As shown in fig. 1-2 and 4-8, the cleaning device of the invention comprises a first cleaning mechanism 6 arranged at two end sides of a conveying belt 12 of a return section and used for blocking materials from entering the lower part of the conveying belt 12, a second cleaning mechanism 7 used for scraping residual materials adhered to the outer side of the conveying belt 12, and a third cleaning mechanism 13 used for cleaning scattered materials on the outer side of the conveying belt 12, wherein the first cleaning mechanism 6, the second cleaning mechanism 7 and the third cleaning mechanism 13 are sequentially arranged on a box body 1 and are opposite to a discharge port 1-3, namely, the first cleaning mechanism 6, the second cleaning mechanism 7 and the third cleaning mechanism 13 are arranged between a driving roller 8 and a lower carrier roller 14-1 at the most end side and between a driven roller 2 and the lower carrier roller 14-1 at the most end side and respectively correspond to the two discharge ports 1-3, and clean the outer side of the conveying belt 12 through the first cleaning mechanism 6, the second cleaning mechanism 7 and the third cleaning mechanism 13 when the conveying belt is in positive and negative operation, a material blocking plate 6-1 on the first cleaning mechanism 6 is contacted with the outer surface of the conveying belt 12, namely, the first cleaning mechanism 6-1 and the third cleaning mechanism 13 are arranged between the driving roller 8 and the lower carrier roller 14-1 at the most end side and the lower carrier roller 14-1 at the most end side, and corresponding to the two material blocking mechanism 1-3. The scraper 7-6 on the second cleaning mechanism 7 is connected with the outer surface of the conveying belt 12 and is used for cleaning small and fine materials adhered on the conveying belt 12 in the return section, and the lower brush head 13-2 on the third cleaning mechanism 13 is connected with the surface of the conveying belt 12 and is used for cleaning residues adhered on the belt and falling into a blanking port so as to prevent the materials from entering the middle section of the return belt.
As shown in fig. 5, the first cleaning mechanism 6 of the invention comprises a support 6-2 and a flexible baffle plate 6-1, the width of the baffle plate 6-1 is larger than or equal to the width of the conveying belt 12, the baffle plate 6-1 is provided with a baffle cambered surface which is gradually retracted from bottom to top and is outwards protruded, the support 6-2 which is outwards protruded at two ends of the lower part of the baffle plate 6-1 is arranged on the box body 1, the tops of the two baffle plates 6-1 are respectively connected with the conveying belt 12 at the lower part of the end side of the driving roller 8 and the conveying belt 12 at the lower part of the end side of the driven roller 2, and the baffle plate 6-1 can be made of polyurethane materials or other high polymer materials so as to clean most materials in time.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the second cleaning mechanism 7 of the present invention comprises a scraper seat 7-5, a scraper 7-6, an elastic tension assembly 7-7 and an adjusting plate 7-1, wherein the scraper 7-6 is detachably mounted on the scraper seat 7-5, the scraper 7-6 can be made of hard alloy blades and is mounted on the scraper seat 7-5 through clamping plates and fastening pieces, the side arms 7-4 at two ends of the scraper seat 7-5 are connected with the adjusting plate 7-1 through the elastic tension assembly, the adjusting plate 7-1 with an adjusting arc groove is mounted on the box body 1, an adjusting piece 7-2 arranged in the adjusting arc groove is connected with the elastic tension assembly 7-7, the adjusting piece 7-2 can be made of bolts, the adjusting piece 7-2 moves along the adjusting arc groove and is used for adjusting the inclination angle of the scraper 7-6, and the scraper 7-6 is connected with a section 12 of a declined conveying belt, the scraper angle can be conveniently adjusted according to the angle of the conveying belt 12, the scraper can be made by more scraping materials adhered on the conveying belt without causing damage, the conveying belt can be better, the elastic tension assembly 7-7 can be mounted on the outer side of the box body 3, the elastic tension assembly is mounted on the outer side of the box 7-3 through the elastic tension assembly 3, the elastic tension assembly is mounted on the elastic tension assembly 7-3, the elastic tension assembly is mounted on the outer side of the adjusting piece 7-3, and the elastic tension assembly is mounted on the outer side of the box 3, and the elastic tension assembly is mounted on the outer side of the adjusting piece 7-3, and the adjusting piece is mounted on the outer side of the rubber box 3, and can be kept by the elastic tension assembly, and has a certain tension. As shown in FIG. 8, the third cleaning mechanism 13 of the invention comprises a lower brush holder 13-1 and a lower brush head 13-2 which is detachably arranged on the lower brush holder 13-1, wherein the lower brush holder 13-1 is arranged on the box body 1, two sides of the lower brush holder 13-1 are arranged on the box body 1 through a connecting seat and a supporting frame 1-6, the lower brush holder 13-1 is positioned at the edge of a discharge hole, the width of the lower brush head 13-2 is larger than or equal to the width of a conveying belt 12, and a scraper 7-6 scrapes the material on the conveying belt 12 through the lower brush head 13-2 and cleans the residual material which fails to fall, thereby cleaning the conveying belt 12 better, greatly reducing the shutdown cleaning time and improving the conveying efficiency.
Referring to fig. 2 and 8-10, the cleaning device of the invention further comprises a fourth cleaning mechanism 9 and a fifth cleaning mechanism 10 which are positioned at the inner side of the section of the conveying belt 12, the fourth cleaning mechanism 9 for cleaning the material at the inner side of the conveying belt 12 is arranged on the box body 1, the upper brush head 9-2 on the fourth cleaning mechanism 9 is connected with the inner surface of the conveying belt 12, the upper brush head 9-2 is opposite to the lower brush head 13-2 or the upper brush head 9-2 approaches to the lower brush head 13-2, the upper brush head 9-2 and the lower brush head 13-2 can adopt brushes, the fourth cleaning mechanism 9 of the invention comprises an upper brush seat 9-1 and an upper brush head 9-2 which is detachably arranged on the upper brush seat 9-1, the upper brush seat 9-1 is arranged on the box body 1, the width of the upper brush head 9-2 is more than or equal to the width of the conveying belt 12, the upper brush head 9-2 on the upper brush seat 9-1 is arranged in a bidirectional manner, the upper brush head is connected with the inner side surface of the conveying belt of the bearing section and the inner side surface of the conveying belt and the inner side of the return roller section, and the phenomenon that the material is prevented from entering into the driving roller and the driven roller 12 through the fourth cleaning mechanism 9.
As shown in figures 9 and 10, a fifth cleaning mechanism 10 arranged on a box body 1 and positioned at the inner side of a fourth cleaning mechanism 9 is used for cleaning materials scattered on the inner side of a conveying belt 12, a V-shaped scraping plate 10-2 on the fifth cleaning mechanism 10 is connected with the inner surface of the return conveying belt 12, the opening side of the V-shaped scraping plate 10-2 is outwards arranged, the fifth cleaning mechanism 10 is distributed in a' shape and is respectively close to a driving roller 8 and a driven roller 8, the materials scattered on the inner side of the conveying belt 12 are timely cleaned through the V-shaped scraping plate 10-2 and pushed out of the conveying belt 12, and a maintenance door 1-1 is manually opened to clean the materials in the box body 1, so that the phenomenon of deviation of the conveying belt 12 caused by the materials entering the rollers is better avoided.
As shown in FIG. 10, the fifth cleaning mechanism 10 of the present invention comprises a triangular frame 10-1 and a V-shaped scraping plate 10-2, wherein a mounting seat 10-3 on the triangular frame 10-1 is mounted on a supporting frame, the triangular frame 10-1 has better stability, the V-shaped scraping plate 10-2 is detachably mounted on the triangular frame 10-1, the V-shaped scraping plate 10-2 can be made of a rubber plate, the V-shaped rubber plate can be mounted on the triangular frame 10-1 through a pressing plate 10-4, one end mounting seat 10-3 of the triangular frame 10-1 is connected on a carrier roller bracket 11-5, and the other end mounting seats 10-3 are connected on a supporting frame 1-6.

Claims (9)

1. Anti-deviation bidirectional belt conveyor for treating household garbage, and is characterized in that: the device comprises a sealed box body, a driving device for driving the conveying belt to run, a carrier roller device for supporting the conveying belt and a cleaning device for cleaning the conveying belt;
the middle part of the top surface of the box body is provided with a feed inlet, two ends of the bottom surface are respectively provided with a discharge outlet, and a guide component at the upper part of the box body is arranged above the conveying belt;
the driving device comprises a motor, a driving roller and a driven roller, wherein the driving roller and the driven roller are positioned above a corresponding discharge hole, the driving roller is arranged on the box body through a belt seat bearing, the driven roller is arranged on the box body through a belt seat bearing, the transverse position of the driven roller is adjustable, the output end of the motor is connected with the driving roller, a conveying belt is arranged on the driving roller and the driven roller, grooves for limiting the conveying belt are formed in the driving roller and the driven roller, ribs on the conveying belt are matched with the grooves on the driving roller and the grooves on the driven roller, and the wrap angle alpha of the conveying belt from the conveying belt to the driving roller and the driven roller through a lower carrier roller is more than or equal to 185 degrees;
the carrier roller device comprises an upper carrier roller assembly for supporting the conveying belt of the bearing section and a lower carrier roller assembly for supporting the conveying belt of the return section, wherein the upper carrier roller assembly comprises a plurality of upper carrier rollers which are arranged at intervals, the upper carrier roller comprises a middle horizontal carrier roller and two inclined carrier rollers, the horizontal carrier roller and the two inclined carrier rollers are arranged on the box body through a supporting frame, and annular grooves on the horizontal carrier rollers are provided with ribs for accommodating the conveying belt and used for limiting the conveying belt; the lower carrier roller assembly comprises a plurality of lower carrier rollers which are arranged at intervals, and the shaft ends of the lower carrier rollers are arranged on the box body; the conveying belt is in declining transition from the lower carrier roller to the driving roller and the driven roller;
the cleaning device comprises a first cleaning mechanism, a second cleaning mechanism and a third cleaning mechanism, wherein the first cleaning mechanism is arranged at two end sides of a conveying belt of a return section and used for blocking materials from entering the lower part of the conveying belt, the second cleaning mechanism is used for scraping residual materials adhered to the outer side of the conveying belt, the third cleaning mechanism is used for cleaning scattered materials outside the conveying belt, the first cleaning mechanism, the second cleaning mechanism and the third cleaning mechanism are sequentially arranged on a box body and are opposite to a discharge hole, a baffle plate on the first cleaning mechanism is connected with the outer surface of the conveying belt, a scraper on the second cleaning mechanism is connected with the outer surface of the conveying belt, and a lower brush head on the third cleaning mechanism is connected with the surface of the conveying belt;
the cleaning device also comprises a fourth cleaning mechanism and a fifth cleaning mechanism which are positioned at the inner side of the conveying belt, wherein the fourth cleaning mechanism for cleaning materials at the inner side of the conveying belt is arranged on the box body, an upper brush head on the fourth cleaning mechanism is connected with the inner surface of the conveying belt, and the upper brush head is opposite to the lower brush head or is close to the lower brush head; the fifth cleaning mechanism is arranged on the box body and positioned at the inner side of the fourth cleaning mechanism and is used for cleaning materials scattered on the inner side of the conveying belt, the V-shaped scraping plate on the fifth cleaning mechanism is connected with the inner surface of the conveying belt, and the opening side of the V-shaped scraping plate is outwards arranged;
the first cleaning mechanism comprises a support and a flexible baffle plate, the width of the baffle plate is larger than or equal to that of the conveying belt, the baffle plate is provided with a baffle cambered surface which is gradually received from bottom to top and is provided with a convex, the support with two overhanging ends of the lower part of the baffle plate is arranged on the box body, and the top of the baffle plate is connected with the conveying belt at the lower part of the end side of the driving roller and the conveying belt at the lower part of the end side of the driven roller which are respectively corresponding to the baffle plate;
the second cleaning mechanism comprises a scraper seat, a scraper, an elastic tensioning assembly and an adjusting plate, wherein the scraper is detachably arranged on the scraper seat, side arms at two ends of the scraper seat are connected with the adjusting plate through the elastic tensioning group, the adjusting plate with an adjusting arc groove is arranged on the box body, an adjusting piece arranged in the adjusting arc groove is connected with the elastic tensioning assembly, the adjusting piece moves along the adjusting arc groove and is used for adjusting the dip angle of the scraper, and the scraper is connected with a declining conveying belt section.
