技术领域
本申请涉及面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种冬季外防水内吸湿放热的保暖复合面料,及该复合面料的制作方法。
背景技术
在寒冷的冬天,人们会穿着厚重的服装来阻止身体热量逸散,但是普通服装在穿着的过程中有“湿冷”的感觉。这是由于普通的衣服会吸收人体的气相汗和液相汗,难以排出,使得面料的湿度增加,同时汗液与湿气的排出会带走热量,因此难以达到理想的保暖效果。
目前市面上保暖服装有以下几种做法:
一、在服装夹层内填充鸭绒、鹅绒或其他填充物,在阻止热量逸散的同时,储存更多静态空气。
二、在面料中使用远红外发热的改性功能性纤维,通过吸收人体释放的远红外来放热。
以上方式在一定程度上解决了冬季保暖的问题,但是仍存在厚重,或由于身体素质的差异导致保暖效果有差异等问题。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种冬季外防水内吸湿放热的保暖复合面料及其制作方法,以解决上述问题。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种冬季外防水内吸湿放热的保暖复合面料,包括:
亲肤层,所述亲肤层设置于靠近人体皮肤的一侧;
吸湿放热层,所述吸湿放热层设置所述亲肤层远离人体皮肤的一侧;
防风拒水层,所述防风拒水层设置在吸湿放热层远离所述吸湿放热层的一侧,其用于与空气接触;
纱线,所述纱线设置在所述防风拒水层、所述吸湿放热层和所述亲肤层之间,用于连接所述吸湿放热层、所述防风拒水层和亲肤层连接。
在本申请的复合面料中,所述亲肤层为10-15.5μm细度的羊毛。
在本申请的复合面料中,所述吸湿放热层为纤维材料制成的絮片。
在本申请的复合面料中,所述防风拒水层为不吸水的化学长丝、纯纺纱线或混纺纱线中的任一种制成。
在本申请的复合面料中,所述纱线为具有沟槽的长丝或采用具有沟槽的长丝纺制而成的复合纱线。
在本申请的复合面料中,所述防风拒水层远离吸湿放热层的表面为凹凸结构。

请参照图1所示,本申请的实施例提供了一种冬季外防水内吸湿放热的保暖复合面料,包括吸湿放热层3、防风拒水层1、纱线2和亲肤层4。纱线2设置在防风拒水层1、吸湿放热层3和亲肤层4之间,用于连接吸湿放热层3、防风拒水层1和亲肤层4,并且通过纱线将汗液导出到防风拒水层1。
吸湿放热层3为具有吸湿作用的纤维材料纺制成的絮片,纤维材料包括但不限于棉、毛、麻、coolmax等纺成的纯纺纤维纱线或混纺纤维纱线。
防风拒水层1为不吸水的化学长丝、纯纺纱线或混纺纱线中的任一种制成。化学长丝、纯纺纱线或混纺纱线包括但不限于涤纶、丙纶等。
纱线2为具有沟槽的长丝或采用具有沟槽的长丝纺制而成的复合纱线。该纱线本身不吸湿或吸湿性能差,并且纱线2截面具有沟槽结构,这些特性使得汗液能够在虹吸效应的作用下将汗液从吸湿放热层导入防风拒水层1。
亲肤层4为亲肤一侧,纱线2连接亲肤层4、吸湿放热层3以及防风拒水层 1,拒水层1远离吸湿放热层3的表面为凹凸结构。该面料结构采用仿生学的方式模拟鸟类羽毛的结构。
由于该面料一侧吸水,一侧拒水,因此两侧会形成液压差,使得皮肤分泌出的液相汗和气相汗能够沿亲肤一侧向远离皮肤的一侧转移,与此同时连接拒水层1、吸湿放热层3以及亲肤层4的纱线2由于具有沟槽,由于虹吸效应会加速汗液向拒水层1传导。
吸湿放热层3为吸湿放热材料,吸收水分后会放出热量。由于拒水层1远离吸湿层3的表面为凹凸结构,加大了汗液与空气的接触面积;同时该凹凸结构类似一个个导流槽,在人体运动或有风的情况下,使得空气能够向一个方向流动,从而使得导出的水分能够迅速挥发。
在遇到下雨或者被水淋到的情况,由于外侧拒水以及拒水层1接触外界的一侧的凹凸结构,将水迅速导走。
具体地,亲肤层4采用10-15.5μm细度的极细羊毛,亲肤层4具有柔软、保暖、和吸湿排污的功能,使得皮肤能够处于干燥、温暖、舒适的环境之下,提升了人们的穿着体验感。多余的汗液和湿气凝聚在纱线的沟槽中,在虹吸效应的作用下向防风拒水层1的底部传导,由于防风拒水层1为多孔羽毛结构,此结构类似于倒置的漏斗,使得汗液从吸湿放热层3向防风拒水层1传导,不会反向传导。
本实施例中,纱线2与防风拒水层1的连接点位于防风拒水层1的凹凸结构的底部,并且纱线2露出防风拒水层1的浮线长度在1-3mm之间,此时本产品的单向导湿效果较佳。浮线长度越小,汗液从吸湿层传导到拒水层的效率越高,但是相应的浮线与拒水层之间的接触面积也小,拒水层上的汗液就越不容易蒸发,因此浮线的最小长度设置为1mm。浮线的长度越长,汗液从吸湿层传导到拒水层的效率越低,但是相应的浮线与拒水层之间的接触面积也越大,此时虽然拒水层上的汗液容易蒸发,但是汗液单向导湿性差,汗液从吸湿层到拒水层的单向导湿效果越差,因此浮线的最大长度设置为3mm,浮线长度在1-3mm时的单向导湿效果最佳,并且拒水层的蒸发效果较好。
本发明还涉及上述的复合面料的制作方法,该制作方法包括:一、原料选择,按照预设的材料选择亲肤层4、防风拒水层1、吸湿放热层3和纱线2的原料;二、纺纱,将选取的原料进行纺制操作;三、织造,将编制好的材料织造为面料。
在一个可选的实施例中,亲肤层4优选细度为13.5um的羊毛纱线,纱支为 30s/1,捻度650T/M。
选取13.5um的毛条,通过养生—头针—二针—精梳—三针—四针—粗纱—细纱—络筒—蒸纱纺成纱线。
为了验证细度对于柔软舒适度的改善,选取相同支数、捻度的17.5um, 23.9um羊毛细度的纱线织成同样密度30*30cm的毛片,洗水后给到随机选取的 5名评估人员进行手摸评估,最终得到的结果如下:

吸湿放热层3优选一种经过特殊改性处理的吸湿发热腈纶,规格为1.6dtex*38mm,在20℃,65%RH条件下实测回潮率为27%,下表为同等环境下其他常见纤维的回潮率的测试值。超高的回潮使得通过亲肤层导出的汗液和湿气被及时吸收,与此同时主动放出热量,进一步保证整个面料的保暖性。

将所述吸湿发热腈纶通过梳理—并条—粗纱,纺成定量为0.27g/m的粗纱。
防风拒水层1选用75D/36F FDY涤纶长丝,涤纶的公定回潮仅0.4%,可以使得防风拒水层1几乎不吸收水分。
连接防风拒水层1、吸湿放热层3以及亲肤层4的纱线2选用70D/34F的 Coolmax长丝,该长丝的截面具有沟槽,能够将水分凝聚在沟槽中,且由于虹吸效应的作用能够使得水分沿轴向进行传导。
参考图1的结构进行织物组织结构设计,将所述各层优选的材料通过特殊改造的针织圆机进行织造。
采用上述的制作方法制作的复合面料包括四层结构,各自具有不同的功能,在使用过程中,皮肤与亲肤层接触,由于亲肤层具有柔软、保暖和吸湿排汗的功能,使得皮肤能够处于干燥、温暖、舒适的环境之下。吸湿放热层吸收亲肤层传导过来的汗液和湿气,并放出热量,起到了主动保暖的作用,多余的汗液和湿气凝聚在纱线的沟槽中,在虹吸效应的作用下向防风拒水层的底部传导,由于防风拒水层为多孔羽毛结构,使得汗液能够从一端向另一端流出,但不可反向流回。

防风拒水层,所述防风拒水层设置在吸湿放热层远离所述吸湿放热层的一侧,其用于与空气接触;
纱线,所述纱线设置在所述防风拒水层、所述吸湿放热层和所述亲肤层之间,用于连接所述吸湿放热层、所述防风拒水层和亲肤层连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料,其特征在于,所述亲肤层采用10-15.5μm细度的羊毛。

纺纱,将选取的原料进行纺制操作;
织造,将纺制好的材料织造为面料。
