀柱(3a,3b);以及
