Abstract

本发明涉及喷动床干燥设备领域,尤其涉及一种脉动气流协同喷动气流喷动床干燥装置,包括:设有空腔的矩形喷动床和位于空腔下部的脉动气流导流件;脉动气流导流件构成上下贯通的矩形垂直通道,脉动气流入口与导流件气流入口通过管道连通,使气流经管道通入脉动气流腔室,并由脉动气流出口导入空腔,本发明采用脉动气流协同喷动气流对喷动床内物料进行干燥,提高了干燥效率,增强了物料的干燥效果,有效的避免了物料出现结块现象,本发明适用于各种小粒径、高粘性物料的干燥。

一种脉动气流协同喷动气流喷动床干燥装置
技术领域
本发明涉及喷动床干燥设备领域,尤其涉及一种脉动气流协同喷动气流喷动床干燥装置,主要用于各种小粒径、高粘性物料高效优质干燥加工。
背景技术
喷动床是流化床的一个分支,具有结构简单,传热效率高,操作简单的优点,相较于传统流化床,喷动床内的颗粒具有明显的循环运动,可以使气体和固体颗粒之间具有良好的接触。
常规喷动床是一种上部为圆柱形外壁下部为圆锥形外壁而内部是空腔的设备,物料置于喷动床内,锥形底部的喷嘴喷入气体,形成喷动区,使物料发生喷动;喷动的物料在物料表面形成喷泉,物料落向四周的环隙区,在环隙区向下流动,由此形成物料的循环运动,对物料进行干燥;常规喷动床由于其自身结构的限制,对于小粒径、高粘性物料的干燥处理,也存在一些不足之处:环隙区、特别是喷动床锥体区物料运动缓慢,物料出现聚团、结块甚至出现流动死区,环隙区与喷射区颗粒、气体缺乏混合,进而影响和降低了喷动床的整体物料干燥效率。
通过对比公开专利的检索,发现三篇与本专利申请相似的公开专利文献:
对比文件1公开号为:CN 101731326 A,专利题目为:一种去阻调距加补风的旋转导向管喷动床粮食干燥装置,该装置采用独立设计喷动床环隙区粮食补风结构,融合旋转导向管喷动床直径放大结构,在开动喷动风机的同时,将加热后的空气输送至补风支管对喷动床内的粮食进行干燥,该装置使用补风管向喷动床内持续输送补风气体,无法有效的针对小粒径、高粘性物料进行干燥。
对比文件2公开号为:CN 105727846 A,专利题目为:导流式喷动床和导流式喷动流化床,该装置包括设有空腔的床体和悬置于空腔下部的导流件,空腔的腔壁开设有进气口,该装置采用导流装置将气流从上到下导入床体空腔内,虽然避免了气流对腔内运动轨迹的干扰,但是颗粒在干燥过程中容易在环隙区域内形成颗粒堆积现象,对于粘性物料,容易在环隙区域内出现结块、粘连现象。
对比文件3公开号为:CN 108895767 A,专利题目为:一种负压脉冲协同常压射频喷动床干燥装置及其应用,包括空气过滤器、送风机、换热器、气-固分离器、抽湿风机、射频加热腔、喷动床、左电极板、右电极板、产品收集器、冷却器、制冷机组、真空泵和控制柜,该装置采用射频气流在常、负压之间交替喷入床内对物料进行干燥,虽然可以有效的干燥粘性较大的物料,但是无法针对粒径较小的物料进行有效干燥。
综上所述,采用脉动气流协同喷动气流对喷动床内小粒径、高粘性物料进行干燥时,可以提高物料的干燥效率,同时可以防止物料在干燥过程中出现结块、粘连现象。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种脉动气流协同喷动气流喷动床干燥装置,解决了传统喷动床对各种小粒径、高粘性物料干燥效果差、干燥效率低的缺点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种脉动气流协同喷动气流喷动床干燥装置,由鼓风机、孔板流量计、气体加热器、针阀、流量计、电磁阀、矩形喷动床和气固分离装置组成。
整个装置的各部件间的连接关系是:鼓风机与孔板流量计相连接,再与气体加热器连接;气体加热器分别与两个针阀相连接;其中一个针阀与流量计连接,后经管道直接连接至矩形喷动床的喷动气流入口,提供喷动气流;另一个针阀与流量计连接后,再与电磁阀相连,后经过管道直接连接至矩形喷动床的脉动气流入口,提供脉动气流;矩形喷动床上部设有出料口与气固分离装置相连。
优选的,所述矩形喷动床设有喷动气流入口、进料口、脉动气流入口、出料口、空腔、脉动气流导流件;所述脉动气流导流件置于空腔的下部,脉动气流导流件构成上下贯通的矩形垂直通道和相对矩形垂直通道的轴线对称分布于矩形垂直通道外的脉动气流腔室,脉动气流腔室的上下两端封闭且下端为底板,脉动气流腔室上部设有气流入口,脉动气流腔室的外壁面设有脉动气流出口;其中,气流入口与位于矩形喷动床上的脉动气流入口相连,使脉动气流进入脉动气流腔室。
优选的,所述脉动气流导流件包含导流件内壁面、导流件外壁面、导流件前壁面、导流件后壁面、顶板和底板,导流件内壁面与导流件外壁面之间形成空隙;顶板位于空隙上方,底板位于空隙下方,并于导流件前壁面和导流件后壁面共同形成脉动气流腔室。
优选的,所述每个导流件外壁面上均设有126个脉动气流出口。
优选的,所述底板为三角柱体形状的钝体。
与现有技术相比,本发明拟提供了一种脉动气流协同喷动气流喷动床干燥装置,具备以下有益效果:
本发明脉动气流协同喷动气流喷动床干燥装置,在使用喷动气流干燥物料的同时,在喷动床内通入脉动气流,一方面增强了喷动床环隙区内气体与物料的混合,加快了物料的干燥效率;另一方面由于脉动气体的通入,使物料在喷动床内避免了物料在干燥过程中出现粘连、结块现象,尤其适用于各种小粒径、大粘性物料的干燥。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
整个装置由鼓风机1、孔板流量计2、气体加热器3、针阀4、流量计5、电磁阀6、矩形喷动床7、气固分离装置8、流量计9、针阀10组成,如图1所示。
整个装置内各个部件的连接关系是:鼓风机1与孔板流量计2相连,再与气体加热器3相连,继续与针阀4和针阀10连接;针阀4与流量计5连接,再与电磁阀6连接,后经过管道与矩形喷动床7中部的脉动气流入口12相连;针阀10与流量计9连接,再与矩形喷动床7底部的喷动气流入口17相连;矩形喷动床7上部设有出料口11与气固分离装置8相连,需要说明的是,上述“上部”、“中部”、“下部”是指本实施例的矩形喷动床如图2所示的、按常规放置的位向。
如图2和图3所示,所述喷动床7设有进料口11、脉动气流入口12、进料口13、空腔14,脉动气流导流件15位于空腔14下部,脉动气流导流件15构成上下贯通的矩形垂直通道16,矩形垂直通道16与空腔14同轴。
如图4和图5所示,所述脉动气流导流件15包括顶板151、导流件内壁面152、导流件外壁面153、脉动气流腔室154、底板155、导流件前壁面19和导流件后壁面21,导流件前壁面19和导流件后壁面21与空腔14前、后壁面紧贴并固定,所述导流件前壁面19设有导流件气流入口20,与矩形喷动床7上的脉动气流入口12相连通,所述导流件外壁面153上设有脉动气流出口18,需要说明的是,上述“前”、“后”是指本实施例的矩形喷动床如图3所示的、按照常规放置时的位向。
综上所述,本发明涉及一种脉动气流协同喷动气流喷动床干燥装置,通过脉动气流导流件增强了物料在喷动区和环隙区的径向和轴向运动,实现了气体与物料的充分接触,从而强化环隙区内颗粒与气流的动量、热量及质量传递过程。

1.一种脉动气流协同喷东气流喷动床干燥装置,由鼓风机(1),孔板流量计(2),气体加热器(3),针阀(4),流量计(5),电磁阀(6),矩形喷动床(7),气固分离装置(8),流量计(9),针阀(10)组成;所述鼓风机(1)与孔板流量计(2)相连,再与气体加热器(3)相连,继续与针阀(4)和针阀(10)连接;针阀(4)与流量计(5)连接,再与电磁阀(6)连接,后经过管道连接至矩形喷动床(7);针阀(10)与流量计(9)连接,后经过管道连接至矩形喷动床(7);矩形喷动床(7)通过管道与气固分离装置8相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脉动气流协同喷动气流喷动床干燥装置,其特征包括:所述矩形喷动床(7)内设有脉动气流导流件(15);所述脉动气流导流件(15)包括顶板(151)、导流件内壁面(152)、导流件外壁面(153)、脉动气流腔室(154)、底板(155)、导流件前壁面(19)和导流件后壁面(21);所述导流件外壁面(153)设有脉动气流出口(18)。
