Abstract
The invention discloses a waterproof coating and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of materials; the waterproof coating provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of emulsified asphalt, 18-28 parts of acrylic emulsion, 15-30 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 0.1-0.3 part of dispersant, 0.1-0.5 part of defoamer, 0.2-0.6 part of plasticizer, 0.2-0.6 part of thickener and 0.1-1 part of pH multifunctional assistant; the raw materials of the emulsified asphalt comprise polymer modified asphalt, an anionic emulsifier and water; according to the waterproof coating provided by the technical scheme of the invention, the specific emulsified asphalt is selected to be matched with the acrylic emulsion, the coarse whiting, the dispersing agent and other auxiliaries, so that the prepared waterproof coating has the characteristics of high tensile strength, good fluidity and strong bonding force.

The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material and the SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material are constructed by adopting a paving method, and the joint edges are lapped to form an integral waterproof layer; the hot melting method is that the bottom surface of the coiled material and the base layer are baked by a special hot melting machine or a blast lamp, when the bottom surface of the coiled material is baked and oiled to be glossy and blackened, the oiled coiled material is nearly melted, and the coiled material can be bonded with the base layer by rolling forwards; the cold bonding method is a construction method for bonding the coiled material by the adhesive; the method is mainly used for the lower layer of a single-layer waterproof structure and a laminated waterproof structure, and a point bonding method or a strip bonding method is adopted under the common condition; the method has the disadvantages of troublesome construction, strict environment requirement of outdoor construction, smooth paving of a base surface, tight and firm joint, and easy delamination in the later period to cause water leakage hidden trouble.

When the components of the waterproof coating provided by the invention are in the weight part range, the prepared waterproof coating has strong binding power and good fluidity.
As a preferred embodiment of the waterproof coating material of the present invention, the acrylic emulsion comprises a styrene-acrylic emulsion or a silicone-acrylic emulsion.
Preferably, the styrene-acrylic emulsion or the silicone-acrylic emulsion in the acrylic emulsion can ensure that the obtained product has excellent water resistance and weather resistance, the adhesion force of the styrene-acrylic emulsion or the silicone-acrylic emulsion is good, and the product has good adhesion force when used in combination with other additives.
As a preferred embodiment of the waterproof coating, the heavy calcium carbonate is powder with the particle size of 800-1000 meshes.

the preparation method of the waterproof coating comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the sodium polycarboxylate and the coarse whiting, stirring for 5min at the rotating speed of 800r/min of 600-;
(2) and adding the silicone-acrylic emulsion into the mixing system A, uniformly stirring at the rotating speed of 300-450r/min, then adding the bactericide, stirring for 5min, adding the prepared emulsified asphalt, and stirring for 10min to obtain the waterproof coating.

the preparation method of the waterproof coating comprises the following steps: (1) mixing sodium sulfate and coarse whiting, stirring for 5min at the rotating speed of 800r/min for 600 plus materials, then sequentially adding an organic silicon defoamer, dioctyl phthalate, a thickener and a pH multifunctional auxiliary agent every 5min, and keeping the rotating speed of the system at 800r/min for 600 plus materials in the adding process to obtain a mixed system A;
(2) and adding the styrene-acrylic emulsion into the mixed system A, uniformly stirring at the rotating speed of 300-450r/min, then adding the bactericide, stirring for 5min, adding the prepared emulsified asphalt, and stirring for 10min to obtain the waterproof coating.

The only difference between the waterproof coating provided by this comparative example and example 1 is that no dispersant is added.
Comparative example 6
The only difference between the waterproof coating provided by the comparative example and the waterproof coating provided by the embodiment 1 is that in the preparation process, 33 parts of emulsified asphalt, 24 parts of acrylic emulsion, 22 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 0.1-0.3 part of dispersant, 0.2 part of defoamer, 0.3 part of plasticizer, 0.4 part of thickener, 0.1 part of pH multifunctional assistant, 0.2 part of bactericide and the balance of water are weighed and stirred for 30min at the rotating speed of 300-350r/min to obtain the waterproof coating.
Examples of effects
The waterproof coatings prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6 were subjected to performance testing according to JC/T408-2005; the detection results are shown in table 1;

As can be seen from the data in the table, when the technical scheme provided by the invention is adopted, the solid content of the prepared product is more than 60.0%, the actual drying time is 5h, the bonding strength is more than 1.3MPa, and the tensile strength is more than 2.46MPa, namely, the waterproof coating prepared by the invention has higher solid content, higher bonding strength and tensile strength, and also has excellent waterproof performance;
as can be seen from example 1 and comparative examples 1-2, when the amount of the emulsified asphalt or acrylic emulsion added is reduced, the solid content, the cohesive strength and the tensile strength of the prepared product are all reduced to some extent; as can be seen from example 1 and comparative example 3, when the addition amount of the heavy calcium carbonate is reduced, the tensile strength and the bonding strength of the heavy calcium carbonate are obviously reduced, and the addition of the heavy calcium carbonate can optimize the bonding performance and the toughness of the product; as can be seen from example 1 and comparative example 4, when the formulation of the emulsified asphalt is changed, the reduction range of the bonding strength and the tensile strength is obviously larger than that when the addition amount of the emulsified asphalt is reduced, which indicates that the kind of the emulsified asphalt has a larger influence on the performance of the product; as can be seen from example 1 and comparative example 5, when no dispersant is added, the bonding strength and tensile strength of the product are both reduced remarkably, which indicates that although the addition amount of the dispersant is small, the addition of a small amount of the dispersant can play a role in being matched with heavy calcium carbonate, emulsified asphalt and acrylic emulsion, so that the tensile property and bonding property of the product are improved; as can be seen from example 1 and comparative example 6, the product performance is reduced without the preparation method of the invention, because the addition sequence and time of the components can affect the mixing action among the components during the preparation process of the product, and further affect the product performance.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are intended to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention and not to limit the scope of the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications and equivalent substitutions can be made to the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
