Description

Preparation method of solid wood grain film substrate
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of a solid wood grain involucra substrate, which is characterized in that long trunks are completely obtained, and large-area natural and parallel wood grains can be manufactured through precisely planing the film materials aiming at the wood grain distribution characteristics, so that the real wood grains are displayed.
The industrial benefit of the film substrate, and especially the high-efficiency cutting application in the growth characteristic of the tree, achieves the natural resource protection effect with minimum consumption.
Background
The original wooden building material or plate is used in indoor decoration wall board or furniture, and has warm color texture, natural fragrance, and is the highest-grade and highest-price material.
Because the tree growth speed is low, if a large amount of solid wood (such as fir, pine and the like) is used as the plate, the influence of excessive cutting to destroy the earth environment is generated, and the solid wood with the whole block, enough area and thickness is not easy to obtain, the price is relatively more and more expensive, the damage to the nature is quite serious, and the damage cannot be ignored absolutely; therefore, there are many alternative products currently on the market for replacing the appearance of solid wood, such as: splints or foam boards, etc.
The outer layer of the splint or the foaming plate is stuck with the veneer with the wooden grains, but the veneer is printed by a printing machine, the repeatability of the grains is high, and the veneer is quite unnatural when being used in decoration. Moreover, the printed veneer lacks the multiple effects that the original wood can absorb infrared rays and ultraviolet rays and emit natural warm color systems and natural log aroma.
In order to solve this problem, manufacturers develop wood to obtain natural veneer by techniques such as chord cutting, rotary cutting, diameter cutting or splitting, and then attach the natural veneer to the outer layer of a splint or a foam board or the top layer of a nonwoven fabric by bonding treatment to form a wood grain film for bonding.
However, in the conventional veneer cutting technology, the wood grain board attached to the whole surface cannot avoid the visual effect of scattered and cracked natural wood grains due to the fact that the grown veins of the tree are not taken as materials, and particularly when the large-size and large-area board or wall surface is paved, the manufacturing means has the condition that the repeatability of the grains is high, or the grains of the veneer are extremely unnatural, the installation effect of the natural wood is lost, and the method is obviously not practical.
In another mode, the technology of the technical veneer is used for attaching a clamping plate or a hard material; however, such technological veneer needs pre-treatment before lamination, which is not only complex in procedure and high in cost, but also much heavier than natural veneer, and is more labor-consuming and inconvenient in laying construction.
How to improve the veneer splitting technology, and how to take materials with high efficiency and maintain the natural resource tree resources is a problem which is positively solved by related industries together.
Disclosure of Invention
The main purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of a solid wood grain film substrate, which comprises the steps of planning a central waste part, horizontally splitting layer by setting equal thickness to obtain a multi-layer board body, removing top and bottom narrow materials, removing left and right left marginal materials, and longitudinally splitting the waste part, so as to cut a plurality of layers of narrow side boards which have equal thickness and two vertical sides and respectively show wide main boards of tree species main wood grains and continuous straight grain characteristics; therefore, according to the total width requirement, a plurality of main boards and side boards with the same length are selected to be abutted in the horizontal direction, so that a substrate which is slightly larger than the length and width of a preset film finished product and is spliced by natural wood grains is formed; the membrane plate formed by bonding and sealing edges with equal thickness on two sides of the length direction of the substrate is cut into a membrane by thin planing in the horizontal direction; the bottom surface of the membrane can be bonded with the thin non-woven fabric by means of transparent viscose to form a support and a combination to form a substrate with comprehensive wood grain distribution, namely, the substrate can be cut to a specified size in the length and width directions after shaping treatment to prepare a membrane substrate; the wood grain coating material has texture similar to that of natural log and large-area wood grain, and has absolute characteristic of no repetition of natural solid wood grain of each coating substrate, so that the application value of the coating substrate is obviously improved and surpassed.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a solid wood grain film substrate,
the wood grain growth machine mainly takes forward materials for natural wood grain growth of trees, eliminates the waste material part in the center of a trunk, which often has the erosion phenomenon, cuts open the narrow materials at the top and the bottom and the left and the right side of the residual materials, and then completes the main board and the sideboard for taking materials, thereby being an effective wood for forming complete wood grains and forming high-efficiency application; the method can reduce the occurrence of flaw phenomenon during wood grain splicing in the processing step, and has the progressive characteristics of simplifying the steps and improving the economic benefit.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a solid wood grain film substrate, which is effective in wood and efficient and complete in use, and which can reduce the demand of log tree bodies and achieve the purpose of reducing the cutting number and protecting the precious resources of nature, besides improving the economic benefit that each log tree body can produce the solid wood grain film substrate in an increased amount.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a solid wood grain film substrate, wherein a film is sliced into thin films in a horizontal direction; the substrate with comprehensive wood grain distribution is formed by bonding the bottom surface with the non-woven fabric through the transparent viscose to form a support and combining, and the film substrate is manufactured after shaping treatment and cutting with specified size; the light-transmitting state of the extremely thin non-woven fabric makes the thin film substrate show partial light-shielding activity, and when the substrate is directly and integrally used as a curtain sheet of a curtain, the substrate can be matched with an inner or outer light source to irradiate the substrate, so that the natural halation of the log wood grain is comprehensively displayed, and the invention has better practical benefit for the other application of the real wood grain film substrate.

E. A substrate: a main board and a side board are abutted,
F. A membrane plate: edge sealing of the side strips at two sides of the length direction of the substrate,
G. A membrane: thin planing and cutting the diaphragm plate in the horizontal direction,
H. A substrate: a transparent adhesive is adhered to the thin non-woven fabric to form a bottom combination,
I. A coating base material: the base sheet is cut in a specified size in length and width.
The preparation of the solid wood grain film substrate can be completed through the steps; among them, physical properties such as piling and leveling of wood grain film and surface painting of film substrate are conventional techniques for conventional various film treatments, and are not included in the scope of the present invention, and are not described in this specification.
Please refer to fig. 2, 3, and 4 in conjunction with the accompanying drawings: the invention relates to a preparation method of a solid wood grain involucra substrate, which is characterized in that a horizontally placed long trunk 2 is marked with a rectangular or circular center waste part 21 by taking the cross section of a annual ring as the center; the upper and lower sides of the waste part 21 are wide plate areas 2A, and the left and right sides of the waste part 21 are narrow plate areas 2B;
firstly, setting equal thickness for horizontal layer-by-layer cutting, obtaining a multi-layer plate body (a horizontal cutter S1), then removing narrow materials 2C with insufficient width on the upper side and the lower side of the wide plate area 2A, and removing residual materials 2D with left side and right side trimmed to be straight edges, thus cutting a wide main plate 22 which has multiple layers of equal thickness, vertical surfaces on the two sides and has the characteristic of tree species main wood grain;
then, for the middle narrow plate area 2B, a longitudinal section (longitudinal cutter S2) for cutting the width of the waste part 21 is used, and after the left and right sides of the surplus material 2D which is trimmed to be straight edges is removed, a plurality of layers of narrow side plates 23 which have equal thickness and two vertical sides and are in continuous straight line characteristics are obtained;
fig. 2 shows a longitudinal cutting (longitudinal cutter S2) type of the planned rectangular scrap portion 21, which has a simplified cutting process, but may have a problem of low material taking rate (narrow width of the side plate 23); fig. 3 shows a longitudinal section (longitudinal cutter S3) of the planned circular-heart-shaped scrap portion 21, which is sectioned according to the actual width of the actual scrap portion 21; the cutting process is more, but the characteristics of higher material taking rate (the width of the side plate 23 can be wider) are possible;
please refer to fig. 5: therefore, a plurality of main boards 22 and side boards 23 with the same length (for example, 8 feet long, namely, about 245 cm) can be selected, and the main boards are horizontally abutted according to the total width (for example, 4 feet wide, namely, about 122 cm) requirement to form a substrate 3 with the length and width dimensions slightly larger than those of a finished product of a preset film substrate (for example, 4 feet wide and 8 feet long specification boards) so as to present natural wood grain splicing;
the width of the trunk 2 growing naturally is not uniform, and the width of the central waste part 21 cannot be accurately set, so that the width specifications of each piece of the main board 22 and the side boards 23 cannot be accurately consistent; at this time, the main board 22 and the side board 23 cut out by the same tree species with similar wood grain selected by the staff on site are abutted to have widths slightly larger than the length and width dimensions of the finished product of the scheduled film base material;
the combination mode is that one or a plurality of main boards 22 with main wood grain characteristics are matched with wood grain images of one or a plurality of side boards 23 with straight grain characteristics of side sections;
in addition, the whole multi-main board 22 or the whole multi-side board 23 is used for abutting connection, and the wood grain image features with different flavors and no repetition can be formed.
Please refer to fig. 5 again: the two sides of the base plate 3 in the length direction are bonded and sealed by edge strips 31 with equal thickness, thus forming a film plate 4 capable of being processed in a whole piece in a moving way;
please refer to fig. 6: thus, the film plate 4 is cut in a thin manner in the horizontal direction (horizontal cutting knife S4), and the film 41 (the left edge 411 of the edge strip 31) having the natural wood grain spliced in a multi-layer manner is obtained.
Please refer to fig. 7: the multi-layer film 41 can be flattened by stacking successive layers and pressing the top surface of the weight W, thereby facilitating the subsequent bonding operation.
Please refer to fig. 8: the bottom surface of the membrane 41 is fully coated with transparent adhesive P to form a backing combination with a thin nonwoven fabric 5 with about equal area; the wood grain slices which are abutted in sections can be firmly attached and positioned on the top surface of the non-woven fabric 5 to form a substrate 6 with comprehensive wood grain distribution;
please refer to fig. 9: after the substrate 6 is shaped, the substrate can be cut to a specified size along the length and width directions, so that the simulated wood grain leather film 7 which is simulated as natural log and large-area wood grain and can be applied to various material surfaces is prepared.
The wood grain film 7 is paved by the bottom non-woven fabric 5, is easy to be coated with viscose, is used as a curtain surface of a wall surface or a whole curtain or a base material for attaching construction on the surface of furniture and equipment, can show the texture of simulated large-area wood grain, and is an important economic benefit and a real progress characteristic of the invention.
It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
