本发明公开了一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)香柏油的提取;(2)乳化液的制备;(3)芯材乳化;(4)香柏油微胶囊制备;(5)香柏油微胶囊负载纤维的制备;(6)复合面料的制备。本发明的优点在于通过采用香柏油制备得到的微胶囊负载与双纤维材料上,制得一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料,负载香柏油微胶囊的面料对改善驱蚊性能缓释性的相当有效,同时通过凉感纤维实现面料的持续凉感。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料生产制备技术领域,特别涉及一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法。
背景技术
目前应用比较成熟的防蚊虫方法主要有两种。第一种方法就是对环境中的蚊子进行驱避或杀灭的方法,但这种方法效果并不持久且气雾剂所释放出的药剂会对人体产生一定的伤害,例如用于以蚊子为代表的吸血昆虫的驱避剂主要有通过刺激昆虫的嗅觉来发挥驱避作用和通过刺激昆虫的嗅觉等来发挥驱避作用两种,但是大部分的驱蚊剂对人体有一定的副作用,因此不适合经常使用。第二种方法就是对经常与人体接触的纺织品进行加工整理,使之具有比较耐久的防蚊虫效果。
现有的防蚊面料通常添加驱蚊剂,包括蚊胺、驱蚊酯、埃卡瑞丁和柠檬桉叶油等,效果不明显的同时,在清洗几次过后即失去了效用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,驱蚊效果好的同时在多次洗涤过后依然具有良好的效果。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)香柏油的提取:取香柏嫩叶裁剪后捣碎,置于无水乙醇中密封静置,采用医用纱布进行初次过滤,再使用真空抽滤进行过滤,抽滤得到的油脂通过旋转蒸发掉包含的无水乙醇后,浓缩即得到香柏油;
(2)乳化液的制备:先取氢氧化钠溶液进行加热,边搅拌边往氢氧化钠溶液内添加乳化剂,加入完毕后再通过氢氧化钠调节PH,之后再进行升温后冷却至室温;
(3)芯材乳化:取(2)中制备得到的乳化液加热,加入(1)制备得到的香柏油与TDI,添加完成后再剪切乳化剂下进行剪切乳化,即可得到乳状液;
(4)香柏油微胶囊制备:将(3)中制得的乳状液在一定温度下缓慢滴加聚醚多元醇,并不断进行搅拌,搅拌期间升温至所需温度,保温一段时间后逐滴滴加二乙烯三胺,继续保温一段时间后得到悬浮液,悬浮液通过乙醇清洗后再通过蒸馏水再次清洗得到香柏油微胶囊;
(5)香柏油微胶囊负载纤维的制备:取(4)中制备得到的香柏油微胶囊与粘合剂,超声分散在有机溶剂中,再将凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维在溶液中浸渍,采用二浸二轧的工艺得到香柏油微胶囊负载的凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维;
(6)复合面料的制备:取(5)中香柏油微胶囊负载的凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维通过喷雾装置均匀喷洒离子型抗静电剂,再混纺的方式制备得到防蚊及持续凉感复合面料。
优选的,所述(1)中香柏嫩叶与无水乙醇的质量比为1:(5~8)。
优选的,所述(2)中氢氧化钠溶液预加热至45~50℃,加入完毕后再通过氢氧化钠调节PH至6,再升温至85~92℃。
优选的,所述(2)中乳化剂选自十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温80、SMA或者OP4中的一种,氢氧化钠溶液的质量分数为1%,所述乳化剂与氢氧化钠的质量比为(20~25):1。
优选的,所述(3)中香柏油、TDI以及乳化液三者的质量体积比为1g:(0.1~0.2)g:(1.5~2.0)ml。
优选的,所述(4)中乳状液、聚醚多元醇与二乙烯三胺的质量比为1:(0.02~0.03):(0.001~0.002)。
优选的,所述(4)中乳状液在30℃下缓慢滴加聚醚多元醇,后续搅拌升温至80~90℃,保温时间均为30~45min。
优选的,所述(5)中粘合剂选用酚醛树脂、丙烯酸树脂或环氧树脂的一种,粘合剂与香柏油微胶囊的质量比为1:(20~45)。
优选的,所述(5)中有机溶剂选用无水乙醇、异丙醇或正丁醇中的一种。
优选的,所述(5)中二浸二轧的工艺参数为:带液率为70%,在60-80℃下预烘5-10min,再在100-180℃下烘焙5-15min。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过采用香柏油制备得到的微胶囊负载与双纤维材料上,制得一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料,负载香柏油微胶囊的面料对金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌率为90.31%,驱蚊率为87.59%,经过10次水洗后对金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌率与驱蚊率仍达到原有效果的80.91%与67.56%,验证了本发明方法对改善驱蚊性能缓释性的有效性,同时通过凉感纤维实现面料的持续凉感。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明,本实施例不构成对本发明的限制。
实施例1
一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)香柏油的提取:取香柏嫩叶裁剪后捣碎,置于无水乙醇中密封静置,香柏嫩叶与无水乙醇的质量比为1:5,采用医用纱布进行初次过滤,再使用真空抽滤进行过滤,抽滤得到的油脂通过旋转蒸发掉包含的无水乙醇后,浓缩即得到香柏油。
(2)乳化液的制备:先取质量分数1%的氢氧化钠溶液进行加热至45℃,边搅拌边往氢氧化钠溶液内添加乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠,乳化剂与氢氧化钠的质量比为20:1,加入完毕后再通过氢氧化钠调节PH至6,之后再进行升温至85℃后冷却至室温。
(3)芯材乳化:取(2)中制备得到的乳化液加热,加入(1)制备得到的香柏油与TDI,香柏油、TDI以及乳化液三者的质量体积比为1g:0.1g:1.5ml,添加完成后再剪切乳化剂下进行剪切乳化,即可得到乳状液。
(4)香柏油微胶囊制备:将(3)中制得的乳状液在30℃下缓慢滴加聚醚多元醇,并不断进行搅拌,搅拌期间升温至80℃,保温30min后逐滴滴加二乙烯三胺,乳状液、聚醚多元醇与二乙烯三胺的质量比为1:0.02:0.001,继续保温30min后得到悬浮液,悬浮液通过乙醇清洗后再通过蒸馏水再次清洗得到香柏油微胶囊。
(5)香柏油微胶囊负载纤维的制备:取(4)中制备得到的香柏油微胶囊与粘合剂酚醛树脂,粘合剂与香柏油微胶囊的质量比为1:20,超声分散在有机溶剂无水乙醇中,再将凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维在溶液中浸渍,采用二浸二轧,带液率为70%,在60℃下预烘5min,再在100℃下烘焙5min,最终得到香柏油微胶囊负载的凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维。
(6)复合面料的制备:取(5)中香柏油微胶囊负载的凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维通过喷雾装置均匀喷洒离子型抗静电剂,再混纺的方式制备得到防蚊及持续凉感复合面料。
实施例2
一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)香柏油的提取:取香柏嫩叶裁剪后捣碎,置于无水乙醇中密封静置,香柏嫩叶与无水乙醇的质量比为1:6,采用医用纱布进行初次过滤,再使用真空抽滤进行过滤,抽滤得到的油脂通过旋转蒸发掉包含的无水乙醇后,浓缩即得到香柏油。
(2)乳化液的制备:先取质量分数1%的氢氧化钠溶液进行加热至48℃,边搅拌边往氢氧化钠溶液内添加乳化剂吐温80,乳化剂与氢氧化钠的质量比为23:1,加入完毕后再通过氢氧化钠调节PH至6,之后再进行升温至90℃后冷却至室温。
(3)芯材乳化:取(2)中制备得到的乳化液加热,加入(1)制备得到的香柏油与TDI,香柏油、TDI以及乳化液三者的质量体积比为1g:0.1g:2.0ml,添加完成后再剪切乳化剂下进行剪切乳化,即可得到乳状液。
(4)香柏油微胶囊制备:将(3)中制得的乳状液在30℃下缓慢滴加聚醚多元醇,并不断进行搅拌,搅拌期间升温至85℃,保温40min后逐滴滴加二乙烯三胺,乳状液、聚醚多元醇与二乙烯三胺的质量比为1:0.02:0.002,继续保温40min后得到悬浮液,悬浮液通过乙醇清洗后再通过蒸馏水再次清洗得到香柏油微胶囊。
(5)香柏油微胶囊负载纤维的制备:取(4)中制备得到的香柏油微胶囊与粘合剂酚醛树脂、丙烯酸树脂或环氧树脂,粘合剂与香柏油微胶囊的质量比为1:30,超声分散在有机溶剂异丙醇中,再将凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维在溶液中浸渍,采用二浸二轧,带液率为70%,在70℃下预烘7min,再在180℃下烘焙5-15min,最终得到香柏油微胶囊负载的凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维。
(6)复合面料的制备:取(5)中香柏油微胶囊负载的凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维通过喷雾装置均匀喷洒离子型抗静电剂,再混纺的方式制备得到防蚊及持续凉感复合面料。
实施例3
一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)香柏油的提取:取香柏嫩叶裁剪后捣碎,置于无水乙醇中密封静置,香柏嫩叶与无水乙醇的质量比为1:8,采用医用纱布进行初次过滤,再使用真空抽滤进行过滤,抽滤得到的油脂通过旋转蒸发掉包含的无水乙醇后,浓缩即得到香柏油。
(2)乳化液的制备:先取质量分数1%的氢氧化钠溶液进行加热至50℃,边搅拌边往氢氧化钠溶液内添加乳化剂OP4,乳化剂与氢氧化钠的质量比为25:1,加入完毕后再通过氢氧化钠调节PH至6,之后再进行升温至50℃后冷却至室温。
(3)芯材乳化:取(2)中制备得到的乳化液加热,加入(1)制备得到的香柏油与TDI,香柏油、TDI以及乳化液三者的质量体积比为1g:0.2g:2.0ml,添加完成后再剪切乳化剂下进行剪切乳化,即可得到乳状液。
(4)香柏油微胶囊制备:将(3)中制得的乳状液在30℃下缓慢滴加聚醚多元醇,并不断进行搅拌,搅拌期间升温至80~90℃,保温45min后逐滴滴加二乙烯三胺,乳状液、聚醚多元醇与二乙烯三胺的质量比为1:0.03:0.002,继续保温45min后得到悬浮液,悬浮液通过乙醇清洗后再通过蒸馏水再次清洗得到香柏油微胶囊。
(5)香柏油微胶囊负载纤维的制备:取(4)中制备得到的香柏油微胶囊与粘合剂环氧树脂,粘合剂与香柏油微胶囊的质量比为1:45,超声分散在有机溶剂无水乙醇、异丙醇或正丁醇中,再将凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维在溶液中浸渍,采用二浸二轧,带液率为70%,在80℃下预烘10min,再在180℃下烘焙15min,最终得到香柏油微胶囊负载的凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维。
(6)复合面料的制备:取(5)中香柏油微胶囊负载的凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维通过喷雾装置均匀喷洒离子型抗静电剂,再混纺的方式制备得到防蚊及持续凉感复合面料。
本发明通过采用香柏油制备得到的微胶囊负载与双纤维材料上,制得一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料,负载香柏油微胶囊的面料对金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌率为90.31%,驱蚊率为87.59%,经过10次水洗后对金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌率与驱蚊率仍达到原有效果的80.91%与67.56%,验证了本发明方法对改善驱蚊性能缓释性的有效性,同时通过凉感纤维实现面料的持续凉感。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,不用于限制本发明,本领域技术人员可以在本发明的实质和保护范围内,对本发明做出各种修改或等同替换,这种修改或等同替换也应视为落在本发明技术方案的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)香柏油的提取:取香柏嫩叶裁剪后捣碎,置于无水乙醇中密封静置,采用医用纱布进行初次过滤,再使用真空抽滤进行过滤,抽滤得到的油脂通过旋转蒸发掉包含的无水乙醇后,浓缩即得到香柏油;
(2)乳化液的制备:先取氢氧化钠溶液进行加热,边搅拌边往氢氧化钠溶液内添加乳化剂,加入完毕后再通过氢氧化钠调节PH,之后再进行升温后冷却至室温;
(3)芯材乳化:取(2)中制备得到的乳化液加热,加入(1)制备得到的香柏油与TDI,添加完成后再剪切乳化剂下进行剪切乳化,即可得到乳状液;
(4)香柏油微胶囊制备:将(3)中制得的乳状液在一定温度下缓慢滴加聚醚多元醇,并不断进行搅拌,搅拌期间升温至所需温度,保温一段时间后逐滴滴加二乙烯三胺,继续保温一段时间后得到悬浮液,悬浮液通过乙醇清洗后再通过蒸馏水再次清洗得到香柏油微胶囊;
(5)香柏油微胶囊负载纤维的制备:取(4)中制备得到的香柏油微胶囊与粘合剂,超声分散在有机溶剂中,再将凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维在溶液中浸渍,采用二浸二轧的工艺得到香柏油微胶囊负载的凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维;
(6)复合面料的制备:取(5)中香柏油微胶囊负载的凉感纤维与高密度聚乙烯纤维通过喷雾装置均匀喷洒离子型抗静电剂,再混纺的方式制备得到防蚊及持续凉感复合面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述(1)中香柏嫩叶与无水乙醇的质量比为1:(5~8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述(2)中氢氧化钠溶液预加热至45~50℃,加入完毕后再通过氢氧化钠调节PH至6,再升温至85~92℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述(2)中乳化剂选自十二烷基硫酸钠、吐温80、SMA或者OP4中的一种,氢氧化钠溶液的质量分数为1%,所述乳化剂与氢氧化钠的质量比为(20~25):1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述(3)中香柏油、TDI以及乳化液三者的质量体积比为1g:(0.1~0.2)g:(1.5~2.0)ml。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述(4)中乳状液、聚醚多元醇与二乙烯三胺的质量比为1:(0.02~0.03):(0.001~0.002)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述(4)中乳状液在30℃下缓慢滴加聚醚多元醇,后续搅拌升温至80~90℃,保温时间均为30~45min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述(5)中粘合剂选用酚醛树脂、丙烯酸树脂或环氧树脂的一种,粘合剂与香柏油微胶囊的质量比为1:(20~45)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述(5)中有机溶剂选用无水乙醇、异丙醇或正丁醇中的一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蚊及持续凉感复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述(5)中二浸二轧的工艺参数为:带液率为70%,在60-80℃下预烘5-10min,再在100-180℃下烘焙5-15min。
