Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine formulas, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine formula for a psoriasis triple therapy and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Psoriasis is a big problem which is often not treated by asthma internally and moss externally in the long term. Psoriasis is refractory but not incurable, and the invention mainly aims at treating blood-heat wind-dryness type psoriasis.
Psoriasis is caused by interior blockage, fire-heat depression, failure of body fluids, dryness of skin and skin ulceration. The method comprises the following steps: when wind-heat boils, blood becomes dry and becomes dry, the upper dryness causes thirst, the lower dryness causes hard lumps, the skin dryness causes peeling, and the meat dryness causes cracks. Psoriasis is also a disease of dryness, and it is surrounded by moistening dryness and removing dryness.
The current therapeutic drugs and methods mainly comprise the following medicines:
1. steroid hormones: corticosteroid ointment (cream) has been used externally for 20 years. The strong steroid hormone ointment (cream) is clean and quick in effect after external application, but is easy to relapse after drug withdrawal, and has more side effects after long-term use, so that a plurality of doctors tend not to use the ointment (cream) or use the ointment (cream) only for a short time or intermittently. The strength of the drugs varies greatly, from mild to super-strong. The intensity of the hormone determines which areas of the skin can be treated and how long they can be used without causing side effects. Common side effects after overuse include skin
2. Thinning of the skin, stretching of scars and resistance to this hormone.
3. Inhibition of DNA-like drugs: the side effects are not great, but the normal skin around the diseased skin lesion is irritated or burned.
3. Phototherapy (UVB): treatment of generalized or locally recalcitrant forms of psoriatic lesions with ultraviolet B (UVB) light under the direction of a physician's professional can be used in combination with topical drug therapy. The risk of using UVB in the short term is small; long-term UVB is prone to skin aging and skin cancer.
The above-mentioned therapeutic drugs and methods mainly eliminate symptoms and avoid further exacerbation, but cannot cure the disease radically, and have large side effects, so they should be used with caution.
