Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of roof waterproof coatings, and particularly relates to a weather-resistant roof waterproof coating with heat insulation and heat preservation functions.
Background
The modern building roof water seepage is a common disease of the world building quality and can be called as building cancer, a roof waterproof layer is subjected to winter corrosion circulation for a long time, the dry and wet alternation, thermal expansion and cold contraction, atmospheric ozone and microbial erosion inevitably affect the service life of the waterproof layer, the roof needs to be subjected to water prevention again within a limited period of time, or a rigid self structure is taken as a last waterproof line to carry out local excavation, leakage stoppage and repair structure treatment, however, the water prevention layer is subjected to water prevention again according to the traditional process, a user cannot accept the water prevention layer, the roof concrete protection layer needs to be removed, time and labor are wasted, indirect loss is large, the manufacturing cost is increased, the temporary solution and the permanent solution are not taken according to the existing leakage stoppage and repair process, in order to improve the waterproof effect of the roof, the waterproof coating is coated on the roof to achieve the waterproof effect, and the modern roof waterproof mode is one of the modern roof waterproof mode.
At present, the invention patent with the patent number of CN201711172245.2 discloses a roof waterproof coating with improved long-term water resistance and weather resistance, and the formula of the coating is as follows: 300-500 parts of mixed emulsion, 300-500 parts of filler, 50-200 parts of water, 5-10 parts of 2- (3, 4-epoxy cyclohexyl) ethyl trimethoxy silane, 1-3 parts of ammonium metavanadate, 5-10 parts of potassium hydrogen sulfate, 5-8 parts of poly (1, 2-propylene glycol adipate), 2-5 parts of triethanolamine, 1-3 parts of tetrabutylammonium bromide, 0.2-3 parts of ultraviolet initiator, film-forming assistant, dispersant, preservative, defoamer and thickener. The coating does not contain organic solvent, is healthy, environment-friendly and free of formaldehyde, has extremely low VOC emission, greatly reduces environmental pollution compared with solvent coating, is easy to dry and shrink and crack, reduces poor flexibility of the coating, has no heat insulation effect, is poor in weather resistance, is poor in advection effect during construction, is easy to generate bubbles, and is poor in fluidity.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems of no heat insulation function and poor weather resistance, it is necessary to improve the application scenario of the coating.
