The bottom scraping and cleaning device of the belt conveyor is characterized by comprising a rotary brush cleaning device and a blanking cleaning mechanism (4) which are arranged below the belt conveyor, wherein the rotary brush cleaning device comprises a lower brush roller (5) and a first support (8); the first support (8) comprises two first vertical plates (83) which are erected on two sides of the return conveying belt (100) respectively; the roller surface of the lower hairbrush roller (5) is tightly attached to the bottom surface of the return conveying belt (100), two side ends of the lower hairbrush roller are transversely fixed to the inner sides of the upper parts of the two vertical plates I (83) through a roller shaft and bearing combination, and the roller shaft is externally connected with a power mechanism; the blanking cleaning mechanism (4) is arranged on a blanking surface (200) below the return conveying belt (100).

The belt conveyor bottom scraping and cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the upper surface of the return conveyor belt (100) is further pressed with a pinch roller shaft (6), and after two ends of the pinch roller shaft (6) penetrate through two vertical plates (83) of a support I (8), the pinch roller shaft is in transmission connection with a roller shaft of the lower belt brush roller (5) through a transmission mechanism (7).

The belt conveyor bottom scraping and cleaning device as claimed in claim 2, wherein a first branch groove (81) is vertically formed in each of the two first risers (83); two pairs of bearing seats are symmetrically fixed in the two supporting grooves I (81), bearings are fixed in the bearing seats, a press belt shaft (61) of the press belt shaft (6) and a roller shaft of the lower hairbrush roller (5) are in a vertical relation and are tightly matched and connected with the corresponding bearings, and one end of the press belt shaft is externally connected with a belt pulley I (71) and a belt pulley II (73) respectively; the first belt pulley (71) and the second belt pulley (73) are in transmission connection with each other in a surrounding mode through a transmission belt (72).

The belt conveyor bottom scraping and cleaning device as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the pinch roller shaft (6) further comprises pinch rollers (62) which are sleeved on the pinch roller shaft (61) and are uniformly distributed, and the pinch rollers are pressed on the upper surface of the return conveying belt (100).

The belt conveyor bottom scraping and cleaning device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a scraper cleaning device, wherein the scraper cleaning device and the rotary brush cleaning device are arranged at the bottom of the belt conveyor in a staggered manner; the scraper cleaning device comprises a second bracket (1) and a lower scraper (2); the second support (1) comprises two vertical plates (13) which are erected on two sides of the return conveying belt (100) respectively; the upper end surface of the lower scraping scraper (2) is tightly attached to the bottom surface of the return conveying belt (100), and two side ends of the lower scraping scraper are transversely fixed on the inner sides of the upper parts of the two vertical plates (13).

A belt conveyor bottom scraping and cleaning device as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the blanking cleaning mechanism (4) comprises a cleaning scraper (41), a chain (42), a rotating roller (43) and a fixing frame (44); the two fixing frames (44) are symmetrically arranged and are respectively fixed on the inner sides of the bottoms of the two vertical plates II (13) or the vertical plates I (83) at corresponding positions; two ends of a roll shaft of the rotary roll (43) are respectively and rotatably fixed in the fixed frame (44) through bearings; chains (42) are respectively wound on the roller surfaces close to the two ends of the rotating roller (43), and a cleaning scraper (41) is fixedly connected between the two chains (42).

The bottom scraping and cleaning device of the belt conveyor as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that a flexible plate (21) is further transversely fixed on the lower scraping scraper (2), and the upper end surface of the flexible plate (21) is tightly attached to the bottom surface of the return conveying belt (100); a second supporting groove (11) is vertically formed in the second vertical plate (13) in a downward direction; the length of the lower scraping scraper (2) is slightly larger than the distance between the two vertical plates II (13), and the lower scraping scraper is lapped in the supporting groove II (11).
