Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting proliferation of beneficial bacteria in intestinal tract and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of compositions, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting the proliferation of beneficial bacteria in intestinal tracts, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Coicis semen is dried mature kernel of Coix lacryma-jobi L.var.ma-yuen (Roman.) Stapf of Gramineae. Has effects of promoting diuresis, permeating moisture, invigorating spleen, relieving diarrhea, eliminating arthralgia, expelling pus, removing toxic substance and resolving hard mass. It can be used for treating edema, tinea pedis, dysuria, spleen deficiency, diarrhea, damp arthralgia, spasm, pulmonary abscess, intestinal abscess, wart, and cancer. Lotus seed, a dried mature seed of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn. Has effects in stopping leukorrhagia, invigorating spleen, relieving diarrhea, invigorating kidney, and nourishing heart. It can be used for treating chronic diarrhea due to spleen deficiency, anorexia, kidney qi deficiency, nocturnal emission and spermatorrhea due to insecurity of essence closure, whitish and turbid urine due to imbalance between heart and kidney, nocturnal emission and spermatorrhea, spleen deficiency, leukorrhagia due to downward flow of water-dampness, imbalance between heart and kidney, vexation, and insomnia. Ganoderma lucidum, also known as Rue Cao, Ling Zhong Ling, Qin Zhen, is a dried fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum (Leys. ex Fr.) Karst or Ganoderma sinense ZHao, Xu et Zhang, fungi of Polyporaceae. The shape of the plant is umbrella-shaped, pileus is kidney-shaped, semicircular or nearly circular, and the plant generally grows in mountain forests with high humidity and dim light and mainly grows at the roots of rotten trees or trees. The ganoderma lucidum is a sweet, mild and nontoxic medicinal material, enters lung channels, heart channels, spleen channels and kidney channels, benefits heart-qi, calms the heart, strengthens spleen and stomach, has good effect of treating consumptive disease, and treats various consumptive diseases, such as palpitation, insomnia, dizziness, mental fatigue and hypodynamia. Ganoderma can also be used for treating chronic cough and asthma, and has effects on coronary heart disease, silicosis, and tumor. The ganoderma lucidum soaking water has good water-soluble substances dissolved in the water, has the functions of regulating immunity, resisting radiation, resisting inflammation, resisting oxidation, delaying senescence and protecting liver. Fructus Jujubae is dried mature fruit of Ziziphus jujuba Mill of Rhamnaceae. Has effects of invigorating spleen, replenishing qi, nourishing blood, and tranquilizing. It is indicated for spleen deficiency syndrome, irritability and insomnia.
From the physiological perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the intestinal tract belongs to the broad range of the spleen and stomach in the theory system of visceral manifestation in traditional Chinese medicine, and the < Ling Shu & Ben Shu > is recorded in the following: the large intestine and the small intestine all belong to the stomach. The spleen and stomach visceral manifestation system of traditional Chinese medicine mainly transports and transforms food, generates qi and blood, and distributes to the five zang organs, so that the five zang organs and six fu organs are full of qi and the physiological functions can be normally exerted. The intestinal flora plays an important role in the process of digestion, absorption and metabolism of the body and supply of nutrient substances, and has the wonderful effect of being different from and working with the spleen function in traditional Chinese medicine. Meanwhile, the feed additive has good digestion, absorption and metabolism, and sufficient nutrient supply, can improve the sub-health state of modern people, and improve the immunity. The bifidobacteria and the lactobacilli are main beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract and play an important role in the health of the intestinal tract. At present, intestinal beneficial bacteria play a vital role in intestinal health, but how to directionally proliferate is less in domestic research.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting the proliferation of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract and the preparation method and application thereof. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has wide raw material sources, the natural plant raw materials are used as components, the prepared product has the advantages of strong stability, easy storage, low price and the like, and the prepared product has excellent effect on the proliferation of beneficial bacteria in intestinal tracts.
In order to realize the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a traditional Chinese medicine composition for promoting the proliferation of beneficial intestinal bacteria comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of coix seed, 1-15 parts of lotus seed, 1-10 parts of lucid ganoderma and 1-10 parts of Chinese date.
The invention selects the medicinal and edible raw materials with good proliferation effect on beneficial bacteria in intestinal tracts (such as bifidobacterium and lactobacillus), and determines the mixture ratio of the raw materials through a large number of experimental screens, thereby optimizing the optimal combination ratio with remarkable proliferation effect to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition. The inventor of the application conducts a large number of experiments when screening medicinal and edible raw materials with good proliferation effect on beneficial bacteria in intestinal tracts (such as bifidobacterium and lactobacillus), few researches in the field at home and abroad are conducted before, and finally, the inventor discovers that the raw materials of coix seeds, lotus seeds, lucid ganoderma and Chinese dates have a very remarkable effect on the proliferation of the beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tracts in a synergistic manner.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-16 parts of coix seeds, 5-10 parts of lotus seeds, 3-6 parts of lucid ganoderma and 3-5 parts of Chinese dates.
The inventor finds that when the proportion of the raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine composition of coix seed, lotus seed, lucid ganoderma and Chinese date is changed, the effect of proliferating beneficial bacteria in intestinal tracts is directly influenced. The influence of the content of the single raw material on the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is not linear, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has better effect on improving the intestinal health and better effect on promoting the proliferation of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract when the proportion is adopted.
