在进行房车板的成产过程中,需要将加强涂层均匀的喷涂到基板的表面,在喷涂的过程中需要通过导流罩将喷出的物料进行喷涂范围约束,但在喷涂过程中,导流罩上可能粘附有喷出的物料,粘附的物料在喷涂的过程中会反复凝结成团随后被高速的物料带离,但在停止喷涂时,结团的物料可能就会因为重力滴落在基板表面,导致基板表面物料喷覆的厚度不均匀,因此需要一种装置可以在停止喷涂时防止物料结团滴落。

本发明提供了一种基于玻璃纤维增强复合蜂窝芯材的房车板及加工装置。具备以下有益效果:
1、该基于玻璃纤维增强复合蜂窝芯材的房车板及加工装置,在雾化帽本体工作时会将拉块向右推动,使之拉动滑块左移,使滑块的右侧气压减小,使薄膜向下收缩,使薄膜的表面积缩小,在停止喷涂时,薄膜重新膨胀,使其表面积变大,使薄膜表面附着的涂料随着薄膜的表面延伸变薄,使之不易结团掉落。
2、该基于玻璃纤维增强复合蜂窝芯材的房车板及加工装置,在薄膜向下收缩时会使转杆下降推动第一磁铁与第二磁铁吸附到一起,在薄膜向上膨胀时会使弹片上弹推动固定片使第一磁铁与第二磁铁的表面瞬间脱离,使固定片快速复位,高速撞击在薄膜的内壁,使薄膜上已经被分散的涂料被撞击分散成较小的液滴,避免较大的结团滴落。
3、该基于玻璃纤维增强复合蜂窝芯材的房车板及加工装置,在第一磁铁快速复位的过程中会使转杆快速上移,其上移过程中由于外壁与螺纹环的内壁螺纹连接,会使转杆产生快速旋转,从而使配重块跟随快速旋转,由于配重块内部配中不均,会使配重块带动转杆快速震动,使转杆将震动传导至固定片上,使固定片撞击薄膜的同时产生高速震动,可以将液滴更好的分散。
4、该基于玻璃纤维增强复合蜂窝芯材的房车板及加工装置,在停止喷涂时,由于弹片支撑使薄膜复位,使滑块的右侧气压减小,使滑块被气压拉扯向右突然移动,在滑块向右移动后由于拉绳的具有延伸性,会使滑块由于惯性会超越复位时的位置向右移动,使其右侧的气体被滑块挤压升高,气压升高会使固定环向上推起,使气体通过固定环上的开口喷出,使气流带动被固定片撞击溅射的液滴使其分散的更加均匀,达到更好的防止物料结团滴落的目的。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种基于玻璃纤维增强复合蜂窝芯材的房车板及加工装置,包括由A、B两种组分组成,A和B组分的重量比为100∶150~190,以重量百分数计包括:A组分:40%~70%聚醚多元醇1,5~10%聚醚多元醇2,5%~10%聚醚多元醇3,0~10%聚酯多元醇1,4%~10%交联剂,5%~15%扩链剂,0.2%~2%泡沫稳定剂,0.2%~1.5%催化剂,5~10%阻燃剂,0.2%~1%水,0.2~2%内脱模剂,0.2~1%其他添加剂,B组分:多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯;所述的聚醚多元醇1为D-葡糖醇为起始剂,采取碱金属氢氧化物为催化剂,1,2-环氧丙烷进行阴离子聚合,再加入环氧乙烷进行封端制备,所得官能度为6.0,数均分子量为300-800,所述的聚醚多元醇2为双酚A为起始剂,数均分子量在400-800,官能度为2的环氧丙烷聚醚多元醇,所述的聚醚多元醇3为丙三醇为起始剂,数均分子量在4000-8000,官能度为3的环氧丙烷扩链,环氧乙烷封端的聚醚多元醇,所述的聚酯多元醇1为对苯二甲酸与乙二醇通过缩聚反应得到,数均分子量在300-500,粘度2000-3000m Pa·s,制备房车板时准备一个核心层和至少一个玻璃纤维增强层,将纤维增强层施用于核心层的一面或两面,用机械手将纤维和核心层固定好,将A、B组分混合物均匀后通过外部负压装置抽取,负压抽取装置的输出端与喷枪本体1左侧的输入端进行连接,随后通过喷枪本体1的右侧雾化帽本体301的右侧向玻璃纤维增强层进行喷涂,使之施用于纤维增强层,放入100-130℃的模具中,合模10秒开模放气,再合模10秒开模放气,再合模60s-120s开模即可得到制品。
喷枪本体1的右侧固定连接有导流罩2,喷枪本体1的右侧设置有防滴落机构3;
防滴落机构3包括雾化帽本体301、拉块302、拉绳303、滑块304、打散机构305,雾化帽本体301的左侧输入端与喷枪本体1的输出端连接,雾化帽本体301的内壁与拉块302的外壁滑动连接,拉块302的右端贯穿雾化帽本体301并延伸至雾化帽本体301的右侧,拉块302的右侧外部与拉绳303的一端固定连接。
导流罩2的内部设置有滑槽,拉绳303的下端贯穿导流罩2并延伸至滑槽的内部与滑块304的外壁固定连接,滑块304的外壁与滑槽的内壁滑动连接,滑块304的中部设置有连通孔,连通孔将滑块304的左侧与滑块304的右侧连通设置,连通孔的中部固定连接有压力阀,压力阀的输入侧为左侧,导流罩2的右侧设置有连接孔,连接孔的内部设置有打散机构305。
打散机构305包括固定环501、薄膜502、固定片503、弹片504、滑筒505,固定环501的外壁与连接孔的内壁滑动连接,固定环501的侧壁上开设有开口,开口位于固定环501的低于导流罩2的表面处,固定环501的内壁与薄膜502的外壁固定连接,薄膜502的下侧与固定片503的上表面接触,固定片503的下侧通过弹片504与滑槽的内壁连接,滑筒505的下侧与滑槽的内壁固定连接,滑筒505的下侧开设有气孔。
打散机构305还包括转杆506、连接块507、第一磁铁508、第二磁铁509、配重块510、螺纹环511,转杆506的上端与固定片503的下侧通过轴承转动连接,转杆506的外壁与配重块510的内壁固定连接,转杆506的下端通过轴承与连接块507的上侧转动连接,连接块507的下侧与第一磁铁508的上表面通过扭簧连接,第一磁铁508的外壁与滑筒505的内壁滑动连接,第二磁铁509的下侧与滑槽的内壁固定连接,第一磁铁508的下侧与第二磁铁509的上侧为相反磁极,第二磁铁509的侧壁与滑筒505的内壁固定连接,转杆506位于配重块510的中部偏左的位置,配重块510的中部设置有空腔,空腔位于配重块510的内部左侧,滑筒505的内壁上侧与螺纹环511的外壁固定连接,螺纹环511的内壁与转杆506的外壁螺纹连接。
生产时,将A、B组分混合物均匀后通过外部负压装置抽取,负压抽取装置的输出端与喷枪本体1左侧的输入端进行连接,随后通过喷枪本体1的右侧雾化帽本体301的右侧向玻璃纤维增强层进行喷涂,使之施用于纤维增强层,放入100-130℃的模具中,合模10秒开模放气,再合模10秒开模放气,再合模60s-120s开模即可得到制品,在喷枪本体1使用时,雾化帽本体301工作时其内部会产生向右的推力,会将拉块302向右推动,使之通过拉扯拉绳303从而拉动滑块304左移,使滑块304的右侧气压减小,使薄膜502向下收缩,使薄膜502的表面积缩小,同时使固定片503被推动下移,使转杆506下移缩进滑筒505的内部,使第一磁铁508与第二磁铁509吸附到一起,同时使弹片504进行收缩,在停止喷涂时,由于弹片504的弹力会使固定片503带动薄膜502进行上升,薄膜502重新膨胀,使其表面积变大,在弹片504向上推动薄膜502的过程中会使第一磁铁508与第二磁铁509的表面瞬间脱离,使固定片503快速复位,高速撞击在薄膜502的内壁,在第一磁铁508快速复位的过程中会使转杆506快速上移,其上移过程中由于外壁与螺纹环511的内壁螺纹连接,会使转杆506产生快速旋转,从而使配重块510跟随快速旋转,由于配重块510内部配中不均,会使配重块510带动转杆506快速震动,使转杆506将震动传导至固定片503上,使固定片503撞击薄膜502的同时产生高速震动,可以将液滴更好的分散,由于弹片504支撑固定片503上移,会使滑块304的右侧的空间增大气压减小,使滑块304被气压拉扯向右突然移动,使之将拉块302进行复位,在滑块304向右移动后由于拉绳303的具有延伸性,会使滑块304由于惯性会超越复位时的位置向右移动,使其右侧的气体被滑块304挤压升高,气压升高会使固定环501向上推起,使气体通过固定环501上的开口喷出,使气流带动被固定片503撞击溅射的液滴使其分散的更加均匀,在滑块304右移后由于拉绳303的弹力会将滑块304拉扯复位,使固定环501下侧处气压减小,使之复位,由于固定环501上的开口被导流罩2封闭,滑块304又由于拉绳303的拉力复位,则会使滑块304上的压力阀打开,使滑块304左侧的气体移动至滑块304的右侧。

Claims (8)
1.一种基于玻璃纤维增强复合蜂窝芯材的房车板,包括由A、B两种组分组成,A和B组分的重量比为100∶150~190,以重量百分数计包括:A组分:40%~70%聚醚多元醇1,5~10%聚醚多元醇2,5%~10%聚醚多元醇3,0~10%聚酯多元醇1,4%~10%交联剂,5%~15%扩链剂,0.2%~2%泡沫稳定剂,0.2%~1.5%催化剂,5~10%阻燃剂,0.2%~1%水,0.2~2%内脱模剂,0.2~1%其他添加剂,B组分:多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯;所述的聚醚多元醇1为D-葡糖醇为起始剂,采取碱金属氢氧化物为催化剂,1,2-环氧丙烷进行阴离子聚合,再加入环氧乙烷进行封端制备,所得官能度为6.0,数均分子量为300-800,所述的聚醚多元醇2为双酚A为起始剂,数均分子量在400-800,官能度为2的环氧丙烷聚醚多元醇,所述的聚醚多元醇3为丙三醇为起始剂,数均分子量在4000-8000,官能度为3的环氧丙烷扩链,环氧乙烷封端的聚醚多元醇,所述的聚酯多元醇1为对苯二甲酸与乙二醇通过缩聚反应得到,数均分子量在300-500,粘度2000-3000m Pa·s,制备房车板时准备一个核心层和至少一个玻璃纤维增强层,将纤维增强层施用于核心层的一面或两面,用机械手将纤维和核心层固定好,其特征在于:将A、B组分混合物均匀后通过外部负压装置抽取,负压抽取装置的输出端与喷枪本体(1)左侧的输入端进行连接,随后通过喷枪本体(1)的右侧雾化帽本体(301)的右侧向玻璃纤维增强层进行喷涂,使之施用于纤维增强层,放入100-130℃的模具中,合模10秒开模放气,再合模10秒开模放气,再合模60s-120s开模即可得到制品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于玻璃纤维增强复合蜂窝芯材的房车板加工装置,其特征在于:所述喷枪本体(1)的右侧固定连接有导流罩(2),所述喷枪本体(1)的右侧设置有防滴落机构(3);
所述防滴落机构(3)包括雾化帽本体(301)、拉块(302)、拉绳(303)、滑块(304)、打散机构(305),所述雾化帽本体(301)的左侧输入端与喷枪本体(1)的输出端连接,所述雾化帽本体(301)的内壁与拉块(302)的外壁滑动连接,所述拉块(302)的右端贯穿雾化帽本体(301)并延伸至雾化帽本体(301)的右侧,所述拉块(302)的右侧外部与拉绳(303)的一端固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种基于玻璃纤维增强复合蜂窝芯材的房车板加工装置,其特征在于:所述导流罩(2)的内部设置有滑槽,所述拉绳(303)的下端贯穿导流罩(2)并延伸至滑槽的内部与滑块(304)的外壁固定连接,所述滑块(304)的外壁与滑槽的内壁滑动连接,所述滑块(304)的中部设置有连通孔,所述连通孔将滑块(304)的左侧与滑块(304)的右侧连通设置,所述连通孔的中部固定连接有压力阀,所述压力阀的输入侧为左侧,所述导流罩(2)的右侧设置有连接孔,所述连接孔的内部设置有打散机构(305)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于玻璃纤维增强复合蜂窝芯材的房车板加工装置,其特征在于:所述打散机构(305)包括固定环(501)、薄膜(502)、固定片(503)、弹片(504)、滑筒(505),所述固定环(501)的外壁与连接孔的内壁滑动连接,所述固定环(501)的内壁与薄膜(502)的外壁固定连接,所述薄膜(502)的下侧与固定片(503)的上表面接触,所述固定片(503)的下侧通过弹片(504)与滑槽的内壁连接,所述滑筒(505)的下侧与滑槽的内壁固定连接,所述滑筒(505)的下侧开设有气孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种基于玻璃纤维增强复合蜂窝芯材的房车板加工装置,其特征在于:所述打散机构(305)还包括转杆(506)、连接块(507)、第一磁铁(508)、第二磁铁(509)、配重块(510)、螺纹环(511),所述转杆(506)的上端与固定片(503)的下侧通过轴承转动连接,所述转杆(506)的外壁与配重块(510)的内壁固定连接,所述转杆(506)的下端通过轴承与连接块(507)的上侧转动连接,所述连接块(507)的下侧与第一磁铁(508)的上表面通过扭簧连接,所述第一磁铁(508)的外壁与滑筒(505)的内壁滑动连接,所述第二磁铁(509)的下侧与滑槽的内壁固定连接,所述第二磁铁(509)的侧壁与滑筒(505)的内壁固定连接,所述滑筒(505)的内壁上侧与螺纹环(511)的外壁固定连接,所述螺纹环(511)的内壁与转杆(506)的外壁螺纹连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种基于玻璃纤维增强复合蜂窝芯材的房车板加工装置,其特征在于:所述第一磁铁(508)的下侧与第二磁铁(509)的上侧为相反磁极。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种基于玻璃纤维增强复合蜂窝芯材的房车板加工装置,其特征在于:所述固定环(501)的侧壁上开设有开口,所述开口位于固定环(501)的低于导流罩(2)的表面处。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种基于玻璃纤维增强复合蜂窝芯材的房车板加工装置,其特征在于:所述转杆(506)位于配重块(510)的中部偏左的位置,所述配重块(510)的中部设置有空腔,所述空腔位于配重块(510)的内部左侧。
