技术领域
本申请涉及面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种可以使人体汗液多途径传输的复合面料,及该复合面料的制作方法。
背景技术
随着消费水平的提高,消费者对于运动健身越来重视,同时对于在运动过程中穿着的服装提出了越来越高的要求。其中最影响穿着体验的因素之一是出汗后,汗液被服装吸收使得衣服变重或者汗液无法被服装吸收导致体感不适。因此开发一款能够具有导湿功能特性强的面料显得极为重要。
目前市面上运动面料有以下几种做法:
一、使用化学长丝配合网眼结构织成的面料,利用涤纶、尼龙等化学长丝吸水性差的原理使得面料不吸水,同时网眼结构能够增加透气性,使得汗液能够挥发。
二、在面料表面附着一层带微孔的拒水涂层。面料自身吸水,涂层在附着的时候同时留有微孔,汗液被面料吸收后,通过微孔挥发。
以上方式在一定程度上具有了吸湿排汗的功能,但是仍存在缺陷,例如穿着体验的改善较小,透气性差,多次洗水后功能性会衰减等。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种可以使人体汗液多途径传输的复合面料及其制作方法,以解决上述问题。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种可以使人体汗液多途径传输的复合面料,包括:
吸湿层,所述吸湿层设置在靠近人体皮肤的一侧;
拒水层,所述拒水层设置在远离人体皮肤的一侧,其用于与空气接触;
纱线,所述纱线设置在所述拒水层和所述吸湿层之间,用于连接所述吸湿层和所述拒水层。
在本申请的复合面料中,所述吸湿层为纤维材料的纱线织成。
在本申请的复合面料中,所述拒水层为不吸水的化学长丝、纯纺纱线或混纺纱线中的任一种制成。
在本申请的复合面料中,所述纱线为具有沟槽的长丝或采用具有沟槽的纤维纺制而成的复合纱线。
在本申请的复合面料中,所述拒水层远离吸湿层的表面为凹凸结构。
在本申请的复合面料中,所述纱线与所述拒水层的连接点位于所述拒水层表面的凹凸结构的底部。
在本申请的复合面料中,所述纱线露出所述拒水层的浮线长度在1-3mm之间。
第二方面,本申请还提供了上述的复合面料的制作方法,包括:
原料选择,按照预设的材料选择拒水层、吸湿层和纱线的原料;
纺纱,将选取的原料进行纺制操作;
织造,将纺制好的材料织造为面料。
本申请公开了一种可以使人体汗液多途径传输的复合面料及其制作方法,该复合面料可以使人体液相汗、气相汗由内到外多途径传输,将汗液导出到拒水层,由于拒水层不吸收水分,使得汗液无法重新被面料吸收,并且拒水层具有多孔羽毛结构,使得汗液与空气的接触面积增大,方便汗液快速蒸发。

请参照图1所示,本申请的实施例提供了一种可以使人体汗液多途径传输的复合面料,包括吸湿层3、拒水层1和纱线2,纱线2设置在拒水层1和吸湿层3之间,用于连接吸湿层3和拒水层1,并且将汗液导出到拒水层1。吸湿层 3设置在靠近人体皮肤的一侧,拒水层1设置在远离人体皮肤的一侧,拒水层1 与空气接触,将吸湿层3导出的汗液蒸发。
吸湿层3为具有吸湿作用的纤维材料的纱线纺织而成,纤维材料包括但不限于棉、毛、麻、coo lmax等纺成的纯纺纤维纱线或混纺纤维纱线。
拒水层1为不吸水的化学长丝、纯纺纱线或混纺纱线中的任一种制成。化学长丝、纯纺纱线或混纺纱线包括但不限于涤纶、丙纶等。
纱线2为具有沟槽的长丝或采用具有沟槽的纤维纺制而成的复合纱线,沟槽可以为十字形。该纱线本身不吸湿或吸湿性能差,并且纱线2截面具有沟槽结构,这些特性使得汗液能够在虹吸效应的作用下将汗液从吸湿层导入拒水层 1。
吸湿层3为亲肤一侧,纱线2连接吸湿层3以及拒水层1,拒水层1远离吸湿层3的表面为凹凸结构。该结构采用仿生学的方式模拟鸟类羽毛的结构,由于该面料一侧吸水,一侧拒水,因此两侧会形成液压差,使得皮肤分泌出的液相汗和气相汗能够沿亲肤一侧向远离皮肤的一侧转移,与此同时连接拒水层1 和吸湿层3的纱线2由于具有沟槽,由于虹吸效应会加速汗液向拒水层1传导。由于拒水层1远离吸湿层3的表面为凹凸结构,加大了汗液与空气的接触面积;同时该凹凸结构类似一个个导流槽,在人体运动或有风的情况下,使得空气能够向一个方向流动,从而使得导出的水分能够迅速挥发。
在遇到下雨或者被水淋到的情况,由于外侧拒水以及拒水层1接触外界的一侧的凹凸结构,将水迅速导走。
本实施例中,纱线2与拒水层1的连接点位于拒水层1的凹凸结构的底部,并且纱线2露出拒水层1的浮线长度在1-3mm之间,此时本产品的单向导湿效果较佳。浮线长度越小,汗液从吸湿层传导到拒水层的效率越高,但是相应的浮线与拒水层之间的接触面积也小,拒水层上的汗液就越不容易蒸发,因此浮线的最小长度设置为1mm。浮线的长度越长,汗液从吸湿层传导到拒水层的效率越低,但是相应的浮线与拒水层之间的接触面积也越大,此时虽然拒水层容易蒸发,但是汗液单向导湿性差,汗液从吸湿层到拒水层的单向导湿效果越差,因此浮线的最大长度设置为3mm,浮线长度在1-3mm时的单向导湿效果最佳,并且拒水层的蒸发效果较好。
本实施例中,皮肤汗腺分泌出的气态汗和液态汗被吸湿层3吸收,通过纱线2将吸湿层3中的水份传导到拒水层1,汗液会集中在纱线2的沟槽中,同时利用虹吸效应将汗液导出到拒水层1的孔洞结构的底层,由于拒水层1处的汗液不能回流,且拒水层1处的网眼结构(纱线孔)加大了汗液与空气的接触面积,使得汗液被迅速挥发。
本发明还涉及上述的复合面料的制作方法,该制作方法包括:一、原料选择,按照预设的材料选择拒水层、吸湿层和纱线的原料;二、纺纱,将选取的原料进行纺制操作;三、织造,将编制好的材料织造为面料。
在一个可选的实施例中,拒水层选用75D/36F FDY涤纶长丝,涤纶的公定回潮仅0.4%,可以使得拒水层1几乎不吸收水分。
纱线选用70D/34F的Coo lmax长丝,该长丝的截面具有沟槽,能够将水分凝聚在沟槽中,且由于虹吸效应的作用能够使得水分沿轴向进行传导。
吸湿层选用50S/1棉/火山岩粘胶70/30混纺纱,棉和火山岩粘胶纤维具有良好的吸湿性,能够在较短时间内将人体分泌出的液相汗、气态汗吸收。由于人体在出汗的同时被带出大量的热量,在大量出汗后会有明显的凉感,容易感冒,而火山粘胶具有良好的吸湿发热的作用,能够避免人体在剧烈运动后出现失温的情况。
下面介绍吸湿层所选的棉/火山岩粘胶70/30的纱线纺制过程,具体如下:
1、预处理,为保证棉和火山岩粘胶纤维混合均匀,因此在进行纺纱前需进行混合的预处理,将所述棉纤维与火山岩粘胶纤维通过和毛机进行充分混合并将混合后的纤维打包。
2、清花,将混合后的纤维排在圆盘内,通过抓棉机、开棉机、混棉机、清棉机、成卷机,进行充分开松,均匀混合,去除杂质得到厚薄均匀的棉卷,棉卷重量控制在400-500g/m。
3、梳棉,经过梳棉机梳理得到17.5-20.0g/5m的生条。
4、并条,经过三次并条,喂入根数为6-8根最佳,牵伸隔距根据纤维的长度进行适当调整得到粗细均匀的熟条,条子定量为12.5-17.5g/5m。
5、粗纱,经过粗纱机牵伸加捻,粗纱定量3.0-3.8g/10m,捻度45-50T/M。
6、细纱,采用紧密纺,经过进一步牵伸加捻,纺成纱支50s/1,捻度1150T/M。
补充说明,由于本实例中吸湿层需要具有良好的吸湿性,因此在上述纺纱过程以及在后续织造整理的过程中不可加入拒水的软油或者其他拒水的助剂,避免降低吸湿层的吸湿性能。
在步骤二完成后,进行步骤三织造成品面料。
按照复合面料的结构进行织造,面料的里层为吸湿层,吸湿层包括但不限于平纹、线圈结构等。外层为拒水层,拒水层的外表面为凹凸结构。纱线连接于拒水层和吸湿层。
人体的液相汗和气相汗被吸湿层吸收后,凝聚在纱线的沟槽内,通过虹吸效应将汗从吸湿层导流到拒水层中。由于拒水层具有多孔羽毛结构,汗液导出到拒水层后,无法反向流回,并且汗液与空气接触面积变大,加速汗液挥发速度。

Claims (8)
1.一种可以使人体汗液多途径传输的复合面料,其特征在于,包括:
吸湿层,所述吸湿层设置在靠近人体皮肤的一侧;
拒水层,所述拒水层设置在远离人体皮肤的一侧,其用于与空气接触;
纱线,所述纱线设置在所述拒水层和所述吸湿层之间,用于连接所述吸湿层和所述拒水层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料,其特征在于,所述吸湿层为纤维材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料,其特征在于,所述拒水层为不吸水的化学长丝、纯纺纱线或混纺纱线中的任一种制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料,其特征在于,所述纱线为具有沟槽的长丝或采用具有沟槽的纤维纺制而成的复合纱线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料,其特征在于,所述拒水层远离吸湿层的表面为凹凸结构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的复合面料,其特征在于,所述纱线与所述拒水层的连接点位于所述拒水层表面的凹凸结构的底部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的复合面料,其特征在于,所述纱线露出所述拒水层的浮线长度在1-3mm之间。
8.一种复合面料的制作方法,用于制作如权利要求1-7任一项所述的复合面料,其特征在于,所述复合面料的制作方法包括:
原料选择,按照预设的材料选择拒水层、吸湿层和纱线的原料;
纺纱,将选取的原料进行纺制操作;
织造,将纺制好的材料织造为面料。
